ZX-MetalMonster
Bryan was seated by the window, books scattered around him to provide the excuse that he was studying while he absorbed the warmth of the summer sun that shone through the glass. Unreasonably large earphones blasted a hectic melody into his ears, insuring even further that nothing his eyes picked up from the page could find a permanent place in his head. However, he was alert, keeping track of who passed through the hallway in hopes that he would spot a familiar face, someone he was sure could explain at least a small part of the text to him. It was no wonder he understood nothing with how much he had missed and how uninterested he was even now, but for the sake of keeping himself out of trouble he had to at least decipher the minimum and pull through with a passing mark. Less then two hours were left until the exam however and it didn't seem like he would manage even that much. It was especially troublesome that the building was not only empty of anyone who could help him but empty altogether with him apparently being the only one there. Bryan felt somewhat foolish upon noticing this and wondered why he even bothered to still wait and wasn't already back home or out somewhere to abuse the short time he had left before having to return. Snoopycake
With his fingers tracing the edges of his pristine textbooks, Cas slowly made is way through the empty halls. Feeling the sun's light smother him through the window's, the blue eyed boy paused at his dented locker. Unlocking the lock silently, the quiet boy retrieved a small Shakespearean book. Saying that the boy was popular was an understatement, people seemed to be attracted to his looks more than his cold persona. It made Cas feel sick. All these fake friends, paper friends, that stuck to him like glue; the kind you despise after not being able to remove. Undoubtedly, it wasn't as if he minded too much. The company managed to fill the empty void of his loneliness and would rather be surrounded by people he barely knew, compared to the latter; staring at the four walls of his bedroom deciding what thickness of rope to buy. As the feminine looking boy gently placed his bag beside his feet, he perched on the edge of an empty windowsill and began to quietly read in peace. He loved days like this. When he could escape and listen to the soothing sounds of silence before being interrogated by the student council on his views on today's lunch menu. Those guys were ruthless. Pausing from his book, his mind started to wonder out towards the view before him. Teenagers these days where more focused on their followers on Instagram and Kim Kardashians ass size rather than looking up from their mobile machines to glance at the beautiful world around them. ZX-MetalMonster
Despite his hearing being limited by the loud music and his position by the window providing him only a small area he could monitor, Bryan caught a glimpse of another male as he passed by and leaned away from the window in order to follow him with his gaze. He didn't quite recognize who it was that had passed by but he wouldn't mind much if he had to speak to a stranger. With a deep sigh he stretched and only placed the notebook he had in his hands down before going after the other man. All of his possessions, other than the earphones that ended up pulled down around his neck, were left where he'd been sitting and Bryan walked slowly along the hallway, neither worried nor in a hurry. Only once he was a few steps from the stranger he remember to turn off the music that was still faintly audible because of the volume it had been set to. Having come close enough to get the other man's attention, Bryan only studied him for a moment before speaking, not bothering to put on a smile and seem polite as he did so. -"Are you here for the exam as well?" He questioned and gestured with a glance and light motion of his chin to the door some distance away, though he intended to pester the stranger with his issues regardless if they were in the building for the same reason or not. Snoopycake
Carefully turning the page of his book, the pretty boy didn't glance up at the other male that he didn't notice once entering the hall. Cas' ear began to twitch at the sound of the pounding music emitting from the oversized headphones and carefully placed a bookmark inside the book. Elegantly placing the small book aside, he shortly replied, "Yes.", before pulling a neat notepad and pen out of his simple rucksack and being writing notes on the extract. He didn't mind school. Maybe the people, however the subjects and lessons he seemed to enjoy along with homework. He understood that he was most likely the only person to believe this, although the better he did in his education; the quicker he can get an isolated job in the desert. Glancing at the vending machine a couple of feet away, the beautiful boy curtly placed his items down and made his way over. Paying for coffee and buying out the vending machine for peanut cups, the skinny boy made his way back to his spot. Thinking that the other male would have left by now, Cas was surprised to make eye contact with the handsome man.
ZX-MetalMonster
Though Bryan considered it fortunate that the one person he found would most probably be able to answer some of his questions and help him understand at least a few of the topic the exam covered, he still frowned at the other man. He believed it was clear enough he intended to ask him more than just why he was there and it annoyed Bryan that he was brushed aside and ignored so easily. However he wouldn't give up and leave the stranger be that easily, in stead, he stood in place and watched him with narrowed eyes while he wrote things down and then even walked away for a brief moment. Behaving like there was no pause between this and his previous question, Bryan spoke up as soon as the other male returned to his things, though now he waited for him with a light glare and crossed arms. -"Would you explain a thing or two to me then?" He convinced himself to at least sound polite because after all, he was still asking for a favour.
Snoopycake
Gently placing the items to the side, the raven haired boy knotted his brows together in confusion. " ... You want me to help you?" People have asked him for help before, however he often turned them down straight of the bat. This being said, he did have his reasons. Normally it was to lore him back to their house before they made an inappropriate move. It wasn't as if he couldn't take control of the situation, it was more that molestation isn't something you can stop without understanding the others intentions at the beginning. Glancing around the school, the pretty boy checked if they truly along before deciding his answer. He did understand the text and had no more need to revise in silence. Bitting his lip softly, the younger boy sat back down on his edge of the window. " ... Alright. I'll help you. " He wasn't really sure why he agreed. Sure it's better than staring into space for the next 5 hours but he hadn't ever accepted tutoring someone before. Something about the other boy made his heart beat a little faster and his blood filling his face. It was dangerous.
ZX-MetalMonster
With how the other male nearly repeated his question back to him, Bryan had little hope that he would prove his first impression wrong and do something for him. It caught him off guard when after a short pause the stranger agreed to help after all. -"Thank you... just give me a moment..." Bryan excused himself before he rushed back to where he'd left all of his things and collected the few books where he'd underlined what he couldn't understand on his own. With this material in hand he returned to the dark haired man and placed himself beside him as he began to flip through the pages of one book. -"What should I know about... this." He asked as he stopped at a page that was mostly underlined, giving away how poorly he understood the subject. Now after he'd placed himself so close to the stranger his appearance caught his attention more than before, it also helped that his annoyance with the other male had subsided and he could now study him more carefully. It dawned on Bryan that he was closer to the stranger than was necessary but he had to debate with himself before deciding to attempt to subtly put more distance between them. Snoopycake
Waiting patiently, the smaller boy watched the latter retrieve his books and moved his own to create some room. Tucking some fallen hair behind his ear, Cas gave the presented book a once over person nimbly took the large book out of the others hands before placing it down onto his lap. Reading the chosen page through, the smooth skinned boy dexterously turned the page to continue. Without looking up from the page, he replied, "Macbeth's famous soliloquy at the beginning of this act introduces an important theme: visions and hallucinations caused by guilt. The "dagger of the mind" that Macbeth sees is not "ghostly" or supernatural so much as a manifestation of the inner struggle that Macbeth feels as he contemplates the regicide. ... If you find Act 2 hard, your going to most certainly have trouble with Act 5." Carefully picking up his coffee, the blue eyed boy kissed the edge of the cup before swallowing the hot, bitter liquid. Placing his vending machine coffee back in its place, the boy noticed the laters closeness and was about to move before he noticed the taller boy doing so before him. It made him smile inside. ZX-MetalMonster
Bryan nodded lightly at a few points of the explanation the other male presented him with and while he wasn't only pretending to understand him, it was difficult for him to memorize everything as it was being said. At last bit, he couldn't resist but laugh softly and offer the stranger a faint smile. -"So then I'm hopeless for this exam..." Bryan concluded and seemed too amused for someone who'd just given up hope on pulling through with a passing grade. He wished only reading this book was enough or that he could study one that's more simple and more likeable. -"Any ideas how I can go over the minimum in a few hours?" Bryan asked the other man, assuming he was the more clever of the two and would have a better idea how this could be done, if at all. However his question intentionally sounded like a joke. Snoopycake
Returning the latter's faint smile, the delicate looking boy continued to sip his coffee while watching him. After receiving the last question, Cas glanced at his bag before decided to open it up and retrieve a thin book. Holding it in his hands, the pretty boy answered, "My ... My friend did this exam last year ... He used this book to revise from. He had trouble like you but ... It's basically just a summary of everything. He gave it to me to use it but ... As I already understand the text ... You could have it if you would like." Nimbly passing the small book to the other male, Cas stared at the dirt on the floors while pushing some falling hair behind his ear again. " ... I do believe that you would be fine. Apart from understanding the language ... It's normally your interpretation of what you believe the meaning is. I do not think you could easily fail." Turning back to his coffee, Cas elegantly picked up a pack of peanut cups before slowly making his way through 3 packs gingerly.
ZX-MetalMonster
Bryan didn't expect the stranger to smile in return and found himself surprisingly satisfied to see a hint of emotion in his features. This was a pleasant enough distraction from his worries and he would had happily spent the next few minutes contemplating that smile and then loosing himself in loud music but the other male gave him more reason to feel calm and confident. -"Thank you... I owe you for this..." Bryan began to read through the pages of the thin book as soon as it was placed in his hands. Fortunately it seemed he could go through most of it before it was time to take the exam. A few sentences into the first page however, he paused and returned his attention to the stranger who was providing him all of this help. He no longer liked the idea of speaking to him only this once and then allowing him to fade from his thoughts as he'd originally planed. -"My name is Bryan by the way..." He introduced himself and despite normally not bothering to be pleasant, he now offered his hand to the other male, hoping to come across as polite and also find out his name in return. Snoopycake
Continuing to neatly munch on the chocolate, the younger boy didn't expect the other male to start another conversation. Gently wiping his slightly stained fingers onto a pristine tissue without looking back up at the latter before replying with a short sentence, "Cas." Picking up his textbook again, the boy crossed his legs to get comfortable and began to read quietly. After a few moments of reading the text over and over, the beautiful boy realised something causing him to quickly place the book down and move closer to the other boy surprisingly. Forgetting about personal space, the nimble boy gently took the book at the latter's and flipped through the pages. "My friend also wrote some useful things around the edges of the book so you need to look carefully through. Like here ... Here ... And here." Tucking some fallen hair behind his ear for the third time, the kneeling, blue eyed boy glanced at the other, "Do you get it?"
ZX-MetalMonster
Having been partially ignored for a second time, Bryan breathed an inaudible sigh but wasn't upset like he'd been before. What he ultimately hoped for was to learn the strangers name and he was granted that much. He reminded himself that he had little time to wonder about the other male though and in stead continued to read from the thin book he'd been given. He wasn't accustomed to reading for hours without pause but he was capable of it in situations like this one. It wasn't uncommon for him to do all of his work last minute, or to at least accomplish as much of it as was possible in a day. The other male managed to catch Bryan off guard once again when he suddenly moved closer. For a moment he was more focused on the delicate male than what he was pointing out but recovered and caught on to the significance of the sidenotes. Bryan couldn't help himself when the reading material was something he didn't especially like and the other man was mysterious and interesting to him. -"Yes... I understand." He confirmed with a nod and his eyes scanned the page again while he willed himself to concentrate.
Snoopycake
Nodding quietly, Cas arose from the small space and walked back over to his bag, then began to pack his bag with coffee in hand. Slinging the heavy bag over his shoulder, the small boy sipped his coffee and retrieved his phone. Cursing silently at the 38 texts that appeared on his phone, the blue eyed boy turned to the other seated near him and spoke up, "I have to go." Without another word, the pretty boy turned away and walked down the empty halls. Making his way through the shallow halls, the quiet boy made it out of the school and continued down the streets. Ignoring the faceless people glancing and staring at him, Cas pulled his bag up higher and entered the urban part of the city. Winding around the alleyways and curves of the almost abandoned streets, the delicate looking boy trotted up the fire escape of an old building. Climbing through the window, the pretty boy jumped down and landed on the rusty wooden floor.
ZX-MetalMonster
Bryan frowned and sighed again, this time in frustration as the other man left and gave him little time to protest or say whatever else important he had. It didn't matter that they'd both grown silent and were busy with different things, he still preferred to have some company. He wondered where the other male had hurried off to but more importantly, if he should and how return the thin book to him once he was done reading through it. Since the blue eyed boy had said he would be taking the exam as well Bryan assumed he would at least meet him again later. In the meanwhile, a long while of reading awaited him and he pulled on the large earphones again so not to be left without anything to amuse him. For the next few hours, Bryan didn't lift his eyes from the pages of the book except to periodically check how much time he had left and at one point to stretch and walk up and down the hallway. He seated himself closer to where he'd left his things and as more people started to appear, packed what was unnecessary so he wouldn't forget or loose something, distracted by the crowd that was forming. Snoopycake
Frowning as the tall blonde haired man wrapped a large arm around his shoulders, the smaller boy glared hard up at him as the grinning main spoke. "CAS! Glad you could make it!" Twisting his shoulder, the black haired boy elbowed the other hard below the the ribcage; causing the older boy to curl over in pain. Smoothing out his shirt, the pretty boy didn't spare a glance before replying shortly, "Too loud.". Giving him a weak grin, the older boy stood once recovering. "Nice swing sweetheart." Ignoring him, Cas made his way through to the other room and picked up some pristine documents of the old, beaten table. Following the younger boy into the room, the handsome man leaned against the dusty wall with his hands in his pockets. "Sure you can do it?" Rolling his eyes, the blue eyed boy bore his eyes into the others green with a glare. "Of course I fucking can." Laughing, the blonde haired man rested his head against the wall. "Good. He did request you after all." Placing the documents inside his backpack, the smaller boy didn't glance at the latter until his rucksack was placed on his back once again. "He's a fucking perv Chris." Smiling childishly, the older man walked over to the boy and patted his hair. "Thank you for this." The raven haired eyebrow twitched before snapping at the other, growling as if a dog. Smiling sweetly, the green eyed man walked the boy to the door before adding a quick comment. "Call me straight after, alright?" Turning his head slightly, the pretty boy smiled at the other. "I will.", he replied before shutting the door behind him. ZX-MetalMonster
Bryan rested the thin book on his lap, though not having gone through all of the pages he was at this point certain further reading wouldn't improve his chances of passing the exam as already now his brain was full of new information and he feared he would begin to mix things up or forget something. In stead of putting himself through any more torturous reading he shifted in his makeshift seat by the window and looked over the courtyard and the few students gathering outside. By now the sun had moved over the sky and was no longer shining as brightly and pleasantly on him still the atmosphere was likeable though spoiled partially because his nerves were starting to give him trouble as the less and less time was left until the exam. he simply wanted it to be over so he could descend into the shadowy streets of the city to unwind and then return home to spend the evening idle on the couch. An acquittance approached him from the crowd of people that had formed by the classroom where they would take the exam and he reluctantly removed his earphones so the person could start a conversation. He placed them, along with the thin book, into his backpack and slowly, while he listened to the other man, pulled the pack onto his back.
Snoopycake
Making his way back to the bland school, the pretty boy plugged himself inside his phone; drowning away the outside world of chatter and noise. Squinting at the rays of sunlight beginning to effect his vision, drawing out his large black sunglasses, the blue eyed boy covers his eyes with the shades and placed his hands deeper inside his pockets. Keeping his eyes forward, the feminine looking boy continued to walk, not paying any mind towards the people around him and the few glances he received. Entering the school grounds, Cas trotted up the entrance steps to be greeted by faceless people; who almost straight away began to animatedly chatter with him. Not paying them much mind, the young boy found himself by the entrance of the classroom that would be holding the exam. Glancing around the group of people through his sunglasses, the raven haired boy soon spotted the male he lent Chris' book to. He watched him for a little bit, talking to the faceless person next to him. Finally looking away, the quiet boy pulled a small book out of his bag and began to read; hopefully it gave the idea to the strangers to stop talking to him. ZX-MetalMonster
Bryan didn't notice the raven haired man as soon as he arrived, having been too busy with the conversation he'd started with one of the other other students. As soon as things quieted down however he caught a glimpse of the other male and with little reluctance walked closer to him. He noticed how the other was being rather cold to anyone who approached him from the crowd but he was unsure if it was because of something that had happened since they'd last seen each other or if the delicate man was like this by nature. Bryan didn't consider himself to be anyone special and expected to be ignored just the same as the rest of the students, however he didn't intend to only annoy the other male with casual chatter so he assumed he would have his attention for at least a fraction of a second. -"For a moment I thought you wouldn't show up again..." Bryan commented as he paused beside the other man and retrieved the book he'd given him from his backpack, now holding him for him to take back. "I'm finished with it so I thought you might want it back." He explained though the other hadn't made it clear if he could keep the thin book or if he needed to return it as he was doing now. Snoopycake
Glancing up from this book, the younger boy's eyes locked with the other male's and he closed his book at his words. The people around him stared at the intruding male, wondering if the male even thought that Cas would reply. " ... I don't miss Exams." His eyes dropping to the small book the other boy was presenting to him, the pretty boys blank slate of a face didn't waver as he replied monotonously, "It covers topics we will be having exams on soon." After his pointless sentence, the feminine looking boy turned on his heel and entered the class room on point with the bell ringing only seconds after. Open entering the classroom, the blue eyed boy gracefully made a B-Line to a window seat and smoothly sat and retrieved the required equipment. With students entering the classroom, they all knew that Cas only liked to sit alone so they sat as close as they could without touching the seat beside the beautiful boy. Palming his small chin, the raven haired boy's drifted off to the world outside around him. Closing his eyes, the soft looking boy sighed as his thoughts drifted back towards the pristine documents currently inside his backpack.
ZX-MetalMonster
Having been left to hold the book without even a proper reply to trying to return it, Bryan watched with a glare as the other man walked away. In another setting this somewhat cold reply wouldn't have been enough to upset him, but it was the third time he'd been dismissed by the delicate male in one day and this time it was they weren't alone in the hallway but surrounded and watched by many people. Unconcerned with and in fact unaware of the other man's preference to sit alone, Bryan followed a few steps behind him as he made his way across the classroom. He wouldn't insist on returning the book and put it away while he walked, however he was too irritated now to let this pass and leaned closer to the dark haired man as soon as he sat down beside him. -"I'm thankful for the help but I would appreciate it if you would either respond to me properly or be an outright asshole so I know just how to treat you." Bryan explained with anger apparent in his voice and straightened up in his chair though he still watched the other male and hoped he wouldn't do something as frustrating as brush him off even now. Snoopycake
Glancing at the boy next to him, the other boy went back to staring out into the world outside continuing to cup his chin in his hand. " ... Outright asshole. Treat me like I am unburnable trash. Treat me like I am garbage." Grinning creepily, the pretty boy arose from his chair before lazily picking up his stuff and moving to an empty seat furthest away from his previous seat. Dumping his stuff clumsily, the beautiful boy sat down in the plastic chair, ignoring the happy face of the boy now next to him. The fragile looking boy placed his head in his arms as he rested them on the table. Closing his eyes, the pretty boy began to think out everything else on his mind lately. He had the shrink tomorrow and has the job tonight. Breathing out a held breath, the small boy rubbed his face. God he wanted to be high right now. Ignoring the teacher as he walked in, Cas held his face in his hands before running his hands through his hair and sat up straight.
ZX-MetalMonster
To Bryan who was already irritated the answer he received sounded insolent and the disturbing grin the otherwise delicate young man offered him was a clear provocation. His anger flared and if it weren't for the professor who entered the classroom soon after their short exchange he wouldn't have allowed the other male to walk away and end their argument so easily. Bryan reminded himself that he was taking an exam and that he needed to calm himself down simply so he could focus and do well but his mind was fully preoccupied with the man who'd upset him. Due to the thin book he'd been given and the help and encouragement he'd received, Bryan couldn't as much as go over what he'd studied in his head without being reminded of the blue eyed boy. It brought a bitter frown to his lips. For the most part he wanted to treat the other as if he was nothing more than trash, like he'd been told to, but there was still a part of him that thankful and remembered how sweet the young male had been for a moment. With how little he'd studied before that morning and how angry he was at the beginning of the exam it was a miracle Bryan knew anything but as he read through the questions he was relieved to realize he could answer quite a few. He first filled out what he was sure of and then moved on to the questions he could take a guess at but didn't put in any effort beyond that, certain that he'd already done enough for a passing mark. Without allowing himself to pause by the door and scan the classroom for the other male, Bryan hurried out after having handed in his work. Outside the sky had already begun to turn dark and aware of the time he ran home to leave the heavy backpack he'd been hauling around the entire day and change into clothes suitable for what he had planed for that night. Snoopycake
Nimbly picks up his paper with his delicate fingers, Cas easily read over the English paper before swiftly answering the questions on his pristine paper. Lazily cupping his cheek in his hand, the beautiful boy continued to write until he was finished. Standing up gracefully, the blue eyed boy picked up the paper and quietly handed the completed sheets to the professor. With both of his hands holding onto his back straps, the small boy made his way out of the school and back down the streets. Turning around the curves and bends of the streets, the raven haired boy made his way to his small apartment. Jogging up the steps, Cas finally made his way into his home. Unlocking the door, the delicate looking boy gently removed his shoes before moving into the small, white and clean apartment. "Misha." Picking up cat food, the smooth skinned boy placed it inside the sparkling metal bowl before placing it beside the white cat-bed by his feet. Watching the fluffy white cat pad over, the small boy smiled, crouched down and began to pet him. Walking to his room, Cas pulled open his wardrobe and took out his favourite black leather jacked, heavily ripped black jeans, plan white t-shirt and army boots. Pushing his messy hair back to form a slicked back look, the blue eyed boy flicked off his lights and placed his school clothes into the laundry basket. Emptying out his school bag onto the his plan wooden desk, the pretty boy only kept inside the documents. Kissing his cat goodbye, the beautiful boy stepped outside and locked the door. ZX-MetalMonster
As soon as he closed the front door behind himself Bryan briefly observed the room he'd entered, searching for any sign that he wasn't alone at home this evening. Fortunately it seemed there would be no one to interrupt his plans and he didn't waste another moment before hurrying to his bedroom. He placed his backpack on the bed, nearly throwing it there, and then started to remove his clothes and discard them with just as little care. No more than a few seconds passed before he was left in nothing but his underwear, rummaging through the closet to get the clothes he needed. What he intended to wear was the same outfit he always put on when going out to raise havoc and it consisted of simple boots and pants that were matching in color and even seemed like one single item when worn together. His torso was wrapped in a tight, sleeveless gray shirt but covered by a dark jacket with short sleeves, a high collar and hood that was effective in concealing his face. He also put on a pair of leather gloves and finally dark sports glasses massive enough that they also obscured his identity. There wasn't much to look out for as Bryan left the building and slipped into one of the narrow, unlighted passages that led between buildings to the more vibrant and busy part of the city. The sky hadn't yet become perfectly dark but he knew it would be night by the time he made it to where he intended to start his fun. It was only an issue that with the glasses and how dim the passage was already he could barely see where he was going, however having followed the same path before he was managing not to trip or run into anything.
