From Death from Which I Came

 

A group of archeologists go into a tomb, finding a body in the coffin, but the body was still completely untouched by the mummifying years that it should have been. But the boy was not decomposing because of a ring he wore, protecting his youth even into death. They took the body of the boy to a government scientist, and he used a prototype of a revival machine, reviving the boy. The problem was the boy was an old blood magician. He was banished to death by a group of elder wizards. He was planning to take over his country and control the people within once he gained enough power, but he was killed before he got a chance, the elder wizards seeing his evil intentions. But he was revived once more, given another chance to become a ruler. If the ring on his finger were to be removed, he soul die almost instantly. The magician and scientist must come to an agreement, working together for both of their benefits. The wizard will use the ring, studying it, trying to achieve eternal youth with the newfound technology in their world. Once the task is done, the magician can leave to do so as he pleases, even if it is taking over the country. As long as he left the scientist be. But does the magician really want to leave in the end?

 

Extra: I left this one pretty open, we can really go anywhere we want with it.

 

It's Just an Addiction CLOSED

 

Character A has become addicted to prescription painkillers, but is very secretive about their addiction. They refuse to let their friends and family be aware of it, never using in front of them or talking about it, and maintaining a hardened philosophy that if they don’t admit it out loud, there is no problem. At first the silence succeeds. The people around Character A don’t suspect anything except the occasional uncharacteristic irritability. As time goes on, Character A’s addiction to opiates becomes more and more evident to those who are close to them, especially Character B (can be a friend, sibling, or significant other), who begins to suspect Character A is using drugs. Although Character A still attempts to keep their addiction under wraps, the facade begins to falter as they become more and more dependent. Character B is torn on whether to address their suspicions and confront Character A, at the risk of having a falling out; however if they stand back idly and don’t take action, they risk losing them entirely. In the end Character B decides to intervene, offering their assistance and support if Character A will choose to admit they have a substance abuse problem and seek professional help. Instead Character A refuses the help of a professional, too afraid to depend on anyone else for help, asking for the assistance of Character B privately. Character B has a hard time helping Character A wean off of the pills. Character B is unsure how to help with Character A begins to go through withdrawals, fighting the conflict of taking Character A to a hospital or keeping the promise to keep Character A's drug addiction a secret. Through all of the pain, sorrow, and struggles, Character B comes to realize just how important Character A is to him, determined to help him through the addiction no matter what.

 

Extra: I personally want to play Character B, but either character would be fine with me! This will also include a lot of drama and violence with Character A if you or I play him.

 

Sanity & Insanity are the Perfect Match CLOSED

 

Character B lives with Character A, an eccentric writer who is often asking Character B about strange, hypothetical situations – “Like, what would happen if you were stabbed with a fork? What would your reaction be?” – and keeps highly irregular sleep schedules. Character A is a well known writer, one of the best with many best-selling novels. Character A is also known to have psychosis, a serious psychotic mental condition, endangering the lives of people around him as well as himself. Character A often hallucinates, going into a panic when he does. Character B lives with Character A to provide a watchful eye, making sure Character A is taking his prescriptions to try and prevent the hallucinations from occurring. Character B has to put up with every day troubles, whether he is attacked by Character A, things being thrown around, or having to put Character A into a hold for their own protection. Character A has withdrawn himself from society, only talking to Character B on a whim for situations in his book. Character A and Character B must work through the problems of Character A's conditions, dealing with difficulties of the daily life. Character A begins to grow more trusting and attached to Character B, acting odd as he desperately tries to display his affection (Character A could start writing random love letters, leaving trinkets around, etc). Character B is confused as Character A begins to start insinuating could be situations with Character B, trying desperately to make him fall for him, even through his problems that he has.

 

Extra: This one is quite open as well! We can work around it as much as you want. I personally don't care who I play for this one, I love both of the characters very much!
