Hearing the comment made towards her from Akihito, she dismisses it with a wave of her hand, smiling brightly at him. "I am quite glad that you like it. And do not worry about a thing, I wanted to do this, so please, enjoy. Occasions like this are quite rare in this house, so I like to take great care when they do. Plus, even though he won't admit it out right, I'm quite sure that Ryosuke-kun is very happy that this has happened too." She looks to the teen, who just rolls his eyes, though his cheeks had turned a faint shade of pink. After the question was answered though, Ryosuke was glad. They would be spending more time tomorrow too. He grins at Akihito and nods. "That sounds great! Tomorrow it is. And I don't really have plans in the afternoon...so would want to go and do something...um...together with me? My friends are busy, but I'm not. Oh, and about the show...if you go, it is two weeks from now on a Saturday...Just letting you know. I hope you can make it." He hoped that Akihito would agree to this, and takes a bite of his food as he waited. Why he was being so open with this man...he didn't know. There was just something about Akihito that made him feel comfortable, that he could say anything about everything, and not feel as if he was talking to a stranger. Even when he first met the guy, and though he didn't admit it out loud, he'd like Akihito right away. He wanted to be friends with Akihito, he wanted to open up to him. Get to know him, so it wasn't just a student and tutor relationship, but something more. He wanted a friend in this guy... His cheeks were still a faint pink, result of the sake he'd drunk, and was a bit disappointed that Mufukine wouldn't allow him to drink any more. Though, he knew the reason, and wouldn't argue against it. He knew how she worked, if he didn't complain, he knew she was sure enough to give in and allow him to drink more, and sure enough, his plan worked. She poured more for him, but he doesn't drink it right away, instead waits a little while before taking a sip. "By the way...Do you live with anyone, or do you live by yourself?" He asks, curious. shinya's riddle Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 Akihito took a sip of his drink, he looked at Mufukine while she was talking and once Ryosuke’s name was mentioned, he turned to look at him and after he saw that the boy blushed a bit he covered his mouth and giggled. Moments later, he turned to look at the boy once again since Ryosuke talked to him inviting him to go out with him the following day. “Yes, I guess we could go out, sure. “ he paused for a second and then went on. “I read so on the ticket after you gave it to me actually.” “If nothing comes up on that day, you got my word that I’ll be there.” Akihito said and a half-smile appeared on his face and his eyes were glowing in anticipation and impatience of what was in store for them the next day. His whole being was painted with the colors of contentment and joy after hearing Ryosuke’s words. It felt to him as if the boy had read his mind. Akihito would have definitely asked the boy to hang out with him if he had nothing better to do and that he would hopefully get a positive reply but in any case, he was happy that things worked out well for him. Time was going by quietly, everyone was eating and Akihito would glance at Ryosuke every now and then. His sapphire green eyes had never looked so animated and lively. Between brief looks and silence, Ryosuke spoke up and asked him if he was living alone or not. Akihito was a bit taken by surprise but instead of refusing to reply, he smiled at the boy and he answered.“You can ask me anything you want and yes, I live by myself.” The night was still young but Akihito was afraid that he would miss the last train home so after looking at his watch, he spoke up “Everything was wonderful but I’m afraid I have to go. Missing the train home will be bad." ”Thank you for everything, Mufukine-san, Ryosuke-kun.” He smiled broadly at them, he got up and he bowed deeply. I'm still in a funk right now, and it sucks I hope you can hold out a bit longer for me. I will reply though, I promise. And I ALWAYS keep my promises. The only question that he'd really gotten to ask was if the man was living alone, which the answer to that was yes. Locking that away in the back of his mind, he sighs softly as the table was cleared, and everything was put away. When everything was put away, they all sat there at the table for a while, until Akihito got up, saying that he had to head out or he'd miss the train back home. Mufukine suddenly gets a spark in her eye, and a smile on her face. "Oh, please stay a little longer. You're more than welcome to. I can give you a lift home, if you'd like. I'm sure that Ryosuke would absolutely love it if you stayed." Ryosuke looks quickly at the woman, an exasperated look in his own eyes, but the faintest hint of a smile on his lips. He was half surprised that Mufukine hadn't simply invited the man to stay the night, they had plenty of spare bedrooms and clothing that the guy could wear. But in his mind, he knew that the invitation would be coming a bit soon, as they had just started getting to know each other. Focusing his attention on Akihito, he wondered if the man would accept the invitation for a ride home and stay a bit longer. He didn't want to admit it, but he kind of hoped that Ahikito would say yes. He had a lot more questions to ask of him, and if he wanted, he'd answer some questions himself. "Please say you'll stay. I'd really like that. But you if you really want to leave, I guess there is no stopping you..." Mufukine continues, tilting her head just slightly, getting that poor puppy dog look she'd perfected on her face, one that simply begs, and one that people couldn't refuse even if they tried. Ryosuke glances back and forth between Akihito and Mufukine, silently waiting for the answer that was to come. Yes, or no. He was taken aback by the invitation at first and smiled a few seconds later. He wanted to spend more time with Ryosuke but on the other hand he didn't want to trouble anyone. After a second or two, he looked at Mufukine and said while placing his hand on Ryosuke's shoulder. "I will gladly stay a bit longer." His grip became firmer after saying this and he continued "I will take a cab home afterwards. I wouldn't like to put you into such trouble." Akihito let go of the boy's shoulder and he sat down on his chair. He saw the look on the woman's face but that was definitely not the reason why he chose to stay. "Thank you for letting me stay longer as well as for the dinner invitation." he smiled at her and he glanced at Ryosuke before opening his mouth to talk. "About the concert you told me about.""In case i go, would you like me to come pick you up or would you like us to meet some place else?" Signs of excitement could be seen in his green eyes while asking the boy. Since Ryosuke wanted him to be there, why not going together? he thought. While waiting for an answer, he turned to the woman "How about we go to the living room?" "It will be more relaxing there. Moreover, there won't be a big table between us."
