Athan felt his entire body grow tense at the idea of going outside, especially on a date. But he didn't know how long it would be until Samuel could go out again. He didn't want to prevent his boyfriend from doing something fun... "Okay, a picnic would be fine." He said hesitantly, if they weren't around too many people then he could manage.

Samuel smiled in relief, leaning back against the chair. It was important to get Athan to go out as often as possible. Samuel wasn't one who stayed inside too much. He liked going out, he liked being with people and he certainly couldn't lock himself in forever... Not when there were times when he was forced to. Standing up, the werewolf looked around the kitchen. "Alright... We may need to stop by a shop, because I know for sure that I barely have any drinks. What do you wanna take?"

[Kotorichan]

"I'm fine with anything really... I probably won't be able to eat much anyway." Athan admitted, leaning into his boyfriend's chest. "You know how nervous I get about that kind of stuff..." He shut his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. "I do want to go on dates with you... I want to be a good b-boyfriend." His cheeks flushed deeply at the word, it just didn't feel real.

Samuel managed a small smile, gently patting the other's hair. "I know you're nervous, but you can't live like that forever. Look... I'll push you out of your comfort zone little by little, okay? Nothing too extreme, I promise." The werewolf muttered softly, his smile widening at what was said next. "You're already a good boyfriend, Athan." He smiled, leaning down to press a kiss to his cheek. "Wanna help me pick out food anyway?"

"I know... I just..." Athan looked away, lightly touching his scar with the tips of his fingers. "I wish I could afford to get some kind of surgery to get rid of this..." His voice was barely over a whisper. He had never actually admitted how much his scars bothered him. It was pretty obvious but he never said it out loud. It felt too girly... "N-nevermind." He pulled away, brushing his hair in front of his scar. "Um, do you want me to cook something for you or just go to the grocery store?"

Samuel tilted his head to the side as he heard the whispered words. "No, not nevermind." He muttered out, reaching over to lightly grasp his hand. "Hey, if it would make you feel more confident, I'll help you gather money for a surgery. They... Probably don't bring the best memories, huh? I love them, because they're part of you, but... It's your decision. I'll be with you whatever you decide to do." The werewolf let out a soft smile, leaning over the table to press a kiss to the tip of his nose. "I'll love you no matter what, Athan. That you can count on."

Athan leaned into his touch, his eyes half closing at the kiss. "No... Just forget about it, this isn't the time for me to whine about stupid stuff." He pulled away again. "I want to spend time with you before... You know..." He chewed his lip, dropping his gaze to the floor. "I don't even know how long you'll be... Different..." He stepped forward again and lightly rested his head against Samuel's chest.

Samuel's lips twitched slightly when Athan brushed the topic off. Before he could argue, however, his boyfriend brought up him being 'different'. He wasn't sure why, but the way he phrased it stung a little bit. "It can take me up to a week to get back to completely normal sometimes. If I'm mentally unstable, longer." He muttered out, pulling away from the other. Instead, the werewolf turned to the egg, crouching down in front of him. Even when he looked like a monster, he was still... Samuel. He wasn't sure if Athan understood that.

Athan lightly bit his lip as his boyfriend pulled away. "Samuel..?" He moved closer and hesitantly touched the man's hand. "Did I say something wrong..?" He still didn't understand how all of this worked, or even what was okay to ask about. "I'm sorry... I'm still kind of... Unclear on all of this... It's a lot to take in..." His gaze dropped to the ground. It felt horrible to be so confused about this. He didn't know if Samuel would be able to recognize him in that other form, or if he would remember things afterwards. In a way he was scared to ask.

Samuel breathed in slowly as his hand was touched, pulling it away. He bit down on his lip, sitting down on his ass instead of crouching. "I don't want you to think of me as a monster, even... Even if I look like one, I'm still me." His voice trembled the slightest bit at the end, though he wasn't willing to show any weakness after that. The man shut his lips tightly, staring at the egg with a glass stare. "I'm just... A bit sensitive about this." He tried to joke after a minute, though the chuckle that managed to slip past his trembling lips almost resembled a sob.

[Kotorichan]

"Samuel..." Athan felt his chest tighten at the man's words, he never wanted to hurt his lover. "I'm sorry...." He reached out for the other's hand again but stopped himself, lightly hugging his arms to himself instead. "I guess... Maybe I am a little scared..." He moved back a little to get away from the fire, his breath becoming shaky.

He had no right to get upset over this, he knew it. Samuel was the one suffering because of this. He felt like the guilt was crushing his heart, making it harder and harder to breath. The movement of the flames filled his vision, he felt like his body was growing hotter as if the flames were moving over his skin. He deserved this, if Samuel told him to leave he would deserve it. How could Samuel still care about him after he admitted to being afraid?

Samuel didn't even notice when his eyes got watery. He only felt a tear rolling down his cheek, one he hastily wiped away, hoping that the other hadn't noticed it. He breathed in slowly, closing his eyes as he sat back on his ass, slowly running his hand over his hair. "I get it." He muttered out, biting down on his lip. "B-But... Don't tell anyone. Please." He whispered, almost pleading his boyfriend to keep this a secret. God, it wasn't good for him to get so emotional a day before the full moon. Maybe it would be better for him to go straight to his cell and wait there... Perhaps he would do just that. He felt like he'd hurt Athan enough. He wouldn't blame him if he ran away. Who'd want to love a monster?

[Kotorichan]

"No, I wouldn't... I-I would never..." Athan's shoulders began to shake as he tried to hold back tears. "I don't want to be scared, I just- I don't know what's wrong with me. I c-can't wrap my head around it all, I'm too s-stupid for t-this..." He let his hair fall in front of his face. The burning feeling was becoming stronger, making it impossible to think straight. "I-I know you c-can't help it, a-and y-you've n-never hurt me o-or anything a-and you're n-not gonna start just b-because you told me. I-I'm h-horrible for b-being s-scared when you t-trusted me enough to tell me." He choked out a sob. "I-I'm sorry..."

Samuel closed his eyes, his teeth clenching tightly as his boyfriend kept on talking. He wasn't stopping. The werewolf's breath and body shuddered before he suddenly reached and pulled the other down, pulling him close. "Please, stop." He whispered pleadingly, pressing his forehead into his boyfriend's shoulder. Why was Athan the one who seemed to be hurting? Samuel was the monster... It didn't make sense. He wrapped his arms tightly around the other man's body, his breath continuing to shudder as he tried to keep himself from saying anything. He felt as though he wasn't allowed to be hurting.

Athan sobbed softly and pressed himself against Samuel's chest, trying to find some comfort in the man's presence. "I'm s-sorry... Please don't h-hate me..." He whimpered. "I-I'll go away if I'm b-bothering you, just please don't hate me..." His body was shaking with emotion. He hasn't even realized how much he was holding in until now.

Samuel couldn't stop shaking. "Please stop crying." He begged, his voice trembling. The werewolf tangled a hand into Athan's hair, pulling him away from his chest to press their lips tightly together. He couldn't take any more of his cries. This had to bring at least some sort of silence. And... Samuel did find comfort in kissing the other. He cupped both of his cheeks, wiping off his tears as he slowly deepened the kiss. His heart rate was slowing down. This... This really helped him calm down.

Athan choked out another sob. "I'm s-" His words were cut off with the kiss which took him by surprise. He immediately melted into Samuel's touch, lightly gripping the man's chest. All his fears seemed to disappear as he felt his boyfriend's hands on his cheeks. His eyes fluttered closed and he pressed closer, wanting to forget all his fears.

Samuel was so glad the kiss brought silence. He slowly pushed the other down onto the floor, gently holding his body so he wouldn't hurt himself in any way. The werewolf broke the kiss, instead pressing his lips down against his neck, his eyes closing as he took in the feeling of his skin, his smell... He just needed for Athan to stop crying. The man pressed their lips together again, cautiously slipping a hand underneath his shirt, carefully, as if exploring the newfound territory. Gods, when was the last time he had sex?

Athan easily gave into the other man's movements, allowing his body to be pushed down. His head tilted towards his left side, trying to discourage any kisses to his scar without actually saying anything. He had never had sex, or even been touched intimately. Although he had definitely imagined what Samuel's hands might feel like. He was broken out of his blissful state as his lover's hands grew close to the scars that were usually hidden by his shirt. "W-wait..." He caught the other's hand before it could touch the damaged skin.

Samuel's eyes closed in slight disappointment when his hand was stopped. "Please..." He whispered, gently brushing his fingers over the other's scars. "I want to know all of you. Why won't you let me?" The werewolf asked softly, pressing a light kiss to the left side of his neck, his lips tingling from the feeling of his scarred skin. He didn't feel repulsed. He felt... Sad. It was, perhaps, the best way to describe his emotions.

Athan looked away, his face crumbling in pain. "It's disgusting... If you see it you might not want to... Do this kind of thing..." He lightly chewed his lip, trying to stay calm. But when he spoke again his voice was shaking. "I don't know why you're okay with the ones on my f-face. It'd be better if you just try not to look..."

"I don't care about your scar." Samuel murmured, slowly trying to lift up the other's shirt. "I want to continue... Please..." He pleaded softly, pressing soft, gentle kisses to his neck, his eyes closing as he awaited for a response. He was willing to help Athan collect money for surgery if he wanted it, but... The scars didn't bother him. They never did.

Athan shuddered in fear. He finally leaned forward and wrapped his arms around Samuel's shoulders. "P-please... Just don't be d-disgusted..." He mumbled. The scars moved farther along his body the lower it went. By the time it reached his waist it was almost fully covering his body, even his penis was scarred.

Samuel exhaled softly in relief. "I could never be disgusted by you." He muttered out softly, swiftly removing the other's shirt to continue placing soft kisses over his skin. The werewolf let out a needy whine as he slowly ground his hips into Athan's, exhaling sharply through his nose. There was absolutely nothing he craved more than sex at the moment - being so close to the full moon made him more feral, dependent on his instincts rather than his feelings.

Athan shuddered as he felt the other's kisses near, and on his scars. His heart was pounding wildly, he almost wondered if Samuel could feet it against his lips. A soft cry of surprise escaped his lips as he felt his boyfriend grinding against him. "S-Samuel..?" He was trying his best not to panic, it was all moving so quickly. But he didn't want it to stop either, he really did want this. It was just overwhelming. He had his first kiss so recently, and now he was going to lose his virginity. The realization made his cheeks flush.

 

"M-maybe we should m-move to your bed?" He did want his first time to be more comfortable than just on the hard floor, and moving to the bedroom would give him a few precious moments to gather himself. The last thing he wanted was to have a panic attack at a critical moment.
