Biography: Radley was raised as an only child in a broken home, growing up knowing only his mother. Because of this, he had learned how to be kind, gentle towards others, and she also taught him manners and how to act like a proper young man. He would help her around the house when she needed it, and when he'd been working at a doughnut shop since he was fourteen. Radley discovered that he really liked baking and even as he's grown older, he's still kept his job--even if he moved out at the age of nineteen. However, he still lives close to his mother so he can still check in on her and see how she's doing.

 

Personality: As mentioned before, Radley is a kind and well-behaved young man, albeit a little shy and awkward at times. He has a certain set of ethics and morals, and lives strictly by them--such as helping someone in a time of need, never engaging in various activities, and many other things. He has tried many times to get a date but they never seem to last too long, which often puts him down a little, though he never seems to let that get to him and always keeps trying to find love...

 

 

 

 

The night was still young, and the bar was busy enough though not quite crowded and unrefined. Customers came to and fro, bought their drinks and waited about with other company, some flirted, some were alone, but the room was still quite peaceful--those who were chatting with others kept their voices at a respectful volume, which was nice. A young gentleman seated at the bar was dressed particularly nice--wearing a button-up dress shirt with a tie and black coat which was buttoned closed. He had black dress pants and somewhat nice shoes--still casual, though fitting enough that it didn't spoil his outfit. The young man bore a pair of glasses and in his hand was a red rose, though as he waited at the bar longer and longer, his expression slowly faded to something less excited than previously.

 

Where was she? He had told her to meet up with him at that destination almost an hour ago! Did she get lost? He looked at his watch. "No, not likely..." he thought, heaving a small sigh. "She couldn't have... stood me up on our date, could she?" It was probably true. It'd been the fourth first-date this month and nothing had lasted longer than that, though it seemed when he'd kindly gotten her attention before, she hadn't truly been interested... Had it been a joke? Did he do something wrong? Was she just trying to be polite before? It didn't seem that way, Radley could have sworn she'd actually said she liked him... Maybe it was because he was a bit short? Or his glasses? He didn't think those things had mattered, but...

 

"Hey, are you going to get something?"

 

The young man, Radley, looked up and glanced at the bartender who had addressed him. "Oh--I'm sorry. Yes, er, see... Do you think perhaps I could wait a little longer? I'm expecting someone and I don't want to get a drink without them..."

 

The bartender have him an empathetic look, getting the picture. Poor guy. "Yeah, no worries," he said before going back to his business and attending another customer that had just called for his attention.

 

Radley sighed. This was going to be a long night... hopefully she'd just show up, but if not... well... he supposed he'd just have to call it a night and head out. Of course, he was really hoping to get a date that lasted longer than one outing, but perhaps that was too much to ask for...

Biography : Rain was raise in an orphanage but his childhood was a happy one. Fortunely for Rain even he didn't get adopted , he had helped by one off the staff and plan for his future. He own a small diner and was good cook. He was a hardworking and friendly since he deals with a lot of customers.

 

Personality : Rain can a be a bit flirtatious and likes to tease. He is good listener and attentive but sometimes because of this most of his past lover dumps him. He can get very clingy and possesive a trait that he can't help to show once he like someone.

 

 

Rain yawns as he was getting bored with the conversation . He began to look around and someone caught his eyes, a man with glasses and russet hair. He was cute but he look disappointed . Rain stand up and said to his friends that he was going to greet someone.

 

He pulls a chair near near the cute man and ask the bartender to give something special to the other man. The bartender nodded and prepare it immediately .

 

Rain also ask the bartender to mention his name to the him and wandering if he want some company . He watches as the bartender put the drinks infront of the man, waiting for his permission to join him. When the man look at Rain, he gives the man his most charming smile.

 

Rain walks towards the man after he nodded and sits beside him. "Hey..I'm Rain." he holds out his hand for a handshake and smile. It was brief introduction but something was little bit different when he look at him.

 

The other was very interesting, the way he timidly answer his question and how softly he answer. Rain couldn't help but to flirt with him. "I see..you were waiting for someone. I was wondering if you would like to spend sometime with me...I'm sorry I didn't get your name..I was busy adniring you that I simply forgot." he grins.

Much to Radley's surprise, the bartender placed a drink down in front of him and gestured to a blonde man sitting not too far away, informing the brunette who was treating him. "O-oh, yeah! I wouldn't mind," he said awkwardly. Sure, he was technically waiting for his date to show up, but he honestly didn't think she was going to come at this point... and, well, having someone else around couldn't hurt, right? He certainly wouldn't mind having company--especially from the gentleman who's been so kind to get him a drink!

 

The blonde man approached and seated himself next to Radley, introducing himself as "Rain". The brunette returned the smile and quickly shook the man's hand. "Rain? That's a nice name--" he said awkwardly. He meant what he said, of course, but he was still a little flustered that a stranger would shoe so much generosity. Then again, getting a drink for someone else was probably more flirtatious than kindness, but that was the way Radley took it.

 

"Yeah, I'm supposed to be waiting for a date, but I don't think she's going to show," he explained, sighing. "I really have no luck with these kinds of things I guess. But wow--it sure was really nice of you to come over here and even treat me," Radley said with a small chuckle. "Wait--admire?" His cheeks flushed for a moment. This was completely new.

 

He was so used to being awkward and dorky and, well, certainly not anything that anyone would admire... he was kind of short, had glasses, and he was pretty simple... so the words of the blonde-haired man next to him caught Radley by surprise.

 

Giving a small chuckle, he said, "I can't fathom why that would be..." He looked away awkwardly. "I'm certainly not handsome like he is..." Radley thought, before quickly adding with a smile, "My name is Radley. It's really nice to meet you.."

"Radley..." He smiles. " Well she's missing a lot..you are very interesting to talk too." he leans a bit closer. Rain was beginning to get more interested in Radley.

 

He picks up his glass and drinks it slowly . " I hope you like the drink ...it's suits you a lot. How old are you Radley..you seems young..since you are very cute." he looks at Radley , gazing at his lips.

 

Rain was really enjoying himself with Radley, he was thinking to try his luck with the man..but he must make sure that Radley was comfortable with his advance first. He listen to the way the man shyly talk about himself, Rain found that he was liking it every second .

 

His golden eyes was staring at Radley with curiosity , wanting to getbto know him better. Smilling at him , trying to make him relax.

"Ah, r-really?" Radley asked, blushing. "I mean, I've hardly done anything particularly interesting..." The blonde leaned in a little closer, and Radley took a sip of the drink that had been ordered to as to avoid any more embarrassment.

 

"Hm? Yeah--it's good," he said in answer to Rain's question, giving a smile. "And I'm twenty-two... though I don't know if 'cute' is the right word to describe me," Radley added with a small chuckle. This guy was really flirtatious, and Radley wasn't exactly sure what to do. Should he flirt back? He wasn't very good at flirting... And he was sure that the man's words didn't mean anything, after all they'd just met and knew nothing about each other...

 

But, he was quite good-looking. And he seemed like he might be a nice person. Though Radley felt dating was out of the question, perhaps they could chat for the night and maybe he could actually give this guy a shot at it...

 

"Um, so... do you come here often?" He asked.

Radley was adorable when he blush, Rain just smile at him more. " Hmm..not really , one of my friends drag me here but I feel really grateful to him...since I can meet you." He wink.

 

Rain comes a bit closer and he gently touch Radley chin. " You are right..you are not cute but adorable ." he said and slowly let go of Radley.

 

He ordered one more drink and ask the bartender to prepare some light snacks. " Are you comfortable here? We can move to somewhere else if you want. It's getting crowded ." ask Rain.

 

The club was indeed getting crowded, one of Rain friends come by and greets him. "Hey, You having fun ? " he ask. Rain just gives him a hard glare and raise his eyebrows. " I'm quite busy here. Go there with the others.." the guy look at Radley and smirk . He turns around and leave them alone. "Sorry about that .."

"O-oh, I see," Radley responded awkwardly. "And yeah! Perfectly comfortable--I'm alright with the crowds I guess." He didn't really mind them, though he supposed they weren't his favourite, either... But still, he wasn't going to complain. After all, there was no harm in other people coming to the bar as well.

 

Which is why he actually hadn't minded when Rain's friend came over, though it seemed that his presence had bothered Rain a little... "Oh, I didn't mind, actually. I mean, I'm fine with your friends hanging out as well," he said with a smile, taking another sip of his drink. "I mean, the more the merrier, right?"

He chuckles. " No..I rather be alone with you" he smile. He wanted to take Radley somewhere more private and less crowd since knowing his assholes friend will bother them.

 

"Do you wan to somewhere with me? I promise ..I won't do anything bad with you..." trying to convince him to leave with Rain.

 

The club music was getting louder everytime and people started to crowd the dance floor. Rain tries to coax the man to leave with him, assuring him that he won't do anything unappropriate to the guy.

"Hm, well..." Radley looked around. The bar was starting to get pretty busy, and perhaps it would be a good time to head out... After all, his date obviously wasn't going to come, and he'd finished his drink, and it was starting to get a little late, so perhaps it would be for the best. "Well, alright. I didn't think you were going to do anything bad," he said with a light chuckle, getting up and leaving with Rain. "So," he said, running his fingers through his hair once they'd left the bar and exited to the cool outside atmosphere. "Any ideas where we could go? I guess this is kind of like a date now, huh?" He chuckled lightly. He'd never actually spent the night with anyone who actually... you know... wanted to be around him. Since he was such an awkward and mediocre guy...

" A date with you sounds wonderful , how about we go to my place. It's not really far. " he winks. Rain lead the man to small diner and bows . " We have arrive."

 

Rain flicks the switch on and the counter light up. Rain pull out a chair and takes his coat. " Welcome to my diner. It's a small businesses I run during the day. " Rain walks around the counter and serve the man a glass of warm water. " Drink some water, I want to get to know you when we are both sober." he chuckles.

 

Rain leans and smile, staring at the man. He was blushing, ahhh how he wanted to run his fingers through Radley hair, to kiss his lovable lips. The way he drinks the water slowly caught his attention .

Radley chuckled and followed him into his diner. He had to admit, the guy's flirtatious and almost silly behavior was... well... kind of admirable, and a nice change. He was so used to people being so serious with no light-hearted fun in them, and the blonde's actions of bowing and acting so nice was... different... in a good way.

 

"Thanks," he said with a smile as he took the water and took a few sips. "I'd like to get to know you better as well," Radley added with a small smile. "I don't meet too many people who are quite so nice. I don't know, maybe it's just my imagination, but... I certainly do wish to get more familiar with you." He smiled and finished the last few sips of the glass of water, lightly sucking the rim of the glass before setting it back down on the table.

 

"Hmm... for starters, I guess... hm... do you have any siblings?" Radley asked, not sure what to ask to learn more about him, but seeing if he was family orientated or at least knowing what his relationship with his family was had to be a god start, right?

"Siblings? I'm afraid I don't have any . I spent my childhood in an orphanage." he smile. "How about you Radley?". He listen intently to the man eager to get to know him better.

 

Rain felt something brush agains his leg and look down, it was Shuu his cat. He pick up and cradle it gently. " I almost forgot about Shuu..he is a stray I pick up a long time ago when I left the orphanage . His is like family to me." The cat meow and purr when Rain pat him on the head.

 

Rain put him down and the cat just look at Radley. " I think he likes you. Do you have any pet or animal that you like?"

Radley looked at Rain with sympathy when he explained he was an orphan. "I'm so sorry," he said quietly.

 

The cat looked at Radley with curiosity, and he smiled gently at the small creature. "He's cute. That's really sweet you took him in," he said, gently petting the cat on the head after gaining its trust first. "I never had any pets growing up, but I do like animals."

 

The young man looked over to Rain, a small smile on his face. For someone who probably had it rough, what being an orphan and all, he seemed like a pretty nice guy... which was... well, for lack of a better word, nice.

He shakes his head " It's okay, my childhood is a happy one. I was treated with great care . " Glancing at the clock . " It's getting late may I send you home?"

 

Rain decide to get to know Radley more before he makes his moves. The man seems to like him so that gives him hope . Rain wanted someone to love and Radley was obviously his type with his cute personality and his shyness. He hope that Radley will give him a chance .

Radley looked over to Rain and gave a small smile. "Sure, I wouldn't mind," he said with a nod, getting up from the table and heading over to the exit with him. "Hey, um... tonight was kind of nice... do you think that maybe... you would want to... like, uh... I don't know--maybe go do something again sometime?" He wondered aloud. Radley was so awkward... and he really hoped his awkwardness wouldn't rub Rain the wrong way, since he kind of liked him. After all, it was possible that this guy might actually give him more of a chance than anyone else had so far...
