According to bakaupdates, vol.07 contains 6 chapters (Chapter 5 has two parts) and an extra. Vol.08 has only 3 chapters. There may be a difference in naming/numbering of chapters for vol. 07 & 08 as they were scanlated by different groups. I looked at the website of the group that translated it, and it seems that Story 21's two parts were split into different groups. Also, the Story 21 is "Love", Story 22 is "The Girl who Likes to Daydream", and Story 23 is "That Thing Once a Year". In the info in the original post, it seems like the order has been reversed.
