Law/Crime RP Idea.

Hello! I'm reposting this idea/s looking for a RP-partner, many of my started rp's are a bit slow... I'm looking for an active partner with quality posts. I make mistakes so I don't expect anyone to be perfect. I'm open to constructive criticism. Always happy to improve

 

What I'm looking for

• I prefer characters to be seke, I believe in flexibility;), but I'm happy as long as it's a strong and driven character.
  
• I want the posts to be lengthy (not crazy long but with descriptions, thoughts and feelings and such)
  
• I also want a partner that's active, being able to post a few times per week at least.
  
• I like it dark and adult. Like sex and plot and drama and 18+. Characters should be at least over 18.
  

 

Anyway, the ideas:

 

MC is a detective on the case of a string of murders/robberies/frauds, whatever might fit. He's an ambitious guy, quick thinking, smart but also arrogant. He's fairly new at the precinct and also as a detective (also young) so he wants to do a great job.

 

Idea for the role YC can have;

A crime boss of a large gang or mafia that knows MC, maybe they went to the same school at one time (rivals or old friends) or hooked up in a bar one time. YC has maybe inherited the title as boss/leader or worked his way up? Now the two need each other, YC wants to solve the murders/disappearance of his people and hasn't been able to so he requests/demands MC's help. MC needs YC help to get in contact with the people YC knows. Or something like that.

 

An ambassador for other kind. Maybe there is something supernatural at play and YC and MC is forced to team up to solve the troubles. YC is an ambassador or chosen to represent the law for the supernatural party. Maybe vampire or werewolf, maybe an alien or angel/demon (depends on the supernatural world this will be)? The two team up and maybe they like each other from the start, maybe they hate each other but then start to appreciate one another as they have to solve the murder/find the missing person/solve whatever crime has been committed.

 

A spy/agent from another country. I've seen the movie 'The man from UNCLE' and felt a bit inspired for a spy/spy idea. Maybe MC Gabriel is a british spy instead of a detective and YC is from another country, America/Russia/Japan/France or whatever, and they have to work together to save the world or foil some spy plot. This could be a group RP as well, maybe three or four people?

Personality: Gabriel Picket is an open and chatty guy, he's charming and sociable and isn't shy around crowds or strangers. He has an air around him that makes people relax in his presence and open up when they meet his soft smile and handsome face. In most situations he appears calm and collected, level-headed and not one to jump to conclusions.

Beneath his charming surface he's judgemental and quick to divide people into different categories of either being useful or useless, intelligent or idiot, strong or weak. He's smart, aware of his good looks, and his decisions are thought through and calculated for the best possible outcome for his own gain. Gabriel has a moral code of always upholding the law and doing the right thing, no matter the situation. There are many people he's friendly with but not many people he's friends with. Most of his colleges like him, a few thinks he's full of himself and a narcissist. People forget that he's smart and underestimates him, something he's aware of and uses whenever possible.

 

History: Gabriel comes from an upper class family, his mother was mayor for a period but then stepped down when her husband and Gabriel's father died in a shoot out at his work as a detective. He has always been popular and is used that to get his way or getting what he wanted. Early on in life he decided to become a police detective like his father, something his mother didn't want for him as she'd rather see him rise in politics. He's worked his way up quickly through the ranks to become a detective.

He's had a string of brief lovers but never anyone he actually loved more than himself and his career.

 

Random facts:

*Gets lonely and sad sometimes and numbs that with drinking and mindless sex with strangers.

*Hates his stepfather, he's convinced his stepfather is a leech, a gold digger.

*Believes people only like him for who he pretends to be.

*Loves animals, watches a lot of cat-videos online.

coworkers and thus, in his 3 years

stay in work, he has no one to be

He has no interest with social

relationship. He finds comfort in

Korean Dramas whenever he feels

lonesome. He secretly harbor sexual

attraction to Korean Males.

 

BIOGRAPHY:

There is nothing interesting that

happened in Kelvin's life. His family is

well and he grew up living with them.

He moved out by college and became

independent since then. One thing

that seems interesting though is that

in some cases when he tries to

befriend someone or become socially

involved with them, trouble comes in

one form or another. That's one reason

he doesn't befriend anyone but generally

it's just because he thinks it is a

pain.
