The Witching Hour

For years witches and warlocks have lived among the human population. Hidden from the eyes of many but thriving just under the noses of the naive. Ruled by the witch council, a group of the most powerful Warlocks and Witches to have ever roamed the earth. All sworn to uphold the oath to indulge in no dark magic and protect the human population from all the dark members of their kind.

 

MC is a powerful Warlock, already quite well known around the ages for his abilities in Dream Walking and controlling even the strongest of minds. He has never truly confessed his loyalty to the Council nor to humanity. He lives an existence solely led by his moral compass, or simply, by what he wants to do. He answers to no one nor does he take bullshit from anyone either. Though it's hard to see from his constantly grinning features and his light tone of voice, there is an infinite coldness living inside him that constantly makes him toe the lines between light and darkness. He is not trusted by the Council and is watched over with a wary eye by sentinels of the Council.

 

However, when the balance of the world gets flipped onto it's head, it seems that his services are needed at full. A dark, immensely powerful witch has been revived into the world through her followers and humanity as it has come to be known, is at risk of total extinction. The dark witch has no love lost for humans and her interest is in claiming the world to be once again under her immediate control. All who oppose her, as it happened in the past, turn up dead in a matter of days.

 

Though MC doesn't care much for humanity, he feels that should he turn his back on doing anything, his freedom would come to an end. And that is not something he cares to have happen. So with the bothersome survival of his kind and humans now solely resting on his shoulders, he agrees to lend his hand in battle. However, he is not pleased by the partner he is provided with.

 

-Yes I know this is sort of open ended, it's not a full concrete plot, per say, it's more like an idea that popped up in my head.

 

-YC can be human, warlock, half warlock, or something completely different and unique, it's up to you. He's yours to mold as need be.

 

-Essentially I'm looking for a Seme or Seke for this idea. That being said, it would be rather interesting to have a slightly more submissive Seme if one pops up. MC is used to doing as he pleases and to hell with the consequences. He'll have a highly sarcastic streak to him and as mentioned above, will take no bullshit from anyone. YC could be the complete opposite. If you want him to be more mellow, calm tempered, heck even a bit shy when it comes to it, that's cool. I only really want a dominant partner when it comes to the whole bed scene and the such.
