YellowPerch
Sosuke hadn't noticed when Sidney let go of his arm and left to the other side of the room. During that time Mina had changed the subject from his past and started talking about other things. She hugged him again and Sosuke laughed as she let go again, commenting on his good looks. "Sosuke laughed harder. "Ah, the only woman who would go after such a pirate like me are the whores in the bars." Mina changed the subject again, talking about her new life as a scholar. He was glad to hear his childhood friend was getting by well. He never mentioned it out loud, but he always wondered how she was doing. How the island everyone else was doing. Sosuke was about to ask her, to bring up the names of their old friends, but Sidney walked past, mumbling something. Sosuke stopped himself and watched as the navigator walked away. By this time Mina was already attempting her pouty face to get him to agree to her coming aboard. "Oh ah, yeah...hold on a minute Mina. Come with me." Sosuke left the shop, following after Sidney. When he got back into the main street he spotted the younger pirate and called out to him. "Sidney! Wait up!"
Raychu
Sidney stopped looking back. He forced a smile on his face, only to make it more forced as he saw the girl was standing right next to him. He walked over to Sosuke, pulling him down into a kiss, wanting to show Mina who he belonged to, but the other pulled back quickly. He scowled at his lover, the smile dropping from his face. "Don't follow me Captain, I'm going to go look for other things alone," he snapped. He couldn't stress the world alone enough, he hated it so much. He had Sosuke in his grasp, but he was letting him slip through. He stormed off, heading down another street, immediately hiding in a shop before Sosuke could come find him. "Stupid girl! Stupid Sosuke! Minaughty? What kind of nickname is that? Stupid..." He pouted as he looked through the rings, a look of disgust coming over him. Mina followed Sosuke out as she was told, jumping a bit when the other male practically ran up and kissed him. "Oh," the raven haired girl mumbled, unsure of what to say. Wasn't it odd for a man to kiss another man? Were they a couple? She doubted it, but she didn't at the same time. She just never thought Sosuke would be the type to go for men, especially when he always showed interest in woman back at their village. See the boy storm off after snapping, she sighed. "He's a bundle of joy isn't he? Give him some time alone, maybe he just needs a break from you?" She looked up at the other, patting his cheek. "Don't look so down, everyone has their moments." She grabbed the older man's hand pulling him to the side of the street, into a bar. She wanted a place to be able to sit and talk, even if she couldn't hear herself when she did. She sat down, a wide smile returning to her face. "You should tell me what interesting things have happened to you since you left. I'll tell you once I matured I had three marriage proposals. Three! Remember how every boy in the village thought I wasn't pretty enough, shows them!"
YellowPerch
When Sosuke noticed Sidney walking back towards him, he stopped, letting the other meet him. He saw the forced smile the other hosted on his lips, wondering why he was so upset. Then he was pulled by the scruff of his shirt and pulled down, his lips clashed with Sidney's in an awkward and unpleasant kiss. Sosuke pushed back, realizing too soon that action made Sidney even more upset. Then Sidney turned on his heels, practically hissing at Sosuke. At least, it felt like that to Sosuke. He held up a hand as he tried to pull Sidney back to him, but he twitched, stopping short. Sosuke watched Sidney walk away and all he could do was call out to him, barely finishing his sentence. "Sidney wai-" His hand dropped to his side as the younger pirate walked out of view. Sosuke wasn't sure what to do. What did he do? What should he do? He felt Mina pat his cheek, an attempt to try to get him to not think about things. He lowered his eyes when she mentioned Sidney needing a break from him. How? How would he need a break? Did he do something last night that Sidney didn't like? God he felt like an idiot. Suddenly Mina dragged him into a bar where she immediately claimed a table and sat down. He sat down with her, but he wasn't even paying attention when she started speaking. When she stopped he looked at her and mumbled. "Huh? Oh, uh, yeah." Raychu
Sidney was quick to leave the shop, heading straight for the ship. He took another route around, not wanting to run into Sosuke again. He was being childish, his lover wouldn't cheat on him or anything. He didn't doubt that, but seeing him being so friendly with someone out of the blue, that stabbed the navigator's heart. He knew nothing of the older man's past, he wanted to know. But Mina, she seemed to know and it crushed him. He took a couple breaths, calling himself. He would apologize to the older man when he returned, knowing his actions probably confused him. He couldn't state he was jealous though, that was something he wouldn't do. This was a friend from when he was younger, he couldn't be mean about that. He'd just had to deal with it, he knew Sosuke would never betray him. Mina frowned, reaching over and patting his head. "Stop dwelling on it Sosuke. He'll be fine by tonight. Maybe he just had something triggered and needed out of the situation, who knows. Just be careful if you ask him about it, it might be something he doesn't even want to bring up. He didn't seem that mad at you, maybe he's just having a bad day?" She questioned, knowing exact why Sosuke wasn't paying attention. His face softened, seeking to have soaked in the words she spoke, glad he was willing to listen. She smiled, sitting back in her seat. "You never answered my question though mister pirate. I really want to go with you. Do this as a way to make up for leaving me alone." Her eyes widened as she frowned once more, seeing his face change. She was able to read the other like an open book from knowing home when he was a kids "Oh shit, sorry sweetie. I didn't mean to... Fuck me, that was uncalled for. But I'm begging you here, I'll even pay you if that's what I takes!"
YellowPerch
Sosuke couldn't truly stop dwelling on the subject. Seeing Sidney storm off so upset had him more confused then a child figuring out what plastic toy hammer did. But when he listened to Mina's words, he came to a small understanding that maybe Sidney did just happen to have a bad day. His smile wasn't as wide as it first was when he first met Mina, but it was there. That was until Mina brought up why he left her behind again. His face frowned and he thought about what he did. Maybe he should have found a way to tell her what happened. He found out months later that the pirate they helped was hung and blamed for killing his family. It was pretty much the reason why he became a pirate in the first place. Sosuke looked up again and sighed at Mina. "I don't need you to pay. Your right, its the least I can do for leaving you." He leaned back in his chair, trying his best to feel better. "Right now the ship is being worked on. But we'll be leaving port as soon as it's finished." Raychu
Mina smiled widely, hopping out of her seat, hugging him. "Oh thank you! Thank you Sosuke!" She was ecstatic, pulling back. "Come on! Let's go find something for that... lover of yours, to try and cheer him up!" He pulled he other out of the bathroom, pulling him towards a shop. She hated using the word lover for Sosuke, thinking he wouldn't have been the type to be held down by an oath of love. "How is life now though? Are you at least having fun? I am, leaving was the best thing I could've done. After you disappeared I became the town boys toy to pick on all the time. It toughened me up though, one I day I just punched of them in the nose, broke it I did. Momma locked me in the house for a month she did. I started reading then, soon I started yearning for more information on other places, encouraging me to leave. Papa approved, momma didn't. she didn't approve of anything ever, did she?" She looked around the store, not for anything in specific like Sosuke was. She pursed her lips thinking about her parents.
YellowPerch
Sosuke really wasn't all that surprised when Mina jumped out of her chair and hugged Sosuke. The girl really was a touchy feely person. Then he was suddenly pulled out of his chair and out of the bar. They looked around for the shop Sidney was least in going to and went straight to it. Mina spoke out, never stopping like she always did. "My life is perfect now. I've got a family again." He smiled at the ground as she pulled him along. "I've got Sidney now too." They entered the shop and while Mina went off talking about her leaving home, he was looking for Sidney. Unfortunately Sidney was no where to be found in the shop. Sosuke's brows furrowed, Sidney had never been that upset before. Even last night, his anger quickly diminished after their hot play. Sosuke tilted his head back, resting his hands on his hips. He sighed and stared at the ceiling. "Really, what am I going to do." He spoke outloud, not expecting anyone to answer him back.
Raychu
Mina looked at Sosuke, reaching over and pulling his ear. "He's fine Sosuke. Really, it just seemed like a random outburst. The boy will be fine when you get back, just make sure to shower him with affection," he snapped. The raven haired girl was fed up with this behavior, all this sighing and puffing from the other man was silly. She laughed when she saw the pout on his face, poking his nose. "I'm being serious, it seemed like he was set off by something other than you. You didn't do anything. When I walked in he seemed to be in a highly good mood with you dearest. Hey, let's go to the ship, maybe he'll be there?" She didn't care either way if Sidney was there or not, she just wanted to see the ship. She personally could care pea for the lover that was preoccupying his old friend's mind, making his attention go elsewhere than her.
YellowPerch
Suddnely Sosuke's ear was tucked on. "Wha- Owowowowow." He threw up his hand to grip at the wrist holding his ear. When she pulled away, Mina told him he wasn't to blame. A pout formed on Sosuke's lips as he rubbed at his ear. "You've got a death grip, just like you did when we were younger." He rubed at his ear some more before Mina suggested they back to the ship. He nodded and was the first to leave the shop. They only reason why he was out here in the first place was because he was with Sidney. Without Sidney there was no reason for him to be in the town. His gait was long and fast. He was sure Mina, with her short legs, would have trouble keeping up with him. But there was no way he'd slow down. "Come on Minaughty, you've got to keep up!" Raychu
Mina knew she had a strong grip, she was proud of it too. Many people didn't mess with her because of her strength. She even matched up with many men who decided to pick on her. The other man dashed, causing her to sigh in frustration. She was small, smaller than the other. She sprinted after him, keeping up fairly well. "I'm not slow like I used to be!" She called out, following close behind. When they reached the ship she was out of breath, leaning against it for support. "That was unfair Sosuke! You're so mean!" She looked over, seeing Sidney walking towards them, stopping dead in his tracks. "I'm just going to go on up, you two can hash it out." She crawled up the ladder, getting on the ship, everyone immdiately Walloon over to her. She didn't know what to do, staying silent. Sidney was walking when he saw the other two were at the ship before him. He stopped, about to turn back when Sosuke noticed him. He walked over when the girl got on the ship, hugging his lover. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" He nuzzled his face into the man's neck, staying there for a bit before pulling back. "That was silly of me, I'm sorry." He stood a bit on his tiptoes, kissing the other gently. This kiss was nicer than the first one he tried to do which was awkwardly positioned. He pulled back after a bit, kissing the man's jawline, moving down the neck, sucking on it lightly. This was the only way he could feel as if he claimed the other, every bit of him. He pulled back, hugging the other again. He pulled back when the men started getting louder, probably confused by Mina being up there. "Go save her, it's fine. She's coming with us right? You need to let the other's know. Hurry before they tear her apart!" He laughed. He didn't want the other to leave him alone, but he needed to brave it. Sosuke was his and only his. Everyone knew that, Mina would soon as well.
YellowPerch
Sosuke laughed when he looked back to find Mina huffing. Although he remained on the sea several times out of a year, he still had more endurance and stamina then most of his men combined. He slapped her back gently and playfully. "Man, you got to exercise more." When he looked back up he immediately spotted Sidney, who instantly stopped when spotting them. Sosuke instinctively took a step, but didn't got any further. He wasn't sure if he should go to him or not. Then Mina announced her escape to the ship, which in turn Sosuke should have went so he could let the crew know right away. But there was no way he'd be doing that now. Then Sidney ran up to him, hugging him instantly and apologizing. Sosuke hugged back, tight. Sidney pulled back and began kissing almost every part of Sosuke. Sosuke smiled, glad that he had his lover back. When Sidney kissed his neck, giving it a slight suck, it made him moan just enough. When he pulled back a second time to hug him, Sosuke did as well. He placed kisses on Sidney's head the whole time. Suddenly the yells of he crew began growing stronger and Sosuke groaned at the thought having to go stop them."I'll go. But let me tell you, I'm not done recharging." Sosuke gave him one last squeeze and a kiss on the head and left. He got half way up the bridge to the ship when he stopped and turned around. "Forgot something" he said as he came trotting back to Sidney. He dipped his head lower and kissed Sidney's neck, giving it a small suck like he had gotten moments before. Then with a grin, Sosuke returned to the ships deck announcing the news. "Lay off you scurvy dogs! She's coming with us!"
Raychu
Sidney smiled widely as the other kissed his head. He watched Sosuke go up the bridge, about to follow, when he came back just to copy what the navigator did before. The brunette moaned softly, laughing when the other pulled away. Yeah, Sosuke was his, no one could take that from him. Not even this mysterious Mina. All his, and he belonged only to Sosuke. Nobody could break that apart, he just knew it. He touched the spot on his neck that Sosuke sucked on, his smile only widening. He got on the ship, scurrying past the men who had dumbfounded looks on their faces, heading into the eating quarters to help the cook out. He needed to let the man know we had another one joining on the ship for a bit. He loved helping cook the food, it was fun to learn. He always wanted new knowledge on the ship that he could gain. He loved being a navigator but he wanted to be more useful than that. Mina was confused, unsure what to do. The men were circling around her like hawks going for their prey. They were just as confused as she was, but she didn't show it. Suddenly they were yelling and questioning her, trying to answer that she would be joining them, they were having none of it. When Sosuke came up, they back off, making her sigh in relief. "Thanks Sosuke. You seem to be in a better mood than before, is everything with... Sidney was it? Yes! Is everything with Sidney cleared up?" She smiled, looking at him with her big curious eyes. She didn't really mind the fact the man had a lover, she just wanted the man to pay attention to her or it would become an issue. She hadn't seen her old friend in years, yet his attention wasn't on her. That irritated her, but if he was willing to pay attention now then she would be fine. She had a right to want Sosuke's eyes and ears all on her when she hadn't seen her only friend in years, watching her entire life go by without him. YellowPerch
With Sosuke's sudden appearance back on the ship, the men quickly cooled off. Some backed away while other's continued there slight questions, centered on Sosuke. However, most of the men chimed in about the captain bringing on another bed partner. Sosuke quickly shot a glare at those statements, causing the men to cower away. Never had they seen eyes so cruel before. But when Mina quickly asked him about Sidney, clearly having missed his glaring, he turned to her. Plastered on his lips was a wide grin. He pointed in the direction Sidney had just got on the ship, noticing as he crossed the deck to the eating quarters. Sidney wore as wide a smile as Sosuke did. "Does the answer your question?" He turned back to his men and shooed them off, telling them he'd talk with them all later. Then he turned back to Mina, "Come with me for a minute. I have to talk to the shipwright. And I ain't leaving you here with them alone." Sosuke already began walking off, knowing that Mina was very close behind him. Not wanting to stay alone with the crew herself. Raychu
Mina laughed, seeing as they did make up. She saw the glare, but ignored it. It was o different than when they were children and he'd give her that glare when she bothered him all the time. At some point he stopped and just grew to accept her presence, sooner or later that acceptance allowed them to become close friends. She followed close behind, not wanting to hang around for the questions or being assumed to be one of those bar whores Sosuke talked about. "You're just as scary as ever," she chirped, looking back at the crew. "I can handle myself, I don't need to follow you around, I'll be fine. I'm much different than when I was when I was a little girl." It was true, when she was younger she needed Sosuke to cos tangly stand up for her, afraid of doing it herself. She didn't need that anymore however, she was better than that now. She didn't need to rely on Sosuke, when he left she opened her eyes to that. She wouldn't do that now either, he left her to fend for herself in survival among the village boys. She learned how to do that. She was okay sticking around his crew. YellowPerch
Sosuke heard Mina's little chirp. He looked back at her and smiled. "You should have seen me when I first became a pirate. I didn't get the name 'Beast King' for nothing." He followed his statement with a wink. When Sosuke was younger he always had a scowl on his face and always glared at whoever he found annoying. The only people who didn't get that were his family, especially his brother. Eventually Mina became part of that circle and he made it clear to those on the island that if Mina was messed with or hurt, they'd have to deal with Sosuke. And now his little glares were just to let the crew know they were going to far with their games. They respected him and knew he would never think of them as he would have when he was a child. Sosuke found the shipwright, sitting on the handmade scaffold he invented in order to work on ship's easily. He struck up a small conversation with him before asking about the ship. Sosuke finished talking with the man and turned around with a sigh. "The ship won't be done until tomorrow afternoon."
Raychu
Mina pursed her lips into a thin line as she thought about it. "Better than it taking a week, that wouldn't be so swell. Hey!" She pulled the captain down to her level so she could whisper to him without anyone hearing. "Why don't you take that Sidney on a date? I bet he'd appreciate it, no back talking it. It's happening, I'll make sure of it," she teased. She was doing this to get on her older friend's good side again, not wanting their friendship to completely fade because of a relationship he had. "I'll even help you tidy up! You're dirty, when did you last shower? Not this morning, I can tell that. Your hair is oily just by looking at it. Keep your hygiene up!" She scolded him as if he were a child, a thing her and Sidney seemed to have in common. She didn't like Sidney much, but she'd get along with him to please her friend. She let him go, giving a wide smile. She wanted to help the other man out with this bratty lover of his. How could he deal with that random outburst, she would've blown up on the kid if it were her. YellowPerch
"Still, now I have to spend mo-" Sosuke wasn't even able to finish his sentence before Mina grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt and pulled him towards her. Really, what wasn't with people tugging on his shirt? Then she began whispering in his ear. "A what!? You really think Sidney would like something like that?" He'd never really considered it. Men didn't just go on dates, and as pirates there was no telling when they'd ever be able to go on a date. She let him go and Sosuke straightened himself, fixing his grumbled shirt. Then she started teasing him about his hygiene. "Hey! I washed up just the other day...three days ago? I'm a pirate Mina, we don't just wash every chance we get." He pinched the bridge of his nose. "Remind me again how we ever became friends. Your insane!" He teased the younger female back. He was utterly glad to see her again, but he wasn't expecting it under such timing. Raychu
Mina snorted as being called insane. "I'm not insane, I'm just... okay maybe I'm a bit crazy, but not insane!" She laughed, getting back to the topic on hand. "Yes, yes. Do it, I promise it'll do you good. He seemed like the kind of boy who would enjoy the little things such as dates. You should know this mister!" He was lucky to have a romance expert on board. She raised a finger to her lips, shushing him. She didn't need everyone on board to know, letting bit reach its way to Sidney, it needed to be a surprise. She coughed when he said it was three days ago, scrunching her face in disgust. "Does your lover appreciate that Sosuke? How selfish of you if you didn't even consider his feelings. He looked a lot cleaner than you too, how often does he shower? More than you I assume." She puffed her chest up as she looked around. The ship was a pretty one, the boards of wood definitely the highest of qualities. Sosuke did good with the ship. She caught some of the men staring at them out of curiousity, laughing again. "Do they really think I'm one of those cheap whores? How terrible. That's a little hurtful, I would never." YellowPerch
Sosuke was hushed by a finger to Mina lips, apparently he was being loud. Despite being 'crazy' as she put it, Mina certainly treated him much like a mother. After he told her the last time he showered she nearly gagged. She spat nonsense at him, which only made Sosuke turn his head away with a pouty frown. "I shower..." Then she mentioned Sidney and his cleanliness. "He showered last night...but!" He wasn't able to finish as Mina puffed out her chest, clearly stating she didn't want to hear any excuses. He lowered his head sighed, he remained looking at the ground, not in sadness, but trying to think of what his date with Sidney would consist of. Then Mina asked about the men, wondering if they saw her as one of Sosuke's whores. He looked up and at the men, noticing them still watching the two of them interact. "Ah, I used to bring them on the ship all the time. So I guess I've made a bad reputation for the men because of it." He sighed again, closing his eyes and drooping his arms down. "I'm glad I've stopped doing that."
Raychu
Mina was disappointed in Sosuke for that. He stopped as low as allowing himself to do such a thing, how horrible. "Well I can assure them I'd never sleep with you," she said confidently. She may have wanted her old friend's attention but that was it, she didn't want him romantically, she just wanted him to notice her. "Hey, Sosuke... What's it like to fall in love? I'm curious to know. I've been told by many that they love me, but how do you know? I hate liars, I hate them so much." She walked over, leaning non the railing, looking at the sea. She hated everything when Sosuke left her, hated life. She felt alive once again when she left to travel, refusing to return. She never even sent letters back home, they didn't care. A bell started ringing, confusing her. "What was that?" Her wrist was grabbed by her old friend as he pulled her down the stairs, confused what was going on. She took the seat on Sidney's side, looking around. Sidney was already at the tables waiting for everyone to come down. By surprise Sosuke and Mina were down first, probably protecting her from the hungry dogs that the men became when the bell rang. He frowned deeply as she took the seat next to him, but quickly changed it to a smile as Sosuke sat on his other side. He didn't want Mina near him, he didn't like her. But that was just his jealousy speaking for him. He grabbed his lover's hand with the ring on it, admiring it. "When will we be able to leave?" He mumbled his question, intertwining their fingers together, looking up at the man. He completely ignored the girl's presence, showing her who Sosuke really belonged to now. He tried to make this jealousy ease, but he couldn't. He hated how the other girl got to call Sosuke by his actual name. Now it wasn't so special for Sidney to say it. YellowPerch
"I don't want you to sleep with me anyway. Your like a sister to me, one of the most truest friends I ever made. There's no way I'd ruin that by being a stupid idiot." Although Sosuke loved sex, and loved his friends dearly, he drew the line at sleeping someone so close to him like Mina. He stopped for a moment, thinking. Sidney was just as close, wasn't he? But Sidney was different. Sidney was Sidney and it made Sosuke unable to turn away from him. He needed Sidney, Sidney could control him. Mina just made him want to act like a kid again. Mina's question about love surprised him. His widening before calming again. "Well, I can tell you for certain that you never know when you fall in love. Suddenly it just happens." He placed a hand on Mina's head and leaned over to look at her from the side as she leaned against the railing. "It happens differently for everyone. Perhaps your heart pounds, your mind is filled with them, maybe you want all their attention. Whatever it is....it truly makes anyone happy." Just then the bell for dinner rang. Sosuke immediately grabbed Mina's wrist, dragging her down into the kitchen before the crew. When he got down to the eating quarters he let Mina go. She sat down on one side of Sidney, thinking she was going to sit between them. Sosuke chose the other side of Sidney, ignoring for now to get his food. He smiled down at Sidney as he younger pirate grabbed his hand and looked at the ring. Their fingers intertwined and Sosuke pulled Sidney's hand towards his lips, kissing his fingers. "According to the shipwright, not until later tomorrow." Sosuke turned back to call out to one of his men. "Someone get the shipwright in here. He deserves a good meal for the hard work." Sosuke turned back to face Sidney, bringing his hand once more to his lips and kissing it. He held it there for a little while more, closing his eyes and taking in the warmth and scent that was Sidney's. He missed his touch, not having him near him for most of the day. Raychu
Sidney tightened his grip when the other kissed his fingers, his smile becoming wider. He loved this, this was something that no one else could have. He looked back at Mina for a second, giving her the look of "he's mine", before directing his attention back to the older man. He made sure Sosuke didn't see, his eyes being closed at the time. "Too bad. Come to town with me again then?" He wanted to be selfish with Sosuke the rest for the day. His time with him got interrupted, then he ran off out of anger, then he was hanging out with Mina. The evil demon that just waltzed into his lover's life. His hand started to shake out of anger as the jealousy started to bubble in him like before. His smile soon became a thin line, his unhappiness showing. The mark on the man's neck was fading, he needed to fix that. That was his sign of possession. His eyes were locked on his lover's neck, but he didn't move. He sat there nicely, just staring. Mina frowned when Sidney gave her that look. Oh that look, only if Sosuke saw. He never was the type to deal with this sort of behavior, when did that change? When did he become such a pushover for a simpleminded boy. It was stupid, she did nothing, yet he immediately claimed the man like a piece of property. Low. That was low of him. She looked down in her lap, clicking her tongue. She started thinking about what her old friend said about love, then it hit her. She wanted all of Sosuke's attention, all the time, only have it focused on. Was she in love with him? That couldn't be. She only just met back up with him today. Of course she'd want his attention, she hadn't seen him in years, he left her, of course she'd want to make up that time. She was even trying to help Sidney by making her friend take the boy on a date. He didn't need to be so possesive. She looked over at Sosuke, shaking her head. She couldn't let him leave, he needed to stay to prepare for his date. One Sidney didn't even deserve with that kind of attitude towards the captain's old friend. YellowPerch
Sosuke kept his hold on Sidney's hand, not once letting go. He could feel the younger tighten his grip after asking him to go back out with him. Sosuke smiled at him as he nipped at Sidney's index finger. "Hmmm, I'd rather just stay on the ship with you." His eyes suddenly narrowed. "The towns people have seen too much of you already. I don't like their looks anymore." Sosuke's possessive personality spoke in riddles. Prior to now he could care less about who saw the two of them together. But after all the expressions he'd shown to them, Sosuke began thinking they new too much. Even though it was just his expressions. He looked up then as the shipwright came in after his men. "Ah, be right back." He nipped Sidney's finger again before standing up and walking towards the man. Sosuke clapped the shipwright on his back demanding one of his men to grab a dish of food for him. A night of chowder was on the menu again. Of course the shipwright was cautious of the food. But after much persuasion from Sosuke he decided to give the food a go. Sosuke even offered him a hammock for the night so he could get started on the ship as soon as morning came. Unfortunately for Sosuke, he decided against that idea and Sosuke had no choice but to accept that. When he was done with talking to the shipwright he grabbed two bowls from the cook. When he came back to the table he reached between Sidney and Mina to give Mina her bowl. Then moved back and reached on the other side of Sidney. When he leaned forward, it looked like he was just whispering something in Sidney's ear. But what he really was doing, was nipping at Sidney's ear. When he placed the bowl in front of Sidney he moved away with a lick to his ear and a chuckle. Then he went to grab his own bowl and came back and sat down. Of course the whole time he had a wide grin plastered on his lips.
Raychu
Sidney pouted, he wanted to go into town. He still had things he wanted to buy for his lover, things that showed who he belonged to. Before he had a chance to complain to the other left the table, letting his hand go. His smile dropped, losing the hand he didn't want to let go of. It was for good reason however, his lover was only win the ship right, yet he still seemed quite jealous of it. The talking didn't last long, the shipwright being very skeptical of being on a pirate ship, Sosuke was being too intense. It showed on the poor man's face. When the other brought him his food, he was about to thank him, when he let out a gasp, his face turning red. "T-Thank you c-captain," he said through his short breaths. The other returned once more, that smug grin on his face. That was unfair of the man, at least Sidney didn't do that when he decided to creep up on the other. Since the shipwright was there, he refrained from retaliating, besides moving seats to go talk with the man. He wasn't very eager to talk at first, still cautious of being on the ship, but the navigator had a gift for being able to have people warm up to him in a pinch. The man was quickly smiling and laughing, he looked back, seeing Sosuke's irritated look. He was curious if it as him or someone else. Mina pushed away the food, not very hungry. She watched the other two closely, looking back down at the food she pushed away. Sidney left, making her confused. Shouldn't he be happy he got that kind of attention? Oh well, didn't matter much to her. She looked at what Sidney was doing, seeing he succeeded at getting the shipwright to be friendlier than the guarded personality he put up. "He's good with people isn't he? You're too... intimidating I guess is the right word. He's like a little fragile flower, swaying in the wind. He's a catch alright Sosuke, you need to be careful with him. You let him go and he's gone, whether it be mentally or physically," he mumbled. She wasn't picking at him for choosing the navigator, she saw how good of a match they were, yet they were polar opposites. Sosuke was... Sosuke. An intimidating, cold hearted, fool. Sidney was completely different. He may have been a bit hostile but it didn't bother Mina much. She saw why he did it, even if she didn't like it. She looked over at her friend, raising an eyebrow. "What's twisted your panties?"
YellowPerch
Sosuke wasn't expecting to have Sidney walk away from him. He wasn't quite sure he completely enjoyed the reaction he got from the younger pirate. Having been called 'captian' instead of his name and the fact that Sidney had just stood up and left. Sosuke watched he did, realizing he left only to go sit at the table with the shipwright. Sosuke's mood soured again. He knew Sidney was only embarrassed, at least he hoped that's all it was. But he didn't need to leave his own lover and go talk with another man. He clicked his tongue and turned back to Mina who was talking about Sidney being a flower and he being too intimated. To be honest he hadn't been listening to most of it. Then she continued on with how he needed to be careful around Sidney, where he could lose him easily. This only caused Sosuke to scowl more. He turned around in his chair and leaned against the table. He waved a hand in the air, as if dismissing what Mina just said. "Yeah, yeah, I need to be more gentle with him, right?" Sosuke couldn't help being who he was. He couldn't control his personality, his possessive personality. Sosuke looked up at the ceiling for a moment and then turned to Mina. "Sorry Mina, I need to get some air." Sosuke took one look at Sidney as he sat talking with the shipwright. He narrowed his eyes at the man talking to his navigator and left. He hadn't even touched his food, leaving it behind on the table. He was surely to get an earful from the cook later.
