Looking for RP Partners

So obviously I started this thread because I am looking for some more RP's. The difference between this one and any previous threads I have posted is I am finally opening myself back up to playing Seme/Seke after taking a few months break. When I first signed up here up to today I have been intent on only playing Uke after always being forced to play the Seme in RP's I have done previously on other sites and just really needed a change. Though I definitely would still prefer to play Uke I am also going to be offering some ideas where I will be the Seme/Seke. They are all first come first serve as I would really like to not try these ideas with more than one person at a time unless there are significant differences in the plot.

 

 

About Me/My Availability & Rules

 

Alright so real quick I need to mention a few must know things about me and some rules. *Groans* I know rules. Everyone has them but unfortunately they are very much necessary to have things running smoothly.

 

About Me

 

 

1. My work schedule makes replying on weekends difficult. I am up extremely early, out all day, and home late in the afternoon normally exhausted and not up to replying. This usually ends in me taking a quick nap and signing on sometime late that night to type up a few replies, depending on if it is Saturday night or Sunday night(for me) will depend on whether or not I reply to all RP's or just the ones who replied first(I do pay attention to the time and date that a reply was posted in deciding which ones get replied to first in these situations).

 

2. My work schedule means I have every other day off(aside from weekends when I work both days). This makes it extremely easy for me to reply at the very least every other day, though if you have RP'ed with me so far you know I prefer to reply every day, multiple times a day. Chances are if you have replied I am typing up my response within minutes of it being posted unless I am working or typing up a reply to another RP.

 

3. Don't freak out if a few days pass without a reply from me. It does not mean I dropped our RP. If this happens chances are high(99%) that I am just having writers block and can't figure out for the life of me where I want to go with my post. Give me three days tops, if I haven't replied PM me or instant message me and remind me that I haven't posted, there are a few times when I will think that I replied already just to realize that wasn't the case. I do apologize if that happens and I try really hard to not do that and I rarely ever do.

 

4. I am a semi-lit to lit RP partner. I prefer medium to large sized posts but I don't mind doing an RP with smaller posts as long as they are not one-liners. I would always prefer no less than two paragraphs(at least five sentences a paragraph in this case) but if you can't post more or just don't want to I do try to meet my RP partner's post length. So if you are constantly giving me one paragraph that is all you will get from me as well unless I have an "aha" moment where a huge idea strikes me and I type up my normal length reply. If you give me this huge novel, expect me to do my best to return the favor(though also expect my reply time to be higher).

 

 

 

My Rules

 

 

1. Dedication. I am huge on wanting dedicated RP partners, I don't want someone who is going to reply once(or not at all) and then just never reply again. Or drop it without saying anything and then wonder why I am asking about it later. I give every RP I do two weeks before I send out a PM asking if my RP partner is still interested, I would expect the same from you if I hadn't replied in that length of time though I would never just drop it. If I am not interested anymore I will tell you, I expect the same courtesy in return.

 

2. Active. I am in desperate need of active RP partners. I would prefer at least one reply every day but will happily accept every other day to two or three times a week. If your replies are longer, I don't mind waiting longer(such as more than a week) for a response, but that is just because I understand sometimes a lot of thought and time goes into long posts and that they are not as easy to get posted. If you are going to be gone for awhile i.e. more than a week please send me a PM and let me know so I don't sit around waiting for a reply I won't be getting for awhile.

 

3. Grammar. Now I understand typos, they happen, I understand sometimes you are typing on a phone, or maybe so interested and excited to reply that things escape you and spellcheck. It happens, even to me, especially if auto correct gets in there and changes things without you noticing. I don't mind those simple things as long as I understand what you are posting, but if there are major and constant mistakes then I am going to lose interest and fast. I also am aware that English is not everyone's first language here, and it is a confusing language to learn if it's not, but there is a fine line between a mistake because you truly don't understand the difference and a mistake because you are being careless, and it's easy to tell.

 

 

 

My RP Ideas

 

Uke Plots [Need Seme/Seke]

 

1.

 

Our Characters live on a Native American reservation where being gay isn't really accepted and is frowned upon in the community. Being friends their whole lives they know things about each other that no one else knows about them, including their inclinations towards other men. Being in high school doesn't make things any easier considering everyone they attend school with lives on the small reservation with them. MC comes from a family that absolutely will not accept his sexuality and because of that he hides it from his parents and tries his best to ignore his feelings towards other men. YC's family knows that you are gay and have openly accepted it though they keep it a secret from anyone else for your best interest. Both of our characters have feelings for each other, but being best friends and all doesn't make it easy to admit such feelings.

 

The idea is basically the journey of two friends realizing their feelings for each other, struggling to(but eventually doing so) admit their feelings for each other, going through the stresses of high school while hiding their relationship, all while MC struggles to come out to his family despite knowing that they won't approve but also knowing if he ever truly wants the chance to have a happy relationship with YC he needs to come out to them.

 

 

2.

 

Ancient Egypt. MC is pretty much a male concubine, his main purpose is as a sex toy for the Pharaoh(YC). Though he does do other duties as ordered, he can usually be found sitting at YC's feet, or awaiting him in YC's bedchamber. At first their relationship is nonexistent, MC being used for exactly what he was bought for, and your character barely acknowledging his existence unless he is wanted or needed. It's a few months into this that real feelings begin to form to between the two of them, and their "relationship" becomes something more. It goes from just using MC as the toy he was meant to be, to actually wanting him. MC is more than open to the idea of becoming more, and even begins to do what he can to entice YC whether just from simple actions being made into dirty innuendos, or outright just begging for it.

 

 

 

Seme/Seke Plots [Need Uke/Seke]

 

1.

 

TAKEN

 

It's been thousands of years since the nuclear war that destroyed the world as we once knew it. Now the world was populated by elves, humans, trolls, dwarfs and gnomes. But the peace that had once settled onto the world is being threatened again by a massive demon army that is about to break out of their prison and threaten everything that our characters hold dear. MC is an renown Elf warrior and was tasked to set out in order to try to head off the impending danger even though he knows it's a suicide mission he does as he is told and sets out immediately. It's on his journey that he runs into YC who has been noticing some rather strange things nearby, in exchange for telling MC everything that YC knows he requests to accompany him on the journey wanting to actually do something to make a difference. From there it is for us to discuss and build on, but basically it will be an action filled adventure, that eventually leads to them developing more than "friendly" feelings towards each other that ultimately ends in them becoming the best team in the land and making them renown warriors.

MC is a demon and prince of his people, naturally cold hearted and harsh he is not entirely easy to get along with. Demons are one of many species freely walking among humans, and many are in spots of power, MC is no exception to this. Living his life in a glorious way, with more money than he could ever hope for he gives his services out to those in need of it, renting out his soldiers and assassins to help those with problems that they just can't face themselves, or even lends out money to help those in poverty. In other words, if you have someone you want to disappear, or are trying to hide from, or desperate for money he's the demon to talk to. His prices, however, are hefty, and he will get his payment at all costs. YC ends up as payment for one such deal, what exactly the deal was, who was making it, and why YC ended up as the payment is up to you to decide as part of YC. It comes down to the fact that now belonging to MC his life has certainly taken a rather harsh turn, though MC can be cruel he's fair, and sticks to his word. So YC's life with him can either be pleasant or a nightmare. We can discuss more details together.

 

 

 

Neutral Plots [Need Uke/Seme/Seke]

 

1.

 

Dragon Rider/Dragon Hunter.

MC - Seke | Preferred Match: Seme/Seke

Accepted Match: Any

 

MC is a young but skilled Dragon Rider, his partner is a large fierce dragon who seems to be almost an extension of himself in many ways. Danger is plaguing their home, the threat of the Hunters is becoming more and more. Laws prohibit the killing of "bonded" dragons, only wild dragons can be hunted and even then the Rider's try to do everything they can to protect the wild ones. However, a rogue band of Hunter's is hunting and killing bonded dragon's seemingly taking joy out of the pain that is caused when a rider and dragon are separated by the death of either party and not truly caring which one it is they take out. YC belongs to one such Rogue band, and runs into MC's dragon, thinking it's alone and sure that YC has an advantage they try to attack only for MC to appear and ambush yours. At first it's more of a prisoner/captor sort of thing. MC taking yours as a prisoner to be taken to the capital city of the Rider's where he will face a trial to determine what will become of him. As they travel and MC begins to make the arrangements they begin talking, learning more about each other, the night before YC is supposed to face his trial(a week after their arrival and him spending that time behind bars) MC get's cold feet and realizes he can't allow this to happen and breaks YC out. Now both are on the run. From there it's up to us to discuss, their journey and trying to remain undetected as well as their growing relationship and the trials ahead.

Hi.

 

So I was reading over a few of the ideas and I'd really like to try the concubine and Egyptian Pharaoh one, its right up my alley. Although I would prefer Uke I do have Seme experience, can't compare to yours since I'm not sure how long you've been around. Please go easy on me lol.

Also, if you would like me to play Seke that's fine as well.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, been a little preoccupied lately. However, I would definitely like to try that idea out with you if you're still interested, we can discuss things through PM so that we can work out some of the details.
