Didn't expect my character to be the first bit of meta info here!

 

But yes, Kaoru is a trans man whose had top surgery and hormone therapy, and does not plan on getting a phalloplasty anytime soon. I didn't think this information would be told to everyone so soon- before the role-play even started, haha, so I want to clear something up real fast for everyone in regards to their characters meeting Kaoru.

 

Please don't act on this meta knowledge. Unless a new magic type is available and your character has the ability to tell who is cisgender (meaning not transgender) and who is trans, don't have your character's initial impression of Kaoru be 'noticing things' or thinking he's particularly feminine. He does not have a feminine face or body. He is fairly slender, but no pronounced bust (obviously) hips, butt, or thighs. His voice is deep enough that he passes just fine without straining his voice lower or doing much vocal training/exercises. Thanks in advance for understanding

I'm gonna need a day or two to design the city. @@; It might make you want to rethink some parts of your characters. The general plan right now is:

 

Northern - Prostitution, yakuza, drugs, violence.

 

Southern - Slums, poverty, forsaken, information broker.

 

Eastern - Food, culture, tradition, slightly downtown.

 

Western - European-inspired, uptown, posh, haunted.

 

Central - Business, industrialisation, traffic, stress.
