Kanae was still on the ground by the time Miza came and helped him at least sit up. The young Omega was still trying his best to recover some of his breath but his face was red from the struggle. Kanae refused to be the one to return and apologize: why should he have to after what Ritsu did to him. That stupid alpha should be the one coming to save his mate from all dangers.

 

When Kanae looked up and saw Ritsu approaching, he was honestly shocked. The other had actually come to get him... maybe he really was worried... The omega started coughing again when he was demanded to get behind him. Of course, Kanae struggled but did as he was told and hid behind his mate only to see three alphas approaching. What were they trying to do? Steal the Omegas? one was already pregnant and the other marked... though, he wasn't pregnant so they could remove his collar and force him to bear their children anyway... That wasn't too uncommon.

The smallest out of the three pulled a knife out wavering it around as if he was trying to pick.

"Oi boss, do we only have to get rid of mr.cockblock? I wanna pratice on morethen just those stupid dummies."The smallest of the three cackled.

"Hold your horses, we maybe be dangerous but we're not monsters we ain't killin the pregnant woman." The second smallest budded in. Ristu felt his blood running cold as he listened to the Alphas speak,sure Ristu could take on one or two alphas but he had people to protect and was out numbered.

Are you playing the Alpha from before? Im just asking because you did before.

"Don't kill either of the little ones. It would be wrong to kill the pregnant one and the other will be useful in baring our children. He may be marked but based on the wound and the sickness, I bet he's still a virgin.... Don't worry little pup, we'll make you a fine wife yet." The largest alpha motioned his head for the other two to try and take Ritsu down while he kept his eyes on the Omegas.

 

As soon as there was a little room, he rushed in to grab the two helpless pups.

 

 

 

Oh did I? Alright, that's fine since MC is out of commission for the time.

Ristu growled as the Alphas backed him into a corner not wanting to make a move infront of Kanae, it was when they tried to takr Kanae abd Miza away that Ristu lunged at the largest Aplha sinking his teeth into the others neck deelly not to mark him to humilulate him, no Ristu wanted the man dead ge wanted to rip his throat outand was beganing to proceed to do so, a pack leader who was know for making death quick and clean had broken his reputation tearing a large chuck out of the Alpha's neck spitting it out.

"Im certain you won'tbe coming back anytime soon if you don't die of blood loss..." Ristu threw the other down stomping on the others crotch to get his message across clearly, then turned to the other Alphas who were now terrifed.

"As for you two ill let you live as long as you dont come back to this pack or bother these two again....and if you do either of things I will personally rip your balls off."

 

"Sorry boss!" The two said in unison before running like a bat out of hell leaving their boss behind.

Their boss wasn't going anywhere for a while. In fact, he was seconds from bleeding out because of just how much of his neck had been torn out. The wolf scratched at the ground desperately before losing all his strength and lying still. Kanae stared on in horror. As sweet as it was for Ritsu to care so much as to kill someone for him, he just couldn't get over the sight of a dead man in front of him. The small Omega was still wheezing but he moved closer to Miza and held onto her looking for support. She was going to be his rock until things settled down.

 

The smaller wolf had his tail all the way between his legs and against his stomach as he clutched desperately to the woman.

Ristu coughed up a little bit of blood as he removed his hand from his side to reveal a wound on his torso.

"We should go..." Ristu stumbledas he tried to walk he knew he was a sitting duck if he was too stay there also he had people to protect.

 

Miza was in shock but at the same time full of worry.

Your going to the hospital Ristu theres no way thats going to heal without stiches i suggest that we also put Kanae in since you wont be mobile for a few days."

Kanae closed his eyes and covered his ears shaking like a leaf and continuing his heavy breathing. The Omega was not listening and trying to get the sight of the dead body out of his head. The small wolf was cutting himself off in whatever way he could. As much as he wants to be a good mate and to help Ritsu as he is hurt, it was hard to blame him for being terrified.

 

Of course, it was up to Miza to call for some help to get them to a hospital. At first Kanae resisted until he saw what happened. He gave in and allowed to be helped and went to the hospital with Ritsu. The young Omega really needed more medication and they had to force him to take in more oxygen in order to get his breathing back down to normal. After he managed to calm down, Kanae went to visit Ritsu.

Ristu was worried about the other and wanted him to be in the same room as him, it took about six nurses to hold him down long enough to strap him to a bed so they could clean inside and outside the wound.

 

Ristu stopped struggling upon seeing Kanae a d felt a bit more comforted although he was still pretty hostile and the nurses had to put him out for a short time to do as tgey needed, even after having the sedative containing needle stabbed into his neck he fought untill the sedative took effect giving the nurses enough time to do what they needed to do. Finally after half an hour Ristu woke up and looked around feeeling a bit loopy.

When Ritsu finally woke up, Kanae was asleep holding onto the alpha's shirt. He looked a little like a kid the way he was there gripping so tightly. His grip tightened to the point his knuckles were white out of the terrible nightmare that was plaguing his mind. A nurse came in and walked over trying once again to get Kanae out of the room. It was dangerous to have the Omega near such a violent Alpha, especially when one was sick and the other injured.

 

As soon as the nurse caught sight that Ritsu was awake, she got extremely nervous and grabbed Kanae trying to pry him away. Of course, the omega was still gripping tightly and refusing removal from the one that actually made him feel safe. "Please wake up sir, you have to go sleep in your own room!!" She was desperate to separate the two.

Ristu at this point still out of it watching the whole scene in confusion simply replied.

"Please let go of my wife." Ristu meant to say mate since he was yet to be his wife.

"Please miss check on miza shes the pregant woman expecting twins who brought us here i think they might have hurt her....also please unrestrain me." Ristu was acting polite not wanting to push his luck and get stabbed with another needle.

"Y-Your wife?!" the nurse looked startled by the strange notion after what had been happening. But at this point, there was no way to strap Ritsu down with Kanae clutching to the alpha. "Sir, we already have someone taking extremely good care of your mistress, she was unhurt. Now, I have to separate you two. The virus your wife has could infect your wounds and you cannot be bound to your request with him here." The nurse went back to trying to awaken Kanae.

 

When he Finally woke, she pulled the sleepy Omega off Ritsu. Kanae soon put up a struggle just wanting his safety net but the nurse dragged Kanae out of the room and bound him to his own bed. He shouldn't be allowed out of bed. The nurse finally situated the omega and returned to Ritsu to try and bind him down if he was still in bed.

Ristu growled slightly as the nurse seperated the two, by the time that the nurse had got back Ristu was out of bed and the window wide open.

 

Ristu was scaling the ledge walking a couple windows over before sliding a Kanae's open steeping slightly shaken from the experience but still a bit loopy so he wasnt as tense as he should have been. Ristu made his way over to the bed and sat down before lieing down next to Kanae.

The nurse screamed getting a lot of attention and everyone came to try and real the alpha back in. Kanae on the other hand was sitting on his bed pulling at his handcuffed wrist. He looked back and saw Ritsu climb in his window and lay on his bed. The omega was very happy and he snuggled into his mate as comfortably as he could. Of course, the nurse and doctors came in and tried again. As much as they wanted to keep them together, it was incredibly dangerous for both of them. Ritsu's wound could get infected and Kanae could be attacked by him.

 

"Look," the nurse demanded, "You can either stay in your rooms next door or we will have to put you in separate rooms across the whole hospital. Now, come and rest both of you in your own rooms." They tried to pull Ritsu off the bed to get him out of the room.

Ristu at this point was furious he might have still been out if it but he knew that Kanae needed him. Ristu let let out a loud warning growl.

"He needs me!" Ristu nearly bit a nurse his pearly white teeth grinding together slightly.

 

Ristu wrapped himself around Kanae .

"I promised i wouldnt leave him again." Rist stated firmly.

"You either letting me stay here or you will be carrying me of here in a body bag."

At this point there was nothing they could do. The nurses and doctors would just have to keep a close eye on them. They walked out of the room feeling completely useless. As hard as it was to leave things as it was, the doctor uncuffed Kanae and everyone left the room leaving the two of them together for now.

 

With his hand uncuffed, Kanae held onto Ritsu again and nuzzled into him more. "Thank you," the smaller one whispered as he tried to go back to sleep. It was a bit hard after the nightmare he had but at least he cold feel safe with Ritsu there holding him.

Ristu smiled softly as the other nuzzled closer to him, Ristu gently pulled the other closer stroking hi hair gently as the other tried to sleep.

"Dont worry they can't hurt you i wont let anyone hurt you." Sure Ristu could be a bit edgy at times but always provided protection to his pack and his mate.

 

Eventually even Ristu ended up falling asleep as it began to grow latehe needed his rest he was injured and fighting agandit infection trying his best to prevent it.

Kanae finally managed to fall asleep and the nightmare wasn't quite as bad this time He managed to make it through the night. The Omega finally woke the next morning and looked over at his mate. Kanae was happy that he was still there and wanted to thank him for what he did. The omega was thinking for a while before finally deciding what to do. Just as he started to lean in for a kiss, the doctor came in making him stop.

 

"We have to change your mate's bandages and it is safer if you aren't in the room while we do," the doctor explained to Kanae. He didn't want to leave for sure, but he managed to agree an slowly got up off the bed. A nurse came to help and take care of Kanae while leading him out of the room. The doctor then went to carefully wake Ristu.

Ristu stirred slightly as the other got off the bed but didn't wake up untill Kanae was removed from he room and the doctor woke him.

 

Ristu sat up quickly and looked around thinking it was Kanae who woke him up when he noticed Kanae wasn't in the room Ristu became furious.

"Where is he?!" Ristu demanded to know where his mate was and mad at the doctor thinking he took Kanae away from him.

"Don't worry, He is in the room next door waiting to come back in. We have to change your bandages and get you cleaned up so I couldn't have him in here. I promise, as soon as you are cleaned and bandaged up again, I will have both of you together again for some more rest. Think of it this way, the faster you cooperate, the sooner you two can be together again. I promise we won't try anything sneaky." The doctor was patient and waited for the Alpha to make his choice.

 

When Ritsu calmed down and could think rationally, the doctor helped Ritsu up and to the bathroom so he could also take a bit of a bath so they could also make sure no germs from Kanae could get into the wound when they unwrapped it to re wrap.

Ristu was still furious but agreeed since it would get everything over sooner and Kanae would be back .

 

Ristu shut the door behind him.

"I can shower on my own." And ge did just that before drying himself off and wrapped the towel around his waist before coming out.

"Lets get this over with."he sighed heavily.

The doctor sighed but he disinfected the wound and bandaged it up before giving Ritsu some scrubs to wear. "Alright, now get dressed and lie down. I will go and bring your mate back in," the doctor explained as he stepped out of the room keeping the door shut for Ritsu to be able to get dressed. He walked into the next room and talked to Kanae.

 

The Omega was given a quick checkup and they couldn't understand why he was still so sick... this wasn't normal no matter how you looked at it. They wanted to do some tests to see what kind of illness he might have but the doctor didn't allow it and simply had Kanae return to Ritsu so the two could be together again. The doctor knocked on Ritsu's door. "Your mate is here so when you are dressed, please open the door." The doctor stayed to watch Kanae who looked like he might fall over.

After finding out that the scrubs didnt quite fit he managed with the bottoms they were just a bit tight.

"The shirt doesnt fit." Ristu said as he opened the door and handed the doctor the slightly ripped scrub shirt.

"Sorry it was a little too late to know it was too small untill it was one me." Ristu wasn't a heavy guy he just had broad shoulders and bigger chest muscles then the average although yet again he wasnt overly ripped.

"Can Kanae come in now?" Ristu did think avout outting his own shirt on but it was ripped and had alot of blood on it.

"He may but please don't touch each other until I can get you fitting scrubs. We will come back later to do another checkup for your mate. We don't know what illness he has yet and aren't sure if it is contagious. All we know is that coughing spreads germs and that is not good for you." The doctor closed the door and walked away to get the next size of scrubs.

 

Kanae on the other hand stood there just inside the door doing as he was told. As much as he wanted to run forwards and to hug and kiss Ritsu now that they were both up, he didn't want to cause any more trouble than he already has and the last thing he wanted was to cause any more pain to his mate who he did still like a lot. The tension was horrible though because the omega was too afraid to even open his sick mouth near Ritsu.

Ristu sighed softly and waited untill the doctoe had let before gently kissing the Omega's cheek.

"We have been closer then this for the last couple days and ive been fine im sure ill be perfectly fine as long as we arent sharing food and things like that to saliva or fluids untill then." Ristu gestured the other to come inside.

"You need to lie down before you fall." Ristu sat at the end of the bed yawning softly.

"Im sure its nothing serious it did occur after i bit you so im wondering if that might be it since you were in heat."

"It might be because you marked me while I wasn't in heat... that heat you felt was my fever... Typically, an Alpha will mark their mate during their heat in claiming them and trying to get them pregnant... I wasn't in heat, and you didn't try and have sex with me...." While it may sound like Kanae was accusing Ritsu of not being a proper alpha, that wasn't it at all. Kanae was just making the observation since clearly not eating or sleeping right for a week wasn't it or he'd have recovered by now.

 

The young Omega walked and laid on the bed as the door finally knocked and the doctor came in handing Ritsu a new pair of fitting scrubs. "Dress in these, they will fit perfectly for you." He then took one more look at Kanae before turning and walking out not wanting to challenge the Alpha.
