Daniel ate silently as he waited to hear what Chris wanted to do. At the mention of going to the zoo he just shrugged slightly, they could go to the zoo but it wasn't really interesting. Not considering the fact that they had gone there numerous times since they were children and it never changed. It was okay to go to once in awhile. The second idea was a much more interesting idea, and hearing that Chris really missed doing so then he knew they would do that for sure. "We can go rent a boat and hang out on the lake." He replied with a small smile. It was nice to be able to spend time with Chris again and not feel like he was about to lose him.

 

Things had gotten rocky and Daniel had been frustrated with his brother previously. Now he felt like things between them were good, even if they still weren't where they had once been.

Louis didn't realize he had bent over Nick when he reached for the book until his eyes locked on the others. For some reason he felt a bit embarrassed that he was even this close to him. So when Nick decided that he would read that book after all he just nodded not immediately pulling away. It wasn't until Nick brought attention to how close they were that he straightened up and cleared his throat. "Sorry." He murmured as he turned his attention to the seat in front of him and not paying Nick the slightest bit of attention after that. At least the man was no longer freaking out about the plane trip and was focused on something else.

"That sounds like a plan too me" he said smiling continuing his meal. Looking around in the house he noticed that it was very silent. "Any idea where are mom and dad?" he asked narrowing his eyes, thinking it was a little odd that they were out for so many days and not even a call back. It was strange. They never stayed so long out without noticing them or call them.

 

"Do you know where they went?" he added drinking his juice hopping that nothing bad had happened to them. He searched for his phone but he left it in his room. He wanted to call his mother to be sure that they were alright.

As he tried reading the book he managed to relax more and more, ignoring the fact that they were on a plane. But something was still bothering him. Having Louis so close to him before made his heart beat faster and blushing, which was a rare thing for him. Shaking his head unnoticeable he tried to forget those thoughts. First of all, that was Louis and he would not let him mess with his head again. And second, he wasn't going to cheat on Daniel. wait ... why am i thinking of cheating right now?

 

"Could i get a glass of water please?" he asked one of the stewards that were passing by. Looking at his watch he calculated that there was only a half an hour till they would arrive. Receiving the water he drank it in a second, cooling himself. One thing was sure and he had to admit, Louis had changed his attitude and way of behaving. He was more reasonable than before and wasn't making fun of him anymore which was a little strange because he kind of got used to it.

 

After landing they rented a car and drove to the hotel where they had their reservation.

"Here is your key from the appartment sir" said the receptionist.

"What do you mean key? There should be 2 rooms" said Nick narrowing his eyes feeling his pulse raising. i cannot sleep in same room with this guy .... he is a perv

"Sorry sir ... There is only one room reserved on this name and from your passes there isn't other listed here" said the girl after checking her computer again.

Nick turned his head to Louis slicing him into pieces with his eyes.

Daniel shrugged about the question in regards to their parents and where they were. "I don't know. They usually reach out to you not me." He replied continuing to eat his breakfast not worried about it himself. It always seemed as if their parents would reach out to Chris if they were delayed for any reason, so he was never worried or bothered when he didn't hear from them. With that on his mind though if Chris was asking it meant that they probably hadn't reached out to his brother. Still, he wasn't worried as he just shrugged it off. Once he was done eating he got up to do the dishes and put everything away. "I'm sure they are fine." He added as he turned to face Chris again.

Louis relaxed for the whole plane trip, his eyes occasionally finding their way to the plane window as the trip dragged on. He never had a problem flying, so he didn't need anything to distract himself with. As the hours passed he noticed that Nick was still acting a bit odd. He was about to ask him about it when they were told that the plane was beginning it's descent. Deciding against it he buckled up and just rested back against his seat. It wasn't long after that point that they were getting off of the plane and collecting their luggage.

 

Silently he slipped into the car that had been rented with Nick, his eyes going to the road as the other man drove. When they arrived at the hotel they would be staying in he stood slightly behind Nick as the man checked them in. When he heard that it was just one key only for Nick to try to object he said nothing. Though he did notice the look that the man gave him he shrugged innocently. "I told you we were sharing, you were the one who tried to argue it with me." He hadn't booked the hotel but he had been aware of the fact that they would be sharing instead of having to separate rooms.

 

"What's the big deal anyways? I'll behave myself. Well... as best as I can." Louis said giving Nick a small smile. Alright, he had behave completely up until this point and he just couldn't help it. But it was still no big deal, he'd behave himself, and it was just for the weekend. "It's just for a couple nights, we can make it work." He added trying to get Nick to stop glaring at him like that.

"You're probably right" he sighed finishing his food in the plate. Giving the dishes back to Daniel he moved on the other side to help him. As Daniel was washing them he would dry them and put them at their place. It was such a simple activity and yet so calming. He really did miss the good old days where there was only them two and no one else in between.

"I told you we were sharing, you were the one who tried to argue it with me."

"I though you were joking" he replied taking the key sighing. It was going to be one hell of a weekend.

"What's the big deal anyways? I'll behave myself. Well... as best as I can."

"You .. behaving ... in this kind of situation? Pfff .... don't make me laugh" he said carrying his luggage to the elevator rolling his eyes. Yes, Louis did behave himself since yesterday, but that didn't mean that he will stay put for all his life. We are talking about Louis here for God's sake.

"It's just for a couple nights, we can make it work."

"You're sleeping on the couch and I take the bed" he said getting in the elevator pushing their floor number. They were acting like a couple witch for the guest in the lobby was very funny.

It was nice, washing dishes with his brother and all. It felt like the old days, when he didn't have to worry about relationships or hurting anyone. It kind of sucked that things weren't as simple as they were back then. When the finished he turned to Chris and flashed his brother a smile. "Let's get ready and head out then shall we? I'm really looking forward to spending the day with you." It was true after all. Daniel really was looking forward to spending the weekend with Chris, and spending today out on a boat in the lake was going to be a good day as well. It sounded fun, and he knew they should enjoy the nice weather while it lasted since he was sure it wouldn't last for much longer. "Make sure you pack your swimsuit as well. I don't think anyone would appreciate skinny dipping in broad daylight." He added teasingly as he moved to head upstairs and pack what he was going to take with him. It seemed easy to be like this with Chris, to tease his brother as if nothing had changed.

"I don't joke about everything, Nick." Louis replied giving the other man a rather exasperated look. He didn't understand why Nick wouldn't believe him but he knew better than to push things too far. Gathering his bag and following Nick to the elevator he stepped in with him glad that no one else seemed to follow even if their bickering had gotten a few laughs and looks from the others in the hotel lobby.

 

"I can behave." Louis practically whined. Feeling like Nick wasn't really giving him a chance here. He pouted when he was told that he would be sleeping on the couch while Nick took the bed. "Fine, be mean and make me sleep on the couch." Louis replied keeping the pout on his face the whole ride up to their floor. When they did finally step out of the elevator he lead the way down the hallway and to their room waiting for Nick to unlock the door. Once they were both inside he closed the door behind them and plopped himself down on the couch with a groan.

 

"I don't know about you, but plane rides always tire me out." He complained letting his eyes drift shut for a moment. They were only closed for a few seconds before he forced them open and finally looked around their room. It was nice room, and it made him wonder how much it was costing to rent it for the weekend. That was something he truly wasn't sure he wanted to know the answer to though as he looked back to Nick. "Why don't you relax a little bit? Just because this is a business trip doesn't mean you have to be all up tight and moody."

"I don't care for a swim ... I'm gonna let you do all the work on the boat and I will relax on the sun" he said pinching his brother by the cheek , running in his room and shutting the door behind him laughing. Taking his back pack he started to add clothes and also a sound-box to listen to music, some chips from his closet which he hided away from his brother as he remembered doing that and waited downstairs for Daniel to be ready.

 

Once Daniel was finished they got in the car and drove to the lake, preparing for a moment of relaxation. A moment that he really wanted to enjoy at fullness. Plus, this place had so many memories with them two that it was quite impossible to ignore them.

"Fine, be mean and make me sleep on the couch."

Nick widened his eyes hearing the other act like the victim which surprised him.

"What?! Serious! Don't put that puppy face with me" he said fallowing him arguing with him till the room sighing when he entered and saw the other on the couch. They were really acting like a couple fighting over little things like someone in the lobe had whispered.

 

He looked at Louis as he was with his eyes closed he sighed again silently. He had to admit, the other was good looking and that was bothering him a lot. He didn't trust himself.

"Why don't you relax a little bit? Just because this is a business trip doesn't mean you have to be all up tight and moody."

"T-This is just me ..." he said moving his luggage in the dorm, running away from the other. He had to stop thinking about Louis but Daniel. Reaching his phone he started write a text message to Daniel letting him know that they arrived safely.

Daniel finished packing and rejoined his brother downstairs flashing Chris a smile. "Ready?" He asked as he approached the front door. It wasn't long before they were both in the car and on the way to the lake. When the arrived Daniel was more than a little excited. He had so many good memories here on the lack with Chris that he couldn't help but be happy. After getting the boat he made sure everything was ready to go before he turned to Chris. "Come on." Daniel encouraged almost bouncing on his heels. It would be nice to get out on the lake and relax with Chris. He had switched into his swim trunks and a tank top before they left the house.

 

A moment later he heard his phone go off, moving over to where he had set it down in the boat and seeing that it was a text from Nick. Daniel quickly replied that he hoped he had a good flight and how he missed him already before turning back to Chris. He did miss Nick, but he was going to use this chance to figure out what was going through his brother's head.

"Aww! But you're being mean!" Louis complained as if it would make a difference. He would pout all he wanted if it meant that Nick would feel even the slightest bit guilty. though he truly doubted that the man would. "You were nice yesterday." Louis muttered when Nick tried telling him that it was just who he was. He had gotten the man to be nice to him the day before, and yet here they were taking a step back again as he got moody. Shrugging he watched as Nick took his luggage and moved into the bedroom leaving him alone. Rolling his eyes he stretched himself out along the couch and let his eyes drift shut, but not before flipping the TV onto a random channel for background noise.

Chris laught as he saw his brother so happy. Fallowing him with his back pack, he got on board, preparing for departure. All his memories from this place started flowting in his mind. How they run to the house just to be alone and ended up making out together. So many memories that should mean something to both of them but he just didnt know what the other was feeling anymore now that Nick was back in the picture.

 

As he set the boat to auto pilot, he went on the deck where Daniel was, sitting on the edge looking at the large lake ahead of them. "Its such a peacefull place " he whispered breathing in the fresh air turning his attention back to his brother.

 

"So ... you and Nick .... how is it going? " he asked the first thing that came in his mind. He just didnt knew with what to start so ge started with something more obvious.

Sitting on the edge of the bed and looking to

wards the door that was leading in tge living where Louis was, he started to think that maybe he was a little bit too harsh. After all, Louis did saved him the other day with the meeting, he didnt asked questions or made fun of him and also in the plane he tries to calm his nerves up. Now he was the bad guy. Sighing he inpacked, setting his clothes in the closet.

 

His stomach started to make soft sounds just when he was almost finiahed, letting him know that he needed food. Leaving the rest of his clothes he went in the living with the intention to take the other eat. That was the least he could do in order to appologise for his moody self. It was still strange to act normal around him. He just couldnt believe that the other had change from a day to another. No one can do that.

 

"Let's get some... oh" he said and stopped half way when he saw the other sleeping on the couch. He smiled gently, reaching a blanket and covering him up. He looked so different from the pervert and joker from before. He looked like a normal person. Maybe he do wants to change but.. "its just to hard" he said to himself as he was looking at him.

"It really is." Daniel agreed with a nod having shed his shirt and enjoying the warm air. He completely intended to get into the water at some point but right now he had no problem relaxing with his brother. He glanced towards Chris when he heard the older man ask about him and Nick. It seemed strange to hear such a question come from his brother. But he wasn't exactly sure why it seemed strange. Maybe because he knew that he had technically cheated on Chris with Nick? That thought upset him a little but he tried not to think about it for very long.

 

"Honestly? Things are going great with Nick and I." Daniel admitted feeling a little bad about it. But... he had to be honest, right? There was no point lying to his brother. That and after the brief problem they had while camping things had seemed to go smoothly again. Leaning back in his spot he watched his brother for a moment, "How are you doing though? I mean... after the accident and all. Hows your head feeling?" It was partially him trying to hint at the man to see if he was still having headaches, while also trying to casually ask how much he remembered.

Louis had been completely unaware of falling asleep on the couch, he murmured softly in his sleep when he felt something warm drape over his body. Rolling onto his side that he was pressed into the back of the couch. Truly, he never had a problem sleeping anywhere. There had just been a small part of him that had hoped that Nick wouldn't have put up such a fight about them sleeping in the same bed. After what he had pulled at the camping trip though he should have expected that and have realized that he shouldn't push the older man. He didn't really have any dreams as he laid there his eyes occasionally fluttered as if he was going to wake up but he never did.

Chris couldn't control himself and started laughing knowing where the questioning was heading. His brother wanted to find out how much did he recall from his memory but was to bold to ask directly. He could never get tired of his brother, that's why he loved him in the first place.

 

"If you want to know how much do i remember you should just ask Daniel" he said sighing turning his head towards his brother keeping his smile on his face. Maybe the next move wouldn't be a good idea but first he had to see his brother's reaction to his statement.

 

Only after a few more seconds he bend over, grabbing a hold of his brother's neck keeping him steady and pinned his lips on his, softly kissing him than moving back to his original place sighing. "It's that a clear answer for you" he added looking with the corner of his eye to Daniel.

Nick thought that since Louis was sleeping and the meetings and all where in the afternoon he should get comfortable and change for a bit. He took a large shirt and a pair of sport pants and thought that it would be nice to go order something to eat. Calling the room service he placed his order and waited patiently for it to arrive.

 

As the door bell rang, which was quite quickly, he opened, letting in the boy with the serving so that he could settle the food in the dinning room (they had something like that). After he tip the guy and was gone he wanted to start eating but thought of Louis which was probably as hungry as he was. Sighing he moved near Louis trying to wake him up slowly, not wanting to get hit or anything. He didn't know what kind of sleep the other had and didn't want any injuries.

 

"Louis ..... hei ...Louis .... Food is here ..... We should eat something .... are you hungry?" whispered to the other moving slowly his body with his hand. It was hard to wake up a person. He should know because he was one of that persons. But having one that resembled him so much, it was horrible.

Daniel felt his face get red at his brother's words. He was rarely ever bold enough to come right out and ask. Especially about something like that as his eyes dropped to his lap. Before he could really try to defend himself Chris' hand was on the back of his neck holding him there before their lips met in a kiss. This caused him to blush an even darker shade of red. But he didn't see kissing as cheating on Nick so he didn't freak out on his brother this time like he had when Chris had woken him up by being so bold.

 

"Y-yeah." Daniel replied. That did answer his question after all, it meant that Chris really did remember. His eyes once more dropped to his lap as he tried to figure out his next course of action. "I'm sorry." He finally said feeling the guilt rise up within him. How could he be so heartless to cheat on his brother, the first person he had actually truly loved, not to mention the first person he had sex with. He felt terrible now that he realized just what he had done to Chris, and there was a part of him that found the timing of Chris' accident ironic considering he had received the news while he was at the movies with Nick.

 

That realization made his eyes widen, his head snapped up and he looked at Chris. His heart had sunk, was he the cause of the accident? Was just seeing a movie with Nick enough to do something to Chris that his brother had been distracted and gotten in the accident? He wasn't sure if he could handle the answer, but he had to know for sure. "Chris... what happened before you got into your accident? What... caused it?" He had to know, no matter how much it was going to hurt if it turned out that his thoughts were right.

Louis murmured something in his sleep when he felt a hand on him obviously trying to wake him up. Tiredly he swatted at the person though there wasn't much strength in the action. Almost as if he was just moving his hand to upset a fly that was bothering him. The words broke through his subconscious mind and before long he was groaning a his eyes fluttered. He was hungry but he was also tired, plane trips for some reason no matter how short took a toll on him and exhausted him rather easily.

 

Rolling back into his spot to hug the back of the couch he groaned again. "To early." He mumbled reaching up to rub at his eyes. Finally, eyes fully open and his mind much more aware he glanced back towards Nick and looked him over. "What'd you order?" He asked now that he was awake. He might as well eat after all they did have a busy afternoon.

Hearing the question Chris tense for a split second looking at the still water that was around them. The truth was that all that happened because of the fact that he saw Daniel with Nick at the movie and the fact that he decline his call only made him feel worse. Also when the other couldn't understand his urge to know his real parents. Yes, he could remember everything now but he couldn't tell that to Daniel. That would make the other feel too guilty and he didn't want him to feel that way. Not to mention that he didn't want Daniel to be around him only because of that. If his feelings had change than he had just to get them back.

 

He turned and look at Daniel, messing the others hair. "You overthink everything again and its not the case" he said smiling trying to get away with this lie. It was all in the past and it wasn't the case to find who was guilty and all. "In fact in don't remember all the details .... only know that i was driving and all of a sudden i lost control" he said lifting the others face to look at him. "But i survived and I am here ... we are here and we shouldn't spoil this beautiful view with harsh thoughts" he smiled kissing the other again on his lips. He missed these simple kisses.

"You're so acting like a child" said Nick laughing at the scene that Louis was making. He was amused by the way the other was acting, not wanting to wake up. They were so alike that he was a little to afraid to admit. "I didn't know what you like so I ordered some rice, chicken wings, spring salad and some potatoes. If you want something else I can call the room service" he added taking a step back smiling amused.

Daniel could feel the guilt starting to eat away at him already. His eyes having fallen to his lap without even realizing that they had. Suddenly Chris’ hand was messing up his hair drawing his eyes back up to him a small frown crossing his face despite his brother’s words. There was a part of him that wasn’t sure if what he was being told was true, but he knew there was no point pressing the matter. If Chris said all he could remember was losing control then he shouldn’t press the matter anymore. The reassuring words he received of how his brother was alive and here were true. He should be grateful just for that.

 

He was stunned by receiving yet another kiss from Chris. There was a part of him who felt like he should be trying to deter his brother from kissing him, but he knew deep down that he enjoyed it too much. He liked the feeling of their lips pressed together, the way his heart seemed to skip a beat when they were so close. As much as he knew that was wrong, especially with his current relationship with Nick he couldn’t help but enjoy it.

“But I’m tired!” Louis whined when he was told he was acting like a child. He did love the sound of Nick’s laugh though. It was such a cute noise, attractive really. Listening as he was told what food had been ordered he heard his own stomach growl a small smile finally crossing his own face. “That sounds great honestly.” He replied shifting so he was facing the man much easier now. Pushing himself up he had to untangle himself from the blanket he had been wrapped up in. Glancing down at it he knew he had not fallen asleep with the blanket. “Did… did you cover me up?” He asked as he turned his gaze back up to Nick. It really seemed like the only logical explanation, but it was appreciated more than he wanted to admit.

 

Smirking slightly at the other man he spoke, “That was really sweet of you.” It was. What Nick had done hadn’t been necessary, but Louis hope he had managed to show at least a little appreciation for what the man had done for him.

"Right" said all of a sudden Chris stretching his back and breathing deep the fresh air. "Care to join me to a swim?" he asked lifting his shirt off, throwing it away on the boat along with his shoes, waiting for Daniels respond near the boat edge. He needed to cool a little down. Remembering what happened and kissing Daniel, made his heart race faster. It was too early to do something although he didn't sense any resistance from his brother. Could it be ....

 

Not waiting any longer for the other he jumped in the cold blue water and swam under the boat till the other side, splashing Daniel as he got up at the surface. "You're too lazy" he added laughing and swimming a little further from the boat. He really needed some time alone with Daniel to clarify all that had happened in the past days, weeks or more. Maybe there was still a chance for them to work out. Even now was Nick in the picture. He kind of felt sorry for Nick but he was much more closer than him towards Daniel in all the possible ways.

"I'm glad to hear that" said Nick heading towards the table preparing the food on plates and making room for Louis aswell.

“Did… did you cover me up?”

"Wh-Waht? .... I-I .... aghh" he just started babbling blushing a little feeling uncomfortable. At the moment he didn't thought that Louis will still be able to realize that he didn't covered himself, plus the action was uncontrollable.

“That was really sweet of you.”

"I thought you were cold ... that's all" he said quickly turning his back to him not wanting to look too affected by his remark, but he was happy at the same time. The fact that Louis complimented him was a start in a normal friendship between two people. More or less, but still. Maybe they could get along in this trip without blowing the hotel up.

"Stop talking and come eat before your stomach going to growl again" he said pushing the plate with chicken wings towards Louis, starting eating from the rice and salad.

Looking up at his brother when he heard him speak, Daniel watched as Chris started to undress, removing his shirt shoes and socks. A moment later his brother was jumping into the water only to surface and splash him calling him lazy. “I am not!” Daniel complained with a small smirk. He was already in nothing but his swimsuit so he jumped into the water without anymore hesitation himself. Surfacing he glanced towards his brother watching him for a moment before he started to swim around himself.

 

The water felt nice on his heated skin, not having realized how hot he had been until he was in the cool water. After a moment he just stretched out allowing himself to float on his back and letting his eyes drift shut for a moment. “This is nice.” He murmured as he just relaxed enjoying spending the day with his brother and not allowing himself to get distracted by anything else.

“It was still nice of you.” Louis replied when Nick said he had thought he was cold. It was still really nice of him, even if Nick was trying to pass it off as something else. Setting the blanket to the side he got up and moved over to the table looking at the food. Laughing as Nick spoke, “Alright.” Taking his seat at the table he took the plate before him and took a bite. It was really good food, and he was glad he had been woken up for it. The chicken wings were done perfectly, and it was honestly nice to be able to spend time with Nick as well without the man being moody

 

Louis would have commented that maybe all the man had needed was a nap, but considering he had been the one to nap that wouldn’t really work. Eating another chicken wing he spoke, “So, maybe we can have a bit of fun while we are here? We won’t be in meetings all the time. We can head out, explore the city a little bit.”

"Don't relax on a day like this" said Chris swimming around Daniel like shark. "You're letting me getting bored around here" he added laughing pushing Daniel so that he would roll in water. Having Nick away from town was the best thing that could happen to him. This way he could have Daniel all for himself. wonder if his body still remembers me ...

Nick started eating along side with Louis. They were like forest man return from a battle and were hungry like a bear. As he was eating he rest a little, drinking a little water. He got tired only from eating which was kind of odd, but the food was really good cooked and he had to learn the recepy from the chef that made this, or at least buy some when he got home.

 

"That would be kind of fun" he said thinking for a moment what he just answer. He just agreed on spending the time out with Louis exploring the city in their free time. He felt kind of weird because of Daniel, but this wouldn't called cheating or anything. They were two guys, hanging around in a city as they were working.

Daniel had let one of his eyes slip open when he heard his brother's voice noticing how he was swimming around him much like a shark would. Suddenly he felt Chris grab him before flipping him over, he had just enough time to take in a breath. When he surfaced again after a brief moment he shot his brother a dirty look, "You're determined to have all of my attention aren't you?" He laughed as he splashed his brother playfully. He was glad that Chris wanted to spend time with him and play around with him, it was almost like old times before they had even done anything together.

 

After swimming around with Chris for a little while longer he swam back to the boat and pulled himself back on board. "Come here and let's have a snack." He called to Chris as he pulled out the snacks he had packed for them knowing they would be on the boat for most of the day. He fully intended to get back in the water a little later, but right now he was hungry.

"Great." Louis said with a smile glad that Nick had agreed to spend some time out on the town with him when they had the time. It would be great for both of them, a nice chance for them to hang out peacefully. He returned to his food at that point, it was all really good and it didn't take him long to finish eating. "That was delicious." He commented leaning back in his chair with a pleased sigh. He wouldn't say he was a bad cook but it was really good. The chef was quite clearly skilled, though he didn't expect any less from someone working the kitchens in such a nice hotel.

"Already hungry ..." said Chris laughing as he started swimming towards the boat. Getting on he dry himself shaking his head like a wet dog, spreading water all over the place feeling much better now. He sat near Daniel and took out the rest of the snack in the back pack. "This will do till we eat some normal food" he added taking some bites from the snack, relaxing and enjoying the warmth of the sun.

Nick was full and almost asleep. It was a normal feeling after a great meal. A good sleep would do the trick but they didn't had time for that. They had meetings in that afternoon so the only way for not falling asleep would be to hang out in town. "Do you want to take a shower first or can i go?" he asked while he was cleaning the plates, arranging them in one place on the table for the room service guy to pick it up.

"What can I say? I'm always hungry." Daniel replied with a large smile. He was munching on some chips that he had packed sitting on the floor of the boat not having felt like drying himself off. Danie didn't see the point after all, it was warm enough that the sun would dry him, and it kept him cool for a bit longer. It was nice to spend this time with Chris though, he really did enjoy spending time with his brother like this.

"Hmm? You can go first." Louis replied not feeling like moving at that particular moment. He was comfortable, just resting in his chair with his eyes closed. He wasn't going to fall back asleep, it was just peaceful. Something he could enjoy considering they had a hectic afternoon ahead of them.

As they were eating Chris tried to make different moves on Daniel. He wanted to get back close to him as they were before, and this moment here, where they were all alone it was perfect. He started with small moves, like feeding Daniel with chips or playing that way, in the end being the one who ate the chips, cleaning his brother's face from he small pieces of chips that remained on his lips, only to get Daniel to fall again for him as he was before.

 

After finishing his chips he layed on his back, enjoying the sun, wanting to get a little ten. It was really relaxing, not worrying about nothing but himself. All the problems miles away, waiting for him to come home.

Nick nodded and went in the room to take change clothes and up in the bathroom to take a quick shower. He closed the door behind him and started undressing, starting the water to get warmer. Once in the shower, he could feel all his muscles relax under the hot water making him moan in pleasure. God this is heaven ....

It didn't took much to finish his siesta and get dress casually which could work for their meetings as well. A pair of black jeans, a shirt and a pair of shoes and he was ready to go.

 

"The bathroom is all yours" he said walking in the room where Louis was, drying his hair. He took his phone out and started writing a message to Daniel, wanting to know how he is.

Daniel couldn't help but be amused by Chris, especially as his brother played around with him trying to feed him chips as they hung out on the boat. As time passed he was getting more comfortable falling back into place with the other. When Chris had stretched out to work on a tan Daniel had decided to return to the water jumping back in and swimming around. Relaxing and enjoying the cool water.

 

He really did feel himself falling for Chris again, and that scared him a little. If he was growing so attached to his brother again then what did that mean for him and Nick? Since he was back in the water Daniel was completely unaware of the fact that Nick had texted him. He just kept swimming around and entertaining himself while Chris was sunbathing on the boat.

Louis was quietly relaxing as he waited for Nick to finish in the shower, when he did return he got up and grabbed some clothes himself to shower and get ready. The water was great, the shower better than he could have hoped for. When he stepped out he dried himself, dressing up nicely while not being to dressed up to not have some fun in town before their meetings. After joining Nick back in the living room he spared the other a glance a smile crossing his face. "Ready?" He questioned.

Chris heared Daniels phone and wanted to let him know about the message he just got but wheb he saw from who it was he decided to swipe as seen and not tell hos brother about it. In fact he joined the other in the water swimming along side him. "Miss me?"

Nick was still waiting the reply from Daniel when Louis was already done with his shower. He just sisnt understand what was taking the other to reply since he already has seen the message. Biting his lip and not wanting to make all kinds of scenarioes he closed his phone, added in his pocket and arranged his clothes. "Yeah ... ready..." he said shortly and walked towards the door heading outside. He trusted Daniel that nothing would happen but his senses were telling him the contrary.

Daniel turned when Chris swam up beside him a large smile crossing his face. "Of course." He teased wrapping his arms around his brother in a quick hug before disengaging himself and swimming off again a small laugh escaping him. He loved teasing his brother, and this all felt so natural again. Like things were back to the way they were, before he was stressed out about relationships and fearing having to pick one over the other. "Come on big brother." He called over his shoulder playfully as he kept swimming away from the other. It was fun to play around like this, as if they were really just kids again. Often times he felt like it.

Louis looked over at Nick noticing the look on his face, "What's wrong?" He asked as they moved towards the door to head out. He could tell something was weighing on Nick's mind, and by the look on his face Louis could only assume it was Daniel. Following him out of the room he walked down the hall with Nick towards the elevator. It wasn't until they were in the elevator that he spoke again. "Confess lover boy. Something's bugging you. What is it?" His eyes were hard as they locked on Nick determined for the man to tell him what was wrong all of a sudden.

After a few splashes he swam after Daniel pushing him in the water near the boat again where they had a little stair where to sit but being still in the water. Getting closer he forced the other to move to the side so that he can sit as well, wrapping an arm around the others shoulders. breathing deep because of the swimming, he didn't had that much exercise in a long time, he turned his brothers head slowly with his other hand, touching his cheek and moving closer, being only a few inches away from locking their lips.

"I really missed you" he whispered looking his brother in the eyes and without a warning pinning his lips on his, kissing him passionately.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing" replied Nick quickly heading to the elevator so that they can get out of the hotel. He needed fresh air because all of a sudden he was feeling suffocated. Not like dying but still. The closed air in here wasn't enough for him. As they got in the elevator and he pushed the down floor he heard the other speak.

"Confess lover boy. Something's bugging you. What is it?"

"Since when do you call me lover boy?" he asked laughing at the nick name and looked at Louis. He was surprise to actually see determination in the others eyes to find out what happened.

"It's nothing ... really .... I've send a message and didn't get a reply ..... Maybe he is busy or I don't know" he shrugged messing his hair after rubbing his neck.

It was nice to play around with his brother like this again. So much so that Daniel fooled himself into not seeing what was really going on even as he was pushed over so that Chris could sit beside him. Leaning into the other’s side comfortably a smile crossed his face as he heard Chris say he missed this. What he wasn’t expecting but should have seen coming was the passionate kiss that he received. A soft red colored his face, slightly embarrassed, and yet he returned the kiss. Daniel once more convincing himself that kissing wasn’t cheating on Nick. Telling himself that he could kiss his brother like this while still being faithful to his boyfriend even if he knew that this was Chris in a sense initiating more. Or at the very least attempting to do so.

“Since you started trying to avoid the question and push me away again. Stop taking steps back in our relationship.” Louis replied a bit irritated with Nick while also still being determined to figure out what was wrong. When he was once more told it was nothing he had raised his hand to smack him in the back of his head, right before he was about to do so though the man continued explaining what had happened. For a moment he was lost, sent a message to who? But then it all occurred to him that Nick was once more talking about Daniel.

 

Sighing he shook his head, “Look, he said he was spending the weekend with his brother, right? Maybe he just isn’t near his phone. It’s a logical answer, and often times people leave things open when they are distracted. He has a lot of catching up to do with the other, and you have a lot of things to do here. Give it time.” He wasn’t sure why he was trying to be nice like this. Why he was trying to reassure Nick that nothing was going on. Deep down the ass in him knew it wasn’t true, the longer Nick spent away the more likely it was that Daniel was falling back into his brother’s arms. Especially with a full weekend without Nick there.

 

That wasn’t something he wanted to tell the other man though. It would do nothing but ruin Nick’s time here and he didn’t want that. The man had already been more than a little moody, he wanted to keep him in good spirits.
