Too tired to make gifs, the cast and crew sucked the life force out of me. Just...this trailer!! Sunday cant come fast enough.

 

My thoughts on trailer:

1. Book's sex scene with Tern (of course that's top of my list) is most probably a flashback right? So as to kinda explain the origin of the sex video that went viral?

 

2. Tee and Seed - is Tee letting himself be seduced? Like for real or for lols (because Fuse is being wishy washy like in season 1)? I'm liking Seed and the actor playing him a lot.

 

3. They really upped Book's sex appeal this season. I love it in the promotional material but at the same time it feels a little ooc. I'm finding it harder to differentiate between Book and Toey (because come on, Book would not wear his sunglasses that way, that is totally Toey there).

 

4. I have a feeling YokMo is gonna be my favourite couple this season :Sleepy:

 

5. TeeFuse and FrameBook are already making me tense up coz you know, of the tension. (I'm much impressed with the Frame I'm seeing, Ohm seems more mature and comfortable in his own skin and more confident and his acting has improved and I'm glad and also I don't have to feel like a pedo when I'm looking at his body).

 

6. I want sweet fluffy moments too, though I'm grateful for the sex scenes, don't get me wrong. They seem much better executed this season. THEY BETTER NOT CUT THEM SCENES!

 

7. LOL, are they trying to make FrameFuse a thing? I would have liked TeeBook better (coz I ship BoomToey), or just as good, this OT3: [video=youtube_share;fNpnIbGPpSg]

My thoughts the same as before. Love all the couples, but looks like YokMo is quickly becoming my precious baby yoyo5 because they're just starting out and Yok's "Wanna date?" is so cute and he deserves all the happiness in the world and who better than Lukmo who is made out of sunshine.

 

FrameBook you make my heart hurt so much. Have a feeling you guys will make me tear my hair out this season.

 

TeeFuse seems to be going in the right direction with good character development. So Fuse is not so wishy washy after all. Tee, what are you doing?

My thoughts on episode 1 (I watched without subs)

 

Highlights:

 

FrameBook kiss!! Its mindboggling that while FrameBook (perhaps its OhmToey?) is a bona fide supercouple, they have not had a real legit uncensored onscreen kiss til this episode.

 

Yok strutting about like the whole set is his catwalk. Not sure when this became a character trait (or why?), but keep on doing it

 

Yok and Christina epic tennis battle :7yoyo:

 

WitEssMo being themselves. I love when these three are being super nosy and constantly prying into their friends' love lives (perhaps inadvertently?). Also them waking up in the same bed was so funny.

 

WitEssMo porn watching session. Mo being sad tugs at my heartstrings. But the best part about this scene was Frame. Omg it was hilarious how he was just sitting there doing his homework with all that moaning going on!!

 

TeeFuse cuteness was cute.

 

P'Nine!!!! I love him so much already! Such a cutie pie.

 

Book!!! Love him.

 

Lukmo!!! Love him.

 

Yok!! Love him.

 

 

 

 

Things that didn't really work for me:

 

The post production problems (more like the lack of pp work) was something I feared would happen considering they're sort of 'live-shooting' this season. I know it's not 'important' as long as acting and writing is good....but it actually is important to me. Especially since i felt season 1 had great editting and stuff. Sometimes u don't really notice the small details until they're not there and then u really miss them. The tone/atmosphere is also very different and I'm not sure I like it very much. I felt the zaniness of season 1 was the charm of MIR and now that episode 1 is lacking the liveliness... I'm not sure. Its definitely gonna take some getting used to.

 

FrameBook fanservice...can't believe im putting this as something that didn't work for me. Its glaringly obvious what the pool scene is (so much fanservice it was practically softcore porn). I give it credit for setting in motion Books story arc, but I still felt it was out of place. Perhaps it was in the novel? Anyway, the kiss was excellent, Toey as Book was excellent and Ohm was at his best as Frame when being a cute puppy...but only ok as a horny boyfriend. Sorry but baby is still not convincing enough in that regard. I did like the condom thing though, that was great.
