Unusual Batman AU idea. (Looking for a seme with a twisted side)

So, I'll keep this short(ish) and sweet(ish).

 

With the recent release of Suicide Squad (which I have not seen heads up) I've been thinking a lot about the Joker and Harley (I've been reading Batman comics and the reboots for a long time). I would like to play an AU where Harley (looking like the Harley from the new movie perhaps but using a different story line, since I hear she falls into a vat in the movie but I don't subscribe to that being what makes her bonkers) is a male.

 

I love the sick twisted manipulation and confrontation of the Joker and Harley. The drama, the conflict and the action. I would want it to be our own development so we would start out at meeting point Joker and the Psychiatrist.

 

It's a lot to ask for I know, but if you think you're up for it I'd love to hear from you. As a side note, I prefer to rp via email or Skype. I've not used forums to rp before but I'm not opposed to learning.

I suppose the last thing is this: I'm a college student. I'm a science college student in their senior year. It's not pretty I will go some time without replying though usually not more than a week.
