Please help!!!! (sweet pool issue)

im not sure what the thread is and im not sure where to post so im sorry,,,

but im having an issue while opening a BL game (if anyone can help thank u so much !!!)

the screen is black the second i open the game. i also cannot exit at all !!! im not sre what to do.. ive tried everything i can. ;;;;

Ive extracted everything and everything is together and i opened sweetpool and this happened!

im not used to this sort of thing and i havent played too many BL games but this hasnt ever happened! can someone help me fix this issue!? ASAP thank you!!! :Playful:

You can force the game close from Task Manager.

As for the game itself, where did you download it from? Here on YO or somewhere else?

Make sure your DirectX is up to date.

 

And make a print screen of your installation folder.

I downloaded it on here after trying several different websites that didn't work.

by installation folder i assume you mean downloads? my downloads folder is very full so there wouldn't be anything special to be seen.

ive found a way to get into the game and you can see the screen.

the problem is,,

the game closes,,, is it an issue with directx as it seems? im not sure where to go to update it,,,
