After awhile Daniel realized he didn't want to be hanging out in his room alone. Getting up he knocked on Chris' door despite knowing his brother had come to his room to nap. Waiting until he was told he could come in he entered the room and closed the door behind him. Without even thinking he moved towards his brother and climbed into the other man's bed resting on his knees he turned to face the other man. Watching his brother silently for a few minutes he wondered what his brother was thinking about. "You seem to have something on your mind, big brother." He mused a little glad to know he wasn't the only one who had been absorbed in his own thoughts. "Watcha thinking about?" He questioned raising an eyebrow.

Shrugging Louis spoke, "What can I say, Nick?"Shrugging after he spoke he watched the man as he continued speaking ending with that maybe he did care even if he was an ass and a jerk. That made a small smirk cross his face, "I am what I am, Nick. There is no changing that." He answered. Now that he seemed to have Nick's attention and the man was done resisting him it was time to push a little more. "Seriously though, what do you even see in Daniel? Why are you fighting for him so much? Do you have a thing for younger men? Is he just that easy to get in bed? Be honest with me. Can't even try to help you if you don't tell me everything."

"Nothing special" said Chris looking at his brother smiling reaching his hand to the boy so that he could come near him. "Whar about you? As much as i can remember you come to my room only when you cannot sleep or something is bothering you" he added pushing the other slowly towards him by the hand.

"Nothing special" said Chris looking at his brother smiling reaching his hand to the boy so that he could come near him. "Whar about you? As much as i can remember you come to my room only when you cannot sleep or something is bothering you" he added pushing the other slowly towards him by the hand.

"It's... a little bit of both." Daniel admitted as Chris took his hand and pulled him closer. Before he knew it he was laying against his brother's side. Like he had so many times growing up, and even more times since they had sex for the first time. It felt strange to be there now though, knowing Chris didn't remember anything they had shared with each other over the past month. "Mainly the can't sleep though." He added after a moment not really wanting to tell Chris what had been bugging him and not smart enough to make up a quick lie as to what had been bothering him. Resting his arm over Chris' waist he rested his head against his brother's shoulder letting his mind wander.

"Nick, look. I know I did some mean things to you back at camp, put you in a place that was painful and impossible to escape. But let me help you. Or at the very least let me help you win your little boyfriend. If you keep shutting me out like this then you'll never get down to how to keep Daniel for yourself and you'll lose him to his brother again." Louis said with a slightly stern look as he watched Nick go into the kitchen following after him.

 

Watching him grab a beer he sighed, "I've helped plenty of guys like you keep a hold on their precious little boyfriends. But it starts with you trusting me. I did something cruel and underhanded, but so did Daniel. What makes it so easy for you to throw your faith back into him? Tell me the truth about your relationship. About why you want him so bad. "Now you can rest" he said laying his hand on Daniels arm touching him gently. It was relaxing for him aswell. Apparently, knowing Daniel near him was making him feel relaxed.

" since we were little Chris was the best at everything and had everything he ever wanted. And when i wanted something he took it away. "Thanks." Daniel murmured softly when he was told now he could. Chris wasn't wrong, already he could feel his body just giving in and his eyelids growing heavy. "You'll... be by my side tomorrow right?" He murmured softly. Facing Kyle even if Chris didn't remember what had happened that night would be easier with his brother by his side. At least Chris could make facing him every day at school so much easier, more bearable. He was sure the memory of how his brother had beat him would keep Kyle at bay, and that was enough for him.

Louis listened as Nick spoke telling him what it would mean to him to win Daniel. He was a little surprised, but not entirely. It was such a common answer for guys in situations like Nick's and he knew how to help him. Nodding he spoke, "So it's a long standing feud. From the very start Chris had everything you wanted and more, and when you finally got your hands on Daniel he just had to take that from you too." Louis commented repeating everything just in a quicker summary. "I've seen things like this before, Nick. There is only one way you are going to be able to keep Daniel. Especially if he really does enjoy having his brother fuck him."

 

That was still a concept that Louis didn't fully understand, what made one brother want another to do that to him? It didn't make sense but he shook his head not judging what the young man seemed to like. "If Daniel likes having his brother fuck him, then you need to get down to the source behind that desire. "Right now i dont know ... i cannot think of some particular stuff. It depends. "Thanks." Daniel murmured once more already dozing off against his brother's side. Chris was just to good to him, really his brother was there for him constantly. Even after losing his memory he knew that Chris would still be the support he needed even if Nick would be taking over his sexual needs. But as he drifted off to sleep his mind focused once more on Nick and the relationship he wished he had with him. If only he could have Nick around as often as his brother was.

Louis listened as Nick spoke telling him that Chris and Daniel weren't really brothers. He supposed that did make their relationship better at least, but it still brought the question of what turned Daniel on enough to allow the person who he was raised side by side with to fuck him. "That's not what I said, Nick." Louis replied his voice still having a more aggressive edge. "Do you really think Chris is going to be there 24/7 for Daniel either? What happens when big, popular and successful goes off to college and leaves little Daniel who doesn't even want to go to school now home?" Louis replied his eyes hard as he watched the other man. He couldn't help but snort when Nick tried to turn things around on him.

 

"Have you ever thought that maybe I'm 'alone' because I enjoy having multiple partners?" Louis responded giving a rather vicious looking smirk to Nick. "I enjoy having multiple partners to choose from. Guys who are always up for fun when I need it. I don't like being tied down to one person. It's nice having different people with different tastes so I can go to the one who requires exactly what I'm in the mood for." This time his tone was teasing but the look on his face showed he was completely serious.

"Argh! Forget it .... " he said turning to the sink to empty the bottle of beer. He wasnt in the mood for arguing on nonsense matters. Throwing the bottle away he turned to the other.

 

"In the end they will get tired of the game and will leave you. Lucky for you you dont care that much because you are an arrogant alpha jerk who does what he wants when he wants" he said moving closer only to get pass him in the hall.

"If you want to stay or go is your decision but i will be upstairs away from your ideas" he said slowly the last words keeping eye contact. He needed a bath to calm himself. He was only a player and everyone else were his toys, playing as Louis would comand them but not him.

Bitting his lip in anger ar that tought he openes the door for the other to get the hell out of his house and leave him at peace already. "No need for you to come here. I dont want you here. Why cant you understand that?"

A playful smirk crossed Louis' face he was definitely liking this side of Nick. This was a guy he could see ending up with one of his many "fuck buddies" as the other man had decided to refer to them as. Not the guy he had seen just seconds ago. This new attitude looked fantastic on the older man, and he had to admit he liked it a lot. Following Nick towards the front door with a sparkle in his eyes he stopped and turned to face the other man.

 

"Maybe I can't seem to get that through my head because while you are saying one thing, your eyes and body are saying something else." He purred before winking. "Whether or not you want me back, I will be. I can't just draw out this better you and not see if you actually do something with it. I mean... it would be such a waste if you didn't use this more forward and dominate side. Really brings out how attractive you are." Turning he stepped out of the door with a little wave before heading for his car and to give the poor guy a little time to himself.

Nick slammed the door as the other went out and to his car. He needed to take a bath and ignore all what the other had tried to put in his mind. Those werent bad ideas as he was thinking about them but he would never admit it in front of Louis. As he finished showering he went in bed and tried to sleep but all he could think of was Louis and gis way of speaking to him and sparkling eyes. Turning from side to side and giving himself imaginary face palms he swore that he will never be one of Louis fuck budies even though the other knew already how to get to him.

 

Finally he manage to sleep only to have a weat dream where at first he was with Daniel and after a few minutes of kissing and touching it was Louis who was dominating him again which made him woke up breathing hard and with a hard on. "Damn it!' He thought as he was trying to relax again but he couldnt sleep further.

Daniel slept through the night in his brother's arms. He didn't stir until he heard the older man's alarm start going off making him shift as his eyes opened. Blearily he looked towards the clock reaching over to turn it off, it was then his tired mind realized he had laid himself practically on top of Chris at some point in the middle of the night. Looking down at his brother he was a little surprised and the sudden urge to just bend down and kiss him overtook him. Fighting against it he pushed himself up and moved off of his brother running a hand through his messy hair.

 

It felt strange to wake up in the same bed as Chris and know nothing had happened between them since their first time together. Still, it was kind of nice too. Moving he got out of the bed turning back to his brother to make sure he was awake before heading to his room to grab some clothes and take a shower so he could get ready for school.

Chris woke up after hearing his brothers voice calling him telling him that he should get ready for school. Mumbling around he manage to move himself to the bathroom and make his siesta. A shower, teeth brushing, arranging hair and getting dress took him only 15 minutes.

 

After he went downstairs ti get somwthing cold to drink feeling that this morning when the alarm went on he could feel his brother on top of him which didnt make him feel wierd or something. He liked it. It felt so good and right that it kind of scared him.

As Nick didnt sleep he crawled to the bathroom and tried to get a sense of himself. He was really tired but he had to prepare and drive to take Daniel to school as promised. He took out his phone and send him a mesage. 'In 20 min i will be outside' he said making himself a coffee to sober up.

Taking a shower after his brother, Daniel took a bit longer to dress and make his way downstairs. As he was stepping into the kitchen his phone went off telling him he received a text. Pulling the device out he smiled happily seeing the text. 'Awesome!

See you then.' Daniel texted back a slight bounce in his step now. Though he tried to keep his mind off of how he had woken up with his brother and instead on seeing Nick soon.

 

Glancing towards Chris as he grabbed a box of cereal and the milk he spoke, "Nick will be here in twenty minutes to give me a ride to school. I hope you don't mind. But..." Pausing he grabbed a paper he had put on the table the night before. "I printed out your schedule for you... you know because of your memory loss. I hope that helps and I'll be around throughout the day if you need anything."

Chris smiled seeing the paper in hia brothers arms, happy that the other thought of him to help with school. "Thanks and its no problem" he lied trying to ignore the feeling he had. He would had want Daniel to go with him but he couldnt say it as his boyfriend was already offering to do that. After all it was onlh normal.

 

"If i need anything i'll let you know at school. I mean , how hard can it be?" He laughes trying to remember school but his memory was empty for the past year.

 

Nick packed his things and got in his car driving to Daniels house which took him only a few minutes hitting the horn once letting Daniel know he was there.

Daniel felt a little bad knowing he was kind of leaving Chris to figure things out on his own. But he had at least made sure his brother had his schedule and it wasn't like Chris had been thrown so far back that he didn't know his way around the school anymore. Sitting down at the table he started eating as Chris spoke and he gave his brother a small smile, "I'll be there to help you any time you need it." Daniel promised wanting his brother to know he would be there to help him out. He had just finished eating his breakfast when he heard a honk out front telling him Nick was here.

 

Quickly putting his dishes in the sink he grabbed his backpack and hugged Chris, "That's Nick, I'll see you at school." He said quickly before heading out the front door after checking to make sure he had his phone and keys. Instantly he moved towards Nick's car and slipped into the passenger seat, the first thing he did was lean over and press his lips to the older man's. "Did you sleep at all? You look exhausted." Daniel commented with a small frown as he buckled up.

"Not quite ... but i will later after finishing some paper work" he said smiling after the kiss ended. He needed to make him forget the awkward dream he had about them two and after with Louis.

 

"I see you are in a good mood .... ready for a new day of school?" He asked driving towards the school letting the music from radion a littlw bit so that they can still talk and listent to eachother.

 

Chris finised his coffee and took the paper in his backpack and head to school himself which wasnt that hard.

Daniel nodded when Nick said he would later after some paperwork. He was almost tempted to ask what the paperwork was about but decided against it as Nick started driving off towards his school. Listening as he commented on the fact that he seemed happy a small smile crossed his face. "When am I ever not happy to see you?" Daniel questioned with a soft laugh. What caught him off guard though and made him sigh glancing away from his boyfriend was the question of if he was ready for a new day at school.

 

"No. If it wasn't for the fact that you're giving me a ride and that Chris will need me there at least for today so he can get to his classes I probably wouldn't go again." He admitted with a small shrug. It was really the fact that Nick had told him he was driving him and the whole thing with Chris losing his memory as to why he was going. He didn't want to face Kyle, he didn't want to go from one boring class to the other, and he didn't want to waste most of his day in a stuffy class room.

 

Glancing out the window as Nick drove his mind started wandering again. Despite Nick having told him why it was important he still didn't get it. Daniel was still caught up on just dropping out, not really up to going even if it was his senior year and he was close to being done with it. It wasn't like he had a college degree in his future like his brother who was sure to get scholarships and continue his education. Daniel didn't want to do anymore school after high school, hell he didn't even want to go to high school half the time.

"As i told you .... if you have trouble tell me" he said looking at Daniel holding his hand on his tight. "Maybe you think of me that i am pushy but trust me that is for your own goon do finish high school" he added turning to enter in the parking lot at school.

 

"Send me a message when you finish so that i can come to pick you up" he added bensing over the other kissing him softly, holding him close not wanting to let go.

Daniel sighed as Nick spoke, but there really wasn't any point arguing. He didn't think that Nick was being pushy, he just didn't want to keep coming back here. He was half tempted to try to convince Nick that maybe he could home school him instead, make things easier but that was the cowards route. If he was going to finish high school he would do so attending it just like everyone else.

 

"Okay." Daniel murmured softly when he was told to message him when school was over and he'd come pick him up. Returning the kiss as he was held close to the other man, for a moment he just stayed like that. After a few minutes of them just remaining close like that he finally pulled away and gave Nick a small smile. "Guess I'll see you later." His voice was soft stating he'd rather stay with him but knowing it wasn't an option. After saying their goodbyes he grabbed his backpack and slipped out of the care before heading into the building to head to his first class.

Nick smiled and waited until Daniel got in school amd he drove to his fathers firma to give some papers that he worked at for the past days. He was working for his father part time at the financial department he was a smart guy.

 

Parking the car he went to his fathers office and left the papers on his desk and just when hr wanted to leave his father came out from the conference room with others and a new person which made Nick drop his jaw. It was Louis.

 

"Oh Nick ... glad youre here. I wanted to show you our new associate." Said his father pointing Louis.

 

"What are you doing here?" Said Nick narrowing his eyes.

 

"You know each other?" Said Nicks father lookong at Louis and Nick.

 

"Kind of" added Nick shortly keeping his eyes at Louis.

Daniel went to his class and sighed as he settled himself into his chair ignoring anyone who tried to get his attention. He truly didn't want to be here, but arguing that matter with Nick would get him nowhere. As the day went on he made sure to keep an eye on Chris, though as lunch rolled around he specifically sot his brother out.

Louis looked up when the older man went to introduce him to Nick a small smile crossing his face. "We have." Louis said with a nod at the question. Of course he had gotten this job knowing that it was the other man's fathers business and that he was more than qualified to work here as well.

 

So of course the sneaky and conniving person he was had noticed that the firm was hiring and took it upon himself to ensure he got the job. Of course he'd behave himself in the office but at least he had another way to get more out of him without Nick being able to run away.
