InkompleteWish Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 Hi guys and girls, i have been inactive for a while and my rp partners when i tried to get back also went inactive or couldnt reply so i stopped again. But i obviously cant live long without rping again so here i am. XD I am mostly the catcher in a rp cause i feel more comfortable. I like trying new things so i usually play all kinds of themes. I can usually reply on weekends but sometimes also on weekdays. If i cant reply for longer than a week i will notify you. I am always unprepared when i really want to get back in rping again (maybe i should think about something specific before searching, lol). Well, i would like to have a dystopian setting or something of the like. I've really wanted to do an rp like that for a loooooong time but it either never happened or it stopped before it got really interesting. :/ Concerning the reason why the world went down (zombies, flooded, etc.) i cant decide, either setting would be interesting. Maybe it even reverted back to the dinosaur age, who knows. Depends what setting we want to have i guess. I'd like some kind of enemy though (giant insects, dinosaurs, cannibals, zombies, etc.) to keep the rp going with different ideas. What do you think about this idea? Tell me if you want to add something, etc. (i dont have Word at the moment so i can't look over it for grammar/spelling mistakes, sorry if there should be some) I tried to create an open enough world so we could come up with a great deal of ideas if we wanted. It's just the "beginning idea" so yeah.^^ So. The main idea i had (and probably the most mainstream one) was that earth fell to many natural disasters. Earthquakes, floods, etc. The eco system changed accordingly. The main prey and predators (including humans) got reduced to small numbers, if not going extinct completely. Everything able to adapt became new prey and predator over the few years after the mass destruction. The insects and mammals able to survive grew big and strong without their natural predators. Yet there were also those that fell prey to the new predators. Humans being an example. Though they were fairly able to adapt to the new surroundings insects, mammals or even other humans turned to cannibalism due to scarce food made the life in this new world hard. I just thought that gave even more of a thrill instead of just "normal" humans (didnt even think about writing gory scenes necessarily). Just wantedt to tell you though that i have to send my PC in for repairs this week so i probably wont be able to write anything at all until he is back. I send my PC in last Saturday and I hope I get it back somewhere next week. I am on my laptop now since it finally decided to work (it wanted to install windows 10 but the installation somehow got wrecked and I had to reset it). I am not so good with writing on a laptop keyboard but I will start the RP tomorrow after work. I still need to come up with a character though.
