"Oh, good…" He sighed heavily. Inmai was so afraid of that this morning, that when he came back from his first class, he'd be horribly burned. He forgot about it until he actually burned himself on a certain fabric, and that was taken care of more or less easily, and Inmai didn't think about the familiar causing danger in his own home after that. So to come home and have him shout about the window made his heart drop.

"Glad that scare didn't hurt your appetite," Inmai said with a smile, and brought his fruits to the kitchen, and started to cut it up into cubes. He put them on a plate, and brought them back to the bed, and sat next to him, then handed the plate to him.

"It's not that it doesn't open," Inmai explained. "It's a security measure. Because it's frame is thin, it makes it almost impossible to put a locking charm on it, like a doorknob. So instead there is a burn charm. I completely forgot to tell you about it, I'm sorry."

He was lightly stroking his back without really thinking about it. What a rough day, he must feel really shaken up about all this, the entire world was potentially dangerous and there were so few ways of knowing what was and what wasn't. Inmai wondered if he should go into the city and see if there is anyone there with humans who could share their knowledge about how to keep them safe, or even a list of what would hurt them. It would be a pretty big trip to make though, and it might not be worth it, considering the best case scenario meant Izuki was going back to his own world in a few days time.

Izuki gave Inmai a pouty glare at the poke at his appetite. "I just like sweets.... nothing wrong with that." He took the plate when it was offered to him and he dug in eating the fruit leaving the blanket around his shoulders. "I just can't believe you knew how dangerous the window was and didn't say anything sooner." Izuki looked down and just kept eating. Still he sighed and relaxed a little more. "Whatever, at least now I know...."

Now that he was finished eating and calm down, Izuki gave the plate back to the demon and got up. He took his new blanket and sat back on his mat and grabbed his back pack. "Inmai? I know this world is really dangerous and you can be a bit of an ass," he smiled a bit teasingly and continued; "but, do you really want me to leave? Would you get the chance to summon another familiar?" Izuki was realizing that, yes this world was really dangerous, but that's what made him want to explore it more. He also didn't want to leave feeling like he was nothing but a worm.

"Look, I know it will take a while to teach me how to read and to get use to this world.... I also know I'm weak and can't really fight but can't you let me stay here as your familiar? I'll try to be the best familiar that I can be. I don't know how much longer I have here but I don't want to leave, not yet. Come on, there has to also be some way for people to know I'm a familiar. Maybe a tattoo or something?!" Izuki realized how desperate he must have sounded and stopped himself. "Sorry, that would be too much of a hassle wouldn't it?.... though, I'd do anything to stay...." Izuki pulled out his book again and held onto it hoping Inmai would accept him as a familiar.

"No, no, nothing wrong with that at all," Inmai echoed, smiling.

"I must have at least warned you about not going near it or the door, hadn't I?" Inmai asked. He felt like he must have, but he couldn't but a finger on when. "At least you didn't find out the hard way. You're supposed to be testing everything out now, anyway," He said, shrugging, his heart rate turning back to normal. Inmai took his empty plate, surprised by how quickly he hate it, and took it back into his kitchen nook, surprised that when he turned around, his familiar was curled up on his mat again. Maybe he shouldn't roll it up.

"Do I want you to…" He repeated under his breath. He was taken off guard by such a question. He barely considered the possibility of him staying. Why would Izuki want to stay? His family, friends, school, work, hobbies, language, culture, his whole life was in a completely other world. He never considered the possibility of keeping him. The only way he could get another familiar was by getting some sort of an appeal, send Izuki back to his world, and then trying to summon a new familiar. One that was powerful, or wise.

He rubbed the back of his neck, and walked towards him, sitting next to the mat.

"Of course I want you to stay. I love cats after all, remember," He told him with a smile. The demon was actually quite happy to hear him basically plead to stay with him. In a world so dangerous and hostile, he wanted to stay, and part of it had to be because of Inmai, right? He said he wanted to remain as his familiar.

"Maybe I did summon you for a reason. An unorthodox one, sure, but I bet you're supposed to be my familiar," Inmai stated. "We'll get books to teach you to read and maybe a tattoo or something tomorrow." The demon promised, and ruffled his hair. He wasn't sure how he'd explain this to his teacher after they had a talk about trying to get the appeal. Would he even be allowed to keep him? He was his familiar, after all, they couldn't make him give him up, could they? It seemed immoral, especially when Izuki wanted to stay with him!

"Thank you Inmai!!!" He smiled with his first true and deep smile. The human was genuinely happy. Back home he really wasn't leaving too much behind. He could probably continue some of his studies here while he learned more and his family was family absent and treated him like a cat as well that was just kind of there. There was also the fact that Izuki had literally zero friends. Not one person was ever willing to try and get past the beginning small talk to ever get to know him. Now, here he was with someone he thought would actually see the real him, a demon from another world no less.

Izuki would have to be on his best behavior in order to be able to stay.... ya right.... He was a cat who's claws always showed. The human would try to be a little nicer to Inmai but that rule did no apply to anyone else. "Inmai? Do you have any friends? I feel like you'd have at least a couple..... Would it be weird to say I want to meet them? Maybe when I learn a little more about this world though." Izuki wanted to be able to have Inmai be the one showing off. If Izuki could learn enough about this word and maybe be able to fight a little bit... or at least protect himself, then he feels like his summoner wouldn't be a laughing stalk but be able to show off a real familiar.

This world was a challenge. It was kind of like being in a video game and he was ready for some fun. The human wanted to be able to explore and play this game out.

Izuki was really so damn cute when he was like this. When he wasn't being a bratty pain, there was just such an endearing quality to him. He wished he could hug him to his chest tightly, but he knew the human wouldn't appreciate that. He seemed mortified after he was the one to hug him!

"Oh, yeah, of course!" Inmai smiled. "I've got a couple of really close friends." He started to name them, and described them a little, which one was short, who had the long black hair, who was born with four eyes but lost one in an accident when they were young, though most of the information probably went right through the human.

"I'm sure they'd be stoked to meet you, they've all been pretty curious. Though maybe that's because they might think that I summoned you on purpose instead of a familiar…" He couldn't stop himself, until after he said it. Not that Izuki would get the idea from what he had said, the part that was a little funny was the insinuation that his friends thought he had a sex slave. He didn't want to let Izuki know that was what humans tended to be used for. Or so he heard, maybe city folk really just had them like cats. But that wasn't the stigma Izuki carried with him here.

"Yeah, once you're comfortable, I'll introduce you to them," He promised.

"I've changed my mind. If they are so curious then let me meet them." Izuki was clearly pissed at the jab about him not being summoned as familiar but as some kind of joke. "If they're friends shouldn't they be more understanding? Or is that something that only happens in TV shows and movies?" Izuki was now showing his lack of experience with friends. "I think I've wasted too much of your time and kept you away from your friends. I'll behave.... probably..... so let's go!!" Izuki got to his feet and had a pretty determined look on his face. He also looked pretty cocky but he did say he'd behave.

Izuki would do anything to convince Inmai to let him go. Sure, this could be super dangerous but his friends sounded interesting and Izuki was going to meet them. "Come on, I'll even stand completely still for 10 minutes so you can pat me or do whatever you want..... I'll even listen to one command." He clearly wasn't going to give anything more. As soon as Inmai finally gave in, it definitely inflated the human's confidence. He seemed to be feeling much better again. He felt like he was on top of the world again.

"Ok, let's go." Izuki smiled and walked out with his demon friend. He was sure to grab his phone that got at least a bit of a charge. Seemed this charger was good to have. Izuki followed Inmai and stuck his bad hand in his pocket. His friends didn't really need to see how hurt he was from something so stupid.

"What, really?" Inmai smiled, having a bit of whiplash. He wanted to meet them now, suddenly! It seemed to be motivated by spite. Wow, Izuki really didn't even like the implication of being laughed at. He must not have many close friends. He shook his head and chuckled.

"Of course they are, it's mostly just teasing. It's just, if I had just summoned you instead of a familiar, they'd be the ones I'd tell, so there is no harm in asking." Inmai explained, and stood up.

"They've been busy with their own familiars, but I'm sure someone might be at the usual hub," Inmai told him, nodding as the boy stood up. The fact that he had to say outright that he'd behave might be a bad sign or a good sign, Inmai wasn't sure yet. He might get to see his friend's familiars, too, that'd be cool. And Izuki might get a better idea of what a familiar was. Izuki seemed not quite convinced that Inmai was going to take him, since he continued to bargain.

To think, a familiar using petting as a bargaining chip!

"Yeah, yeah, alright, we can go." Inmai stated clearly, grinning. He put his shoes back on, and led him out the door. "I think I saw Yornin heading out to the open field earlier, probably to train with his sky weasel. He should still be out there." Inmai figured it'd be best to introduce Izuki to just one person for the time being.

"Well I'm glad they don't sound like complete ass hats." That was probably the closest Izuki was going to get to a compliment right now. The human followed Inmai outside and quietly tried to think about what the hell a "sky weasel" was. When they gout out and Izuki could see the demon in the distance, he wondered if he should back out.... of course he didn't and kept moving forward until they got close enough for Inmai to call out. Izuki stood just off to the side a little watching and looking at the demons, then, he looked around for the other's familiar.

So this demon was Yornin? Such weird names. He certainly wasn't going to get use to them any time soon. "Hi there." Izuki said trying to keep his language to a minimum so he wouldn't say anything too sassy or rude. The human walked close but clearly didn't want to shake hands. He didn't know what was safe.... Even another's skin. Still, he would probably be fine but Izuki had been through a lot today already.

"What exactly is a sky weasel?" Izuki walked over to look at the creature. He was such a curious human. "By the way, I am in fact Inmai's familiar. I'm not his little slave!" Izuki looked pretty proud to say that.

Inmai laughed loudly. He'd never heard the phrase 'ass hat' in his life. His human was a pretty funny guy when he was in the mood for it, it seemed. The demon was still trying to figure out his familiar, the what his moods meant. Was this him being nervous about meeting another demon? Or he was just comfortable enough to make such comments? Yornin was nice enough that he wouldn't accidentally traumatize him, so this was a safe bet regardless.

Yornin had dark blue hair in a short ponytail at the base of his neck, looking up as a large, long creature floated above him in the sky.

"Yornin!" Inmai shouted out as they approached, and Yornin seemed to snap out of a trance.

"Inmai, you- Oh." He wasn't expecting Inmai to meet him out here, but he expected him to bring his human even less. "Hey. Your name's Izuki, right?" Yornin greeted him. The human seemed more nervous than he was, so Yornin felt more at ease. This small creature was pretty cute, and seemed a lot more mild mannered than his friends who were there for the summoning described him as.

Yornin's sky weasel descended from the ground. He was like a small dragon, a long, thick body, covered in white fur, it looked very soft. The face looked more like a rat's, though, with a long snout, with drooping whiskers. It looked like it had eye-shaped red lights instead of actual eyes, they were so luminous.

"Uh, a flying mammal." Yornin explained, unsure how to describe it to a human who probably had no frame of reference. "And she happens to be one who can control the weather, as well as transmutation, but only to water." He explained.

Yornin smiled, eyes wide and his eyebrows raised high on his forehead, and chuckled.

"Don't worry, I know." He assured the human, giving Inmai a look. Inmai was smiling himself, thinking it was really cute that he sounded so determined to set the truth straight himself.

Izuki nodded not bothering to offer the other any more words even about his name or anything. The human was just so curious about this sky weasel. It had a body like an eastern dragon but the head of a rat. The creature also had snow white fur and glowing red eyes that were actually quite intimidating. Still, Izuki didn't back off and stared at the thing looking it up and down.

So the creature was a flying mammal.... that was actually completely obvious as Izuki saw it, but to be able to control the weather and turn into water? That was pretty amazing. Not that this human was going to say anything to praise it too much. It was actually a little painful to see the kinds of powers familiars were suppose to have while Izuki couldn't do anything but be annoying.... Not helpful to even Inmai. What if he could learn magic from being in this world for a while? Could that even happen? He certainly hoped so.... If not, what was he going to do?

Izuki turned away to focus again on Inmai's friend... There really wasn't much to think other then he just looked like another strange demon and he seemed taller and at least a little more muscular then Inmai.... actually, the human felt really short next to this guy since he was already shorter then his summoner to begin with. "Hey, Inmai? What's the average height of a demon?" He couldn't help but ask sort of hoping the average was taller then that of a human's... He was short enough as it was... the last thing he needed was to feel even shorter.

The human stood by Inmai now trying to behave and not start running his mouth or even asking too many questions. Izuki was having a hard time with this though since it was in his nature to be sassy and proud.... it didn't help he was so curious. He also remembered something and pulled out his phone. Izuki took a picture of Yornin and one of his sky weasel. Good to keep as much information as he could as he typed the special abilities of the sky weasel into his phone.

The sky weasel was as interested in Izuki, staring at him with her glowing eyes, taking him in. She could instinctively tell this was not a demon, but she had never encountered such a thing. And it was just as inquisitive of her, so it was likely not of this, nor any familiar, realms. She lowered herself a little to get a lower angle point to look up at it. Then suddenly, she sprung up and her face was level to Izuki's, her breath on its face.

"Ashtena!" Yornin gasped, chuckling a little. "Ashtena, come here," He said, worried she'd frighten the human creature. She stared at him for a few more moments, before she retreated, draping her body over Yornin's shoulders, but still keeping her eyes set on Izuki.

"The average height of what demons?" Inmai asked, a beat passed, and he realized what he meant. "Oh, um, I don't really know. It usually depends on species. Like I'm taller than average for mine, but Yornin's rather short for his."

"For all demons," Yornin the apparently small demon piped in "I'd say Inmai was a bit shorter than everyone's average."

"What's that," Yornin pointed to his phone as he snapped pictures. "That's a phone, right? What are you doing with it?" He asked, stroking his white familiar, who was still staring at Izuki.

"Izuki…" Inmai hummed, wondering what he was doing, he knew nothing of phones, so he couldn't guarantee it was something acceptable the human was fiddling with.

Izuki stumbled back a bit when the weasel suddenly was face level with him and so close. Though, seeing her like this, she looked incredibly soft and the human pulled out a hand wanting to pat her. Of course she moved away and over her master before he even got close. The human wanted to pat her so badly now but he managed to control himself and get out his phone for the pictures.

"Yes, this is a phone. I can't make any calls with it.... though I never really made calls...." He turned to show the pictures with the description in his language. "I'm taking down names and descriptions... general information. It's a guidebook to who's who and what's what." He turned the phone around again and finished writing before pocketing the device again. He couldn't understand different types of demons.... they all looked like demons to him but all basically the same.... "this is going to be rough," Izuki admitted at the thought of having to learn how to tell the same species of demon apart from each other. "We'll just so you know I'm pretty tall for a human average." Complete lie. He was actually on the short side but these guys wouldn't know.

Izuki focused on the weasel again. Ashtena was her name, wasn't it? That was actually a nice name. The human walked forward and stared at the pure white creature. "Can I pat her?" He asked completely serious as he reached his hand and placed it in front of her face so she could see and sniff it if she wanted to. He was patient enough to wait for Ashtena to give her permission as well for him before he started patting her. Again, he wasn't thinking that he might get hurt from touching her.

Inmai chuckled a bit, seeing how the two familiar reacted to each other, both alien to one another. Izuki reached out to touch the sky weasel, but she retreated, not in fear of being touched by the human, but because her master called her back to him. What an obedient familiar! Izuki could learn a thing or two from Ashtena.

Yornin studied the screen for a minute, then his face lit up.

"Wow, so you did all that just now, on this?" He looked again. And the picture was so clear and crisp! He couldn't understand the writing, but what was more fascinating was that it was there at all. Humans really got creative and interesting with their technology!

"So you're recording me and Ashtena in a field journal?" He asked, a smile indicating his amusement.

"Maybe you should ask first before putting stuff about them in that phone." Inmai suggested rather firmly. There really was no etiquette surrounding phones here, but it seemed like a rude thing to do, to just take pictures and write summaries of people and creatures in front of you, without regard for their permission.

"Tall?" Yornin laughed, and petted Ashtena seated around his neck comfortably. "That's so cute! So humans are generally pretty small, huh?" Yornin looked at Inmai and gave him a wink. "Good thing, no matter what human you summoned you had a good chance of being taller than it!"

"Oh shut up," Inmai growled, though he was smiling wide. Yornin stroked his familiar softly, and whispered something. She slid off of him and towards the human and Inmai.

"You can pet her if you want," Yornin suggested. "She won't mind. She actually loves it."

Inmai reached and put his hand over her fur, stroking as he went down. She had a lot of fur, he wondered how big she actually was under it all. She was so soft.

"Why are you so touchy about this? I just told him what I was doing and he seems excited about it. Besides, it's not like I'm taking the information in secret or taking any strange photos of him to black mail him or something later. It's like writing in a notebook everything you learned from today's class so you can go over the information later so you don't forget or something. I'm only putting basic and cool facts that I learn from them." Honestly, Izuki couldn't understand why Inmai found this rude. He didn't have a notebook to write in, and it wasn't like he was doing anything sketchy, just helping himself to be able to remember things for later. "You probably don't want to tell me these basic things over and over again."

Izuki finally brushed it off. He was now focusing on the wink and comment about human height. "What's so great about getting a human that's smaller than you?" This human had no idea what that meant. Though it probably had to do with humans typically being used as sex slaves, Izuki didn't know that's what they did. He knew they were pets but to Inmai, Izuki was a pet.... a pet cat though. He wasn't told yet about humans being good for the bed... and probably only the bed.

When he was finally given permission to pet Ashtena, Izuki was over excited and reached out with his good hand and gently pet the top of her head. It was the softest fur he'd ever touched and just as soft as it looked. The human seemed extremely excited that he didn't get hurt either because he pulled out his other hand as well and began patting her happily. Sure, he couldn't really feel with his bad hand and it hurt to scratch her the way he was, but Izuki didn't care and continued to happily pat and scratch the beautiful white sky weasel.

How cool!!! Izuki thought to himself not wanting to say anything out loud. He was just so curious and happy with this creature that he wanted to just scoop her up and take her away. Of course, he wasn't going to do that but it would have been nice to anyway.

Inmai scowled, waiting for his familiar to finish justifying himself, clearly unimpressed.

"It's a matter of consideration." Inmai insisted. "And you could be doing something dubious with that thing. We don't know all it does." He reminded him.

"And we're not a subject. You can't just write about observations like you're studying a rock or a book. You could ask, actually talk to my friend about it. Most people aren't taking notes on new people they meet like this, anyway. It's incredibly weird to have some human writing about us as if we're the strange ones."

Yornin really didn't mind, and looked a little uncomfortable, but decided to stay out of it, thinking it wasn't his place to voice an opinion. 20

He was begging to stay earlier, asked to meet his friends, and this was how he wanted to act now? If he thought he could get away with it just for being cute today, he was sorely mistaken.

"Well, you probably haven't noticed, but Inmai..." Yornin struggled to find the tact. "Is not tall for most demon's standards, so if a human showed up and was bigger, it'd look funny." He was going to leave it at that, and Inmai was thankful for it.

Ashtena was very calm, still as the two stroked her luxurious fur. Her fur was airy and soft, though her form had such sleekness. It was so delicate and plush he hadn't thought about Ashtena being something that would be harmful for Izuki, despite the blanket and the window. Fortunately Izuki was more wary.

Inmai glanced over at the human, pleased to see him using both hands. His hand must be feeling better if he was petting her.

"She's beautiful." Inmai said. "You can pet mine, if you want." He offered his friend, giving Izuki a cheeky look.

"Well to me, you guys are the strange ones. I just want to be able to remember who your friends are and what their names are. Sorry I'm not going around announcing, "Hey, I'm a moron so do you mind if I write some information about you down so I can look it over later?!" Sorry that's not my thing...." He looked away feeling pathetic and frustrated. "Besides, it's not like I completely ignored him or did it without his knowledge...." which just so happened to be something Izuki did a lot. He wrote all kinds of info on all kinds of people so it was strange for him to even have people know about it.

The human stopped patting Ashtena and pulled out his phone again. He set something up before handing it to Inmai. "Press the green button if you want to delete it, red if not." He then turned on his heels and began to head back towards the school. He paused and looked at Yornin, "pleasure meeting you. Your familiar is really cool." Izuki also didn't want to give the other demon a chance to pat him as he left trying to return to the room. Of course it wasn't a good idea to be walking alone, of course the human didn't care. If it was so bad to do things that he typically did, then he'd have to just stop being himself.

Without Inmai, a couple students drew a bit closer to the human now. Many still found him repulsive and backed away but some wanted to get a hit closer. Those that did draw closer, one managed to touch his head slightly before he hurried away from them, and another grabbed his ass which made the human jump and pull away more. Izuki growled a bit but he also had a nervous smirk on as he tried to think of a way out of this. His back was against the wall and the human didn't want anyone getting close. Everyone wanted to touch him though and crowded around a bit.

"Back off," he warned hoping Inmai might come to his rescue.... then again.... that demon might even chain him up and let the other's pat him. Izuki wasn't sure what to do next and wondered if he could do anything to fight them off. He coward away a bit as one demon grew even closer before the human nailed him in the face with a punch. It did nothing but make Izuki sore and pissed the demon off.

Inmai was very surprised with Izuki's reaction, he was wearing that delicate, vulnerable expression. He almost seemed to fragile to expose to such a dangerous world when he looked like that. But dammit, why look like that while defending something like taking notes like a researcher studying some strange rock formation? Inmai was torn between wanting to create him for taking such a tone, and being utterly sympathetic to him. Did he want to smack him or hug him?

Ashtena's eyes closed, relaxed as the two petted her. She opened them again when the human stopped. Inmai looked at the weird device, holding it gingerly in his hands. Shit, that human language made not a lick of sense, he really didn't know what to make of it, so he certainly couldn't criticize his content. With a bitter frown, he hit red. He didn't necessarily disagree with him taking the notes, after all, and it felt like it'd be cruel to delete it now in the middle of their scuffle. Yornin smiled, and called Ashtena back over his shoulders.

"It's nice meeting you too, Izuki," The taller demon told him, not making a move to pet him. He was very tempted, but he could pick up that Inmai meant it more as a way to tease Izuki than actually offering, and Izuki clearly didn't want to be touched. Yornin didn't know a whole lot about humans, what if they had very sharp teeth and he bit him?

"Izuki!" Inmai called firmly, but the human left anyway. He sighed, irritated, running a hand over his face, Yornin couldn't help but laugh.

"Looks like you have a handful." Yornin said. They both silently assumed that Izuki would be fine, he was going back to the room by the looks of it, and it wasn't far.

"Yeah. He was so well-behaved earlier. I don't know where the balance is."

"He might just be rebelling. Humans aren't meant to be familiars, after all. I'm sure he wants to go home, and is lashing out." Yornin suggested, petting his own familiar, who seemed very content to be around his neck. "It's only a few days until you get to meet the elders to get an appeal, right?" Inmai frowned. Izuki had said he wanted to be his familiar, that he wanted to stay. The elders and an appeal were still an obstacle. But was Izuki just confused or something? Did he want to return and he was acting like he wanted to be his familiar as a way to cope with the situation? It was so confusing.

"I'm going to go after him. To make sure he actually goes back to my room." Inmai told his friend, quickly parting ways. There was a group of people huddled together when he got inside, that was pretty uncommon. Something must have happened. A very familiar voice with a very familiar contempt rang out "Back off!" Between the other demons, he could see a pale fist collide with someone's face, their face barely moving. Dammit, that human!

"Izuki!" Inmai bellowed in his most domineering voice. The group looked up at him, quite a few seemed shocked, one looked really pissed, but at least he was looking up at him, and wouldn't retaliate against the purple-haired pet against the wall. Inmai tried to keep his composure, to seem like he had control of the situation, and he was sure Izuki would respond well, all things considered.

"Izuki, come here." He reached his arm out towards him. A demon stepped aside so that Izuki could get past them and towards his master.

Izuki jumped when he his name was called. He nervously glanced over at Inmai just like everyone else. The human was both scared of Inmai and his situation being around all these other demons. He wanted to run away from both but knew he couldn't do that. When he was commanded to come, he did and ran to the other's side as soon as he had enough space to do so. Izuki latched himself onto Inmai's side and stayed there nervously expecting something to happen.

When they finally managed to return to the room, Izuki moved away from the demon carefully making his way to the other side of the room. The human half expected to be hit for what he did and the other half of him expected to just be yelled at. Unsure of which it was going to be, Izuki wanted to put some distance between them. This probably wasn't going to help since Inmai could just snap his fingers and have the human chained to the wall like a punching bag or something. "Sorry...." it was all he could manage. He wanted to explain himself but there really was no way to do that without making the situation worse.

The human pressed himself against a wall again and waited for his punishment. Izuki already knew he was in the wrong and didn't want to escalate things any father. "Please punish me in whatever way you see fit." For all he knew, Inmai might just drop the subject entirely. That probably wouldn't happen but it was wishful thinking.

Fortunately, Izuki did as expected, and ran over to him obediently. Inmai stepped slightly in front of the human, as if to create a barrier of himself between Izuki and the other demons. He had half a mind to slap Izuki across his regretful little face right here and now, but he didn't want to cause a spectacle, reward the others here for harassing his familiar with a show.

A few moments passed in complete silence, Inmai led his pet past the demons and towards the room. He closed the door behind them, and the human immediately gravitated towards the far side of the room. Izuki was quite scared about what Inmai was going to do to him. And he should be. Inmai wasn't going to take this sort of thing in stride. He had no qualms about teaching Izuki a lesson the hard way about the way he was expected to act.

He heard Izuki's soft apology, and he accepted it silently. He knew he was sorry, that he regretted walking off because he was angry, and Inmai accepted his apology, knowing it was genuine. But he was still going to have to punish him. Without a word, Inmai walked to his bed, and sat down at the edge of it. Without looking at Izuki, he ordered,

"Get undressed, Izuki."

Izuki kept his head down but heard as Inmai walked across the room and sat on the bed. The sound of the bed shifting under weight and reacting to the demon, it was quite painful to hear. At the sound of the command, Izuki jumped a little. Inmai knew how much he hated being naked in front of others and how uncomfortable it made him.... that's probably why he chose it as a punishment. Still, it wasn't like he could be any more defiant. He'd caused enough g rouble and now Izuki did tell Inmai to punish him how he saw fit.

The human stood hesitantly at first but he quickly started to removed his clothes. He paused at his underwear hoping he could keep them on but there was no point now. Izuki took off his underwear and placed all on his clothes in a neat pile on the floor. The human then stood again and kept his back against the wall, hands trying to cover himself while Izuki just stared at the ground. He waited their patiently to be told to do something else or forced to do something. The human took a heavy gulp as he waited. All he could hope was his apology could lighten his sentence.... doubtful.

Sorry, I ended up getting distracted by real world stuff! Let me know how you feel about this when it's over and if you'd want more in the future or less or none

Inmai was a little shocked that Izuki didn't fight him at all on this. Of course, he really seemed pitiful and sorry, so maybe he really was ready to make atonement. He undressed himself quickly, even as he hesitated at his underwear, and stayed against the wall. Inmai tried not to watch him unclothe, since the point wasn't to ogle him, but he did see him peripherally.

"Come here," Inmai pointed in front of him, downward, indicating he wanted Izuki to kneel in front of him. He waited as the human did so, adjusting himself on his knees, and the demon reached down and took Izuki's face firmly in his hand, and tilted his face up, making him look up at him. Those pitiful eyes…

"Listen, I know you are aware of how much you fucked up," Inmai told him. "You begged me earlier today, in this very room, that you wanted to be my familiar, and then I take you to meet my friend, and you're completely disrespectful to me. And going off on your own, you could have seriously gotten hurt. Even with me showing up there when I did, there could have been an incident. And fucking hitting someone probably three times stronger than you? It's like you want someone to break you to pieces."

He didn't want to lecture him, as he started saying he knew that Izuki knew what he was sorry for. He knew it could have all been avoided.

"You're my familiar. You're mine, and that makes you my responsibility, and if you're going to act in the manner you just did again, being dismissive and running off on your own, assaulting someone, then you better be ready to accept the consequences. I have no problem with hurting you when you act against me." His voice lowered, darker in tone. He stared down at the familiar, expecting a response before he moved onward with his punishment.

Don't worry about it, I get that. When I try to respond mobile and the TV is on, it takes me forever to actually respond and most of the times I'm at work so I can't really reply.

Izuki had no idea what Inmai was planning but he walked over and stood where the demon pointed. Of course he didn't think he needed to get on his knees but he eventually did and just after, his head was taken and force upward so he had to look Inmai in the eye as he was being lectured. 'So this is his punishment? To embarrass me by stripping me naked, then lecture me? tch, whatever.'

It was pretty clear that he was growing extremely bored with this lecture. Izuki was the type to take words and have them roll right off his back. This didn't effect him at all. He was sorry for when he did, sure but he found words useless because they were the same things he told himself. What was the point in hearing the same thing by another person. He never leaned anything from long lectures like this.

"Look, I get it, I messed up and I'll learn to keep my nose out of things... I'll stop trying to learn about this world and I'll just stay put in this little room!! Are we done now?!" Izuki attempted to pull away but really couldn't with Inmai's strength. "Besides, you clearly underestimate the strength of the human body. I may not have done anything when I punched that demon but he wasn't just going to throw one punch and shatter me like glass either."

Despite how quickly he removed his clothes, it took Izuki a little longer to get on his knees in front of him. When Inmai took a hold of his face and made him look up into his eyes, he saw a change in the human's expression as he lectured him. The demon kept it short, but yet he saw the distinct look of apologetic and gentle, to disinterest. Not the kind of thing you expect to see in someone who was genuinely submitting to a deserved punishment.

He wasn't exactly surprised when his response was something like that. How characteristic of this brat version of Izuki he slipped into when he was too comfortable to still talk as if he was on top in this situation. Inmai wasn't going to let his familiar continue with that behavior unchecked. The human tried to pull away, though it was hardly effective, the demon was just far too strong.

"We're not done," Inmai told him. "And I think you've greatly underestimated how serious I am," He growled something softly, and like the day before, leather cuffs materialized around his wrists, and bound themselves behind his back. If he was more cooperative, Inmai would have skipped this step. Izuki could have made this whole thing easier, he could have avoided the whole thing, if he had just given a thought about the consequences of this defiant facade. He pulled him up from his knees by his face, then pulled him by his arm over one leg, with the rest of his body laying over the bed.

"This is how children are punished, which seems fitting for you, Izuki," Inmai told him, readily rubbing his fingers over the soon to be offending hand of his, the other resting over his bound wrists at the small of his back. "This should be nothing for such a tough human like yourself, I don't have to worry about you shattering, do I?"

He raised his arm over his head, and cracked it down in the center of his pale ass. His handprint was white, surrounded by splotchy pink, before the whole thing evened out to a deeper color. Izuki really wasn't that fragile as he seemed when he was hugging Inmai from behind, or when he was eating his candy-like fruit. And Inmai wasn't going to strike him like he was. He struck again, in the same place. Again, though harder. He tried to go slow to start, to try to gauge that human's reaction, to make sure he wasn't going to seriously injure him if he kept this force up.

Izuki jumped a little when the cuffs appeared again and pulled his arms behind his back. This was really embarrassing but it also seemed that Inmai wasn't quite done with him. He probably made it worse with what he said but this human would rather take a punch to the face then to be lectured. He just had a short attention span and it wasn't like he didn't think these things through. Still, he was a bit nervous about what Inmai was planning since he "wasn't done" with Izuki yet. The human was soon lifted and laid in a strange position with his ass exposed.

The small, purple-haired human was held in place with his hands being pulled up a bit out of the way. It was pretty easy to see what was about to happen when Inmai drew his hand back and brought up that Izuki wouldn't shatter so easily. Of course, knowing what was about to happen didn't mean he had enough time to prepare for it. He opened his mouth slightly but was quickly struck with a harsh hand. He let out a small yelp mostly out of surprise, his eyes wide. Still, Inmai wound up again and struck him quickly even harder. Izuki had grit his teeth this time and made a smaller whining sound to the pain but he was for the most part ok. He didn't cry, but also didn't glare, or at least couldn't now that he had his eyes shut tightly.

Izuki let out a small growl as the pain built up in what he expected to be a bright red ass. Still, he didn't make any real sound until the 5th or 6th strike... he quickly lost count after the second one or so. When that last strike came down on him, Izuki finally let out a louder yelp and groaned in pain. His fists were clenched and he tired to grit his teeth again, but was panting a bit and followed every strike after that with a pained yelp as he couldn't take much more pain.

"I'm sorry," He whined with a cracked voice.

Inmai couldn't help but show his satisfaction to Izuki's reaction to having his wrists bound again, the red cuffs circling his wrists behind his back. The night before he was really humiliated to be bound so easily by someone who had so much power over him, he couldn't act like the brazen and bold man he liked to think of himself as. And again, his distraught expression in being shackled once more, at the realization that the lecture wasn't going to be the end of it, it was satisfying for the demon. He was getting his point across.

But that was nothing compared to the noise he let out when he was first struck. His body jerked forward, he cried out in surprise more than pain, but the pain would settle in soon after the hit was laid into him. There it was, a slight whimper, as Inmai watched his handprint change colors. Maybe now Izuki was starting to get the hint. But this certainly wasn't going to be the conclusion. He slapped his exposed ass continuously, favoring slow, hard, measured hits. He covered his ass and the top of his thighs, until the human was yelping at every hit, every strike resulted in a fierce white before darkening into red against the beaten skin. He landed a particularly hard strike to end it, and Izuki rewarded him with his loudest cry, his body small and limp against his back, the only struggle was the occasional buck when he was hit.

"You said you were sorry before, but even on your knees you seemed not to understand the weight of your actions. Do you really understand now?" He raised his hand and hit his ass again, though not with as much force as before, though Izuki probably wouldn't appreciate that fact. He might not be able to tell the difference at this point. "Because your punishment still isn't quite over, and I don't want to hear any such tone as you've shown me before once I let you off my lap."
