GFX team?

Yo staff of YO... So, I've done a bit of searching around the site, but couldn't find any related threads of what I'm asking about. So, I deeply apologize if I'm asking a recently answered question!

 

So, I'm wondering, how does a member become a GFX artist for the forum? I feel that I'm relatively skilled in Photoshop (I have CS6 atm) and would love to help out.

 

EDIT: I forgot to mention 2 more things:

 

1. How do I create a poll post?

2. Is there a way/possibility/cost to changing a member's username? (mine! xP)
