A guy is the result of an experiment. He was once human but after a few people kidnapped him and did human testing, they made him a wolf neko hybrid. Fusing his DNA with that of a wolves.

A doctor with a mysterious background is hired to over see his development and find out why he's suicidal.

In all truthfulness is rather this had been a female neko, but since it's yaoi otaku it can only be a guy. Unless someone plays on kik, then we can play there. I'm on kik a lot.
