What the heck is going on actually?

I seriously cannot understand the Chinese media landscape. Truly they are unique in their own world. Apparently some people(not official news mind you) are spreading around the word that shows YuZhou participated in are going to be banned by the authorities for suspected homosexual stuff. The same people advised that fans stop searching and tagging YuZhou in their posts on Weibo and social media for the time being to protect the boys.

 

Then another group of fans is countering the news and says that the above are nonsense published by "black fans" trying to bring them down because if you completely stop searching or posting YuZhou stuff, their popularity is definitely going to be affected. And right now they are in a blazing rocket and their appearance on new shows depends on their popularity. Also ZhouZhou's new songs are in the mists of being charted right now. Stopping the search will make him fall in the charts.

 

Add to the super sensitive nature of Chinese forums(hurray communist China and their freedom of speech), everyone is banning posts and discussion left and right so fans are even more jittery and information is more scattered.

 

Even though I can reasonably understand some Chinese, I am so confused by the situation because everyone is sprouting their own stuff and fans are too afraid to do anything.

 

All my years of following Kpop and Jpop and the US, this have never happened before LOL.

I just came back from Weibo arguing over one fan base's post requesting international fans not to tag, search their names in Weibo.

 

Though I can feel their love, it sounds so wrong. It's like cutting the roots of their fame and it will lead to no popularity which might cause to no more job offer. Such a cruel thing to spreading rumors to intentially misleading fans.

Well, it's China. not Korea, Japan, or US, haha. oh F*ck these 'black' fans. Hi everyone, I'm very new here. In fact I just only joined this forum today and it's all because of Addicted. I just binge watched the 15 episodes on YouTube yesterday and I'm so in love with it. Made me cry so much and laugh so hard and even pump my first in the air for joy when Yin carried Hai to bedroom and he initiates the kiss.... Ahhhhh.... My heart skipped many beats. I really hope to get the uncut dvd and English translated version of the novel.

The situation is so confusing because the chinese version of this yaoiotaku forum on Baidu is super sensitive. The mods will ban any post that he/she deems "black" without any other reason. So people are unwilling to discuss anything so all the information is scattered throughout Weibo(Chinese version of Facebook/Twitter). So you have thousands of people simultaneously sprouting/replying/"confirming" stuff without a consolidated place to refute them @~@ so... yeah. you can imagine the chaos.

 

You know what is the worst part? Everytime YuZhou appear on a programme, there will be "protection group" out there trying to censor posts asking people to self delete YuZhou posts claiming that if not the show will get banned/deleted scenes/etc. You can even see estreline instagram to see how much the mania have spread(the Happy Camp posts about programme director not happy ?!?!?!?!). Its borderline ridiculous.

 

I cannot belief that the government have so much time to censor two random(lets be honest here, they are not even that famous FAMOUS). Didn't CJD had another BL drama called counter attack too? The whole thing don't make much sense.

Yeap. Actually GuYang also likes BaiLuoYin alot. In the novel, when GuHai was imprisoned by GuWanTing, when BaiLuoYin went to beg GuYang to help free him, GuYang's condition was sex with BaiLuoYin(wtf?!). Later, at one point he even tried to get rid of GuHai in HongKong to seduce BaiLuoYin. It gets pretty complicated as he almost raped(!) BaiLuoYin in the second part, but thankfully was unsuccessful. He managed to get a top secret and threatened BaiLuoYin to have sex with him.

 

I hated/am DISGUSTED by GuYang so much and how both GuHai and BaiLuoYin let him get way with so much. He even caught BaiLuoYin masturbating one time and coming. So other than GuHai, GuYang is the only person(maybe ShiHui?) that ever saw BaiLuoYin's climax.
