Yukio Takamiya
Noile walked towards the portal ignoring the ranting angel behind him. But something about the angel's words made his steps falter slightly, did the angel dislike God? Noile found it hard to believe. Had the angel been created wrong? Shouldn't he be a demon instead? "Who cares whether you believe my words or not,"he shouted back as he walked, they weren't true anyways. He stopped when the angel stood in his path obstructing his return to the darker realm. Just then, the angel staggered and his face grew pale as he took in heavy breaths. Noile hurriedly closed his portal. "Are you out of your mind?!"he exclaimed furiously. If anything happened to the angel especially since he was someone important, the angels would find reason to wage war with the demons. Kale definitely wouldn't be happy with that. "Going so close to demonic magic, guess you really are tired of life huh?" Noile crossed his arms over his chest and sat down on the ground cross legged. "Since you're so desperate to make me stay that you would even risk your life, I guess I should feel honoured and spare you a few moments of my time, he said and smirked. If the angel wanted to have a verbal fight with him so badly, Noile could comply. But he shouldn't be blamed if he lost control from anger and assault the guy. Nyuchanxx
Lancelle collapsed as the portal closed. That had been a big mistake, he knew he shouldn't have done that but it had been a spur of the moment thing that he hadn't thought through. Taking a moment to gather his wits again he let the demon berate him, he deserved it after all for being so stupid. "Sorry, my mistake. I may have misjudged that move." He swallowed trying desperately not to be sick and embaressing himself further. He smiled ironically "well I guess we're even now. I am about as stupid as you are!" He grinned amused at the entire situation. Raising an eyebrow at the other he teased "didn't know you would be worried about an angel though, starting to enjoy this are you?" He was starting to compose himself a little although he could still taste the bile at the back of his throat. He stood up though his legs were still a little shaky. Yukio Takamiya
Noile scoffed,"please, you're the only one that's stupid, don't include me in the same category as you." He uncrossed his arms and placed it behind his head before lying down on the grass. Glaring at the angel, he snapped,"who said I was enjoying this, stop flattering yourself." See what he meant? Just two sentences from the angel was enough to make him lose his temper. The angel had a problem with his head, God definitely made a mistake somewhere when he created this man. Guess even God wasn't perfect huh? Noile gave the pale angel a once over and huffed in annoyance. Getting up, he went towards the angel and rubbed his back hoping that it would soothe his nausea. "See what a nice demon I am?"he grumbled under his breath.
Nyuchanxx
Lancelle felt too ill to be able to think of a clever come back. He really had gone too far this time. He flinched as the demon approached him expecting some sort of attack, it was only when he felt those hand upon his back that he relaxed into the touch letting the demon sooth his pain. He sighed softly as felt the strong hands moving across his back and shoulders, he hated it but he had to admit that it felt good, the demon was surprisingly good at this. Shutting his eyes the angel released a final shuddering breath before his breathing returned to normal and slowly he started to feel a little better although the nausea was still in the pit of his stomach threatening to make him sick. "You're good at this." He mumbled softly resenting the fact that he was forced to switch to being nice even though he was grateful to the demon for doing this. Yukio Takamiya
Noile rolled his eyes at the angel,"of course, I'm good at all things." Actually, Kale had once gotten ill in front of him and the healer had asked for his assistance. Since it was for the demon king, Noile had complied and rubbed Kale's back as instructed. Who knew that the same method could work on an angel. Perhaps the demon anatomy and an angel's weren't as different as he thought? Seeing as the angel had gotten better, Noile stopped his hand movements and returned to lying on the ground. "So Angel, care to tell me your name since you're going to be annoying me for a while," Noile asked with his eyes closed. He didn't want to see the angel's mocking expression since he was the one who initiated the introduction. Who knew if the angel's ego would inflate further thinking that Noile wanted to get to know him. "I'm Noile by the way, you should know me since I'm pretty famous in the darker realm." And not a demon of the lower caste, he couldn't help but think bitterly. This was one comment of the angel's that he couldn't stand the most, being called weak. Nyuchanxx
Lancelle forced himself not to complain as the demon's hands left him. Somehow it had felt so good although he wasn't going to let the other know that was what he thought. Joining the other on the grass he put his hands behind his head and looked up through the leaves. He smiled when he heard the others name, this was just too good. He chuckled "Well it would appear I have heard of you, the word on the grapevine is that you are hot-headed, quick to anger and vengeful, I would agree with the first two but so far as I can see there isn't much revenge happening here unless you were just tricking me before you destroy me in some horribly painful fashion..." The angel knew he was enjoying this far too much and he loved it even more now he knew whom it was he was talking to. The God would hate it if he knew he was having a civilised discussion with a demon. He couldn't keep the contented smile of his features as his eyes closed in the warm midday sun. "Lancelle is my name, I doubt you have heard of me, I try and keep a low profile, one finds one can get away with more when less well known." He opened his eyes to look at thee other and give him a knowing wink before turning his head towards the heavens again.
Yukio Takamiya
Noile had actually felt proud when Lancelle claimed to know him. But when he stated his reason for keeping a low profile, Noile turned the other way and sulked, grumbling softly about know-it-all angels and how they flaunted their knowledge. Fine! So what if the angel was smarter than him. Noile had the excuse that he was younger and less experienced. One would think that the way he was acting now was childish but Noile didn't like feeling inferior. Lancelle was no doubt laughing at him now but Noile refused to turn back and fight with the angel. But wait, Noile seemed to have forgot something. Didn't Lancelle mention the rumours said about him? His pleasure at being famous had caused him to overlook the words that changed 'famous' into 'notorious'. Noile hurriedly flipped back to face Lancelle and asked angrily," which buffoon told you that I was hot-headed, quick to anger and vengeful?!" Noile probably didn't notice, but he was already acting hot-headed currently. Not to mention, he was also angry at the moment. Two points proven. Nyuchanxx
Lancelle let the other sulk deciding that he couldn't be bothered to explain that the demon didn't need to keep a low profile because as a demon it was hard to do anything wrong enough for it to actually be a problem, there was a slight possibility that talking with an angel might be that thing but actually Noile did so many demonic things and acted so much like a perfect demon that no one would ever notice, whereas he, as an angel, needed to keep a low profile to get away with half the things he did. When the other suddenly turned and half yelled half growled at him Lancelle couldn't help the fits of laughter that burst fourth from him. He laughed so hard that it actually hurt. When the fit subsided he replied "Sorry, sorry, I didn't mean....it's just...well you just proved my point did you not? Unless I just mistook that hot-headed anger for something entirely different." He chuckled "I thought you demons would be pleased with such a reputation or is it too boring and mundane for you?" He asked amused by the whole situation. Yukio Takamiya
Noile stared at the angel weirdly as the other laughed like nobody's business. What was so funny, he didn't understand. The moment he turned and spoke, the other had bubbled up with laughter. This made Noile forget about his anger and curiousity replaced it. When the angel spoke, it took Noile a while to register what he meant. His eyes blanked out and the 'proved my point' floated about in his head. Finally, Noile blinked and spluttered indignantly," I wasn't angry! What made you think I was angry?!" Noile dug about his head for an excuse for his previous outburst,"I-I was polite just now when asking you who said it." There wasn't an ounce of anger in him when he spoke to the angel, Noile tried to convince himself. Quickly changing the subject, Noile sat up. "Why don't you tell me about how God is like instead." Noile remembered how Lancelle had spoke about God like he was some kind of plague. If God wasn't how others thought him to be, Noile wanted to be the first to know. He could dig up some dirt of God from Lancelle, spread it around the darker realm and wait for it to get out of the realm. He thought that this was a pretty good idea, but in truth, it was actually very stupid to people who had common sense. One would think that Noile should be mature after living for so long, but apparently, he was very dense and learnt slow.
Nyuchanxx
Lancelle let the other believe what he was saying, it was funny watching the demon convince himself of such things anyway "If you say so." He replied turning his head to look into the demons deep, dark eyes. Lacelle allowed the demon to change the subject, it would be more effort than it was worth for him to try and convince the other of the truth in what he said anyway. "You know, I just realised something. You really don't think things through before you say them do you?" It was blatantly obvious what the demon was trying to do although there were a few reasons why he would do it and Lancelle wasn't sure which. "So your plan is to gather info about God from me, spread that gossip around and hope it gets around quickly. It's a terrible idea and would never work but tell me, what's you reasoning? Is it a vendetta against God or me?Or just something to pass the time?" Lancelle removed his hands from the back of his head felling the tips of his fingers going numb from leaning on his arms for so long. Shifting slightly he moved so that he was propping himself up on his wings somewhat so he could rest his head on the white feathers and still look at Noile beside him. Yukio Takamiya
Having his plan exposed without effort wasn't a good feeling. Being told that he didn't think before he spoke was even worse. Noile was incredibly mad but somehow he couldn't get himself to react. His face remained blank as he stared at the angel. The angel who was too smart for his own good in Noile's eyes, not others. "I'm not going to answer that question,"he finally managed to speak yet this was the first thing he said. He was supposed to rage and break everything in his path. Yet those words had such a great impact on him that Noile had somehow become slower than he already was. He had gotten sick, Noile was sure of it. Noile turned away from the angel and felt his forehead. It didn't feel any different. He thought back to Lancelle's words, did he truly not think before he spoke? Noile tried to recall every conversation he had with the angel up to the most recent which was now. He pondered over his words and Lancelle's response to them. It actually didn't make sense now that he thought of it. There were times when Noile could argue and there were times when he couldn't, which was now when he had internal struggles. In his deep thought, Noile completely forgot about the angel behind him.
Nyuchanxx
The fact that the demon wouldn't tell him what his actually intention was got to Lancelle, he was one of those people that liked to know everything and the fact that he didn't know this got on his nerves. Swallowing to stop himself saying anything rash he noticed the other turn away from him and shift slightly. When the demon remained motionless and didn't say anything Lancelle sidled closer until he was practically spooning against the demon. In Noile's ear he whispered "Come now you might as well tell me, you almost certainly have enough information on me already to destroy me so tell me if I'm right in deducing that you want to destroy God?" His voice was silky smooth as he talked into the others ear his thin fingers resting on the males shoulder feeling the heat of his skin, demons had a warmer body temperature than humans and Lancelle loved it, the heat excited him, made him feel the adrenaline he loved so much. Lancelle slipped his fingers beneath the others robe and felt the heat of the demons skin against his fingertips enjoys the warmth spreading through him and loving the feeling of the muscles that shifted beneath his fingers. He could feel the pressure points and knew exactly where to put his hands in order to completely incapacitate the demon. The thrill of it all made his breathing quicken ever so slightly as as whispered again "Come on, tell me, you are at my mercy right now." Just saying the words sent a shiver running through him that he wanted to feel more of. It had been a long time since he had felt this control and exhilaration and feeling over a demon that was upper caste and renowned for behind hot headed and hard to control. Lancelle bit his lip to stop the shiver that threatened to run down his body.
Yukio Takamiya
Noile was so deep into his thoughts that he failed to notice the angel coming closer. Only when he felt a warm breath by his ear and a hand on his shoulder did his eyes widen and he snapped back to reality. But Noile couldn't bring himself to turn. He lay there tensed and unsure of the angel's intentions. Noile pondered about the angel's question. Destroying God? That had never once crossed his mind but now that the angel mentioned it, he found that it wouldn't be so bad. When the angel's fingers slipped under his robe, Noile almost jumped out of his own skin. Attempting to grab the angel's away from him and Increasing their distance, Noile found that he couldn't move all of a sudden. His muscles had locked in place and all he could do was struggle against his own body to no avail. He heard a change in the angel's breathing and struggled more to move. Was the fellow getting excited? All Noile wanted to do now was get away, the angel was dangerous. He cursed himself for forgetting that he was talking to an angel and let his guard down. Even better still, he cursed himself for being so stupid to even talk to an angel in the first place. "What do you think you're doing by restricting me like this?" He gritted out. Nyuchanxx
Lancelle let the other growl at him since he noticed the demon had never actually asked him to stop and that was enough of an invitation as he could be bothered to get. He knew this was wrong on so many levels. For starters angels and demons shouldn't talk let alone touch other than in a fight. And laying with another man, the god would be furious when he found out. Lancelle chuckled to himself loving it. He was jealous that the humans could do anything they wanted without incoming back to haunt them but on the other side this exhilaration from wrongdoing was intoxicating. The angel nipped lightly at the demons ear and whispered "sorry but you'd forgotten about me so I thought I might stain my presence onto you memories." He smiled and ran his hand up out of the fabric and away from the demons warmth, his fingers trailer along the others shoulder and do towards the base of his wing. Lancelle felt the soft leather of the demons wings and allowed huis fingers to brush against them. He was no longer restraining the demon, he was I trigued as to see what would happen. Yukio Takamiya
Feeling the angel's nip on his ear, Noile felt a shiver go up his spine and he let out a small gasp. His back straightened instinctively but Noile's mind was in too much of a turmoil that he failed to realise he was free to move. This was wrong and Noile knew. What would Kale think if he ever saw Noile in this predicament? He almost failed to register the angel's words but at the last moment, he asked cautiously,"what do you mean?" When the angel's fingers moved to his wings, Noile jerked them away from the angel's touch. "Don't touch them!"he gasped out, fingers digging into the ground. His wings were practically a bunch of nerves. It was incredibly sensitive and touching it was an intimate gesture. Currently, his face had turned extremely red and he finally got his body to move according to his will. Noile tried to scramble away from the angel immediately. Nyuchanxx
Lancelle felt the shiver that ran through the other body as he nipped his eyes and a self satisfied feeling spread through him encouraging him. He loved the way the demon jerked away from his touch, the gasping voice that told him he had found a particularly sentive area. When the angel felt the other pulling away he let his fingers good down the leathery wings but otherwise allowed the demon to move away from him as he continued to lay on the soft green grass. His propped himself up on his elbow as his own wings shifted behind him. He watched the demon with a relaxed and satisfied look upon his features. A look of pure self contentment and satisfaction. Yukio Takamiya
Noile shuddered again when the angel's fingers slid down his wings for the second time. He made sure to put a safe distance between them before he got up and turned back to face the angel. "You're weird you know that? " he said before opening a portal and left. Noile walked through the doors of his castle to find Kale sitting in his throne. After a low respectful bow, he went forward and sat on the armrest of the throne. "What brings you here?"he asked. "Why, am I not allowed to visit a friend?"the demon asked playfully. "I heard that you've been in a bad mood throughout the week that you even refused to see me. Did you know how hurt I was,"Kale continued with mock hurt, placing a hand on his chest and shaking his head. Noile rolled his eyes at his friend's antics and sighed. "A few problems cropped up and I got angry," he explained, refusing to go into details. The king glanced at him from the corner of his eye before looking away, deciding not to push further. See the difference between his friend and that angel? His friend understood him the best. Noile almost weeped at this fact when he remembered his encounters with the angel. "I'm bored," Kale suddenly announced. "Let's take a stroll," he said and got off the throne. Noile followed him wordlessly. He didn't mention how he had just gotten back from a stroll, just hoping that this would be better than his previous.
Nyuchanxx
Lancelle snorted in derision at the comment "obviously." He said simply before the demon walked through the portal. Sighing he leaned back and shut his eyes. He thought back on everything that had happened, he felt drained, physically and mentally. Everything seemed to keep flipping today and it tired him emensly. But he liked it, that feeling when your eye lids are dropping and you want to stop it but just can't and then finally surrendering to it. Lancelle surrendered. His eyes fell shut and his last thought before he fell asleep was to wonder if he would see the I teressting demon again. Then nothing. Not even dreams, he was exhausted and nothing could penetrate that exhaustion as he just lay in the soft green grass and the sun began to slowly set. Yukio Takamiya
Noile returned to his castle after his walk with Kale which proved to be more peaceful than the previous. He returned to his quarters and started stripping the moment he closed the door before going into the bathing chambers. As he soaked in the tub, Noile sighed and thought back to the events that day. Why had the angel done what he did? Was it for amusement too? Noile had been extremely affected even though he didn't want to admit it. After his bath, Noile came out of the bathing chambers drying his hair with a hand. The other moved towards a gold basin and he dipped a long black nail into the clear waters. The liquid rippled and an image appeared on the surface. Noile stared into the water, watching the angel deep in slumber. Had he been in the forest since Noile had left? The demon snorted in disdain, perhaps the angel wasn't too clever at times. Laying like that in the human realm, wasn't he afraid of being found by a human in his true form. Not to mention, he was still in that ebony satin of his.
Nyuchanxx
Lancelle woke up after night had fallen. The cold had seeped into him until he awoke. He shifted, his whole body ached with cold. Grumbling the angel stood and opened a portal to take him to his chambers. Clambering through it he walked towards the bed, stripping himself of the satin as he did until he was only wearing his underwear before he collapsed into the soft warm bed. He pulled the covers around him and was asleep in seconds. When he awoke light shine through the windows, he never shut the curtains the night before, a mistake he now regretted. Glowering Lancelle got up. His body no longer ached but he could feel that familiar headache he got after getting to close to the demon realm. It felt like he was hungover but with none of the good effects of the night before. Sighing the angel grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his waist before heading to the pool and sauna hoping the soak might do him some good. Yukio Takamiya
Noile woke up not to light but to the constant darkness in the demon realm. He actually liked the sun in the human realm and often wondered how it would be like to wake up to light rather thab darkness. He sighed, the angel would know seeing as his realm was always bright, probably. Noile couldn't go there, so he could only assume. He slid out from under his covers and strolled to the gold basin to wash his face. Feeling refreshed, Noile changed into his usual red silk robes left the room. Sitting in his throne, Noile swirled the wine served by the servants, staring into the red liquid. Thoughts about the previous day returned and the demon shook his head. He couldn't stop thinking about it. And he couldn't forgive himself either, getting dominated by an angel so easily. Why was he even communicating with an angel in the first place. Taking a sip of his wine, Noile leaned back in his sit and sighed. He wasn't going to see Lancelle anymore so there was nothing to worry about. He was wasting his time by thinking so much. Now, what should he do today? Take a human soul? Or should he play a prank on Kale?
Nyuchanxx
As Lancelle was relaxing in the sauna he couldn't help his mind being drawn back towards that demon over and over. He had loved the gasps that came from the others mouth as he touched his wings and the shake in his voice as he spoke. Lancelle shut his eyes remembering. He could almost feel that warm skin beneath his fingers again, that skin that was so much warmer than his own. The heat was intoxicating. Someone else walked in. Lancelle glowered at them immediately putting a stop to the cheering good morning that was blatantly about to dance forth from the others lips with ill deserved joy. The other angel didn't speak a word and the frosty silence from Lancelle fell over the other until eventually Lancelle stood annoyed that some other angel had come and disturbed his peace. He through one more disgusted look at the other before walking out and going to shower. As he washed the soap suds from his hair the angel realised that he wouldn't be satisfied until he saw that demon. Even he had to admit this was becoming a little of an obsession, nonetheless he washed himself down and rushed back to his room where he filled a basin with water and made it show him Noile. He saw the other. Sitting alone in the throne room just swirling wine in the glass. He was thinking about something that bothered him and while Lancelle would have liked to think it was him he found it very unlikely. Sighing Lancelle dissipated the image and began brushing the knots out of his hair before he dressed in a length of ivory satin tied around his waist so that his torso and chest were bare. Picking up the silver from the table he put in his earing and cuffs followed by the rings upon his right hand and the swirling bands of gold that wrapped around his upper arm. Finished the angel let a portal appear and walked through into the humans domain. It was night and the stars were shining. Lancelle smiled, it really did look rather beautiful. He had opened the portal in one of his favourite places, the weather was always warm, even if often raining, and he was in the middle of a dense green forest where the river ran beneath him down the ravine. Sitting on the edge of the cliff face with the water flowing below him Lancelle sat and contemplated what to do.
Yukio Takamiya
With a sigh, Noile stood from his throne and opened a portal. He couldn't think of something fun to do, he decided to just pay the human realm a visit and perhaps just watch a performance or something. Noile walked through the portal but when he entered the human realm, he found that his feet hadn't stepped on solid ground. Noile looked down just in time to see his feet touching water before he hurriedly flapped his wings. Just his luck that the portal had opened above a river. If he hadn't noticed, he would have been soaking wet by now. Noile landed on the banks of the river and squeezed the ends of his robe which had also gotten wet. Noile let out a frustrated growl, judging by his luck upon coming to the realm, Noile could just feel how bad his day would be. Should he just return to his castle and bored to death? But he was already here, what was the point of returning now. Noile laid back on the grass and stared at the night sky focusing on one particularly large star. It was the star that he always looked out for whenever he gazed at the stars, for what reason he didn't know. Perhaps it was because the star was a great distance away from the others, isolated, which was why it got his attention. Noile turned on his side and played with the leaves, he really was bored. Perhaps he should have brought Jacques along, the human realm was asleep so it was fine.
Nyuchanxx
Lancelle frowned as he saw the glowing light of a portal opening beneath him. He focused as he saw a man step out and suddenly wings open up. Not feathered wings, that much was obvious, these were dark, ominous, leathery wings. A demon. Maybe it was Noile. Lancelle shock the thought away, obviously it wasn't, there was no reason that demon would come here after what had happened the previous day. Still he didn't like demons being in his place and he didn't want to disturbed as he mulled over life so standing he opened his wings and flew to where he saw the demon had landed. Lancelle let himself drop gently onto the floor a few metres away from the demon. The dark obscured his vision so he couldn't tell whom it was but he approached from behind determined to have the upper hand if this went south. He coughed. "Would you demons mind not bothering me. I actually like this place and would rather not have to deal with a demon when I really want to just sit and be alone." He just wanted to contemplate what he was doing with life but no, he couldn't even do that, this pesky demon had to interfere. He let out a huff of derision hoping the demon might get the hint. Yukio Takamiya
Noile was still playing with the grass when he heard a familiar voice behind him. He stiffened up almost immediately. What was Lancelle doing here? And the way he spoke sounded like he had arrived first. Noile slowly relaxed refusing to turn his body, he wasn't ready to face the angel yet. Finally, he realized that he couldn't stay like this forever. Noile stood up from his lying position, back still facing the angel. He opened his mouth,"what if I refuse?" He said and slowly turned to face the angel, a smirk playing on his lips. He didn't let his discomfort show choosing merely to stare at the angel. "How are you going to chase me away?" Noile didn't know what he was doing. How could he be acting so snark after what happened the previous day? He waited for the angel's reaction.
