About the interview (stupid babbling ahead)

 

 

Thanks for the crossing fingers! It went well, pretty relaxed interview just how a I like it. However when I asked when the role is about to start they were like "Err... to be honest...err... maybe next week, maybe in a month, maybe never. If the creditors don't sing the contract and the company can't extend than we don't need new ppl. But we love your CV, you would fit for the role if it ever came up, that's why we called you in."

 

I was like what the actual fuck? Are they expecting me to sit around and watch Addicted, interviews, read the novel and stalk the guys until they deicide if they want to hire a new member in the team or not. Er...wait wait wait, wrong example, I am quite happy with the Addicted part .

 

So yeah, that's why recruiters annoy me sometimes, they are sugar coating all roles so you get excited and want to go. I learned already to divide with 10 what they are saying, but they can still surprise me.

 

Oh, and I have to share this funny part of the interview. They asked me about one of my software experience that I have only basic knowledge of, but of course I want to sell myself and need to be careful with my words and turn it to positive as much as possible. So while doing that suddenly I just realized that I am scratching my neck, exactly the same way ZZ did during interviews and the Thai FM when he was asked about his ideal girlfriend. So there, in the middle of the interview, ZZ was on my mind, and warned myself I shouldn't do this because it tells the employer that I am nervous. It's really ridiculous how you can't control your movements and how your movements reflect what you are feeling inside.

I have watched the movie.

 

 

It's a youth movie, high schoolers preparing for their final examination and college/university entrance. Cute, romantic and funny, I like it! Reminds me of Three Idiots a little bit.

 

 

 

It's just the ending is too dramatic, imho, with the MC's valedictory and running to the train station and all. I prefer the earlier, down-to-earth part. Also, it's too bad ZZ's song is not included in the movie. I get it that ZZ's song was additional promotion material but still, it would be awesome to hear his voice in the movie. Oh, well, hopefully we will have the chance to hear that!

Well, it is simple for them to dispel our delulu of them being together. Just do a live stream for five minutes from different cities at almost the same time. There. All delulu will poof away in seconds (and we'd cry a river...).
