SapphireD910
Kenshi's eyes widened at the other man's notes. "Camping... at night huh?" He tried to not sound too startled, but he wasn't entirely sure how he felt about it... at least not with Fuyuki. It wasn't just that it was his equipment, but he was still paying back his father for it since it was higher end stuff. His father didn't really give gifts after his 18th birthday, he made investments. So for things like his cameras, education, etc., his father would pay certain amounts, but Kenshi had to pay him back eventually. He was still about halfway on the equipment he'd be offering Fuyuki. In fact the thought of how he still owed on it made him wonder why he'd offered in the first place. "That's fine. I'll make sure I'm ready to camp then." He felt a slight blush. "So, we visit a spot for my story, go to my place, get the equipment, and go to the spot to camp for the next few weekends?" It was like it was hitting him all at once that this guy who had totally pissed him off upon meeting was now like a continuous date for the next month. Was his work worth it? Then he became aware of the weight around his neck and thought about his grandfather's camera and how neither one was lightly to be civil about returning things without completing their project. "So uh, were you going for lunch soon?"
fruity
Fuyuki nodded to Kenshi's words, though he still eyed the other cautiously, as if tiptoeing around a time bomb. It couldn't be helped, Fuyuki didn't know what else that he said would trigger Kenshi. "That sounds about right," he said, though when he saw Kenshi's face, he was confused. Is that a blush? Shrugging off the impossible observation, Fuyuki said, "It might take longer if we're not lucky. Are you sure you don't have car?" he asked again, wondering how much of a hassle he was going to be in for this task. But Fuyuki strived for early accomplishments, an all or nothing guy. Once he got his mind into this, he was going to finish this whole university thing with flying colors. He was looking at his watch again when Kenshi asked him about lunch. "How suspicious, what if I say yes?" he asked.
SapphireD910
Kenshi's brow furrowed. "Car? I've never needed one. My parents sometimes let me borrow theirs..." He felt hestitant to bring that up, but it did make sense that they would need their own transportation. He wasn't sure how to react to the man's question. "I was just making conversation. I was going to grab something to eat." He felt strangely bashful and overly criticized by Fuyuki. "Are you worried? Don't be, I can go elsewhere. You wouldn't have to ruin another lunch with me like yestetday. Besides we'll have plenty of time to deal with each other."
fruity
Kenshi's words stung, but not as gripping as the fact that Fuyuki practically earned it. Within an impulse he already grabbed his bag and tugged on Kenshi's shirt, a little too hard that he meant to. "My fault," he said, the first time conceding to Kenshi. "I haven't heard anything about your plans yet, you should talk over lunch." Fuyuki stared into Kenshi's face, trying to look for some kind of acceptance. Or refusal, which, he figured, would be perfectly normal considering how he had been acting. Kenshi was totally at fault, but Fuyuki wasn't clean either. SapphireD910
Kenshi jerked himself free, a glimmer of fear in his eyes from the other man's outburst. "What the hell!? Don't touch me!" Kenshi started straightening out his clothes. He felt nervous going anywhere with Fuyuki like this, but at least the cafeteria might keep him from assaulting him with more people around. "I just need first hand experience on places for... dates. The paper likes a romantic story at least once a year. I don't go out much except for assignments for photos. But the paper wants city spots and restaurant reviews first hand. Arita is the one that said you'd be helpful." He felt a bit bitter towards their mutual friend. "If you can't help we can call this all off and I'll just lead you to people who rent stuff out." His body was noticeably pulled away from Fuyuki now, as though ready to jump away if he reached for him again. He couldn't imagine why the man had put his hands on him that way and seemed so angry with him. Was he offended at the suggestion that they keep their distance? Fuyuki wasn't doing much to suggest he didn't hate Kenshi, and forcing his hands on Kenshi wasn't really going to help make friends. If Fuyuki felt forced to work with him, the only thing Kenshi could think was to offer to leave him alone until necessary.
fruity
Wrong move then?, Fuyuki thought, immediately released his grip. He looked at his hand before making a fist. Even that Arita always avoided to get physical contact with him since he couldn't really gauge his strength. It wasn't that bad unless there was a sudden outburst, especially since he treated his past girlfriends carefully, but that wasn't good enough for them if he couldn't enjoy himself, half of them said. The other half feared him near the end, if he would hurt them out of accident. Really rude. Fuyuki could see the same fear in Kenshi's eyes. "Why the heck are you looking at me like that?" Fuyuki was far from treating Kenshi preciously. "Technically, I touched your clothes; not you. And since you asked first about lunch, I thought you fucking asked for a truce," he said bitterly then heard all the explanation that went all at once. "And why the heck did you decide that I couldn't help?" he asked quickly grabbing an unused paper from his bag and a pen, scratching his e-mail and phone number on it. He approached Kenshi while hoping the other didn't retreat away. "You're infuriating, but I need your stuffs. I'm not that weak that I can't handle one person," he said, offering that paper. "If you don't contact me before Friday's over, I'll consider the deal's off." If Kenshi didn't want to discuss this over lunch, so be it. Interesting information, actually, that Kenshi didn't know much about going out much. Even as a guy, Fuyuki had to admit that some girls really dig Kenshi's androgynous look. Or some males. Not that Fuyuki knew much about that kind of thing. Whatever, he thought, before turning around to walk away from that scene.
SapphireD910
Kenshi huffed with annoyance. "No one is accusing you of being weak, and now I know first hand." He glared at the other man as he walked away. "Try not constantly snapping at the guy doing you a favor and we might get somewhere!" Asshole. The guy seemed to have mood swings as Kenshi could read. He seemed to always take offense that people, or maybe just Kenshi, didn't want to be grabbed, yelled at or picked on. He almost felt like maybe Fuyuki was just used to being misunderstood, or not used to interacting with others. But Kenshi was difficult to submit to other's on anything. Even if he was just trying to get him to have lunch with him, Fuyuki wasn't being very nice about it. He had blamed a ruined lunch on him the day before and called attention to his smaller frame. What was Kenshi supposed to like about him? At least Kenshi knew he had the equipment the other man had, Kenshi didn't know that Fuyuki would take him anywhere worth writing about. Kenshi pulled out his phone and text Arita as Fuyuki walked away. ||Arita, you've put me in contact with a crazy person. I swore he was ready to hit me just for offering to give him space from me if he hates me. If harm comes to me due to this Fuyuki guy, my spirit will haunt you as the responsible person.|| When Kenshi got home he pulled out the crinkled paper from his pocket and wrote to the other man, despite himself. He felt foolish and slightly defeated. But not admitting defeat was the reason he was still trying. He hadn't admitted to anyone that the paper was feeling pressure to cut people and while a good photographer, they were finding his writing bland. He needed to do the cheesy and popular piece and do it well to prove he was good for the paper and be able to apply to papers out of college. ||As a truce, we could go to your favorite place to eat on Friday and I'll pay for your meal. If you can cover half the cost for gas to the campsite I can use my parent's car. Lets meet in the courtyard on campus and leave from there on Friday. Agree?||
fruity
||Man, don't sulk just bc I won't take you on dates. o3o My gf will kill me if I go to those places without her, but she gets bored faster than whirlwind = NG for you. I had thought you n Fuyuki would get along, but even my prediction can go off at times. Enjoy your dates anyway, I demand full report as your cupid! Though leave out the details if it gets too graphic~ ^q^)/|| Oblivious to the exchange between his friend and his new acquaintance-enemy, Fuyuki stared at his phone as he walked to the class after lunch. He definitely didn't think that Kenshi would mail him so soon, though it worked better to fit his schedules in and made a full preparation. Putting his bag on the seat in the common class, he wondered if he had any favorite place to eat besides his home. ||I need to go back to my place after Friday class. Meet me 1 PM sharp in front of xxx-station. Gas is on me.|| --- It was a good 10 minutes before their appointment time, and Fuyuki was ready with comfortable jeans, gray polo shirt, a camping set tidy on his bag, and a cooler box. He brought manual pens and papers instead of laptop to reduce weight. Standing in front of the station with his stuffs really pulled people's attention on him. Since he had a good frame, simple clothes did him wonders. He also tied a red jumper to his waist. In the remote place, he always wore something red so he could get easier to spot if something happened. Fuyuki didn't count how many times he had checked on his watch already, though he couldn't protest since he was being early. Yet if that Kenshi guy ditched him after this much preparation, he would definitely put that guy on his blacklist. Even right now, he was considering if he should pay or choke Arita for introducing someone like that, though one who had full tools he needed. All he could do now was to wait. SapphireD910
Kenshi reviewed Fuyuki's message to be sure he had the right station. He recalled Arita's text with annoyance. No way he could get close enough to be friends with this guy, let alone whatever Arita thought would happen. He had gathered up his bag with the filming equipment and another with clothes and tools for camping, not that he went all that often, with a sleeping bag and a bright yellow rain jacket depending on the weather. He'd left Fuyuki's info with his family just in case. He was a little more than 5 minutes before 1pm and looked around. To his dismay and yet relief, Fuyuki hadn't backed out and looked rather prepared for a long weekend. He was dressed rather nicely for camping though. He would have let his thoughts go to how the clothes fit his frame, but then he remembered the last few times they had met. Kenshi wore a set of dark blue jeans, but otherwise had tossed on a large black sweater that nearly swallowed his small frame, the yellow jacket over it a bright contrast making him stand out even while in town. He approached Fuyuki after taking a deep calming breath. He noticed a lot of people giving Fuyuki looks, which annoyed and confused him. Sure the guy looked good, but if any of them met him they'd likely feel different. He on the other hand probably looked like a tomboy girl borrowing her boyfriend's clothes. "Hey," he greeted in a neutral tone. "Car is parked, lets load up your stuff and you can give directions on the place to eat." He rubbed the back of his neck nervously, hoping things could stay civil. "I brought the equipment and it's tucked in a secure spot in the car. I also packed some camping rations and extra first aid supplies." He still felt eyes on them, or at least on the taller man. "Anything you still needed while we're still in town?" Why did this feel like some weird date suddenly? Why was he suddenly recalling Arita's text?
fruity
Fuyuki blinked when a really good looking girl came approaching him. He rarely got this kind of attention, and when it did, usually they wore heavy layers of make up. This tall and slender girl, with dark wavy hair, was just a natural. It threw Fuyuki off his tracks a little bit, but he thought that if she asked for his number, he would definitely give it and even contact her first. "Hey there," he greeted warmly, but 'her' next words really threw him off balance. Fuyuki didn't really make time to remember people's faces until they met more regularly, but it had been three days, and he even thought that that Kenshi was a girl? Approaching him? Blush wound up to the roots of his hair; Fuyuki just had to cover his face. He definitely couldn't tell Kenshi what was going on back there. "Uh, no, we can go straight to the date. ...-ing spot." Fuyuki mentally cursed that slip of tongue. He glared at Kenshi who was the reason for all that mess in his mind, and he explained, "There's this Italian restaurant in Grand Owaka Hotel, my ex really wanted to have dinner there, but I couldn't justify spending that much money for one meal. Obviously, since this is your treat, I have no problems going there." Also, since this was about lunch time, it was around 2/3 of a dinner price. The dessert was supposedly heavenly, an all-you-can-eat platter, which made the place really popular for girls and couples on a date, and afterwards they could go to the park nearby. Flowers should start budding at this time of the season and went in full bloom in the middle of the summer. The different seasonal views made it worth revisiting. SapphireD910
Kenshi was purplexed by Fuyuki's sudden behavior. He thought he saw a smile and his voice was almost charming. He looked like a whole different person and made his chest thump for just a bit. If he hadn't known any better he would have sworn Fuyuki had broken into a blush over something too. This had happened once in a while in the past, but he couldn't understand this happening with Fuyuki, a guy who seemed to be totally against impressing him or being friendly towards him otherwise. And for the taller man to not snap at him and cut straight to their plans rather pleasantly was actually refreshing and brightened Kenshi's spirits... slightly. Despite this wonderful surprise, he tried to continue to play it cool. "I remembered, its my treat. It sounds good. Heh, it's like I'm taking you on a date." He started walking a couple of steps ahead of the taller man. When they got to the door he opened it with a smirk, in his mind treating it like a date where he'd hold open doors and pull out chairs... at least that's what he saw in shows and movies. Kenshi never really went out with anyone. He was attracted to guys, but Arita was the only person who really knew that much. He'd thought Arita was trying to set him up, but those hopes were dashed when he actually met Fuyuki, not to mention nothing suggested Fuyuki was interested in guys. He stepped up to a silverish blue sedan and opened the trunk. There sat a bag with equipment and his personal bag of clothes and supplies tucked snug in a hidden compartment where he joined Fuyuki's tent and bag. Getting in he let the other man give directions to the restaurant. He did really like Italian, it was a rare treat rich in flavor, but so good. At least that was something he could agree with Fuyuki on. Greeted by a host he could tell that he was being mistaken as female, but figured it might help with their service and played along. As they were being seated it hit him. "You thought I was a girl, didn't you!?" He chuckled a bit thinking deeper on it. He playfully combed his fingers through his hair to something a bit more feminine looking even. He didn't really care, though he didn't always get why people got confused. He felt he was masculine enough. Based on his behavior the other man must have found him cute too. That actually made him feel more nervous than mad over the confusion. How could Fuyuki treat him like a bother one day and then nearly flirt another, nothing about him was all that different.
fruity
Fuyuki's bag was large enough to cover his entire back as they walked towards the car, but he propped the bag in one shoulder with ease. It was as heavy as it looked too, complete with the camping needs except the rations, which was placed inside his sealed box. His mind went nope, nope, nope when Kenshi commented about a date, making Fuyuki mull over the mistake earlier. He didn't comment anything on that, feeling too close to target and he would mess up something if he said anything about that. Most likely the fact that he thought Kenshi, of all people, was good looking. "Your rations have got to be dry, else we're wasting food," he said curtly as Kenshi opened the car, but with his mind still a little bit distracted, it lost bites. The same tone happened across the trip to the restaurant, where he didn't really snap to the sentence. If he wanted to admit it, Kenshi was actually more than decent. If this mood went on, he could probably pull down his walls and become totally civil with Kenshi. Fuyuki was just pulling his chair to settle on the seat when Kenshi sent that straight ball right to Fuyuki's chest in a critical hit. "No, I didn't!" he denied, a little too fast. A simple pretense of not knowing what Kenshi meant would work better in this case, but apparently, Fuyuki was too stupid to remember that. "And beside, what the hell are you chuckling for? Even if I did, was that something a guy normally be happy about?" The waiter asked for their orders, and Fuyuki ordered two lunch courses with Viking dessert menu. The waiter nodded and excused herself. He hoped Kenshi didn't mind that he ordered for them both, though it wasn't like they could order anything else; the option was just whether they included the dessert or not. Kenshi fidgeting in his seat actually made Fuyuki blinked. He recalled his own sentence and asked, "Wait, were you actually happy from that?" SapphireD910
"Happy to be mistaken as a cute girl? Well, I don't really care. I find it funny to throw people off." He looked Fuyuki over. He seemed to really be getting flustered, which without getting mean was actually fun... not that he'd let the other know. He pulled out a small notepad to track details about the place as they waited on food. "I've gotten it enough I'm used to it. But flirting... most pick up I'm a guy before they start flirting." He had a small grin. "So whats comes with the Viking dessert?" Not just because it was ordered, but the name alone had him curious.
fruity
"And then what? They flirt with you after knowing you're a guy? How stupid." For all Kenshi knew, Fuyuki could have been mocking gays, even though he didn't mean his words in that way. It would be entirely different matter if they were interested in Kenshi while knowing he was a guy. But those people who mistook him for a girl and kept on pursuing to cover their mistakes was just downright shameless. He noticed Kenshi pulling out some notes. Propping his elbows on the skirted table, he leaned his chin on his hands and answered the question. "It's just your all-you-can-eat dessert. You see the counters over there?" He pointed his thumb to the long glass display that showed different desserts in portions smaller than usual. "For the price you're paying, you can eat anything there no matter how much you like. No limit. If you have sweet tooth, this is heaven, or so she said," Fuyuki said, grimaced as he remembered Kaori. "As for the naming... it starts from the era of WWII where there are a lot of international restaurants popping all over the country. This one very popular restaurant in Tokyo served all-you-can-eat lunch. Since old people can't spell the country name right, someone who adapts this approach in restaurant call it Viking, and it got popular," he said. Fuyuki might be from countryside, but he read a lot of trivias to spend most of his time. He knew various unimportant things, but most of the times, his explanation bored his dates. Adding that to the fact that he had been talking in rather civil manner, he stopped himself while looking at Kenshi. Not that he considered this a date. Not at all. SapphireD910
Kenshi heard some of that old bite return to the other man's voice. He couldn't tell if he was making fun of being gay or not, and to draw attention out would only start a fight. "Nah, they usually apologize. But I really wouldn't mind if they actually wanted to flirt with me." His eyes sharpened, closely reading the other's reactions. Upon hearing of the story behind their meal it actually intrigued Kenshi and Fuyuki's knowledge of it peeked his interest. Not that he thought any better of the other man, or anything. "Sounds like you like some history maybe." He lowered his eyes to the table, but a small smile played on his lips. "She?" He was more or less thinking out loud, but realized that it came out to where Fuyuki might feel he was asking him.
fruity
"So you can tear them down mercilessly?" Fuyuki retorted instantly, thinking about how their first meeting went. That was downright the worst meeting he ever had with someone. When Arita and he could talk in civil manners like now, that moment could be their private shared jokes. Fuyuki, being used to act like that with Arita, already treated it as such. "Hm, trivias are interesting," he said. But when he looked up to see Kenshi's face, he was honestly stunned to see a small smile there. Was that guy in his right mind? He could relax like that with Fuyuki? The latter helplessly recalled the way that he thought Kenshi was a girl and an 'I'd tap that' moment going on in his mind. That was when it dawned on him that Kenshi's sentence could have meant literally. By then, Fuyuki felt that he missed the chance to properly address the issue, so he let it slide. Storing the information for further digest, Kenshi's one word question snapped Fuyuki's head back to reality. "What are you talk--- oh," Fuyuki sighed. "Kaori, my ex who wanted to come here." Short answer, without full explanation. He didn't like talking about exes when he was on a date. Which, by the way, I wasn't on right now, Fuyuki told himself mentally. SapphireD910
"Maybe..." Kenshi whispered thoughtfully. At least those assholes that have it coming. Few people seemed to sincerely take any interest in him so he'd grown used to throwing the cold shoulder and anticipating insincerity. "Ah. I see." It was the only response Kenshi could muster hearing that the 'she' was Fuyuki's ex. He had no experience, though he was a little curious what kind of girl Fuyuki went for, that is to say, what kind of girl was he actually willing to be nice to long enough for her to date him. He wrote a few more notes on the restaurant. "This place does seem pretty romantic. Too bad it's for work with you and not a real date." He pouted a bit. Was he more bothered it was with Fuyuki or that it just wasn't a date? Not to say a date with Fuyuki would be better, no. He could imagine why the man's ex became an ex if he was anything with girls as he had been towards Kenshi... especially knowing he'd at least mistaken Kenshi once for a girl. Maybe that was the whole problem. Maybe Fuyuki had been hoping to meet a girl this whole time and took his disappointment out on him. He fell a bit quiet until the food arrived, worried that he'd start looking Fuyuki over too much if he spoke too much to him. His thoughts kept flashing back to that smile and greeting at the station and the way his chest thumped. He was good looking when he smiled like that, at least, it was an improvement to his face to smile... like it was for anyone really.
fruity
"Nothing is bad if someone else pays for the food," Fuyuki answered without shame. The waiter came at that time to bring them the menu. "And talk about the devil," he said, thanking the waiter. He didn't even notice that he could perfectly be proper with anyone in the first meeting. Anyone but Kenshi, at least. Since it was lunch, they had to specifically mention the bottle if they wanted alcoholic drink. Since the day was long, Fuyuki figured they didn't need fancy wine or something like that, and didn't offer that to Kenshi. The waiter also brought them a simple white plate, informing that they could ask for dessert to fill this plate to anyone manning the counter. Fuyuki whistled. "Let's dig in," he said. The thing about Italian restaurant was how the vibe wasn't as strict as French, and Fuyuki finding himself really comfortable here. Not that it was because Kenshi who brought him here. (Though it did help to lift off this strange feeling about having a meal at expensive place, which he almost never did.) "What are you doing? Close that note and just enjoy your meal." SapphireD910
Kenshi scowled at Fuyuki's shameless answer regarding him footing the bill. Whatever. He shouldn't expect better. "You could show more appreciation instead of gloating that you're not the one paying." He turned away to look over at the dessert display. He noted a few tarts, torts, and custards that looked especially good. "Seems this setup could be dangerous with so many sweets to load up on. Usually desserts and drinks are the only things they insist run regular price. Surprised they're not all booked up with a deal like that." He started to take a bite of his pasta and salad, thinking over any dessert he might want. "Then again you probably think I could use a few extra pounds. Unlike before, I'll make sure I finish this lunch with you." He gave a teasing grin, finding the atmosphere and food was putting him in a great mood despite the company, who seemed to get along with the staff better than him. "Are you a flirt?" he asked, thinking about all the women they'd encountered and the ladies at the station that had looked Fuyuki over. He seemed to muster up some charm when it came to females at least. But maybe he was just being a different sort of ass, flirting to get something he wanted from them. fruity
Chill, Fuyuki told himself when Kenshi told him to be more appreciative. If someone else said that, he would slide it off as friendly banter. However, Kenshi saying that sounded like his mom; too personal, too judging. Or something else that Fuyuki couldn't pinpoint, but it made him feel irritated nonetheless. And Fuyuki was glad he held back, because biting there would probably turn the mood sour. That smile is not fair, he thought when Kenshi teased him. Especially when he was so mad about his weight the other day. "Yeah, well, just look at you, buried in your clothes. I won't be surprised if you said it was borrowed from your boyfriend," Fuyuki said, digging in his salad. It took him a few moments before realizing that he had addressed that issue in a passing comment. He didn't know if Kenshi would react negatively, but when the smaller male commented about another issue, it ticked something off in Fuyuki again. "Just because it's hard to be civil with you, doesn't mean I'm making extra effort with everyone else," he said, huffed a little from the rising irritation. Finishing his salad, he moved to his pasta. It was creamy and naturally savory. So good.
SapphireD910
Kenshi more pouted than frowned at the comment about his clothes. "Boyfriend?! Why do you say that?!" He rubbed the back of his neck nervously. Was he so easy to read? Could Fuyuki just guess he was gay, or was it the comment about guys flirting with him earlier? Guys could just be comfortable with other guys, even if they weren't interested. "I never said... that is I don't... I'm single." He tugged a bit at the collar of his sweater bearing a bit of his collar bone. "Anyway, I just like some clothes a little big to curl up in them. I wasn't sure how chilly it might be camping tonight." Kenshi huffed feeling his cheerful mood drifting along with the disappearing food on his plate. At least that part of the evening was good. "I could say the same about you." Before he could get a retort he went over to the dessert display to look at the options a bit. He leaned over, completely bending in half to look from the top shelf to the bottom, teetering from one foot to the other like a kid doing a slight dance as he looked over the gorgeous sweets. fruity
Fuyuki was ready with an excuse that he was referring to 'boyfriend' style if Kenshi was offended, but instead the smaller male only mentioned about being single. If Fuyuki didn't know anything better, he would even say that the pout was... cute. Whoa let's not go there, he thought. This experience turned to be a little edgy than he expected, and the fact that Kenshi made strong impression on him didn't help Fuyuki in clearing his mind about all of this. Twice at that, even. That guy just left after leaving the last words. Without waiting for Kenshi to come back, Fuyuki already followed the guy, leaving their table empty. "What are you? Seven?" he commented Kenshi displayed an excited look in front of the cakes like a kid. Handing over the empty plate to the counter, he asked for 4 different small macarons, a key lime pie, caramel cheesecake, and a dark chocolate truffles. The two cakes dominated the plates, while the other sweets filled the gap, still leaving comfortable space between one another. He didn't have that much of a sweet tooth, but considering this was free, he had to make the best of it, right? As Fuyuki returned to the table, the waiter came to ask if their plates could be taken. Fuyuki allowed it and asked for more spring water for him. "No, for two," he added begrudgingly.
SapphireD910
Kenshi fell still as Fuyuki teased him of his mindless movements. "I can enjoy myself all I want... I'm paying for it." He snapped. He turned to Fuyuki to where his posture stuck his hip out and he let his hand rest on it while he looked at the taller man. He watched as he gathered up a platter of sweets in awe and slight horror. He imagined a lot of people could get sick taking advantage of the dessert options. He watched Fuyuki walk back to the table and spun around a bit to the counter. "Tiramisu please." He'd been eyeing it since he first saw the desserts, so at the very least he wanted one piece if nothing else. The creaminess and the moist cake with just a hint of coffee with the subtle sweetness. Returning to the table he wasted no time taking a spoonful of the cake and popping it into his mouth. He pulled the spoon away slowly, making sure to get all the cream off with his tongue, even humming his delight. "Mmm... so good!"
fruity
"You just take one? What's the point of all-you-can-eat if you're not choosing everything?" Fuyuki said when Kenshi came back with just one tiramisu. Fuyuki himself had been eating two macarons, enjoying the sweet delicacy, drank some water, then continuing with the caramel cheesecake. It was different than the soft, spongy cheesecake in the convenient store. Decadent with cream cheese and garnished with sweet caramel layer, Fuyuki sighed in satisfaction. "Hm~ I think this is the New York-style. What a heavenly shit," he said, deliberately adding the curse to make himself feeling better from showering it with praise. Kenshi's voice pulled his attention though, and he was in time to see the other was lapping at the spoon slowly. Whoa chill, he said inwardly, not sure if that was directed at Kenshi or himself. Tearing his sight from Kenshi, Fuyuki tried to see some more interesting things. The place wasn't crowded at lunch, but really they were all couples in dates. One couple on Fuyuki's left side were feeding each other in a sickly sweet manner. "Now that's a date," Fuyuki commented. He definitely wouldn't do the 'aaaan' thing with voice, but if it was being fed by his girlfriends, he had experienced that. "You know what, they say you could find out if you're leaning on masochist or sadistic side from the way you're being fed," he told Kenshi, spewing out random trivia again. Teasing the other, Fuyuki took a small spoon of his cheesecake, and hovered it between their faces. "Try it," he said. If Kenshi glared at him while doing so, that showed he had S side. But if he couldn't look at Fuyuki in the eyes, he was definitely an M. "Come on, I'll tell you your result after doing so." Fuyuki, enjoying the moment, definitely wore his best evil grin. SapphireD910
"It's only to start." Kenshi assured the other man. "Always so critical of what I'm doing, when you can just bask in your sweets." He listened to the noises and the way Fuyuki cursed over his cheesecake. It was like he was enjoying it, almost sexually. "Mmm." Kenshi let out a groan at the thought, but covered it with continuing bites of cake. I was not thinking of that guy getting off, or what that would be like. He tried not to laugh at the couple that appeared to be enjoying themselves, but it was so over the top he couldn't help but snicker at them a little. Then he heard Fuyuki's proposed test. "What?!" Kenshi stared at the spoon like it was some kind of trap. Why was the other man suddenly in the mood to tease him like this? Feeding another person was something pretty intimate. "Fine. But don't poke me with that fork." He hesitantly leaned forward, keeping his eyes on Fuyuki with a nervousness and suspicion. He felt almost dirty letting the other man lead anything into his mouth. Shit! Why did I have to think of it like that?! That's not... this is just a little weird... but nothing like that you idiot! Feeling the fork touch his tongue his eyes closed and he sat back without looking at Fuyuki, eyes almost wondering around the room besides Fuyuki. "So what are my results?"
