alexia__
'Oh did I hit a sour note' questioned Katsu as he watched Kansei's microscopic face expressions. If it was someone else maybe they would've seen passed it yet he didn't. Feeling slightly responsible he thought of what to do, this time not questioning why he was doing it or what reasons were behind it. "Kansei..." called Katsu in a low voice "are you angry?" He wanted to reach across and lace their fingers together but maybe that was far fetched for now. "With me" he continued "you can say whatever you like. You don't have to pretend with me" with a genuine smile he hoped he encouraged the other. Maybe Kansei had been forced to be someone else for the world, someone who wasn't really who he wanted to be, but that didn't have to be the case with Katsu because in all honestly he liked the more realistic and genuine Kansei. The Kansei only he was allowed to see. "Want to pass by my house and play video games? I can drop you off later at your house?"
WolfDog12
"I'm not mad, I guess I just think there was a more delicate way to go about that, he explained simply." He then smirked a little getting into his true self and less of the role he'd taken on as he slipped a bit of cream onto his finger and leaned towards Katsu. "For example, you have a little cream on you, let me," he then reached over and smeared the cream on his cheek and snickered trying to control an outburst of laughter. Kansei still couldn't just open up completely, they were in public and if he seemed approachable, others would approach him and that wasn't what he wanted. As much as the long-haired male wanted to be himself, he just couldn't because he had to play the distant princess. "Sure, I'd love to go. But, my mom is suppose to be coming home for dinner so I should be home before then," he said. Though, he didn't actually know if she was going to be home or not. It was all just a guess. His mom didn't even give him a maybe or a maybe not just that she had to work. Still, that was another thing he just couldn't open up about. Katsu was nice, a great guy and all but Kansei didn't like to admit his mother's flaws. After all, that's why he made sure Katsu was gone before limping up those hills on his injured leg. He had to hide that his mother couldn't show up.... Didn't exactly care to.... No one wanted to admit something like that.
alexia__
"Huh unbelievable" said Katsu "cheeky" he reached for the near napkin and cleaned off his cheek, but even then he could feel the stickiness left behind. This was fun he told himself as he watched Kansei cover his laugh. "Well then we better take these with us and head over before it gets too late, that way you can be home for dinner, right?" Despite the invitation Katsu was now thinking about the state of his room, whether he would be judged he had not had any friends over since middle school and that was, for him, long long ago. "Don't make fun of my room" he said to the other "it's clean but the table is full of papers from studying. Anyway what type of games are you into?" WolfDog12
Kansei finished up and nodded getting up to leave. Once they left it was obvious that Katsu had something on his mind but nothing that was too much trouble. "Why would I make fun of your room? Mine is very feminine," He admitted. Honestly, the room wasn't that bad. There was a mess here and there but it looked lived in. It felt like a room one could be their self and not have to worry. As they were moving, Kansei almost fell over because of the unevenness of the ground they walked on. Having crushes was a pain and one little rock nearly had the long-haired male on the ground. He struggled for a minute and ended up putting his bad foot down to catch himself before situating and walking again. That sucked. "Sorry I'm so slow," he admitted. It was rough going but once they made it, he was happy. There was something about this house that just seemed completely welcoming. It even put a smile on Kansei's face. alexia__
It didn't bother Katsu waiting for Kansei he knew that making the other go faster would be painful and extremely selfish "I don't mind" he states. After punching in a few numbers the door opened and he held it for the other boy. Inside the house was empty which meant his grandmother was out and his mother still at work. "Seems my family is not here yet, come" he guided Kansei towards his room and pointed out to where the bathroom was in case the other needed it for future references. Once inside Katsu noticed his mother had picked up some of the mess for him. The computer table had the papers neatly folded, bed made and windows opened. It allow afternoon sun to come in illuminating the room nicely. A small cactus sat next to the window for decoration. "Sit on the bed, that way you can rest your leg with the pillows" says Katsu as he gathers some pillows.
WolfDog12
"This room is really clean. What were you even talking about?" Kansei said after coming in. Katsu was quite understanding about the leg issue which was nice but that didn't make Kansei feel a hell of a lot better about making him slow down for the boy. Once in Katsu's room, the long-haired male was told to sit down which he did without complaint. "Sorry for all the trouble," He admitted still feeling a bit guilty for Katsu having to go out of his way for Kansei. Damn this was a nice room. "I wish I had a room like this," he admitted to himself not really realizing those words were said out loud. He really liked this and the video games seemed to be on display unlike Kansei who had to hide his. He was allowed to buy them but they weren't allowed to be seen once brought into the house... That seemed to be the rule... After all, Kansei was suppose to be a proper lady.
