lateChoco Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 Assassination Classroom 2nd Season This is the visual for the 2nd season of Assassination Classroom It has been announced after season 1 that there would be a continuation for this anime, 2nd season. Not only the anime will premiere on January 7 2016, but it has been confirmed at the official website of the Anime Japan 2016 convention that the anime for this season will be having 25 episodes in total. The staffs responsible for the first anime doesn't change, with Seiji Kishi directing, Kazuaki Morita for designing the characters and Makoto Uezu for writing the scripts. The opening theme song, called "Question" for this 2nd seasons will be sang by 5 characters from Assassination Classroom again, namely Nagisa Shiota (Mai Fuchigami), Kaede Kayano (Aya Suzaki), Karma Akabane (Nobuhiko Okamoto), Hiroto Maehara (Shintarō Asanuma), Yūma Isogai (Ryota Ohsaka) . The same cast singing the 1st and 2nd opening (Seishun Satsubatsu-ron and Jiriki Hongan Revolution) of the 1st season of Assassination Classroom anime. They called themselves 3-nen E-gumi Utatan (Class 3-E Song Representatives) Reveal hidden contents This image above is from Seishun Satsubatsu-ron song, their first opening for Assassination Classroom. Refer to image above, starting from left: Karma, Nagisa, Kaede, Isogai, Hiroto As for the ending theme, Shion Miyawaki will perform it, the song named "Kaketa Tsuki" (Damaged Moon) Synopsis (From MAL): Quote When a mysterious creature chops the moon down to a permanent crescent, the students of class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Middle School find themselves confronted with an enormous task: assassinate the creature responsible for the disaster before Earth suffers a similar fate. However, the monster, dubbed Koro-sensei (the indestructible teacher), is able to fly at speeds of up to Mach 20, which he demonstrates freely, leaving any attempt to subdue him in his extraterrestrial dust. Furthermore, the misfits of 3-E soon find that the strange, tentacled beast is more than just indomitable—he is the best teacher they have ever had! Adapted from the humorous hit manga by Yuusei Matsui, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu tells the story of these junior high pupils as they polish their assassination skills and grow in order to stand strong against the oppressive school system, their own life problems, and one day, Koro-sensei. It was much better than expected but was too rushed.... of course, I don't blame them considering the length of this anime. If you haven't watched it yet, go and watch it now!
