Suddenly a strike of lightening flashed, and a roar of thunder erupted through the sky. The vegetation was so thick that Jarret couldn't tell that the storm was actually over their heads as they sat in the shelter. The horses stomped in fear, not used to being out of the stables during a storm. He also noticed that Rowlyn had shot up from his lying position and was now standing up to sing to the horses. He'd heard the lullaby many a times, the queen having sang it to himself he was a child. At the prince's remark to rest, Jarret shook his head. "I'm alright, your highness. I'll rest next time."

Row smiled as the horses seem to clam down “ I will rest till the afternoon then we head back and camp at night.. so long as were out of the woods..” he said sofly walking back over to the rock he used as a pillow and curled up once more.. “ Jarret..we safe here I would like for you to rest..” he said sofly curling up and sleeping til mid day.

The horses calmed while listening to the lullaby, and it wasn't long before the storm had passed over, just the rain was heard over head. When Rowlyn laid back down, he had quietly hoped Jarret would get some rest himself. A small smile crossed his features. "Yes your highness." He had whispered back, and he closed his eyes. But he did not fully rest as asked.

Rowlyn got up seeing that jarred seem to be resting he started getting both hoers ready feeding them some berries and eating some for him self for breakfast . “ Jarrett..” he smiled “time to go..” he wasn’t sure why he got such a good night sleep in a cave of all places.

The afternoon came quickly, and Jarret heard the rustling of the other as he woke and moved around. Jarret didnt stir however, giving him the benefit of doubt that he was in fact resting. However, at his hushed words, Jarret instantly 'awoke' and began filling up his pack and saddling his horse. "Make sure you've taken everything. We wouldn't want them using dogs to track us."

Rowlyn looked at his knight and smiled “ you worry about me to much there berries left for you every thing else is already packed “ we can get out of the woods we may be able to make it to town by night fall. He took a moment to check his map.

Jarret had bent over to pick up the pouch of berries. "Just doing my job as a royal night, your highness." He began munching on a few as he walked over to the prince and viewed the map with him. "I know an inn in that town thats cheap for a night. I also know for a fact he wont sell you out in letting the castle know your wandering around the town. But we should get a move on if we want to get there by night."

Yes he didn’t mount his horses “ he took the reiges and started leading him out of the bush out on to the path “come on.. ..” he called out and put on his hood getting to the path and mounting his hoers he was proud of him self for keeping up thouth inside he was still in pain. he was just fouced on the cure.

Jarret finished packing and stomped out the rest of what was burning in the fire. At this time, Rowlyn was leading the horses out of the thicket. He followed after him before grasping his own horses reins and lead it out of the vegetation. As soon as they were free from it, he hoped up onto his horse i one smooth move.

“show off..” he said only holding on with one hand as his other hand grip his arms giving it squeeze before placing it on the reins He rode with Jarret “ so have you even groaned the solder in your room?” he asked feeling the black mark on his arm was creeping up t his shoulder of course no one could see do to Rowlyn was fully covered.

Jarret let out a laugh at Rowlyn's quiet mumble. "Practice, your highness, that is all." When Rowlyn had mounted his horse, the two continued on their travels to the next town. But at the silence, Rowlyn spoke up, asking about the sound he had heard before they left the soldier quarters. Jarret let out another laugh then. "We give our lives to protecting the royal family. Some of us have no families of our own, and those who do, leave them behind. A man can grow lonely when he doesn't have his wife to comfort him."

“so that’s a yes…” he said as he travled it was sunset “ whats.. it like…?” he asked due to his cures he was never abel to kiss somone let alone bed someone or have somone bed him he could see the town they be abel to make it by night fall for sure.

Jarret couldn't help but let out another laugh, this one slightly louder. He had his share of women in his bed before. Many of them servants of the castle. But he wasn't expecting the prince himself to be asking him what it was like. "It feels good your highness. That I can assure you." In the distance the town was visible.

Rowly didn’t like that he laugh perhaps opening up to the knight was a miskate . “you know I never been touched I can’t be..” he said it came off harsh ..he was upset he felt like Jarret was mocking him he saw the town and tap his horse side to go faster getting to the town before the sun was fully set. “ were the inn the horses need water and food as well.

"Ah, I do apologize, your highness. I did not mean anything rude by comments." He bowed his head to the prince as they rode on. He had easily forgotten the other male was unable to be touched or held by another human being. When the prince forced his horse onward, he did the same. "The inn is more towards the eastern side of the town. They have a small stable that we can leave the horses for the night."

“Sounds perfect.” He said getting off the hores “ we should walk the rest of the way and no bowing or your highness when we are in towns.. okay..” he said looking forward to a bath tonight he loved takeing baths it was the one time that he could almost forget about his cures.

Just outside the town and they dismounted from the horses. Jarret smiled and pat his horses neck, thanking him for the long ride. At the mention of walking the horses through town, Jarret had meant to answer him precisely as he had been. But the prince had decided to demand of him not to. All for their best safety, Jarret told himself. And with a small head bow he answered, "yes, sir." The town would probably just think of him as some random royalty traveling through their town. They wouldn't think anything of him being the prince. Together they walked through the town, and not long found themselves at the stable for the horses. As soon as they were in a stall, Jarret unsaddled his horse before grabbing his pack.

He sighed that’s all that jerret would see him as was the prince it was hopeless to think other wise.. “ I gusse you can carry my bag.. I am going to get a bath I need one.. then we can go get food..” he helped his hores get setteled in the stabels he would get one room with two small beds. He paid for the room happy he got normal coines as well as gold. He waited for jerret to come .

Jarret reached over to grab Rowlyn's own bag before he unsaddled his own horse. As soon as the two were settled in, they left the stables left for the inn. Luckily for them there were rooms available for their specifics. And although Jarret wasn't pleased that Rowlyn had paid for the room, he would let it go for now. When they got to the room, Jarret set their things down against the wall. "Worry about your wash for now, sir." He smiled at the other as he searched the inn. Making sure it was safe for the, for the night.

“go get us food if you don’t mind “ he walked to the bathroom there was no door to the bathroom he started to undress his body was other wise flawless other then the posin mark creep up his arm . he bent down over to start the water he liked not being covered he waited for the tube to full he started to humm and smile

Jarret bowed his head at Rowlyn's demand for food. "Yes, your highness. I will return soon." With that he left the other in the room. He had made sure the room was safe to enter, but who was to say someone couldn't come in while he was gone. He only hoped that didn't happen, being a good enough ways from the castle itself. He entered the tavern part of the inn and asked for two meals. Soon he was returning back to the room with two meals of chicken legs, vegetables and some chowder only locally made in this town.

Rowlyn got in the tube it was as nice as his bath at home but I did the job he washed his body and blushed if he was truly alone he would close his eyes and pertend he was with somone but jerret could come in any moment he stood up hearing the door open he got dress for bed wich was just as cover as his day time outfit. He sat down at the small table in the rom.

When Jarret returned to the room, Rowlyn was still in the wash room. But as soon as the door was closed behind him, and he was setting the meals on the small table decorating the room, the prince stepped out, already dressed in his night attire. Jarret smiled and set a plate down before placing the food delicately on the plate. "The best and most expensive meal they had, your highness."
