Sorry guys but I'm gonna over analyze again (I'm sure by now you all have noticed I'm the over analyzing type xD).

 

I've always enjoyed analyzing these guys's body language because I found it really interesting.

I'm not a psychology student or something but I quite like reading about this subject so I know a few things about it.

And I couldn't help noticing Zouzhou's gesture while watching this part where he was asked about whether he's straight and where you can see him touching his ear. That part actually made me smile.

 

Usually when people touch their ear it means that they're not comfortable with what someone's telling them, they're irritaded and thinking it's none of this person's business and so, since it's an uncomfortable situation for the one who's feeling attacked, he'll start being defensive. You can also see Zhouzhou's being uncomfortable and defensive when he changes his position and sinks back into the chair. It could also mean he's trying to take back the control over the situation and appear dominant.

Anyway, a person who'll start being defensive will either confess (if this person's feeling guilty of something) or try to hide the truth or just lie. But when someone's is scratching his ear (instead of just touching it) that could mean he's trying to settle this situation by saying a half truth or stating something clever to turn the situation to his advantage (which actually Zhouzhou totally did!)

 

So yeah Zhouzhou, sorry but I don't believe you one bit on this one!!! onionn6

I don't think so. =( I am just doing this for you guys and I don't think I can commit full time to this. I took the whole day just to translate a couple of chapters and the book has like a few hundred of them.

Thanks! Yeap, the next intimate is scene is the HepB scene as in the drama. But after the confession, hopefully you can tell from my translation, GuHai becomes much more open in his desires for BLY where previously he would mask it as brotherly love. BLY also struggles to reject him when his body is asking for it(just like ZhouZhou in the BTS! XD)

My own brother is gay so it is honestly quite obvious to me they way they go about their lives if they are gay not. For gays, their eyes will always linger on other guys(like how straight guys always seems to stare at babes and girls drool over hotties, natural instinct) and they will almost always focus extra attention on guys. It is only human nature really to focus your attention to who you are sexually attracted to. You can tell that JingYu and ZhouZhou is not comfortable with guys' attention during the Shanghai fanmeeting when they had fan participation.

 

But what I can say though is that there is certainly some attraction between both of them. ZhouZhou and JingYu confessed as much during the YY interview where he used the phrase: "lust overcome my body" and "its longer just acting anymore". The attraction may have been brief and sexual. I am sure if we lock them up in a room for like a week with one another, they will be doing each other like rabbits after just a few days. =P

 

But for now, I don't think their attraction is enough for them to act on it yet. If they were to act in Addicted S2(without outside pressure) AND Amazing Race where they have to constantly spend time and skinship with one another, who know what can happen =P

I think some part of the novel really parallel the lives of JingYu and ZhouZhou. Like this part:

I agree 110% with this observation!

 

To add my own observation, their busy schedule and minimal contact could diminish their attraction/care to each other. But if the chain of event we know could be used as a consideration, I do not think that (the diminishing of attraction) is happening, or happen but in a very slow process (or increasing without us knowing LOL).

 

All they need is another long term chance to be together!

Ok. I think I was not clear enough when I said I didn't believe him. I'm gonna elaborate a bit.

 

What I meant is not that I think he's gay (I never thought for a second Zhouzhou was gay) neither did I mean that they're in a romantic relationship or something (as I said before, even if they had feelings for each other at some point that wouldn't mean they'd take their relationship to the next step). I'm actually pretty sure these two are only friends. But what I meant is that, unlike what Zhouzhou's stating in this interview, he may be aware that he can be attracted to another man under certain circumstances. Anyone who observes them enough can tell they're attracted to each other (yep, I'm not even doubting that). But does that mean they have romantic feelings or is it just some sexual attraction? No one can be sure about that.

I'm already hearing people scoffing at what I just said and thinking "she just said she thought he was not gay but now she's saying that he may feel sexual attraction to another guy?". But yeah, there's actually a big difference between sexual desire/ sexual behavior and sexual identity.

 

Anyway, I won't elaborate more about this because, first, I'm not in their head and don't know them personnaly and, second, all that is pointless.

 

I just found these gestures interesting because this question made him react subconciously. And a subconcious reaction means there's an emotion (which is instinctive), whatever this emotion may be. That could also just mean he's being irritated being asked this question all the time. But since there were also obvious signs of discomfort I think there's more to it.
