High school student Hotaru Tachibana, is a girl disguised as a boy who relocates into a new apartment named Tsukishiro Complex after her parents moved overseas. There she finds a mysterious man lurking outside the complex. After best friend Kanae confides in her that a host tricked her out of her money. Hotaru finds herself tracking down the mysterious host at Club Orion.

Through a series of unfortunate events she finds herself thrust into a world of survival games along with none other than Masamune Matsuoka, the mysterious man who lives next door. What is Hotaru to do next?
