I don't know how I really gotten into it... But I definitely love it... I even spread to my peers... Well, I've read almost all posts in this thread and it's mainly on Misu x Shingyouji, right? Hahaha! I love this pair... Even more than Takumi and Gii, I could say... Taiki's Shingyouji is... *speechless* I LOVE IT! That's why I really do HATE Taiki for being soooooooooooo cute especially in his role as Shingyouji... He made me shift... Now, I'm deeply in LOVE with them! He's a way too cute with Misu... BabaRyo is just too good and their chemistry is on a high level... I'm just wondering where I could download the full PURE movie with English sub... I only have the c-sub one... but i had already watched it on YT... I just wanted to have the full subbed movie with a better quality... Thank you in advance... And nice meeting you all! Hehehe...I on the other hand loved Niji-iro Garasu for the very reason that it did NOT focus on TakuGii. The love story between Suzuki and Morita TOTALLY absorbed my attention and inspired me so much. Oh yes, PURE is absolute tops for me too especially having watched it already. Yep, I noticed it too that Shingyouji is not addressed by anybody as Kanemitsu. I guess the only person who ever said Kanemitsu was Shingyouji himself when he said his full name to Misu at the cafeteria scene in Pure. It should be noted though that Misu did say the word "mitsu" in Takumi-kun 5. I LOVE ArataXShingyouji couple Shingyouji is so cute and so captivated by Arata, whereas Misu acts as if he has a cold heart even if he truly loves Shingyouji... I was so excited when Arata finally "confesses" his feelings to Shingyouji (in his own way, of course ^^):banhbao8: And what about kiss scenes?? oh gosh, their first kiss with chocolate was clearly fan-service, but it made me melt :5yoyo21:not to mention their kiss in dressing room, I was going really to DIE :7yoyo10: I watched this scene countless times! Of course, I am not going to complain if they added some bed scenes. But the kiss at the beginning of the movie is enough for me to be absorbed by the story. The fact that this is the only movie in the series that did not put the spotlight on Gii and Takumi is both refreshing and sad, but hey - Baba Ryouma has enough on-screen charm to keep me fascinated with the entire movie. I got a bit confused with the side story of the other lovers, but that's just me. I also got fascinated when Arata said ' Don't get close to Haruma, it annoys me..' That would be the quote of the day. I think they were able to develop both the characters to the extent that you get to sympathize with them personally. Shingyoji with his family problems and not wanting to stay at home and looking for someone to support and love him is not unique but it provides the backdrop for his story. He looks the part - lost young kid with some issues, specially his self-confidence, definitely clueless on love (but not as in Takumi's case). Arata with his superiority complex, a leader in his own right, and a charmer just like Gii with a number of admirers himself. Just his demeanor is enough to make everyone swoon. While making the title 'Pure' is entirely up to the viewers' interpretation. I just think Pure applies more to Takumi in more ways than one. Arata and Shingyoji relationship is not as deep as Takumi and Gii to make it pure. It's still on its early stages, where the roles are being established between each other. He's just too adorable!!! Look at his eyes..ABSOLUTELY LIKE A PUPPY!!! no wonder Misu called him as his 'pet'..I want him and cage him and feed him!!!! rabbit6 yeah takumi kun 4 was a good movie but i think Arata and Shingyouji can stayed with each other in movie more AGREEEEEEEE!!!!
