virtualoo
All things considered, he was having a rather peaceful sleep. Hanta was having a virtually undisturbed rest before he felt a sharp prick into his neck. He wanted to scream out in pain as he could feel like his life was draining away, eyes shooting toward the creature. That bastard...He said they would not harm each other! Everything was starting to feel very light, airy and weird as he felt more blood being drained from him. It was a painful and a strange feeling.. Florence_Ashmore
It took a large bit off effort but once Kei could tell the other was to weak to struggle, he pulled back and held his hand up to the humans neck to stop the bleeding. With his other hand he reached up and felt the humans forehead to make sure he hadn't taken to much. If he had the other would have felt freezing under his skin, but he didn't. Once he was satisfied, he stepped back and reached down. Pulling one of the humans arms over his shoulder he hauled him up and began to half drag half carry him out of the building. The sun was just starting to rise and he cursed softly as the soft light spread over him. Vampires wouldn't explode under sunlight, but it quickly drained them and if they were out in it for more than half an hour at a time it could be deadly. He didn't have to walk far before he stopped at a building that red Hotel, silently he made his way inside before ungracefully depositing the human on the floor in the lobby and walking up to the concirge. "I'll like a room for two, please." His voice was still soft and his smile unreadable.
virtualoo
Hanta soon felt so dizzy and light headed he could not struggle against the other. He was barely even able to hold onto the other as he was half dragged and half walked toward a nearby hotel. Without much struggle, he was dropped onto the floor of the hotel, wincing in pain as he managed to stop his head hitting the floor with his arm. Hanta struggled to get up, trying to at the very least prop himself against the legs of the lobby chair.
Florence_Ashmore
The man behind the counter gave the vampire a wary look before reguarding the hunter on the floor sitting against the arm chair. "Your buddy over there doesn't exactly look to good, sure you won't be needing a room for one?" He asked, letting out a laugh that showed this kind of stuff likely happened often in the hotel. "Ah, don't worry he'll be fine. Probably just needs some rest and a cookie or something." Kei spoke, smiling back at the man and waving his hand nonchalontly. Bending down the oman reached under the desk before handing Kei the key. "Room 37. Please try not to leave a mess." He added to which Kei sim ply nodded and turned around hauled the other up and made his way towards the room where he ungracefully dumped the human onto the mattress. "There we go, safe and sound. See, you give me some blood, I give you some shelter. No harm no fowl?" He smiled cheekily at the other.
virtualoo
It took a few seconds to process the jumble of words that seemed distant. It seemed that this hotel either catered to him or vampire kind, the man behind the counter seeming very nonchalant about it all. It was kind of hard to focus on the nice hotel when he just had his blood drained and now another unceremonious drag and dump. Hanta glared at him, unable to do much else. "You are lucky I cannot do much...Look at me. Letting my guard down for even a moment and putting faith in a vampire to keep their word about causing no harm until healed. And now I'm in a hotel room with them.." Hanta said with a small sigh. But this was much better at least than the abandoned warehouse.. Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Florence_Ashmore
Kei sat down on the other bed, and reached down, pulling his shoes off and setting them beside the bed before reaching up and running his hands through his hair, smearing some of the dried blood on it. His eye's widened slightly as he finally noticed the red gunk all over him, he was already feeling much better so forgot that not to long ago he had two arrows in him. Glancing over towards the other, he stood up and sat next to him, seeing as he posed no threat just yet. "Yes, look at you. Nearly impaled by an arrow to the brain, but I caught it. I could have let you sleep in that building, with your hair still wet from the snow. But instead I brought you to a nice hotel and a warm bed, for the price of a small amount of blood you didn't really need anyway. So, excuse me, human if I don't have much sympathy. " With that, he stood and tossed the covers on the bed over the hunter. "I'm going to take a bath and get this blood and dirt off, you should try and get some rest before you get yourself sick." He finished before dissapearing into the bathroom.
virtualoo
Hanta did not have much fight in him to retort to the others words. He did not have much fight in him to do anything and he hated it. But right now he did need to focus on getting well or there was no point to all of this. The bed was quite comfortable...Hanta did think and gave the hotel this much credit. It was warm....and he had been out in the snow for some time. It seemed he would be given time to heal and let himself relax a bit more into the bed. Florence_Ashmore
Kei sank down into the bath and closed his eye's, finally relaxing. That was definetly high up there with close calls with the hunters. To make matters worse, there was currently one sleeping in the hotel room he paid for. Sinking further down into the tub he let himself be submerged in the water. After about two hours soaking in the water, he finally stood. After drying off he grabbed one of the soft robes since he had no clean clothes and wasn't going to put back on the dirty rags. Heading back out of the bathroom, he picked up the phone that was on the hook by the door and spoke into the phone. "Yes, i'd like to order some eggs and toast with some coffee." He ordered the human some breakfast, hoping it would help the other look a bit less dead. Within about fifteen minutes there was a knock at the door and Kei opened it to see the tray of food laying on the floor with a mug of coffee. "Hey, Human, it's breakfast time." He called out, louder than neccicary in order to wake the other up as he set the tray down on the table. "If you get some food you might feel a bit better." virtualoo
What stirred him from his sleep was a loud voice calling out 'Human'. His head pounded and he still felt weak as he tried to sit himself up in the bed. Hanta fixed his hair and smelled the scent of eggs and coffee fill the room. It reminded him of how hungry he was, more so how weak he felt. Hanta put the eggs in his mouth, letting out a content sigh as he continued to eat the breakfast. He was already feeling a little bit better..
