Help! I Can't Find A Certain Manga!

I have searched absolutely everywhere for a particular manga I read. It's a yaoi and one of my favorites. i can remember some of the characters and the plot as well as the exact ending. Names escape me as does the title. Here is what i remember:

 

The story takes place in Japan where there are three worlds: a heaven/celestial world, the human world and hell.

 

The main character is a half demon/half celestial being with white hair with red ends. He also has a red orb in the middle of his forehead that shows his power level. He slays these demonic like creatures for another celestial being that is guarding a temple of sorts. This character is an adult, saying in the manga he is 30 but looks a lot younger. He can also transform into a fox-like creature with the same color pattern as his hair in human form. I forget his eye color. Might have been red. He has two names as well which both escape me.

 

The next character is a demon that appears to be young and child like. He is dark skinned with black hair, I forget his eye color. He comes to the living world to take the main characters orb as a mission to gain power so he can take over the throne. In the end of the story, he dies but is resurrected by the main character but in exchange, his memory is lost.

 

Both of these characters actually end up falling for each other.

 

If anyone knows of this manga, please tell me the name of it. I've been searching forever for it but can't seem to find it anywhere.
