Name: Noile

Age:he forgot

Race: Demon

------------------------------------

He heard his name being called and knew that another prey had summoned him. He tickled the chin of the small dragon beside him, "looks like its time to feed Jacques." Noile smiled sinisterly and allowed himself to be pulled into the world above. From the circle he emerged and the foolish human before him fell to his knees in fright.

"State your reason for summoning me," he said. The human before him, a young man who obviously lived in poverty stood up shakily. "I-I summoned you to grant me a wish," he stuttered out.

"Let's hear it then,"Noile said nonchalantly. the human probably heard that a demon could grant his wish but never heard of the consequences. Demons must never be trusted, didn't they know that?

"My family has been living in poverty for as long as I could remember. I want that to end. I want to be rich and laugh at those who laughed at us," the human said fiercely. Sigh, they were all the same, either asking for riches or revenge. Humans were so greedy and selfish.

Noile bent down and looked at the human who flinched in the eye. "Did you know that your soul will be the payment?" The human started to cry and Noile snorted in disgust. "But since i am a nice demon, i shall let you enjoy your riches for a while. When you lose your life, I shall take your soul so that you may never reincarnate." As expected, the foolish human agreed. "Now then how about a kiss to seal the deal?"

Once the human's lips touched his, that tainted soul would be taken. Once the human died, he wouldn't have to grant that wish and his family would forever remain in poverty. Noile smiled as he went closer to the human, this was why he said that humans were stupid.

Lancelle was bored. There was nothing interesting going on, though there never was he always had to try and find some way to amuse himself, not that it ever worked. His distractions were only momentary and half-hearted, nothing that he could really find that exciting. Still, he wanted something more, something that would really give him pleasure and amusement, something he might just enjoy. He frowned. What?

Before him the water in the lake turned white and a picture of a demon appeared. He remembered why he never came here any more; he couldn't be bothered with the constant depictions of yet another demon tempting yet another human. So boring! And yet this was the spot he most enjoyed, the trees cast shadows around him, dappling the light and providing shade, the water was a light green, the colour water should be naturally rather than this stupid clear blue they seem to have around here. He enjoyed it here, apart from the depictions. Although....He had an idea.

Grinning to himself the angel jumped up and opened up his wings letting them take him to the place the lake had shown. He was just in time, their lips were nearly touching. Hovering just above the ground that angel coughed to announce his presence. "apologise for interrupting this but I couldn't help but notice that you are really not doing that well out of this deal, demon. Seriously, taking his soul when he dies, why not give him a week and then take it? Or even better you could actually just take it now, after all this human doesn't know how it works, he will believe whatever you tell him." Lancelle talked on trying to confuse the demon into stopping the deal "And such a boring soul as well, it's so unoriginal, riches and wealth, nothing new. I thought you demons were bored of that flavour of soul these days and just left them for us to deal with?" He chuckled wondering if it would work. He figured if he talked long enough he could manipulate the demon into leaving the soul for him, not that he wanted it he just wanted the demon not to have it. Not for any reason, he held no grudge against this particular demon, he didn't even really care about the soul. He just wondered if he could do it. "But I guess if you think this measly soul is worth you effort to get the riches and the time it would take to find all those people that laughed t him. If you ask me it seems like a lot of work for a soul you aren't even going to get for such a long time, and it's not even a good one either."

When the angel appeared, Noile had a clawed hand behind the human's head and lips just a centimetre away from his goal. He cursed inwardly, annoyed that a pesky angel had interupted him. However, as the angel spoke, Noile couldn't help but agree that he was right. Still, he didn't feel the need to listen to an angel. If the angel didn't want him to take the soul, then he just wanted to take it all the more. Noile cast a sideway glance and a smirk slowly made its way to his lips. He pulled the human's head towards himself and pressed their lips together and pulling the human's soul out of its vessel.

When he was done, Noile licked his lips and let go of the body letting it fall to the ground. He flapped his wings and slowly moved towards the angel,"you're right, it didn't taste that good,"he smiled. "But what to do? I wanted to see if what you said was true, so I had to taste it." Noile patted his belly,"it wasn't very filling too, I might have to feed again in less than a century, are you going to stop me then too?"he asked, tilting his head and gave his signature 'piss off' smirk. "Pesky angel," he added and turned away. He gave his wings another flap and sored higher, stretching out a hand to open a portal back home.

Lancelle skowled, that was not how this was meant to go down. Why hadn't the demon fallen for his persuasion? He glared as he watch the demon lean in saw those lips touch the human, reddened with mellenia of human souls. He watched the body fall in slow motion. This always happened when angel watched souls being removed, it was a genetic thing-or that's how a human would explain it at least.

The body tumbled to the floor as black wings opened and soared into the air. It was only then that Lancelle registered those words, that smirk. He growled through his teeth, there was no way that demon was getting away with giving him that look.

Outstretching his wings the angel leapt into the air and beating his powerful wings flew at the demon as he flicked his wrist and murmered a few words. A portal opened only millimetres in front of the demons own one. He didn't want to actually go through it but it was just in case he was too slow and the demon tried to return to his home. He needn't have worried. Lancelle caught the demon before he got close enough to the portals. He hovered in front of the portals, crossing his arms over his chest.

"You demons are so very boring, you think that any soul is a meal, not worrying about the preparation of it, how its presented. The general desire for something accomplished. I actually think I pity you that you think such things and don't enjoy the fun of the chase." He paused and smiled his most angelic smile before starting on a different tac realising that he probably shouldn't give such ideas or he'd be taken before a court and his life would get yet more boring. "You should...." He started, he tried to think of something to say. There was nothing that wouldn't get him caught in seconds. He sighed and looked into the demons black eyes. Observed the deep crimson wings, not soft and delicate like his own but strong and leathery. Sometimes he thought he was born into the wrong kingdom.

Noile wasn't at the greatest of moods, the pesky angel had blocked his path with another portal. Had he not stopped in time, wjo knew where he might have ended up at. The worst place would be the angel's domain, the heavens. He glared at the angel and turned his body to face him, Jaques at his side equally irritated. Should he just end the angel's life and get over and done with? Probably not a good idea, it would raise unnecessary conflict between the two opposing realms.

"I should what?" Noile asked. "Weren't you going give me some suggestions? I'm waiting,"he was taunting the angel. But he doubt it would succeed in angering him. The angel seemed like a calm individual who thought carefully before making any moves. Noile crossed his arms and smirked smuggly at the latter, complacent that the angel had failed to stop him from taking a soul. "If you're done, I should take my leave," Noile said. "I have ...demonly duties to attend to," if 'demonly' was even a word.

Lancelle growled in the back of his throat irritated by the self satisfaction and smugness in the demons voice. He felt like he was being patronised by a demon that was doubtfully even close to his age. His mind span as he tried to think of something clever, something he could get away with and yet would rile up the demon enough to maybe try and prove him wrong. Deciding he gave the demon a beautiful smile to oppose that smirk that was aimed his way. "You have my greatest apologies, I didn't realise that you were of the lower caste." He congratulated himself internally knowing fully well that this demon was one of the older ones though not even close to himself but still old enough to be middle heading towards upper caste. "I should have realised the lower caste never care for their meals, just eating and eating rather then desiring the chase. My apologise, I shall let you return to your simple minded demonic duties." He emphasised thee word demonic knowing that the use of the true term would make the other even more annoyed.

Moving out of the way Lancelle dispelled his own portal to allow the demon home and hovered to one side smiling serenely as his wings beat half-heartedly at the air.

If one knew Noile, they would understand perfectly that he didn't like being disrespected. Most demons feared him because he was superior and powerful, one of the highest ranking demons in the darker realm. Noile bared his fangs at the angel and entered his own portal. Of course he knew that 'demonic' was the correct term, he just forgot it momentarily. Actually...Noile was probably trying to convince himself that the angel wasn't smarter than him. Jacques who was by his side, nudged Noile with his little head to assure the demon that his master was smarter than anyone.

Noile arrived back at his castle and flung open the doors with a wave of his hand. With a low growl, he stomped into the castle and flopped down unceremoniously on his throne. The servants kept out of his way only coming to give him his favourite fruit wine from the world above, it would calm him down a little they hoped. Noile downed the wine and slammed the goblet on the golden and intricately carved table. How dare that angel! No one, absolutely no one had ever dared to speak to him that way. Of course, he didn't expect an angel to do the same as the demons but at least he didn't expect an angel to possess so much sarcasm and insults. Weren't they supposed to be pure? And to call him a demon of the lower caste? He was on his way to the higher caste already! Of course he chose his souls properly, that human was just a snack, not a true meal. Who was he to depict how Noile chose his food. Urgh! Noile couldn't take it, he wanted to give that angel a beating so badly!

As Noile was still raging, the servants huddled in a corner watching their master in fear. People died if he got mad usually. They flinched when the golden table came flying at them, how terrifying. Noile was stomping his feet on the ground like a spoilt child who didn't get what he wanted. The next time he met that angel, Noile was definitely going to get one back at him. He would make sure the angel acted just like how he was acting right now.

Watching the back of the demon disappear Lancelle smirked trying hard to contain his laughter until after the demon had vanished. He bit his lip to hold it in as the raging behind of the demon dissipated into his realm to do his 'demonly' activities. As the shining light of the portal closed Lancelle doubled over and burst into fits of laughter, the look on the demons face as he had spoken was priceless, the rage at being talked to in such a manor and those burning eyes. Slowly the bubbling laughter subsided, although a pleased smile was still spread across his face. Looking down at the earth the angel rolled his eyes at the humans and their pointless activities and creating a new portal flew back to his home.

He emerged at the palace. A place he particularly despised due to its beautiful chandeliers and intricate paintings. It made it appear as if everything was perfect and nothing could ever go wrong in such a place. Of course Lancelle felt differently but actually, upon this day he found himself rather despondent towards the fact. At that moment in time very little could have gotten him down as he walked through the corridors towards his quarters. As he walked down the corridors he couldn't help but recognise that whomever this demon was, he would now have a vendetta against him and it was unlikely Lancelle would be able to go between the realms unnoticed any more. He shrugged to himself, it didn't matter and it should make life more interesting which was the desired effect of this entire escapade. He walked into his quarters.

The rooms were sparsely furnished with a double bed, a writing desk and very little else other than books that were not only on the shelves but overflowing them also and creating ever growing stacks on the floor. Negotiating his way around these stacks he sat upon the bed and debated what he should do now. The sudden rush of excitement had left him rather anxious now that it had worn off, he had tasted it and he wanted more but couldn't get it.

A few days had passed and Noile still couldn't appease his anger. To think that a pesky angel had him so worked up just over a few insults. Perhaps it was because the person who insulted him was an angel and he didn't want to feel inferior. Or perhaps it was because no one had ever insulted him before. Noile felt a headache coming just from thinking of all these reasons. Perhaps one might call them excuses. Thinking about the angel and that irritating smile made his blood boil even more. Perhaps it was a smile that could charm many, but Noile knew that it was all but real. Insulting him with a smile, that was what made him mad. It made the angel seem like he wasn't affected by Noile's taunts at all.

Feeling frustrated, Noile got up from his throne and opened a portal to the world above. He flapped his wings and entered the portal. Noile needed to cool his head and the constant chaos of the darker realm couldn't help him with that, the human world was always the best option. Noile landed softly on the grass of an apparently very dense forest. He cursed at his luck to have landed in such an awful place. It was always lkke this, Noile could control his portals to bring him wherever he wanted to but when entering a new realm, he had to land wherever the portal brought him. Noile flapped his wings again and flew over the trees towards the border of the forest where he once again landed and changed his form to resemble a human's.

Over the next few days Lancelle returned to the lake a number of times hoping that he might chance upon the same demon stealing another soul so he could go and interfere again. Often he brought books and read under the shade of the trees, other times he picked up his knife and found large pieces of wood that he whittled at for hours on end creating random carvings of anything and everything that entered his mind and yet on occasions he would just sit there and be. Thinking about nothing but contemplating everything. Today was one of those days. The sun was clouded and the soil cooler. He didn't like that, he preferred the heat but it didn't really matter, such things were minor inconveniences.

Every so often the water of the lake would shimmer and Lancelle would look up, just to check. But it was never that demon. Always someone insignificant and boring. He was just starting to fall asleep when the water shimmered again and against his desires he forced his eyes open just to check. He frowned, he was probably imagining it after all he was still half asleep. Rousing himself he walked over to the water edge and moving his hand in front of it focused the image in a small patch in front of him. He kind of looked like that demon. But where were his wings? He focused harder, maybe he had slightly misjudged the demon, the was a high chance that he was a little more powerful than he had given him credit for and he could actually switch between forms. It certainly looked like him.

Lancelle stood deciding there was no point in just considering it. Not bothering to fly he created a portal that would open at ground level a little way off from the demon. He stepped through on silent footsteps and made himself look more human. His wings vanished, his ear lost their point and his eyebrows became less arched although his beauty was no less diminished and his tattoos on his body remained but hidden beneath his shroud of ebony satin that covered him. He cursed himself for not choosing more fitting clothes, these wouldn't exactly fit in well. Staying well behind the demon and hidden in the brush (or as hidden as he could be in ebony satin) he followed the demon.

As Noile walked through the human streets, he became aware that the humans were constantly staring at him. He smiled knowing what made them look. Directing his smile to a blushing lady, he watched as the lady leant against her friend for support. Noile enjoyed the attention humans gave him whenever he visited their realm, demons and angels were impossibly beautiful to their eyes that they couldn't help but be enchanted. But as hr walked, he noticed that the humans also looked behind himself instead of giving him their full attention. This made him wary.

Noile turned into a corner and waited by the wall. He wanted to see who was this mysterious person who could gain as much attention as him. There was no doubt that this person wasn't human.

Lancelle followed the other at a distance. Not for the first time he was annoyed that all these humans kept looking at him, how was one supposed to keep a low profile with so many people looking? He glared at them but they just kept staring. Rolling his eyes the angel suddenly realised that the demon had disappeared in front of him, he berated himself for not paying closer attention and stopped, looking around for where the demon was or where everyone else was looking. He noticed an alley that people seemed to be looking down as they passed. Either someone was being attacked there or that was where his demon was. Smiling in satisfaction Lancelle headed towards the alley and turned into it only to come face to face with the demon.

A sigh whispered over his lips. That could have gone better, he found it difficult to believe he had been tricked by a demon. Trying to make the best of a bad situation he forced a smirk onto his lips trying to make it appear as if this had been his plan all along.

Noile watched the ground as he waited, as expected, a shadow came closer. But when the person turned round the corner, Noile's expression turned into a scowl. Who knew that the person he was anxious to meet would be the annoying angel that mocked him. His irritation grew when the angel smirked and his fist itched to punch away that smirk. Noile forced himself to keep calm, otherwise he would lose face in front of the angel. Noile let his eyes travel down the angel's body, purposefully eyeing the ebony satin on his body before his own smirk appeared. Trust the angel to wear such an outfit in the human realm, no wonder he attracted so much attention.

"If you're looking for the red light district, its over there," Noile said pointing to the right with a thumb. "I'm sure the frequent customers there would love your outfit," he added with a cold chuckle. Served the angel right for mocking him, he wanted the angel to taste the same anger he felt and stomped all over his own domain. Noile could remember how his servants cower in fear as he raged for the past few days. He had refused important visitors just because he couldn't stop thinking of the humiliation. He would have humiliated himself even more had he lost his temper in front of a guest. Right now, the very same angel stood in front of him in ebony satin while in the human realm, how could he not exact vengeance on him.

Lancelle raised an eyebrow at the quip from the demon. It would have angered him but he had already realised what a stupid idea it had been so he recognised that the demons comment was fair enough. "Well I wasn't actually intending to come here today but then I saw something unusual and decided to check it out, after all demons don't normally bother making themselves look human." He considered for a moment trying to make a comeback for the comment about the red light district but anything he said would reveal a little more about himself than he cared to let on. After all no one knew about that side to him, it was considered very bad for an angel to enjoy that sort of thing with a male and they were often thrown out for it so he would stick to the pretence that he conformed with the rest. It was ironic really how humans Christianity was based off the Angels realm and yet it was so blatantly a wrong was off doing things, in so many ways the humans were a far superior race than the angels or the demons it was just that they got captivated by the beauty and followed them like sheep.

Realising he had lapsed into silence and silence was rarely a good thing in a battle of wits lancelle continued "So what are you doing pretending to be human? Not exactly very demonic to show yourself to them in such a form?"

Noile found it ironic how he had come to the human world to cool his head. Instead he bumped into the very person who made him require to cool his head in the first place. But he wasn't going to tell the angel his real purpose that would only add to the angel's ego that he had managed to anger Noile to such an extend. Noile placed a hand on his forehead and faked a full blown laughter,"what makes you think that I would tell you my purpose for coming here? To let you foil my plans? I don't think so," he said and wagged a finger at the angel.

Noile turned away and started to walk,"now if you'll excuse me, I have 'demonic' troubles to cause." Noile didn't know if the angel bought his excuse but he hoped so. The angel wasn't stupid and there was a high possibility that he hadn't fallen for it. But Noile hoped to get away in time before the angel managed to throw a comeback.

Lancelle frowned at the sudden outburst of laughter, what he said wasn't that funny, at least he couldn't see how it was. Even with the amusement of thinking that he might say it still didn't warrant the fits of laughter that erupted from the demon. But more to the point Lancelle had lived by far long enough to be able to tell when someone truly laughed and when they faked it and this demon was faking. The laughter may be coming and the smile on his face may tell of light-heartedness but his eyes. They still burned with that same fury he saw briefly yesterday, the demon did not think this was funny that much was clear.

Rolling his eyes as the demon turned away Lancelle started walking as well keeping pace just a step behind the demon. "I find myself unable to believe you as it happens, do you not think I have lived long enough to know a liar when I see one, and you don't know half enough to be able to lie without a trace." Keeping just a step behind the demon he continued in a light, breezy manor "So, I may be wrong, though I doubt it, but my guess is that you aren't here to do any sort of demonic activities. Would you like to know why?" The angel was just talking, using his own deductions in order to annoy the demon further. "I'll tell you, so...For starters you said you were doing demonic activities, if you truly were you wouldn't tell me because I'm an angel and we have a reputation to uphold stopping you low lives, secondly your appearance is more human suggesting that you don't actually want to be noticed although as a demon it will always happen, but you don't want them to fear you and so you can't possibly be about to do something we wouldn't like." He used the term of we in regards to his own race, to be honest he didn't care what the demon did as long as it didn't stop a human he thought was revolutionising humanity. "And thirdly....." Lancelle was trying to talk fast enough so that the demon couldn't interrupt him "Thirdly you are walking away from me right now and not causing a fight, we both know that I angered you yesterday and the fact that you aren't doing anything about that implies that you have some ulterior motive in being in the human realm." The angel stopped talking and smiled, truly pleased with himself.

The angel's words irritated him to no end. Noile clenched both his hands and teeth as he walked. God help me, he couldn't help but beg internally. Of course, god wouldn't help him, in fact he would enjoy Noile's suffering. If god ever saw this, this annoying angel would u doubtedly get a promotion, 'h demon irritant'. Why on earth was this angel bothering him so much? Had he nothing to better to do in his long life? "I never knew that angels were so talkative," he gritted out. "Or is it just you?" Noile stopped walking and turned to face the angel,"there, I've stopped walking. Will you stop talking now and leave me alone?"

Noile couldn't help but feel ashamed as a demon. Weren't demons supposed to be deceptive and cunning? How was it that an angel could defeat him in these two aspects? If the demon king ever saw Noile now, he would laugh his butt out on that throne of his. Noile glared at the angel before him,"are you that bored? Going so far as to annoy a demon, how low,"he snapped. Noile didn't care about appearances anymore. This angel got on his nerves, if he want Noile to lose his cool, then so be it. "And is it so wrong to see a demon taking a stroll without any malicious intent?" He asked. "Just to let you know, I am most definitely not a demon of the lower caste, I don't waste my time on such things."

Lancelle tried not to make his success get the better of him. He was internally rejoicing at how successful he had been but he knew that if he let it overtake him completely then he would lose his train of thought and mess this all up. When the demon suddenly stopped walking Lancelle nearly crashed into him because he wasn't really paying that much attention, sidestepping at the last minute he stood in front of the demon and grinned. "Actually yes I am that bored or I wouldn't be here, trust me when you live as long as I have things that used to be exciting tend to become mundane and unbelievably boring!" He shifted his weight onto his left foot as he looked behind the demon at the people that were starting to gather. "If you didn't want people to think you are lower caste then you shouldn't act like one." He knew that would annoy the demon further and he wasn't particularly looking to do that any more but it was just such an easy take he had to do it "But anyway people are gathering and it's annoying, how about we take this somewhere else?" He asked, in a weird sort of way he was starting to enjoy this game with the demon "How about the middle of a forest so we can talk in peace?" He intended to open a portal just around the corner so he could just walk through and the humans would never know he had left.

It wasn't until then that he realised how exposed he had left himself with that comment. It would be all too easy for the demon to laugh in his face and leave him with some taunt that would give him the upper hand. The way that he had been to the demon he wouldn't be at all surprised if that turned out to be the case. Lancelle shut his eyes momentarily realising that he had let his exultations get the better of him and in his high spirits he had left himself open. The thing he had tried not to do. Opening his eyes he waited for the demon to tear him a new one, say something that would far outrank any of his comments previously by miles.

Acting like a lower caste? The only reason he did what he did was because he wanted to irritate the angel. Who knew that it would backfire on him so badly. How old was this angel anyways? So childish despite his age. Noile looked around and realised that were indeed many humans who were starting to gather around them. Why was it so hard to even keep a low profile? "What makes you think I would want to take this with you anywhere?" If they continued this conversation, it would be only a matter of time before Noile attacked the angel out of anger.

Middle of a forest? This angel was a little weird however Noile decided that it would be a good idea not to say anything. If he did, the angel woulld no doubt be able to think of a comeback and anger him all over again. Instead, Noile raised an eyebrow at the angel to let him know that his mistake hadn't gone unnoticed and smirked. Not so complacent now huh? He thought. Noile turned and walked round the corner, raising a hand, he opened a portal and gestured for the angel to hurry and get in before the humans came.

Lancelle groaned inwardly as he saw the look in the demons eys that meant the had noticed the mistake and was going to destroy him. He prepared for the torrent of hate that would undoubtedly hit him in a few seconds....the demon turned. Lancelle stared shocked. He couldn't quite believe what was happening, why had he motioned. Not understanding fully Lancelle followed automatically, his feet moving by themselves.

As he walked through the portal the angel found himself stepping onto soft grass, trees growing up around him and called light. He smiled relieved. Turning towards the demon he said "much better now we won't have to worry about those pesky humans." He smiled, nothing meant to anger the demon just genuinely smiling, pleased with the peace and the quiet.

Noile stepped into the portal after the angel and let the portal close behind him. He glared irritably at the latter and ran a hand through his hair before undoing his transformation. His red silken robes returned and so did his various piercings. Noile crossed his arms over his chest,"I would prefer to cease our unnecessary banters seeing as this is all just entertainment to you." If the angel treated him as an entertainment because he was bored, didn't that make Noile a jester? He refused to be humiliated another time. This angel was probably older than him by a few centuries which was why he was smarter, Noile didn't have to feel ashamed. But if he continued to exchange words with this guy, he wouldn't know where to look anymore.

"Now, since I have no intentions of becoming a jester, why don't the both of us just go on our merry ways and not bother each other," he gave the angel a low unsincered bow and opened another portal. Hopefully the angel wouldn't do anything to keep him from going. Another moment with this person would send him to his wits end. Noile couldn't stand losing which was all he seemed to be doing against the angel. And the biggest humiliation was losing against an angel. If the angel thought that this was funny, Noile most certainly did not.

Lancelle dismissed his human form, his arched eyebrows returned and his ears became more pointed while his eyes angled a little more. Pulling out of his robed ear cuffs and earrings his began putting them all in ignoring what the other was saying being sure that he was just trying to get the upper hand by saying such things so he just ignored it all. He looked up to see the beautiful red robes that the demon had doned, he had to admit that it looked very becoming on him. As the other began to walk away however Lancelle began to take a little more notice. He sighed and did the same thing he had done a few days ago, placing a simple portal in front of the one the demon had created. "Ohh come now, tell me you aren't bored of this life as well, tell me that this isn't somewhat amusing for you as well. Though I admit that maybe the words games are too complex for you." He smirked knowing full well he was no longer on the back foot but attacking again.

Noile growled in frustration when the angel's own portal opened I front of his,"what on earth is wrong with you?!" He gritted out. "I'll tell you now, I am not bored of my life,"actually he was. "Your word games are nothing to my genius mind,"in truth, Noile couldn't think of a comeback to most of the angel's comments. "And I absolutely do not think that this is amusing at all,"now this was true, who would find humiliation amusing, definitely not Noile. "If you think that life is so boring, then go find another demon to annoy. This demon is busy and is unable to entertain you."

Noile panted lightly after speaking so much at once. If the angel still didn't understand, he would jump off a precipice and kill himself. Actually that wasn't true, it was just an expression. "If you still didn't understand that, I would have to question God's ability to create intelligible followers." He added. "Now if you'll excuse me,"he said and once again opened a portal, this time in front of the angel's portal.

"I don't believe a word of what you say..well part from the last comment." Lancelle shouted after the demon trying to stop him "Although I can't comment upon your last statement or I shall get found out." He tried to make the statement as obvious as he could, Tring to get the demon to understand that he completely agreed and he too hated God. All loving, like that was true, he didn't believe it for a second. The man was by far the most annoying and self serving person on earth.

"Demon." He called trying anything now in order to stop him from walking through that portal. He wondered briefly why he was trying so hard after all the other was right he could just find another demon to play with but something about the one before him attracted him and he didn't want to find another. He disipated his portal and opening his wings flew in front of the other landing between the portal and the demon. He could feel the strength of the portal however. The demonic power emminating from it. He cursed himself as he tried to to be sick. Demons portal effected him these days and this one was powerful, he had misjudged how powerful. His eyes shut as he tried to control his relaxes but without fail. His face turned pale and he drew in a shakey breath.
