Name: Kaleb Sudoru

Nickname(s): None

Age: 23

Position: Seme

Species: Human

Height: 5ft 10in

Birthday: June 9th

Sexuality: Straight

Hair Color: Dirty Blonde

Eye Color: Dark Brown

Extra: Has two upper lobe piercings and one helix piercings.

Personality: Short tempered, possessive, inconsiderate, selfish, childish, blunt, and aloof.

Likes: Watermelon lollipops, art, designing, sweets, collecting postcards, and sleeping.

Dislikes: Loud noises, whiny people, arguing, television, cold places, and anything bitter.

Occupation: Server

Bio: Kaleb was always a stuck up kid, getting spoiled with everything as he was the only child living in a mildly wealthy family. He didn't like to share, antisocial from everyone. He saw no point in interaction, unlike others who wanted to find their true love to see the color of the world. He was just fine with his life, never wanting to leave his comfort zone.

Kaleb was having a horrible day already. His bike ended up getting a flat tire, he lost his phone, and he wa slate for work. That was a constant thing for him as he was the bearer of bad luck, but nothing was worse than this. All he wanted to do was go to work, get paid, go home and sleep. Plans changed, they changed so fast without him even knowing. Everything he did his entire life was ruined by this one little moment. A simple change of color in his life, a huge deal to anyone else, but him. He never wanted this to happen, he never cared for anything like this, but it happened anyway. Life couldn't be so kind as to just let him be, no, that would be too kind for life. It needed to throw hell and destruction his way, without even considering his feelings for it. His dark world, his lack of color, suddenly overthrown by the vibrant colors of life.

The pastels, the neons, every color invading his vision all at once as he stared down at who was meant to be his true love. It was a boy, a man, a male, everything he didn't like. Kaleb liked woman, a lot, so how did his forever love end up being a boy? Why was life so cruel? It had to be a boy, that was made everything so much worse than just finding his true love, only to be tied down from here on out, but it was a male as well. He was the bearer of bad luck, unable to escape being the unlucky charm of life. All he was meant to do was to get the kid's drink order, that however did not end up being the complete case. No, because when he walked over, staring directly at the other, he blinked twice, suddenly the world around him lighting up with mysterious things. Those mysteries were the colors, the colors of the cruel fate of love that life had in store for you. He never even wanted to find his true love, he was fine being alone, fine with picking up woman off the street for fun, now he had someone he was supposed to be with forever. How? He had no attraction to the other at all. Nothing was felt for him.

Kaleb could pretend like this was a mistake, that he was thinking it was the wrong person, but that was too big of a lie to make himself believe. He knew he was right, he looked at every customer, none of them making this color pop happen. When he looked at this mysterious boy, the burst of life just happened in seconds. He was content with his black and white world, it was comforting, it was nice, he was being forced to leave that comforting world. Never would he had left it if he was given the choice, he would sacrifice true love for comfort. He wasn't a courageous guy, he didn't need to be either. He just needed to make a living for himself, something he was successfully doing. It wasn't enough to satisfy life, it had to throw in a loop, a huge surprise, an unwanted gift. Nothing could show his hate for this, no words could describe the anger he felt towards finding his one and only love.

The server decided to sit down on the other side of the table his new found love was sat at, a deep frown forming on his face. "It's you? How is it you? You look so... plain, so boring. Why am I stuck with you?" He didn't care what he was saying, as long as it was said correctly. He was being honest about his feelings, refusing to hold back anything. He was a spiteful person, raised that way, never being taught it was wrong. If he upset the stranger than fine, he could deal with it. It didn't bother him, it didn't affect him in anyway personally, if he was fine then it was fine. That was his motto, stuck to it his entire life, always will. He wouldn't hold anything back, that included his dislike for the lover he was now supposed to have. "What's your name by the way, you little bean sprout," he spat out in a harsh tone. He called the other such a silly name because he was thin and lanky while Kaleb was toned and fit. Anything he could to scare off the other, he would use.

Churi was having a rather average day, enjoying a nice day to relax before he would go to the library just for fun. There were supposed to be a bunch of new books coming into the library and he could not wait to read them all! Some had the most intricate covers on them too..They looked beautiful even in black and white. Well..What better way to celebrate than a drink? Why not treat himself? Churi reasoned it as a celebration to the new books and just being in a general good mood overall that particular day.

He went to a restaurant that looked pretty good and he had heard good things from. They are supposed to have very good food, especially the drinks. The drinks are supposed to be really sweet..and looked delicious to top it all off! Churi could not wait for a delicious treat as he stepped into the restaurant. For a minute he was looking at the menu, looking down when he was ready to order...what....?

It was as if the very world around him just burst in color upon looking at his server. Him....? Out of all the people he has met..this...he was supposed to be his forever person? Left a bit speechless for a bit, he eventually ordered his drink to the server who..did not look too pleased by this revelation. Churi sat at the table and he was greeted with such comments..

"No surprise..Another person calling me plain.." Churi sighed and tried to forget it. Even this "soul mate" f his hated him..what a day to be me. His good mood was ruined a bit but he still smiled sheepishly as he adjusted his glasses. "My name is Churi and I hope to hear your name before your next insult?" He asked, trying to be talkative and contain himself.

Studying the other's features so intensely, Kaleb didn't look as if he actually hated the boy. Which he really didn't, he hated that he was his soulmate. That ended up being over dramatized too, he was just mad Churi was a boy. Overall the boy was cute, extremely cute, but he would be in denial if he thought something crazy like that. He wasn't pleased though, not at all. The server hated how this world took away the choice to choose who you want to be with, it chose for you. It chose Churi for him, he didn't know why either. He was still stuck on the fact the other was of the same gender. He had never once expressed any interest in the same gender, had he? No. How did it end up this way then? It shouldn't have, it wouldn't have if he just stayed home on his bad luck day. Instead he decided to push through, those should have been warnings this would've happened. He ignored them. Now he was here, with his soulmate.

He snorted when the other asked for his name, he was wearing his name tag, wasn't he? The server looked down, pursing his lips into a thin line. Oh, he wasn't. He must have forgotten it when he was in a rush. Now he felt like the stupid one for laughing at nothing, but brushed it off, knowing it didn't matter much. "Kaleb, it's Kaleb," he spoke in a clear voice, making sure the other heard him correctly. Hearing the part about the insult, he raised an eyebrow. Did he insult Churi at all? Probably, that was just how he was, insulting people without thinking. He wasn't as rude as he always seemed to be, he just never held anything back. Even if this boy in front of him was his soulmate, that didn't change his personality for him.

Churi seemed like the kind of boy who reacted strongly when pushed and pulled at, Kaleb was the kind of guy who loved getting reactions out of people for attention. He was seeking this particular attention now, not caring for anything else. He may be in the restaurant he works at, he wouldn't let that stop him however. He was curious to see what kind of reactions he could pull out of th boy, that was his new goal. If the server wanted something, he would get it. It would also give the other some insight on who he was meant to be with. Many people would probably feel bad for who Churi's chosen one was, the server was no prince charming. He was the complete opposite. Unless the prince of anyone's dreams became completely selfish and had no interest in anyone around him, then he was nowhere near being called a prince. Instead, Kaleb was the villain of the story. Doing as he pleases, getting what he wanted by any way he could until he was shot down by the heroic person of the story. That heroic person just happened to be Churi. This blonde stopped him dead in his tracks, stopping all his evil doing in mere seconds.

Deciding he needed to pull that certain reaction out now, he leaned across the table, cupping the boy's cheeks, lightly kissing him. He was sure he caught the attention of everyone in the restaraunt, but this was his special one, perfect excuse for him to be kissing a customer randomly. The kiss seemed to stop time, everything was just them. Only them. Is this what it was supposed to feel like when you kiss the one who was meant for you? It just felt so right, so perfect. He realized his goal of wanting to see how the other would react complete vanished, focusing solely on the kiss he initiated. Not only did it feel amazing to do, but he wasn't disgusted by the thought of kissing another male. He was sure this would've made him vomit, it probably would have if it was another. This was his special one, his true love, his soulmate, he was sure because of that he was okay with kissing him even if he was male. Rules were always bent for the love of your dreams.

Kaleb...So that was the name of the person that destiny seemed to decide was the right match for him. Not that necessarily he seemed bad looking but he seemed a very coarse type of person. Was he just having a bad day? Was he like this all the time? Certainly not..He was a server and is a servers job not to please the customer? Or...did Kaleb really dislike the idea of himself being paired with someone as plain looking as him?

The other seemed silent as if in thought, not sure what the other could possibly be thinking. A rebutal? Was he having an internal debate on whether he should say anymore? Keep him company until his drink would be ready? Wait..did he even put in his drink order yet? His mind was a mess of questions that felt like there were no answers for.

Suddenly, Churi found his cheeks being cupped by the warm hands that smelt slightly of the restaurants food and drinks. Before he could muster a response to what the other was doing, his lips were caught in a gentle kiss. Everything felt like it was shutting down, only able to focus on the two of them despite the busy setting. His face felt like it was on fire and his heart feeling like it was on overdrive. Is kissing the person you are destined to be with supposed to feel so explosive? It felt as intense, maybe more, as the feeling he got when he saw colors for the first time moments ago. Churi's first instinct was to just latch onto the kiss or pull away in shock, but he found himself doing neither of these things. Mesmerized by the kiss or at least taken aback by it, he stayed in the kiss with his server Kaleb.

Kaleb pulled back after realizing how long he was in the kiss with the other. He removed his hands slowly, the dumbfounded look on his face quickly becoming a look of irritation. "That doesn't mean I like you. It was just a kiss, nothing to it," he spat out in a way to justify himself doing such a ridiculous thing. Seeing how flushed the boy was caused a smug grin to form on his face. He didn't know if the other felt the electricity he did, he just knew he got what he wanted out of it in the end. A reaction from the other, this just meant he would be able to pull more out of him in no time at all. This boy would ease his boredom for people, ease the irritation he quickly had. What amazed him the most was how a human face was able to hold such a bright color on their cheeks. The colors humans held in general. That was amazing he could never see how he truly looked when all he saw was black and white. Now he sees color, he is unhappy about it, yet he's eager to see other things out of curiosity.

Leaving Churi to his own thoughts, Kaleb went off to the kitchen to put in the boy's order. After that he snuck outside for a quick break since he only had one table to tend to, that table being Churi. What was supposed to come next? What was he supposed to do now? He knew that was his destined, but where you do go from there? He was perfectly happy with being alone, he could still try to be, he knew that wouldn't happen though. He couldn't pretend like this thing they had was nothing and go back to his own life, that wasn't right. He knew it too. No one in this world chose something else over their destined one, it was how life went. He couldn't either. Nothing from Churi seemed to catch his attention, he didn't see how they were supposed to end up together. This boy seemed like a pushover, someone he would get tired of real quick. Is that the point? He needed to be able to entertain himself with Churi and find a way to stay? Thinking made his head hurt too much. Something he just wanted to stop.

Returning inside, the server grabbed the boy's drink, leaving the kitchen, setting it on his table. He left without a word, going to his manage asking for an early end to his shift. Once he said his reason, she was overjoyed for him to have finally found his soulmate. He couldn't match her happiness, he was just glad to have gotten his shift passed onto someone else. Walking back over to the boy's table, he sat down at it once more, watching Churi so very closely. "Where are you going after your drink? I think we should talk, just not here. I don't need my manager throwing a bitch fit that I said something to you I shouldn't have. I need this job," he snapped. He couldn't tell who he was angry at anymore. Life, Churi, or himself. Kaleb liked the kiss, he liked it so much it was obvious, of course he'd be angry at himself for liking a kiss with a guy. But this wasn't just any guy, at least the blonde in front of him had a purpose in his life. So it wasn't just a random kiss, it was a special random kiss.

His heart still hammered away in his chest even after the other had said such things to him. Of course the other didn't like him..but why did he then kiss him if he hated him so much? And out of nowhere in front of so many people! Churi wanted nothing more than to hide in a room somewhere and make himself forget all this and the stares people seemed to give him. He wanted to be angry at Kaleb, but he couldn't bring himself to the level he wanted to be. This was his destined person..He had to try and accept this. Don't judge a book by its cover..is going to be a lot more difficult than he possibly could imagine. This book is a walking nightmare..why not someone who was kind and sweet?

Churi received his drink, taking small sips of the dessert drink in front of him. He always saved the cherry for last as he always did, not quite eating it yet. The cherry was the best part and helped him earn his nickname by some of his close friends. The cherry looks more beautiful in color..a delicate yet strong shade of red that matched the sweet taste it held in the small fruit.

Churi heard a voice start talking to him, seeing it was Kaleb again. He...wants to talk to me? "About...?" He questioned, a bit afraid of what the other had to say. What more could you possibly do to me..Please no more surprises ..no more sudden kisses. As sweet..and warm...Churi tried to forget this line of thinking. He didn't press any further, wanting to at least hear the other out before he asked anymore of Kaleb. "I'm going to the park I guess.." He shrugged shyly, putting the cherry stem in his mouth. In mere seconds, he pulled out a tied cherry stem and placed it on the napkin next to him. He didn't want to be rude after all.

Kaleb sat there, contemplating if he should answer the boy or not. It didn't seem harmful if he did, he just didn't want to send any of the wrong messages across. "About us I guess. Where you want to go from here, that's where I guess I'll go too," he mumbled caught up in his thoughts. Where did he want to go personally? Leave Churi behind? No, that wasn't it. He just didn't see how it was them together. The server was the complete opposite of this boy, it was obvious. Kaleb was an inconsiderate douchebag to put it in simpler terms, and Churi was shy and sweet, he could tell. How was the moon supposed to get along with the sun? One shined for a bright day, the other was shining for night. They didn't meet because they weren't meant for each other, so how did him and Churi get put together? A muster to solve it was.

Tongue work, Churi had amazing tongue work to be able to tie a cherry stem that quickly. Kaleb recognized that in seconds, wondering how far he could take that kiss he had before if he were to do it again. Pushing that out of his head, he realized the boy's drink was done. He pulled out his wallet, putting money on the table for the next server to collect. He wasn't going to get the change back, letting it be a tip. He stood up, grabbing Churi's hand pulling him out of the restaurant, walking in the direction of the park. "Then to the park we'll go," he muttered. He blonde was going to get no say in if they were going or not, that's where their direction was now. He slowed down, losing some of his breath with how fast he was deciding to go. He looked down at their hands, seeing they were being held, causing him to cough, letting go quickly. He didn't mean to do that, he just did in an attempt to get out of the restaurant. Why did he want out of there so fast? He was impatient, wanting to talk as quickly as possible.

When they arrived at the park, the server sat down on the nearest bench, crossing his arms. He knew the other was close behind him, now he just needed to figure out what to say. "I think I've stated it before but I don't like you, in fact I'm not interested in you at all. That's most likely because I don't know you and who's to say I won't grow to like you. I'm not happy, not one bit. You're a boy, I never once have liked a boy in my entire life. I don't get a choice apparently, it's been decided you're my soulmate. I personally was hoping to never find you, wanting to stay in my world of no color, here you are though. I'm willing to try this romance thing if that's what you want. I'll follow you, just know I'm not excited for it," he spat out. That was the most he had ever talked with someone out of his own free will. He would rather be holed up in his tiny apartment instead of being out in the hot sun. Plans do change however, they changed drastically fro him today.

"Oh..Right. I guess we do have to figure this out.." Churi said as he looked up at Kaleb with a questioning look. Well, they were destined for each other even if they did not seem to fit together in the slightest. Kaleb was the lion and he was but a kitten in comparison it seemed in their opposite temperaments. They met and someone decided it was to happen. That does not mean he can't doubt how they are supposed to get along even in the slightest! Well..They are off to a really great start so far..picture perfect..

He was not expecting Kaleb to take out his wallet and pay for his drink, not sure what to say. Before he could ask why keep even thank him for paying unexpectedly for a drink, Churi was soon being tugged out of the restaurant, asking "What are you doing?" In a more inquisitive way than necessarily wanting to stop this. He bit his bottom lip in a bit of embarrassment at the brief hand holding, sitting next to the other on tthe bench.

"Speak your mind don't you..?" Churi said at all the words coming from Kalebs mouth. But Kaleb seemed like he really wanted to try this soul mate thing. Churi..was unsure of how this would work out. On top of not knowing much about romance, he was not sure about any kind of relationship with a polar opposite. "I'm not excitedly..well..at my happiest either. What..what do we do?" He asked quietly..

"I always have, nothing is going to change that now. Honestly, if I'm too blunt for you then I don't think we should even try this out. I can't change myself to fit you, and I'm not sorry about it either," he said in a harsh tone. He didn't even know if he wanted to try anything out with Churi. It just seemed so impossible, how was this guy supposed to be able to be with someone like Kaleb? He wasn't. This seems too unrealistic, almost like a dream. It wasn't though, there was no way a person could dream up the beauty of color. There was just no way, it would be too coincidental, too fake. Every knew color he saw was as real as this love that was supposed to happen. How did one's lover be chosen anyhow? Did life make sure to link two people together for eternity without anyone knowing it? It was just crazy, implausible, but it was real.

"What should we do? That's all up to you. I'm giving you the choice to decide how this goes down. You can choose to walk away, ignoring that I'm the destined one for you, or we can give this a shot. It might turn out or it might fail, I'm not sure. All I know is this is one of the worst days in my entire life," he mumbled. Kaleb's eyes roamed over the boy once more, if he were a girl he'd be adorable, one he'd definitely be willing to be with for the rest of his life. But Churi was a boy, not a girl, that didn't mean he wasn't cute, he was, he older man just wouldn't admit that as easily as he would if the other was a girl. He really could see the boy as being cute, he was sure other people thought the same as well. Male or female, Churi was still attractive to the eye's view. Which was nice for Kaleb, at least he had something to look at.

Kaleb brushed his hair out of his face, sighing loudly for everyone to hear. "You felt it too right? In that kiss, it was like electricity was going through. Have you ever been kissed by another? I have, it doesn't feel like the way I kissed you. It... felt weird, different, nice I guess is the word I would use. That doesn't mean we see destined for each other though. I think that's just a trick of the mind because we are being forced to think we belong with each other," he rambled on. Just like Churi said, Kaleb spoke his mind. He did it without a care, not bothered by what he was saying or doing. He needed to explain himself, explain his feelings. He wanted the other to know how he felt to influence the choice he was going to make. Kaleb's life was going to change depending on how Churi decided it should.

"No no no, it's not bad I guess.." Churi said, really wanting to make friends with the other. He just wanted to get along with Kaleb, even if he didn't feel necessarily any romantic feelings he could place. "Well don't expect me to become some..kind of different person just because in destinend for you either" Churi said in response, looking out Into the scenery of the park. What he needed right now was to relax..wish he didn't have to think so much about this.

"As much as I want to walk away and wish for more, destiny chose you for some reason I guess. I might as well give it a shot..What do I actually do though? It's not like..I date much"Churi said with a slight hint of embarrassment. He should have just kept quiet, watch him comment on how 'inexperienced' he was or how could anyone really like him.

"Yeah..I felt it too. It was like..I felt all hot and funny inside..I guess..I don't know.." Churi said as his cheeks went a bit pink just thinking about it. A kiss in front of so many people..in public?! Just that alone was enough to embarrass him. "And don't laugh..but maybe..that was my first kiss okay? I was expecting..I don't know..I didn't think this is how it would happen" Churi couldn't find the words. He really wanted his first kiss to be magical and romance filled..not expecting a kiss from no where that was uncalled for. But what he did know was that he really liked the kiss..a lot..even if he couldn't admit to it. Did that mean..he really liked guys?

Not bad? This boy must be crazy. No one liked Kaleb because of his personality, that's exactly why he didn't get along with people. To hear his personality wasn't bad, that shocked him. He hated that this boy had the ability to throw him for a loop so quickly. "I wouldn't expect you too. Your personality is fine anyway," he mumbled, hoping the other didn't pick up on his words, that would be embarrassing for him. He wouldn't want to see Churi's soft personality to change, it fit with his image. If that personality were to change he'd be thrown for another loop, yeah, he didn't want that to happen. He was completely okay with how Churi was in general. A sweet, soft hearted boy for him. That seemed like putting a sheep in the wolf's den. Maybe whoever chose this romance was being more tortuous to the boy than him.

"You don't need to worry about that, just follow my lead, I've dated my fair share of people. You don't date much? That obviously is not at all, don't try to beat around the bush about it. Nothing to be embarrassed about. I'm surprised though, you seem like the type to have someone fawning over you at least once a day," he hummed. His eyes roamed the park, stopping on the ice cream stand. He could really go for something sweet, it would have to wait. He needed to finish this conversation first. His mouth started to water just at that though of having some sweet, creamy, ice cream to fill his craving. He wasn't a patient person as he's shown before, if he wants something, he'll get it, no matter the situation. But he pushed back this impatience, just for a bit longer.

Kaleb's eyes widened with shock. He took the boy's first kiss? Not that that it mattered to him much, he just hadn't expected to hear he took the first kiss. "You wanted it to be special? If kissing in front of multiple people isn't special then I don't know what is anymore. Sorry I took away the fairytale kiss you wanted," he mumbled, not sorry at all. He didn't honestly care if he took it, insulted the boy even brought it up. Was it that bad for him to mention he wanted another kind of kiss? Ouch. The server took that to heart, dropping his mood even further. "That's what dating involves bean sprout, kissing. You're going to deal with a lot more of it from now on." He grabbed Churi's hand, intertwining their fingers, dragging him to the ice cream stand. Couples held hands like this right? Right. He did it once or twice before. "Want anything?" His eyes wandered over to the boy, trying to be polite by offering.

"I suppose I'll be following your lead a lot. Not surprised to hear you have dated a lot of people. You seem like a popular guy.." Churi said quietly as he turned to look at him. And wait..did he just compliment him? While it was a very small comment on his personality, it was a compliment all the same. It was strange to come out of the other but it was a nice start. He had to learn, it seemed, to take things slow with Kaleb warming up..if at all. This may be a tad difficult..

"I-I didn't mean that. I..I just..didn't expect my first kiss..to be only right after I learned someones name" Churi said bashfully, even though the surprise kisss really made his heart leap into his throat. "I thought it would be after I knew someone a little more..that's all.." Churi stammered over his words, his embarrassment soon silencing him. He better not say anymore..He was a fumbling mess in front of Kaleb and didn't want to be seen as plain or all mushy.

Churis thoughts stopped again at being told he..would have to deal with kissing a lot more? And he actually..was dating Kaleb? He was dating and going to kiss again such a..he could not find words he could understand to describe Kaleb. He tried to stop his blushing at holding hands so intimately..but he liked it. His eyes twinkled a bit at being offered ice cream, happily ordering a vanilla for himself with the happiest smile on his face. Churi felt so weak to the weakness that was delicious cold ice cream..

Kaleb was far from the popular type. A lot of girls only wanted him for his looks, not his personality. He was told time and time again how dreadful his personality was, how hard it was to just stand near him. He disappointed a lot of the girls he dated because of how rude he was. He was sure Churi would be no different. The boy would be horrified by the server's bluntness, his rudeness, and his selfishness. The older man would give Churi about a week before he decided to bolt, never wanting to see him again. He as prepared for it, he was used to it, it couldn't hurt him. He would be fine with whatever happened, just because this was his soulmate didn't mean it would change the way it affected him.

He ordered himself a chocolate ice cream, paying the man. He received the ice creams, handing Churi's his. "You're welcome," he mumbled, pulling him back to the bench they were previously at. He let go of he boy's hand when he sat, licking around the cone before it started to drip. His first kiss? He took Churi's first kiss? Should he feel a bit guilty for taking that away with him so abruptly? No, it's just a kiss. He lost his about the same way, it's not that it mattered much to him. Maybe it was to the younger boy, the server couldn't see why it was though. It was just a kiss. A kiss Kaleb really liked, one he wanted to do again. It was too soon though, he needed to wait a bit. Rushing the other night make him run just as fast as his personality could.

Kaleb was eating his ice cream, minding his own business, his eyes wandering over of the boy's ice cream. The younger boy hadn't seemed to notice the ice cream was about to drip, diving in, licking the part that was about to drip. It would've been a waste to let it fall, wasting something so good would've been a shame. He pulled back, returning to licking his own ice cream once more. "Ah, that was indirect kiss," he blurted out. It's not that he meant it to be, he just wanted to keep the ice cream from dripping. But when he thought about it, the fact he indirectly kissed the boy just popped into his mind. "Oh, do you want to meet me here a bit later tomorrow? I would do the same time but I'm working, unless you want to stop by my work place. I'll pay for what you order," he hummed, licking around the cone once more.

"Thank you" Churi smiled, happily recieving the ice cream with a small smile. Well that was really sweet of Kaleb to buy him ice cream..it felt like a really nice date. This is how dates should work and it felt nice..the whit me of the ice cream seemed even better when surrounded by the color of the world. He felt so spoiled to be eating ice cream like this and hoped he would have enough money to do something nice for Kaleb in return.

He started to lick his ice cream rather slowly, licking from the top. Churi took slow licks at the cone with his tongue to enjoy every little bit of flavor the ice cream could offer him. He was content like this when he found Kaleb leaning and licking at his come. Oh..! It was dripping..he could have used a napkin or let him know but it was..a nice gesture? He licked the ice cream off his own lips with a shy "Thanks".

At hearing he wa seeing invited for another day with Kaleb, he thought that it actually sounded nice. Another day with Kaleb t might be like this..might actually be nice. "I can meet you at your job if you want? Although someone was squealing yesterday so I hope whoever it was is ookay now.." He mused, hearing the managers squeals from earlier today. Now he had to find something nice to wear..What did Kaleb like? Ah, why did he have to care about his clothes..why did it matter?

Kaleb hummed when the other said he would meet him at his workplace. "No, she's fine. I don't even know what the hell is wrong with her," he spoke softly. He took bites of his ice cream, finishing it quickly, eating the cone in a couple of bites. "Are you absolutely sure bean sprout? I'm not going against your decision, I just don't want to hear tomorrow that you changed your mind. Not that I'd complain, but that would be the fastest someone broke up with me." Four days was the new record of having someone break up with him early. He didn't want to think he was that bad, worthy of being broken up in a day. That really would stab his pride, it was an insult. He warned people, they knew what they were getting into. He gave Churi the fair warning as well.

The server took the boy's wrist that was holding the ice cream, holding it still, leaning over and licking his ice cream once more. It wasn't dripping like the first time, he just wanted to taste it again. Looking up at Churi's face, he saw the ice cream on his lips, leaning in, kissing him gently like before. He wasn't doing it for a reaction this time, he just wanted the ice cream on the younger boy's lips. He licked across the lips, pulling back once he was satisfied. "Tastes good," was all he could say for his actions. He didn't need to consider what he did, he didn't think twice about it. He kissed the boy twice in one day, both times in public. Oh well, it didn't matter. Churi would get used to it at some point. Maybe it was hard dealing with random kisses, sooner or late he'd probably expect them.

"What time do you need to head home? How old are you actually? You look no younger than nineteen," he hummed, poking the boy over multiple times. "I'm twenty three. Am I speaking too much? Perhaps you don't actually care to hear me speak. Maybe you don't even want to answer my questions. If you don't want to then just say." He was talking way too much, hoping Churi would make him shut up. For once he'd be willing to listen, wanting to shut up himself. "Oh, don't expect me to say I love you or anything like that. I'm dating you, but I won't feed into that romance mumbo jumbo. I'll say it if I actually feel it, which I don't right now. Not sorry for that though."

"I'm fine.." Churi said with a simple nod, not changing his mind about this and not intending to. "And that's so sad..only one day?" He genuinely looked sad for a moment befor saying "I won't be that person! No one deserves that!" He said with a firm nod. Churi wanted to give the other a good chance..He wanted to get to low the Kaleb behind his dated together by destiny man.

Churi thought he had gotten all the ice cream off his lips before he found himself in yet another kiss by Kaleb. His felt felt all hot and his heart was racing again. Another unexpected public kiss..now in the park. It looked like this was going to be a daily occurrence..that he would have to get used to. Not that it was a bad thing..

"I am about to turn 21 soon and I don't need to be home at a particular time. Not the Cinderella who needs to get home by midnight or their 'glasses' magic will wear off" Churi spoke a bit more light hearted, trying to be funny as he took off his glasses and tried to give the most charming flirty smile he would expect a prince to give a princess. He realized how silly he must look and was complimented often on his eyes, quickly putting them back on."Anyway, I'm not expecting you to say you love me. No one has so I won't expect it from you" He smiled at the other, going silent for a moment. Peeling back up, Churi said "So it's a date then..?"

"It's nice you think so. Many of the people I've dated have thought another thing," he said through a light chuckle. Hearing that he was indeed not going to be broken up within the day made him feel a bit relieved. "I appreciate that you aren't going to break up with me by tomorrow, I appreciate you willing to give me a fair chance." One day? That's more than Kaleb has ever deserved from someone, he always ends up hurting them somehow in the end. Maybe his bluntness was too much for anyone to handle, he was always inconsiderate how someone felt about it. If it didn't affect him it didn't matter, that was that. Did he really want to be so cruel with Churi though? He seemed so fragile and delicate, something he needed to be careful about destroying. He wouldn't change himself though, maybe just tone down his bluntness a bit.

Kaleb was dumbfounded when the other stated he was twenty-one, the boy had a baby face. He stared at Churi's face so intensely, trying to figure out how he was twenty-one, was he lying? No, he just had an amazing baby face, looking nowhere his age. He snickered at the boy trying to be funny, finding it really cute how he gave that smile... Oh that smile was the best thing he's ever seen. His eyes were the best thing though, being covered up by the thick glasses. He turned the boy's face towards him again, pulling the glasses off. "Why don't you do contacts? You look really good without the glasses to cover your entire face," he spoke quietly, studying the eyes. Those eyes were so mesmerizing, he was enthralled by them, loving how they sparkled in the sun. The color was perfectly enhanced in the light.

"A date?" He snapped out of his trance, looking at the glasses in his hands. "If you want to consider it so," he snapped, handing the glasses back to the boy, looking away. He wasn't mad at Churi, not even close, he was mad at himself for finding this boy to look so pretty. He even complimented him, that was a lot worse than just thinking he was pretty, he decided to say it out loud to the boy too! His eyelashes were long and thick, like a girls, his eyes completely holding him in. He was too caught up, it wasn't that big of a deal, an accident was all it was. Churi was pretty, he was. Kaleb just couldn't bring himself to admit that.

Kaleb seemed better than earlier already with just a bit of kindness. See this world? You can be nice to someone and have them be nice to you in return, this can happen beyond the movies and books we see in every day life. He was glad the other was even giving this relationship a day from his initial displeasure. "We will see what happens tomorrow.." Churi mused, wondering what would happen tomorrow..

Churi shouldn't have been surprised by now when his glasses were suddenly taken off his face. Kalebs eyes looked back into his and he was so easily flustered again. The color seemed to hold its own beautiful energy, the color feeling like it wanted to swallow him while and pull him in. He felt so vulnerable in this state and stayed still for a moment, not sure what to expect. He already got complimented for his eyes by Kaleb..which shouldn't normally affect him like this. But the words made him feel all warm and fuzzy inside..

Churi snapped out of his temporary daze, putting his glasses back on. "I've never liked them..and I always feel like people stare when I don't...I know it's weird" He admitted, feeling like everyone looked at his eyes when he didn't wear his glasses."S-So um..see you tomorrow? Unless you wanted to stay here a bit longer?" He got the courage to ask the other.

"I can see why, your eyes are gorgeous bean sprout. Even I felt like I was being hypnotized by them," he coughed out, even if it was embarrassing for him to say. What point was it to lie now? The boy knew what he said, he really did find the eyes to be pretty. He could stare at Churi's eyes all day long without a problem. "If that's the case then bean sprout, I want to be the only one to see them now. Only me." That possessive trait of his began to come out in only a day of being around the boy. He shifted his eyes to woman who were walking by, his eyes following them until they were out of sight. He never knew he could become jealous of other people seeing someone's eyes, someone he didn't like romantically. Someone he didn't like that way at all. But he was being forced to play relationship with him, he would get the full package. His possessiveness and jealousy included.

Kaleb shrugged, trying to find something else to distract him. "You said it yourself, you're not Cinderella, your curfew is nonexistent. I'm keeping you here as long as I can," he purred, looking back at Churi. He was being extremely selfish with the younger boy, twisting his words to get what he wanted out of him. Why was he keeping him there? To cure his boredom was the only thing he could think of. "I like how my princess won't be leaving me until we both are ready to part. Which I am not ready for yet. You must stay then." He smiled, brushing his hair out of his face with his fingers. His hair was quite soft, how would Churi's feel? He was curious to know, that certain trait always getting the better of him. He reached out slowly, combing his finger's through the soft blonde hair. It felt like a fluffy cloud, not getting enough. He had to practically rip his hands away to stop touching it.

The ice cream was dripping again, this time it was making it's way to the boy's hand. He dived in like he had before, licking the cone again, catching the droplets before they got on Churi's fingers. He didn't want to hold a hand that was a sticky mess. He took another lick of the ice cream, making sure it stopped dripping. "Eat it before it completely melts," he murmured, licking it again. He pulled away after that last lick, licking around his lips to clear of any excess cream that had gotten on his lips in the process of preventing a sticky mess. Kaleb knew he wasn't asking, not caring to see if that bothered the other or not. He wanted more sweets, one was being presented right in front of him, not being eaten. Any normal person would start to eat it, that's just how it was. How he was.

My eyes are..gorgeous to him? That was the first time Kaleb said a genuinely nice compliment to him, even if he was called bean sprout in the process. Churi didn't even mind the nickname so much, liking to think of it as an affectionate pet name and not insulting his shorter stature in comparison to Kaleb. Maybe that's wha the could do tomorrow to surprise the other..go without his glasses on and make it a surprise? This was all too embarrassing but he had to try to put in an effort and put his best foot forward. He had to make an attempt too..He just hoped Kaleb would like it.

Churi let those warm fingers run through his hair, liking the feel of the hands running through them. He could stay like this all night, just the two of them in the park acting like the couples he always saw. Maybe this was going to be his future now that he had found his soulmate? While Kaleb wasn't exactly sunshine and rainbows..maybe this could work. It was almost a shame when the touches new to him stopped, waiting for the other to say anything else to him.

He looked down to see the ice cream was dripping again, having forgotten about it until Kaleb licked it. He never was like this so why was he so forgetful even about ice cream. Churi finally began to work on his ice cream again, taking slow long licked at it until it was only reduced to the cone. "That is really good ice cream" He said with a small smile, licking the ice cream he got on his lips. "Don't forget yours too" Churi replied, turning a beat red and pointing at his lips. Before Kaleb could protest or he could change his mind, he licked some ice cream off the corner of his lips. He let out a slight squeal of embarrassment that he actually did that, saying a shy embarrassed "Sorry.."

Kaleb was surprised by the lick, he didn't hate it though. It's not like he could protest it either, he did the same exact thing won't the kiss from earlier. He wiped the side of his mouth, shrugging at the apology. "I didn't care," he mumbled. The server look up into the sky, seeing the color change. He needed to stop by the library to pick up the book on colors, he didn't even know what color he was looking at. It was pretty, that's all he knew. He was starting to wish he could return to his black and white world, that was just as pretty. He was trying to avoid doing anything unnecessary all his life, that being avoiding his soulmate because he was in his comfort zone. Now he sees that it might have been a bit unfair to the other person, he honestly didn't care. It didn't need to happen so soon, it's not fair, couldn't life have waited? No. Life and time doesn't slow down for anyone, not even the spoiled child who didn't want to find his soulmate.

"I really hate it, not you, but finding you. I didn't even find you, you somehow found me. I've never liked a boy, I've only been with women, you seem to have just jumped in, destroying anything I previously had. I personally loved the lack of color, I've been told multiple times it fit me as a person," he mumbled, looking back at the boy. Now I have to adjust to the new world because of you. I hate it. I think I'm angry at myself for not knowing how to make myself hate you. You're too sweet for that kind of hatred. The most I can try to do is dislike you, which I'm barely succeeding at." He looked back up into the sky, admiring its beauty, frowning that he loved it so much. He never thought he could be mesmerized by the color of someone's eyes, or be intoxicated by the expressions they were capable of giving with simple color included.

When he looked back down, he scanned the park, seeing it was almost empty. He could see why, it was getting quite late. People couldn't stay out here all night with their children. "Hey, dance with me," he murmured, grabbing his hand, pulling him off the bench. He intertwined one of their hands together, wrapping the other around his waist, pulling him close so they were pressing together. "Cinderella was dancing with her prince when she fled right? That means I need to get in one fair dance before you decide to leave as well. Just follow my lead." He started to step, dancing all around on the grass. This wasn't something he would normally do with a stranger, but this stranger was his soulmate. "So tell me, what's your occupation since you know I'm a server." Focusing on dancing and making conversation is quite hard, hoping he wouldn't make the boy stumble too much.

Churi listened patiently as Kaleb spoke about his displeasure in the world he was used to. Being paired with someone he barely knew and liking the lack of a color world only to have it all change. And the fact he didn't like men and his soul mate destined to hjm was a guy. Churi tried to put himself into the others shoes and his way of thinking. Hmm..Well...He would probably not feel comfortable with all of this either if he was Kaleb.

"I'm glad you told me..can tell me how you honestly feel. I think that's important and that takes a lot to admit to someone" Churi siad with a nice smile. "I'm glad I can know how you feel..even if I can't fully understand all of it" He added with another small smile. Someone actually talked to him and shared their feelings openly with him..it made him feel like he was special. Like he could be important to someone...

Churi looked up at the sky, the sun and sky starting to make all of these strange colors that seemed to blend together into something beautiful. He could even see a star or two poking out from underneath all these colors he could not find the names for. He was taken aback as Kaleb had taken his hand and asked him to dance..jus fluke the princes in all his books. A dance with his soul mate under the evening sky..He did not know how much his heart could take today. He let himself be held close by the other as they started their dance. "I'm a librarian" Churi answered quietly, also trying to focus but more to get his words out. This felt like a dream that he did not want to wake up from just yet...

"A librarian? How plain. I like it. You may think being plain is bad, but I like how you're plain. There isn't much for me to adjust to, I think I'm just as plain," he hummed. He didn't need to focus on his steps, he was used to dancing with people. It felt ten times more special with Churi though, most likely because this was his soulmate and him sharing a dance. Which felt nice, even if he didn't want to admit it to the other. He began to him a tune, following the steps along to it. He wanted to focus solely on the dance, making it fun for the other. He could feel the fast beating heart against his chest, causing him to smile a bit. Though his wasn't doing the same, he enjoyed feeling Churi's. Maybe, just maybe he could grow to used to having the blonde around. Hope was there for it to happen.

"What's your favorite thing to eat then? I really enjoy those watermelon lollipops you can buy at convenience stores and gas stations. It's like I'm addicted to them," he chuckled softly, turning the other in a circle. He was curious to know more about the boy, wanting to give him just as much of a chance as he was being given. He pulled the other back close to him after spinning him in a circle, pressing his cheek against the boy's head. "Your hair smells really nice, what do you use?" He pressed his nose in to smell, pulling back after a bit, picking up the pace of dancing. He wasn't sure if Churi was ready or not, but he had Kaleb to rely on for just a bit. If the smaller boy went down, he'd go down with him.

"This is nice isn't it? Just dancing against the cool breeze. You're warm, you know that? Really warm, I'm half tempted to not let you go for a bit. I need that warmth," he spoke softly, slowing down the dancing as he began to wear out. He pulled himself away, letting the hand hand go, but he didn't give much slace between their bodies. He used his hands to remove the glasses, struck in awe once more. "Really bean sprout, they are gorgeous. Your eyes are prettier than any girl's I've seen." Holding onto the glasses, he leaned down, kissing Churi gently. This is what romance was right? This is what he prince is supposed to do for the princess right? Why did he have to be the prince. Why couldn't the villain be the one who obtains the love of their dreams. He liked that story much better than a simple prince and princess fairytale.

Kaleb was..complimenting him for being plain? Being plain was something good? It took him by surprise to be complimented on something like that but it made him even happier to hear this. It was almost embarrassing how even the smallest little compliment from Kaleb made him feel on top of the world. Did everyone feel like this or..was he not used to the feeling of being shown any type of praise or affection from his peers? It did not matter..He wanted to enjoy this while he still could..

Churi was glad the other seemed to want to actually get to know him as they continued to dance. He normally wasn't one for idle conversation but he did not mind. He did not feel nervous like he would in most social situations..he felt this sense of content and belonging..like this was what was meant to be. "I love anything sweet..chocolates with orange fillings are my favorites if I could even decide on one" He laughed and smiled as he was spun around and back into Kaleb. Churi felt a small shiver go up his spine at his hair scent, but tried not to be too embarrassed. "It's a shampoo using different fruit scents. I like its soft sweet smell.." He spoke softly as he looked up toward Kaleb.

Churi took a moment to realize they both stopped dancing, his glasses soon removed again by Kaleb. He could see the stars and the sky in the piercings and those beautiful eyes he could get lost in. Even if Kaleb seemed like a villain or not nice to some people..Kaleb felt like his Prince. The 'Beast' everyone saw as a villain in 'Beauty and the beast', in time showing a softer side to him. The shock of another kiss didn't shock him as much as the first..few times it happened. He had to try and be bold! He had to show he was trying too..and he really didn't know how a kiss could make him feel like this. It was his soul mate..maybe all kisses weren't like the one with your soul mate? He let himself open up a bit more and returned the kiss, even if gently.

Kaleb pulled back, putting the boy's glasses back on his face. "Let's continue dancing shall we?" He grabbed his hand, intertwining them once more, wrapping his other hand around the boy's hip tightly, stepping to a small beat in his head. "I think your the prince and I'm the princess, fated to a life full of bad luck, waiting for someone to come save me. Is that you?" He laughed, turning the boy again. He end through hell day in and say out, something bad always happening to him, as if he was cursed. He needed his true love to come and rescue him, maybe that would be Churi. Maybe the younger boy had a way to balance out the bad and good in his life, he hoped that was the case. He could do for some peaceful days.

"Ah, I'm in the mood for something sweet again, come on," he murmed, stopping the dancing, pulling the boy to the nearest convenience store. He intertwined their fingers, walking at a slow pace. Not many stores were open, he would have to hit a vast station or go without. He had plenty of sweets at home, it was too soon to bring the boy over though. He was going to stay out with him as long as he could like a gentlemen should. Is that what gentlemen do though? Do they keep their lover out until they get bored of being out too? Probably not. At least he was being kind about it instead of demanding it. "Sweets, right? We'll get along great then. I absolutely love sweet things. I'd eat them for every meal if I could."

He found a gas station that was open, pulling Churi inside. He looked around, letting the hand go. He grabbed himself multiple watermelon lollipops, and two chocolate candy bars. He returned to the boy, waiting for him to choose his selection. "Get what you want, I'll pay. I'm the only dragging you around for my cravings anyway," he said through a yawn. He didn't stay awake this long, usually sleeping his life away to avoid anything that happened today. He was pretty good about keeping himself on a strict schedule, not letting himself interact just to avoid this whole soulmate thing. He didn't hate being around Churi as much as he imagined he would be. "Maybe this whole soulmate thing isn't so bad," he muttered under his breath.
