Fisk whimpered in pain but didn't pull away. As long as the Ibex didn't try to treat the wound that had bled through his shirt... It had stopped bleeding by this point, but the bloodstain was still there.

"I'm happy when he's not mad at me..." He said very softly. "So I try really hard not to make him mad... But I'm just dumb and I m-make mistakes all the time... I know he really loves me, he's gonna call me soon and come pick me up. He doesn't usually leave me out all night anymore" His voice grew more and more quiet as he spoke, it probably wasn't a good idea to admit that sometimes he was left out for days at a time.

With the wound cleaned up, Kason took a sterile adhesive bandage and placed it on top of the wound, mostly to stop him from further scratching at it rather than anything else. It would heal up if left alone since it was not all that bad. However, the one thing that was worrying the ibex was on the fox's tummy. It was probably big, given how much blood there had been, enough to even show through his shirt.

"Your shirt. Could you lift it up a little? The wound there worries me." But again, perhaps it was not the only wound there... "I promise not to say anything about it. It just needs to be cleaned." Kas choose to again postpone the topic for a little, finding the wound way more important now. "If it were to get infected, it would get you in a hospital. So you should just let me take a look instead?"

With such scars surely the last thing his abuser would want were for the fox to end up in a hospital. If it were to actually get infected, would he just leave him in that state and pretend it's nothing? The brunette was angry but he did not show it. "If you want, Connor and Alicia can leave the room." He further explained seconds later.

Fisk's eyes widened at the suggestion and he tried to pull away. "I-I'll be okay, it's not that bad" He quickly stood up again. "I-I should go, I'll be okay, I'm sorry I bothered you" He started to back away from the Ibex.

No matter what he told himself about Eric, he couldn't deny the huge amount of scars all over his body, there was barely a square inch of his body that didn't have some kind of scars. It was the same with how long he had been with his husband. If he told people that they had been intimate when Fisk was far too young. They just didn't understand that things were special between them... Right? Eric had always told him that other people wouldn't understand, they'd just think Fisk was disgusting.

Of course he half expected this. It only made him get a deeper understanding about the mess of a relationship that the fox was in. He... was probably full of scars? Kason reached out, taking hold of the young man's hand gently. He would not just let him leave.

"Please. I will not judge you. I promise. You need treatment. If it gets infected, then the one in trouble would be your husband would it not?" He hated using those words, but he was left with absolutely no alternative. He was more concerned about the fox's well being at the moment rather than whatever monster he was dating. "Do not be afraid. I swear not to say anything alright?"

The ibex's other hand had found its way back on top of the fox's head to pat. With a long sigh, Alicia stood up, pulling her husband by the hand out of the room.

Fisk went silent for a moment. Once the two cats had left the room he spoke again. "Okay..." He slowly pulled his shirt up just enough to expose the deep cut that was completing X where the other was a cut that looked less than a day old. The area around the fresh cut was covered in other cuts from the past few days. Most of his scars were in other parts of his body.

"It's not that bad..." He mumbled. It was a bad wound, but it wasn't that bad compared to some of the other wounds he had received from his husband.

It would not be a lie to say that the ibex was shaken to the core. The poor fox had endured a lot. It was surely painful. That was all that Kason coyld actually think. Just as he promised, he did not say anything about the wounds. The fresher one however looked deep.

Without a word, he similarly proceeded to clean up the wound even though it stopped bleeding. He was aware that it stung either way, so he did his very best to be as gentle as possible, not wishing to cause any more harm. As the wound was cleaned, the ibex put a sterile gauze pad over, before wrapping up his tummy in white bandages. "There. You're all good now." He got up, patting the fox once more. "I still want you to eat however."

Fisk pulled his shirt down as soon as the ibex was finished cleaning the wound. After a moment of hesitation he leaned into the man's touch, his eye slowly closing as he relax. It was so nice to be pet like this. Without even thinking about it his tail started to wag slightly.

"I... If you want me to then I'll eat... But I really don't deserve food today" His eye opened again and looked up at the Ibex. "I ended up ruining your day even though you were so nice to me... I'm so sorry"

The ibex could not do anything but smile as he noticed the movement of the fox's tail. It meant he had finally relaxed, a smile appearing on his lips. At least the man did not look all that scared anymore.

"That is not true at all. You've been a really good boy. You let me treat your wounds ven thougg you were scared. So now let's have our lunch alright?" His smile had turned geniune. "So eat with me now alright? The tea will turn cold otherwise. The cookies are best when still warm as well."

Fisk blushed softly at the compliment. It felt like such a childish thing to be happy about, being called a 'good boy.' "Okay... Thank you" He smiled shyly, sitting back down. His gaze moved up to look at the ibex. "Um..." Suddenly he realized he hadn't even introduced himself properly. "I-I'm sorry, I really have been s-so ride. I-I'm Fisk Henndik. T-thank you so much for everything, you've been so kind to me"

"My name is Kason. Kason Reid. It was a pleasure to meet you, Fisk. Ah. Call me Kas for short. It's slightly easier to remember." The ibex sat himself back down, pouring himself a cup of tea as well. The fox's cup with tea was still untouched but he hoped that was going to change soon enough.

He picked up again his half-consumed sandwich, wishing to finish it this time around. The brunette focused on the fox - whose name was Fisk- aware that Alisia and Connor were not going to return. They were quite sensitive, especially the panther- and surely they were to give the other space. That was why Kas did not call them back.

On the other hand, an idea began to form inside the ibex's head. He could not alert the police. Given Fisk's state, he would not be able to admit his own lover's abuse but take the blame upon himself. Yet he was fairly worried. It was true that the little fox needed his wounds treated because they were putting his health in danger, but again, he was not sure how the "husband" was going to react to it. Afterall, it meant that someone saw what he did. Kason was sure those scars, one way or another, were the man's fault. Perhaps it would serve as warning. Perhaps the abuser would become aware of the fact that someone knows so would stop himself from causing further harm.

But there was the other possibility. The abuser could get angry with the fox and the abuse could get worse. Was that the case, he could not hesistate on calling the police. For that, he needed to know his address. He would have Alisia follow Fisk secretly after he left and get some information. It was the only way.

"Thank you Mr. Reid..." Fisk mumbled, picking up his sandwich again. He began to slowly eat it, trying not to show how close he was to crying again. Being fed like this meant so much to him, he felt like he could just completely break down again from complete happiness. In the back of his mind he was actually hoping that Eric wouldn't call him just yet.

"I know I mentioned this a few times... But I really can't pay you anything, I can't even come back later to pay you back later. Eric manages all the money since he's the one who works" Fisk wasn't given any kind of allowance or credit card connected to his husband's account. He was completely under Eric's control.

The fox's voice woke him up from his train of thoughts. He had made up his mind. "I keep telling you. This was just a tea invitation. Would you charge your own guests? If anything, you'd be welcome to return here, as a guest. Ah and...Just call me Kas alright? Friends call me that way."

Fisk was eating. It made the ibex rather happy to see it. Somehow, Connor's food seemed to taste even better than usual. Especially the cookies. Strange, he was quite sure that was not possible not long ago. Afterall, he loved the lion's cooking.

"In exchange you should take care of yourself alright? It's a trade."

"W-we're friends..?" Fisk stared at the Ibex with wide eyes. He hadn't had a friend in so long, it seemed impossible. "I-I'll do my best..." He finished his sandwich and began to sip his tea, finally relaxing. Just when it seemed that he was fully comfortable his phone started to ring.

The fox gasped, almost dropping his teacup. It was on the third ring with he answered. "E-Eric?" Fisk stood up, and took a couple steps away from the table. "I-I'm sorry I was slow to pick up I-" He went quiet, clearly cut off by his husband.

Kason's smile faded completely, understanding that the relaxation period was over for the fox. His guard was back up and it was painful to watch. The ibex stayed quiet, not wishing to create Fisk any type of troubles, feeling rather anxious.

The brunette reached out, patting the fox's head quietly, not liking the tensing up of the young man, who seemed so much better and less jumpy before. Kas found himself hating whoever was on the other side of the line down to the core. He planned to help the fox out, one way or another, and he would not give it up until the male's "husband" was out of his life, unable to further hurt him.

How strange. Getting so protective of someone he just met. Perhaps it was the fox's pitiful state or perhaps just the innocence he had about him- either way, Fisk was not someone that could be simply left alone.

The ibex's touch made Fisk flinch, talking to Eric made him ready to be hit again. But he managed to relax a little into the touch. He gave Kason a nervous smile before turning his attention back to the conversation.

"O-okay, I'll be waiting right here. Um, s-should we stop off at the store so I can g-get some ingredients for dinner? I-I'll make whatever you want..." He went quiet again, lightly chewing his lip. "Okay... I-I love you. S-see you soon" He put down the phone and let out a sigh of relief. "He's not mad at me..."

Seeing the way that the fox flinched, Kas took his hand back, not wishing to make everything worse for the male. He was silently wondering if the abusive husband was going to punish Fisk for having spent time here. If the man was coming to pick him up, then the ibex did not want to be seen touching the other in any way.

"Well that is good is it not?" He forced a smile, losing interest in his cookies. The brunette would have wanted to say something more, but decided to leave most of it out. "It was nice meeting you today."

"Yeah, it's really good" Fisk beamed up at him. "Thank you for letting me in... Um, is it alright if I stop by again sometime?" He started to fidget with the edge of his shirt. "I-if it isn't too much trouble... I won't if you'd be bothered by it"

His ears flattened as he became more and more anxious. "I-I really don't have to, I don't want to intrude on you... Y-you won't have to treat me to food again, just being able to say hello would be nice"

The ibex could not help but let out a soft sigh. "That is such a silly question." His voice was soft and gentle, kept that way so he was not misunderstood. "Of course you are welcomed here anytime. Actually I would be upset if you never dropped by. Consider this as an ongoing tea invitation from a friend. Ah would you like me to pack you some cookies? You did not even touch them but they are delicious. It would be a shame not to even try them."

Despite his lack of apettite, Kason took another cookie, biting it to half, as if only to prove his point.

Fisk looked away, trying not to show how fearful he was. "I-I don't think that's a good idea... It might upset Eric. B-but I promise I'll come back" He looked up at the ibex with a desperate expression, afraid of making his new friend angry. "I'm sorry, I'm sure the cookies are wonderful..." He took a step back, his gaze dropping to the floor. "I should go wait outside, I don't want Eric to bother you..."

Ah. The look that appeared on the fox's face made Kason's insides turn cold once more. How could he have overlooked such important detail? He acted perhaps out of habit but now that he though about it again, it truly was a bad idea no matter how he looked at it. He would have apologized, but it wouod not have helped in the least, perhaps only making Fisk even more fearful.

"We shall be waiting for your return then. You must take care of yourself alright?"

Despite his gentle voice, the ibex was already planning to run to the kitchen and explain his pointof view. Given the anger that the lion clearly felt earlier, surely none of them would be against his little plan.

"I will, thank you so much for letting me stay..." Fisk gave him another nervous smile and turned to leave the cafe. He let out a gasp as a slick black sports car pulled up in front of the cafe. "I-I have to go, I'm sorry" He rushed out of the cafe as Eric stepped out of the car.

For a moment the bull had a look of cold rage as he saw the fox exiting the building, but the expression quickly changed to a sweet loving smile that almost looked completely genuine. He opened his arms and pulled Fisk into his arms, gently kissing the boy. When the two were next to each other it was clear that Eric was quite a bit older than the fox.

An older pervert. That was the exact impression that the ibex got as he glanced outside, before turning around and entering the kitchen. The first look on the older man's face unsettled him. It meant absolutely nothing good and it could not be left alone. The tenderness was a show. A show that he would never fall for, given the details the fox gave him.

"This place is closed for today. We need to hurry but I want you two to track Fisk dow-" The ibex stopped mid-sentence, being greeted by the couple already in their casual wear. It semed that he was not the only one thinking of it.

"I am really upset you know." The panther was the only one to speak, her eyes still puffy from so much crying. Connor's usual smile was nowhere to be found.

"Who was that?" Eric asked as soon as the ibex was gone. His voice stayed gentle even though he was really angry that someone had gotten close to the fox.

"T-that was Kas, he just let me come in and have some tea while I waited for you to call" Fisk snuggled into his husband's chest. "I'm so glad you came to pick me up..."

"Mm... Sounds like a nice guy" Eric kissed the top of Fisk's head before helping him into the car.

They drove to the grocery store where Fisk got ingredients for the meal Eric wanted, then they drove back to their home. It was a very slick modern house in an expensive neighborhood, it was clear that Eric was very wealthy.

None if the three wasted any more time uselessly talking. The panther walked out, muttering an "We will call you" while pulling on her husband's arm, set on not losing sight of the fox. Kason watched them entering the car and following slowly in pursuit.

The two did not enter the store, not getting close enough to be noticed. Connor was driving while Alisia clutched at her phone. With patience and without getting surpiciously close, finally they pulled it off.

"This place irritates me as much as that bastard." The panther clicked her tongue, but did not act rashly. Instead, she took pictures of the house, sending them to the ibex along with the address. She had decided to lay in waiting, able to burst through the door was she to hear anything suspicious.

Kas himself did not sit idly. He locked up the place in a rush, taking himself to the nearest police station. This matter had to be looked into as fast as possible.

As soon as Fisk had finished putting away the groceries he was grabbed by his husband. He couldn't even process what was happening before he was slammed against the wall with a hand around his throat. "E-Eric?" His ears flattened, as his entire body started shaking in fear. "I-I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean to d-do anything wrong..."

"Don't give me that shit, you know not to spend time with other men" The bull hissed, tightening his grip around the fox's throat. "Are you trying to make me jealous? You actually think anyone would put up with you? That guy just wants to fuck you, that's the only worth you have to anyone but me"

Fisk tried to gasp for breath, his body struggling against the iron grip. "I-I didn't..." His eyes filled with tears. "I-I'm sorry" A cry of pain escaped his lips as Eric's fist connected with his face. "I-I'm sorry" His entire body was limp, he didn't know what help to say. He had been so happy to find a friend he hadn't actually thought about what it would look like. Eric released his throat, allowing Fisk's body to slide to the ground, coughing and sobbing. "I-I won't t-talk to him again, I-I promise"

The bull pulled a knife out of the kitchen drawer and dropped it in front of Fisk. "You know what to do" He watched in silence as the fox picked up the knife and lifted his shirt, pressing the blade to his skin.
