It's All About the Blood(Kaoru & Yellow [18+])

Yuki was walking slowly as he finally reach his house. He pulls out the house keys and opens the door lock as he walks in the house, The house was quiet since no one was there, his uncle was on the way to New York with his auntie. He walks upstairs and enter his room, after entering the room. Yuki start to taking his clothes off and puts his stuff down. He takes some clothes from the closet as he wears them, takes the books out from plastic bag and puts them on his desk as he walks down stairs and goes to the kitchen to cook something. It took him a half hour to makes some fried rice and some sweet eggs with fried vegetables. Finally he can eat them, he serve himself but before eating anything he pics his laptop up and turn his favorite music on, The music was pretty loud as he goes back and sits down on his chair " Itadakimasu! " He said as start to eat the food he makes while listening to the music. After eating the food he goes to the kitchen and start to cleaning the dishes, He cleans everything and goes back to his room. He lay down on his bed as he closed eyes and try to sleep.

After cleaning the room and changing out of his bloodied shirt, Reis had left the restaurant to take it and burn it. However, he finds the scent of the human lingering in the air and decides to follow it. If he could pick up on the scent so well, then it wouldn't be all that hard for other vampires to do the same. Quickly Reis finds and abandoned trash barrel, takes out his lighter and begins burning the shirt. He took one last sniff of the blood before the fire-y shirt was thrown away. As soon as the shirt was tossed, Reis started following the scent trail again. By the time he found where it led, the other was making his way down a street of homes. Reis stayed in the darkness and watched him until he made into a home. Reis climbed up a tree after following the muffled sounds from within the house and found the other lying in bed.

Yuki was tired because of all the things happened around him today. he actually wants to sleep but he couldn't sleep no matter how many times he try to close his eyes and try to sleep. He get out from the bed and goes closer to the mirror that was in his room and he takes his shirt off and looks at his wound. Yuki he start to takes off the bandages on his arm that the other person carefully do it to him. He looks closely at the blood that were overflowing and dripping on the floor as he takes a knife from the drawer and cuts himself on the other arm. He looks at the mirror deeply like he was in the other world a very dark place. His hands keeps moving as he scratch his body all over " I Can't Feel The Pain.. I Can't Feel Anything!.." He repeats himself as he hands moves forward and touch the mirror that was in front of him " Me that is on the other side is the beautiful one, A perfect one.. Why can't i just be like him?.." He said as he stares at the mirror.

Reis was in the tree, hidden in darkness as he watched Yuki lay in his bed. The tossing and turning told him that the other was unable to sleep. But what he wasnt expecting was when the other woke up, walked towards a mirror in the room and unwrapped his bandages. Clearly he had upset the wound again for it to have started bleeding so much again. And although he was upset at that, what really pissed him off was watching the other cut himself on the other arm. Reis' anger began to bowel. It was thing when it came to bodily harm by another, or by accident. But when one caused bodily harm on themselves purposely, it woke a whole other feeling within Reis. He growled low in his throat at the scene before him. He was going to have to teach the other how to care for himself, one way or another. But...being what he was...that was going to be difficult.

Yuki was scratching himself with the knife but suddenly he stops and comes back to his senses " I did it again..." he said as he looks around there was blood every where. He puts the knife away but than suddenly he falls down because he was feeling weak he try to sits down and than found himself he was actually sitting on the blood. He feels like he was in a sea of blood red red and red everywhere. Yuki actually really hate cutting himself up but because of his auntie it become part of his daily routines. He hardly can get any sleep when on one is in the house or when his uncle and auntie is away he would cut himself to get his stress out and can sleep peacefully and for another reason when yuki's auntie comes back and looks at that his body has been recovered she would abused him even more. He slowly stands up was going to pick his shirt up but it was far away so he ignore it and walks to his bed as he lay down on the bed and fall asleep. He can finally sleep peacefully but the most important thing was he forget about his wound and the blood just keep flowing from his wounds.

Reis watched the entire time as Yuki cut his arm. His fist contracted and tightened around where he held onto the tree and if he pulled away he was sure the tree would start to bleed its own blood. His teeth clenched shut, stopping his fangs from exposing themselves to the smell of blood from with in the house. Reis watched as the blood dropped form the other's arm to the floor. There was a good amount stating that the kid would die if he didn't stop. In fact, this amount of blood wasn't normal and in fact he should have been dead a while ago. Reis wouldn't be able to give him a transfusion of blood. But perhaps when the other slept e could stop the rest of the bleeding. Luckily it happened, Yuki fell asleep, letting his arm bleed out on the sheets below him. Reis took his chance to shadow his way through the window and into the bedroom of the other. He snuck his way through the house, pulling out medical supplies from the bathroom he found. When he returned to the bedroom he nearly retched from the smell of blood. This was too much to handle in one night. Quickly he stopped the arm from bleeding. But he didn't bandage the other. When he was sure the blood had stopped and the first wound had been chechked once again, Reis left, leaving the other asleep still.

Yuki was sleeping deeply when the other person enters his house and was wondering around for a while and start to treating his first wound on his arm. Yuki moves around a lot because of the pain but he calm down after a while later. He was dreaming, A dream about his twin brother Haru. In the dream as he saw Haru he runs and quickly hugs him. " Haru.. Haru.. Haru.. I missed you so much! please stay! Don't go anywhere! Stay with me! I will make sure that i won't let you feel lonely so.. Stay! " He said as he start to cry. Haru smiles and puts his arms around him and hugs him " Yuki Chan! I Love you so much! " He said as he let go of yuki and start to walks away as he disappears. Yuki runs after him as he yells calling his name nonstop while asking him to wait for him. He reached out his hand and was about to grab him but suddenly he wakes up.

 

Its was already morning, He was crying, he sits down as he wipes his tears " So it was a dream.." When yuki was wiping his tears he saw his arm was warp with bandage " Huh!? What is this.. i don't remember treating myself before i sleep.." He touches his arm as he looks at the other wounds " the others are still.." His mind. Yuki freaks out and walks out from the bed as he walks around the house, He was thinking that what if it was his uncle who treat his wound but he was wrong no one was at the house, the door was all locked. " Maybe its was me.. who did it" he said as he goes to the bathroom and prepare himself in hurry because he don't wan't to be late for school.

Reis hadn't left the other completely. After finishing the bandaging of his wounds, Reis had turned to find tears streaming down Yuki's cheeks. A dream for sure. But in his state, Reis would never be able to comfort him. Before the blood could overpower him completely, after smelling it twice that day. Reis quickly left the stuffy bedroom and returned to his tree. He stayed there the whole of the night until morning broke through the sky. As an older more developed vampire, Reis was able to handle what little light of day he could. But not for very long. He was glad that the morning had come with rain clouds. He walked as quickly he could, without seeming utterly awkward in front of he morning risers. Soon he reached the small apartment he rented out. Making sure all window shades were closed doors were locked and no light could leak through, Reis tossed himself onto the bed and dozed off.

After preparing himself he walks down stairs and goes to the kitchen as he pulls out some stuff from the fridge and start to cooking something simple. Its took him few minutes for making everything, He puts his bento in the bag as he walks out from the house, He locks the door and runs towards to the station. " If i am late for school now Sensei surely won't let me go to my part time job.." His thoughts. He enters the train just in time, The door closes and the train start to moving. He wears his headphones and plays the music as he waits. Right after the train stops yuki try his best to run, losing his breath He barely made it in time.

 

He was catching his breath as he walks in the class and sits down on his chair. " Yeah! I made it.." He said as he sighs. Someone walks towards yuki and hit his head, yuki was surprise as he quickly turn and looks at the person who hits him " Ita- That's hurts.." he said. Hiro: Why didn't you come yesterday.. everyone was waiting for you! and i end up got scold by the girls you know." he said as he stares at him. Yuki was quite for a while but than he apologize to hiro " something happened so i couldn't come.." he said as he looks away. Hiro pats yuki head " Me too! I am sorry! i was at fault too, I shouldn't have force you.. But next time make sure you come okay! " he smiles as he left. Yuki smiles and nods. Sensei comes in the class and start his lesson, as the time pass by and finally the final bell rings.

Reis was unable to fall asleep at first. Despite how tired he really was. He went to bed without drinking any ounce of blood, which in the long run was probably a bad idea. However, after smelling as much blood as he had from a living beating human, he wanted nothing more then to forget about blood. He'd have to make sure to drink plenty once he woke up however. Or something bad was bound to happen. Being the oldest born vampire in the city where he lived, possibly even the state they lived, there was no way he would be the one to break the treaty that had been raised for so many years. But he slept in the end, well into the early stages of night where the sun was just barely touching the ground with its glory.

Right after the last final bell yuki packs his stuff as he puts it in his bag and runs away to a teacher. " Kazu Chan!! wait.." He yells as he grabs his hands. The other person was surprise " Yuki!! Again.. how many time i have told you too stop running around the hall.. anyway what it is" Sensei said. Yuki grins " Why are you so angry..? I will tell Sei chan that your being mean.." He said as he pouts.[ Actually Kazu sensei is A childhood friend of Sei chan (Uncle) ] Kazu sighs as he pats his head " Hai! hai! I am sorry! i have to said that because if i don't the other teacher will scold me.." He smiles. The girls was actually staring at yuki from far away " Hey! what should we do.. Sakurai kun is with that Evil teacher.. if we go there he will surely scold us.." The girls was talking to each other. Yuki gives kazu a file " Here tomorrow homework of first class.. so let me skip the first class, I have a request to i can't come. Please do me this favor. Kazu takes the file " Hmm you already done the homework.. Good Boy!... Wait.. What! you want to skip but why!?" he actually yells. Yuki stare at kazu " Please! Only this time.. I will make sure to pay you back ok.." Yuki said. Kazu in the end give up " Okay! Only this time.. Yuki if your having some trouble.. you can always come to me." He pats yuki head gently. Yuki smiles " Thanks! kazu chan.. See you tomorrow." He said as he runs away really fast. " I have to go to the bakery right now, I can't be late for work this time. " His thought.

Yuki Finally get at his work place and goes through the back " I made it in time..." He was losing his breath as he goes to the locker and start changing into his uniform but when he takes his shirt off he saw the bandage the one that was on his arm " I seriously can't remember.. when did i warp it, I have a good memory so i should have remember it but somehow i can't. " His thoughts. After changing he comes out and start working, Manager pats yuki's back " Hey! you have such a good looking face you should smile more.."He said. yuki was surprise " Hai! I am really sorry.. I will try my best.." He bows at the manager. Manager: Its fine.. Its fine.. Thanks to you that the bakery becomes popular lately." He smiles and leave. Yuki sighs as he continue his work as the times pass by and it was already 8:00 pm his shift was over. He walks out from the bakery and looks up at the sky " Its cold today.. I got my payment today so i should return the laundry money before i go to convenience store.." His thought. He walks slowly as he reads the book that he bought yesterday, Yuki didn't get the chance yesterday too read it so he is reading it while he walks. " Now that i think about it...Why do i have to take the Night shift..? I already told him that i have school tomorrow.. Whatever he said he will rise my pay so i should just do it. "

The sun had set and Reis was now opening the bar for the nightly wanderers. Most had already been waiting for the doors to open before he had gotten there, having been early risers like he himself. Not too long after he opened had the crew members arrived and got to work. Luckily none of them asked about their late night human guest from last night, which made for an easy stress free night. By the time eight o clock had come, most of the nightly wanderers had come and gone. Their nights usually took place in clubs or events that came at night. They usually came to the blood bar first so that they could fill themselves enough before spending a night with humans present. Reis was one of those people. By eleven the bar was normally closing and he'd spend his time at clubs. Many a times he'd find himself drawn to gay clubs and would dance the night away with a multitude of humans and vampires alike. But he would never sleep with any, that was a set rule for himself. Though countless times he'd wanted to, he never did. Humans were all together a different story. But vampires, they got nasty if things didn't go they're way. And producing a one night stand with one was not something he wished to do.

Yuki was wearing his headphone as he listen to the music and reads the book called Bloody Vampire. But than he bump into someone and fall down because he wasn't looking. The other person was mad but he left ignoring yuki, Gladly yuki didn't hurt himself when he fall down. " I shouldn't read the book as i walk, it would be troublesome if i accidentally hit someone again" His thought. He picks his bag and book up as he walks again but he didn't learn his lesson yet, He was reading the book as he walks again because the book was interesting that's why he didn't stop. finally he reach the bar safely this time. He enters the bar and looks around there was not much people. He couldn't find the other person around so he goes to the counter " Ano! can you hand this to the Nii San that treat me yesterday.. Please! " He said as he give the other person a latter full of money, off course it was lock so it couldn't be seen by outside. After giving the latter yuki safely walks out the bar and start to walks to his another job. " Now that i think about it. without thinking i give him all of my payment, I haven't even taken a look at it how many it was. But he did say that the laundry price was high.. Maybe it will be enough. He even treat my wound so i think its okay.." His thoughts. He continue reading the book as he walks slowly.

Reis hadn't expected the other to show up at the bar again. But when he had found out, the bar maid knocking on the office door and handing him the letter, he wasn't all that surprised. He opened the letter and immediately took in the smell of money. He clicked his tongue in frustration and asked the bar maid if he was still here. After hearing that he wasn't, Reis left the spare keys wig the bar maid and had her close up. He told her not to worry about cleaning, that he would do it himself tomorrow when he comes in early. Then he left, he was able to make out the scent he'd been searching for and followed it. Soon enough, about a block down from the bar, he found Yuki walking, head in a book. He caught up to him and grasped his shoulder. Whether or not he planned to scare the crap out of him or not, Reis just wanted to stop him.

Yuki was walking as he listen to the music and reads his book " He was not there! I thought that he was usually at the bar since at night it was his bar right? Let's just forget about it.. " His thought. Yuki was walking when he saw a lost child crying, He goes close too him " Hey! Why are you crying.. Are you lost.." He said. The boy won't stop crying so he pulls out some candy and give him " Here! You know Its so tasty.." Yuki smiles. The boy takes the candy and stop crying. Yuki pats his head " Now you look much better when you don't cry, Boys have to brave like Power rangers. Do you watch power rangers on sunday?. " He said. The boy: Yes! I always watch it with onii chan.." The boy saw his mother was searching for him. " Onii chan thanks.. I will be brave from now on. Bye bye " He said as he runs to his mother. Yuki smiles and waves to the mother and the boy. He continue his walk as he reads the book but than suddenly someone grab yuki's shoulder from behind and surprise him because the other person was from that time. He takes off his headphone. " Ano! You're hurting me.." He said as he looks into the other person eyes.

Reis was always in shape. He made sure to always work out and keep his body fit. He'd seen many a disaster in his life time and knew very well that he had to kept fit. But by the time he had reached Yuki, he was almost out of breath. Though aching was more quicker then normal. It wasn't overwhelming like he'd been running for an entire day. When Yuki turned around, surprise evident on his features and a wince of pain from Reis' grip, he let his hand release his shoulder. "Oh uh, sorry. Sometimes I don't know my own strength." He stood awkwardly in front of the other and rubbed at the back of his neck. The display he had seen as Yuki tried to calm the child down was nice, but he couldn't just start talking about it. Then he remembered the reason why he chased after Yuki in the first place. "Oh..right, what the hell is this?" He reached for the envelope of money he stuffed in his back pocket. "I told you not to worry about the shirt. Besides it wasn't entirely your fault. I was just helping an injured person in need."

The blond haired boy looks at the other when the other person say sorry too him. " Its Fine.." He answer as he smiles at the other person. " Why? is he here.. Why did he grab me so suddenly, when i come to the bar he wasn't there.. But i already return the money.." His thought. But than Yuki was surprise when the other person asked about the money he have give him. Yuki want to explain but before he could some other person grab him it was a teacher from school. " You're a student right? what are you doing in these kind of place? " He asked yuki as he tightly grip his arm where his wound was, its hurts him but yuki try hard too just pretend and ignore the pain " Ehh~ Yes! but I am going to my part time job right now. So could you let me go! " He speak with the teacher in a formal way . " You must be lying! Come with me right now! " The teacher just won't let go of Yuki. Yuki was having trouble because he was in pain. Yuki's school where he go, it actually allowed some students too do part time job that's why it was easy from him to walk at night. " But i am not lying! " He said as he try too escape his grip.

Reis was about to receive the answer he wanted in regards to the envelope, however, it was cut off when a man stepped in and tore Yuki away. Reis had stayed quiet as the two interacted. The man had clearly been angered, and by the sounds of it, it seemed like he was a teacher. Sure the street was covered with nothing but bars, crazy drunks and delinquent teenagers, but it wasn't completely off limits to even students. Besides, during the day, this street was completely safe. Even at night, despite the night walkers of the vampires, it was safe. Especially with Reis around. He normally stopped crimes from happening on this street. But now was no time for fighting about the street itself. Reis scowled and stepped forward. Before the teacher could pull Yuki off, Reis reached out and grasped hold of the teacher's wrist. His grip had been stronger then that of which he had held Yuki's shoulder. "Excuse me, but I believe he's telling the truth. Plus, as a teacher, your off duty and have no right to give such authority over him."

The teacher was pissed off because the other person grabbed him but after listening to his words the teacher let go of yuki " Okay! okay! hey which school are you from ? " He asked. Yuki holds his arm and backs away from the teacher " I..I am from T High School " Yuki answered him. " Is that so! " The teacher start to calm down after knowing he was from T High School, He apologize to yuki because he was acting rude. The teacher give a slight peck on the other person palm " Let me go already.. i understand now.." He said as he walks away from them. Yuki sighs " I am glad.. that i study in T High School, If not that teacher would seriously make me go into a lot of trouble, Thanks too my scholarship.." He talked too himself. He looked at the other person " Thanks for helping me again.. Sorry! too trouble you! " He bow to the other person. " Can you tell me your name..? Ehh~ And about the money, You can have them.." Yuki smiles.

Reis stayed latched on to the teacher's wrist, well after he let Yuki go. But when the teacher prodded his hand, demanding he be let go, Reis decided to do so. He watched, arms crossed over his chest, as the teacher walked off as if he didn't just cause a ridiculous uproar for nothing. He didn't hear when Yuki started talking to himself, too concentrated on watching the other man walk away. But when the other turned to him and thanked him for the help, Reis smiled down at him. "Don't mention it. Just happened to be in the right spot at the right time." He fell silent before Yuki spoke up again, asking for his name and mentioning the money he gave Reis. "Ah, right, just call me Reis." He held out his hand for a handshake. And with his other hand handed back not only the money but Yuki's student handbook as well. "Here, you dropped it when you were in the bar last time. And really, I don't need you to pay me back. I'm well off enough where I can afford my own shirts. You on the other hand are still a student. Keep all you can get and don't waste it on stupid things."

Yuki was really happy when the other person helped him " Maybe.. He is not a bad guy after all.. I want too trust him but my feeling won't let me do such a thing again." His thought. After hearing the other person name he was having a calm feeling that he never have before " You have a nice name! Than if you say so i will call you Reis san.." But yuki was surprise when he pulls out his hand to handshake and on other hand was money and his student handbook as well. " Woah! you find my student handbook, I was looking for it but couldn't find it.. So i dropped it in your place. Okay! i will take back the money. Since i need the money to run away from home.." Yuki takes the money back with his student handbook and puts it in his bag. He looks at the other person. " haha! I was just kidding so don't mind it." He said. As for the handshake, Yuki didn't handshake with him and instead he just hugs Reis. " If you won't take the money than can i at least treat you a meal..? " He whispers too him.

Reis laughed. "No please, just Reis. We're the same age I do believe I saw on your student handbook." Reis was never one to enjoy such honorifics. He never used them himself, but he did show respect when it was due. "Take care of your things. This time a nice guy like myself picked it up, but next time may be different." His smile was true however, and didn't show any such meaning besides the hint of concern he held for the other. But at the mention of running away from home, his smile dropped and his concern grew. Most likely the other saw his expression and immediately passed it off as a joke. Reis however, wasn't too sure to believe it as a joke but he never got the chance to comment on the matter, for instead of a handshake like he had been waiting for in greeting, he had received a hug. It was something very foreign to him, having not felt another's warm touch as so. Reis didn't push the other away though and only pat his head. He sighed before answering, "A meal sounds nice actually."

Yuki stare at the other person for a while than he thinks about something really serious and was making a strange faces, And he finally agreed with him. " Okay! I will just call you Reis. " He said with a smile. " Does he really have the same age as me i thought that he was someone older than me since he has his own bar.." His thought. Yuki just nods when the other told him to be careful not too lose his things again and take care of them. " Yes!! you agreed than its a promise, I will make something next time so make sure you come okay! " He said. Yuki just won't let go him because when he was hugging the other person he feel something strange. " Its feels good! His body is cold as ice! Wait.. Why his body is so cold..? " His thought. It was making yuki curious but before he asked the other person his phone start too ringing, He let go of Reis and picks up the phone. " Hai! Who is this? " He asked. " KONO BAKA YARO!! Where are you!? You're late!! " someone yells at him. Yuki was surprise after hearing his friend yelling. " Woah! woah! wait.. I am on the way.. give me 5 minutes.." He answered as he shuts the phone. " Reis sorry! i have to go to my part time job now.. Lets talk later Okay!" He said as he start to run.
