His pride comes from being able to shove his entire fist in his mouth and likes Classic Rock, or ‘the music that was music before music was today’. He has hard times making up his mind but overall is a sweetheart and a giant dweeb. Likes: blood, Burroughs, classic rock, blues and cats Dislikes: sci-fi word counts, the book Emma, the government, a weird amount of humans, Minecraft (it’s too geometric for his funky tastes) Bio: Ashitaka lived a quaint life with his brother and one sister before he snuck out and was turned into a vampire by the street corner guitarist. It was a wild night back 1957. He was only 22 when he was turned into a vampire. When he arrived back at home his family had shunned him and he moved to America where things were only different slightly. He learned to keep secluded and became a music fanatic. By the late 70s he was with the stars and by the early 2000’s he had crashed and kept alive only through the help of busy bars and their susceptible humans that flock to them. Although he had gotten tired of staying around he hopes that maybe someday he’d have a reason to ‘live’ again. Extra: Ashitaka liked to read so he usually can be found in his dingy apartment with a book if not out hunting. He does enjoy humans and he’s never met a vampire since his turning. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Name: Kuro Sabishii Age: 21 Seme/uke: Uke Sexuality: Pansexual Personality: Often bullied as a kid for his odd naturally growing white hair color, sometimes it is hard for him to trust people that say they like him right away. Once he is comfortable with someone, he is a lot more open and smiling but is still rather shy in demeanor. He prefers to stay away from clubs and "party for he does not feel comfortable there with that many people. He is at his calmest around animals and books. Likes: Animals, cooking, reading, Most things involving theater (music, shows, etc.) Dislikes: Spiders or any creepy looking insect, bullying, crowded places (mostly involving hobbies he doesn't like, he would be fine at a comic convention for example), spicy foods Bio: Kuro moved out at his first possible opportunity, not caring much for parents who looked at him like he was some oddity or spectacle when given positive attention. He hated being stared at but did not want to dye the very thing that made people stare at him. He makes it by on what he can get working at animal shelters, sometimes doing night shifts for extra pay. He prefers the company of animals for they cannot hurt him like people can. He gradually started opening up to people at the animal shelter before trying to make more friends publicly which has proven to be difficult so far. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EvenEcho rp reponse: Ashitaka had been out, it was night and it was beautifully crisp outside. As he was strolling along the sidewalk he happened to see a poor litter of kittens, all in sad conditions. He took them to the closest place, the shelter. He walked in and looked for staff with a box of weak kittens in his arms. Hopefully his fierce eyes was set off by his playful attire. --------------------------- Kuro was working another late night at the shelter, playing with a kitten on the front counter of the store. He couldnt help but smile softly at the kitten who was patting his hair. He stopped smiling once he looking up and saw a guy coming in with a box of what he knew were kittens. Their cries seemed very weak and hoped that guy wasnt the cause. "Set them down please" Kuro said quietly, putting the kitten onto his shoulder. He smiled and looked down at the one on Kuro's shoulder, "But they're so cute I'm sure you won't have a problem finding them places." "Good, I just need you to sign some release forms for the little guys and your information for potential adoption candidates.." He spoke quietly as he pet one of the kittens in the box. Kuro pushed some of his hair aside so he could clearly keep his eyes on all of the kittens. Many things started to go through his mind as to what they might need. He needed to get out and feed but he didn't want to leave such cute little creatures. Also, the man who was helping the kittens was cute and that was something he wanted to keep an eye on. Ashitaka wondered if the kittens would be okay and how they would help them. "Do you think they'll be okay?" Top priority is getting them through the first 24 hours. They will have it best chance of survival after this time" Kuro said s he reached under the counter to put a heating pad in the box. "Thank you for bringing them j .." He said quietly, finally looking the other properly in the eyes. There was something about this stranger that still made him curious. He hoped he didn't come off as rude he was just hungry and he didn't want to hurt suck a kind guy. He shivered a bit, his eyes getting wider and his breathing becoming deeper. Probably anxious to get to some outing and wanted to drop them off rather quickly. "Come on little guys.." Kuro said as he brought them in their box to a table behind the counter to give them their initial checkups like all the other animals that come into the facility. He went out to eat and finally he had to go home. When he went home he did think about the cute animal-lover. He was almost hoping he wouldn't have to express his vampirism, but it would be better to tell him than to not have to eat him. He pondered this before dawn and he went to sleep. He kept nursing them with lukewarm milk and making sure they stayed warm. I won't abandom you guys..He thought to himself, thinking of the guy who brought them in. He wanted those kittens and he wanted that guy, that really attractive guy who would probably taste really good. So good. Feeling bad for the poor kid, people gave him some money to go get some dinner for later. Kuro gave them a detailed report of yesterday and the new arrivals, going to get some heavy meat filled and creamy dishes to sustain himself. And he had a good month for pay..he could get himself a new wardrobe. Everyone at the shelter always is asking why he doesn't "show off" more as they like to put it and go on about finding someone. He shrugged it off, he needed to see if those precious little animals were okay first. He got dressed, nicely, which wasn't uncommon for him, before going to the shelter. He wore it into the shelter, his new v neck blue t shirt and skinny blue jeans. He felt ridiculous but hoped it would soothe the shelter people for now into keeping quiet about his wardrobe. Kuro went right to feeding the animals and before long it was already dark out and everyone gone but him. He went up front to get paperwork done and saw a familiar face from the night before. It suited him and showed off his delicate neck. He liked it -- that! He took a breath, although he didn't truly need to breath anymore. "Can I see them?" He was getting antsy and hungry. He asked cautiously. He was strong and didn't want to hurt them but he didn't want to break any policies, that was the main concern. He realized his probably couldn't keep a cat due to his absence of home. He was there for about twenty minutes, no time for a cat. He sighed sadly. He dried his hands and then picked the calico up and stroked it's head. "I'm Ashitaka by the way." He said, trying to initiate a casual conversation. The room was nice and quiet but for the occasional meowing so he felt rather peaceful despite he presence of Ashutaka. Kuro wasnt quite sure how to continue the conversation, saying quietly "like cats..?". He wasn't sure what to say and at least here he can use his animals, scratching at the line of his v neck. The kitten hissed at him and he set her down with the others. He apologized and bowed, "I'm sorry." He stood up, "But I need to go." His fangs dropped and he turned around, facing away from Kuro. "Kuro, black, darkness...It's a nice name." He took shallow breaths and finally he turned to face him. He took the kitten and set him down. "I apologize for what I'm about to do." At least he put them down before he said he had to go. But...he want leaving..why did he stop? Kuro set down the kitten as Ashitaka complimented his name. Sorry..for what he was about to do? He did this quickly so he didn't have to deal with much of a struggle. He shut his eyes. Great, he could kill the guy he wants to take out for a coffee or something. After a few minutes, he pulls back. He didn't need much to hold him off and he didn't want anyone so nice to die or be too critically injured. "I'm sorry, please stay healthy." And he left. It took him a moment to even register he was being bit by a..a..It was over before he realized it, Ashitaka taking off quickly after that. V-Vampire....he got bitten..by a vampire?! He was wearing casual clothes, a black v neck and some jeans. He wasn't feeling too hot, now he could never ask Kuro out for coffee, he was a vampire, what human would want to go out with a vampire. He mustered the courage however and went to the shelter. "Kuro?" He called, medium loud. His voice wasn't very loud but he wasn't quiet. "Kuro, it's Ashitaka, can we talk please?" They were worried and said he could come in whenever he wanted but Kuro still came the same time as usual and did his duties until the night grew quiet. Kuro was doing some paperwork when he tended up at a familiar voice, hands leaping to his neck, halfway covered by a slimming black King sleeve shirt. Kuro looked up and saw it was indeed Ashitaka, hesitantly putting his hand down. He relaxed too much yesterday and he knew he was bitten by him and probably tasted good to ther guy. "...Yeah?"
