Snoopycake
Narrowing her light blue eyes over at the brown haired man that was screaming into her face, the hard-faced woman walked back over to her desk whilst retrievimg the large file; turning to glance at the man left in the room. “I did not know that you have not been informed of Mr Arnett’s current position. He had been moved to this hospital once his parents had been arrested. Due to him not being able to give the police an decent accounts of what his parents had done, they could not nessecarily arrest him; even though he has a disorder which would most likely cause a ‘psychotic’ episode if you will. We and the police do not believe him to be innocent.” “His violet outbursts throughout his stay had us very worried for his safety and the safety of others. It is clear now that it was not just a one time thing. Therefore, we are keeping him away from others so that he does not hurt other people.” “It is not up to you to decide whether he should or should not be admitted. It is the hospitals decision for his own benefit. He is in no stable condition to make a rational decision.” Opening the large folder, the red-haired woman flipped through the document; re-reading over the past case. “He is in good hands. We have dealt with many cases and patients like Mr Arnett. We are just doing our job.”
Guest Eornostlice
With his heart hammering in his chest, the brunette actually listened to what the wom- no- bitch had to say, his face getting obviously worse and worse by the minute. He ended up rubbing his forehead. He wanted to slap her. Badly. "So you are telling me based on past results you have decided on stripping a person of his rights, forcibly administrating tranquilizers thay could potentially harm him physically. He was obviously fuckin trembling in FEAR yet you somehow decided it was a symptom of psychopathy?!" A loud slap resounded in the room as both of Eric's palms crashed down upon the wooden desk, full force. "I can absolutely fuckin guarantee that he was anything but going to harm me. I SLEEP IN HIS BED. But if that is not proof enough for you to FUCKING DO YOUR JOB and evaluate his CONDITION'S PROGRESS even if you believe he has whatever you think he has, I BELIEVE LEGALLY YOU HAVE NO FUCKING RIGHT TO FORCE HIS ADMISSION INTO THIS WARD. If anything, it is ILLEGAL. He definitely does not wish to be here so I request transfer to a ward of MY CHOICE, as a perfectly mentally able partner! He is not under any circustances staying here, unless you are looking to get yourself sued. If you have something to complain about, I will put Levi's lawyer on the line." Picking his phone out of his pocket he was anything but calm. Mom or dad. I can only call one of them. I NEED TO CALL THEM.
Snoopycake
With her face remaining as monotone as it did before, the red-haired woman didn’t even wince as the brown haired man slapped his palms on his desk; knotting her brows together in a small frown. “Unless you have a PDH Psychology, I do not think that you can have an opinion on how Anti-Personality Disorder; let alone the brain. This disorder does not change over time, it is obvious that he has not changed. I have already explained this to you but it has seemed that you have chosen to ignore what I have said.” “You ‘guarantee’ means nothing to me. And yes, we will continue like we did before to treat Mr Arnett like we did before. We have every right to admit someone who can cause harm to his surroundings, due to his psychological stare; legally too. I’m sorry that you dislike this but I cannot help that. Now, if that is all, I will get someone to escort you off the premises until visiting hours.” Pressing a button on the white telephone that was sitting on the large desk, the blue-eyed woman was soon greeted by two security guards at her door. “If you have anymore questions you can visit the hospital website or use the labeled number and you will be in touch with someone that can help you. Thank you sir.”
Guest Eornostlice
THAT FUCKING BITCH. Eric's teeth were by now pressing together harshly, his eyes filled with rage. She thought she was going to win with that bullshit. "So you are telling me you believe you have every right to forcefully restrict someone's freedom of choice when it comes to the mental facilities they wish to get admitted to. Yes? You believe you legally have that right. I was not aware of that fact that you miss happen to have a degree in law as well. I am sure Levi's lawyers will have a very interesting point of view in this." Calm down. If you make more if a scene she can pull harrassment charges. So fsr you have done nothing. You are not making this harder alright? Fucking hell. By this point, his hands were balled up in fists. He knew he was taken for a fool. His age was obvious so clearly the bitch believed he had absolutely no right to interfere. And the worst part was she was right. He himself was a fuckin brat with no degree nor further education. But did that mean they would have his way? No. Fucking no. "Please expect the papers filled for this case by dinner. An attached copy will be sent to the hospital in an envelope as soon as that happens. You are being sued for flagrant removal of basic human rights and freedom of choice along with forced imprisonment. A second psychiatrist will similarly be consulted, with or without your consent, and depending on the results we might add the offense of false information in official documents with harmful intentions." He was boiling. "I ask if you would like to be sued yourself by giving us a name or if you would prefer the entire medical staff of the psychiatry to be called in court." No time to call. But I have to. I need to talk to mom.
Snoopycake
Ignoring the brown haired boy as he continued to speak, the red-haired woman waved his hand over at the two bulky men; indicating them over towards the other man in the room. Glancing over at the heterochromia eyed man that continued to stand in front of him, the blue-eyed woman gave him a fake smile; picking up the file once more. “Maria Ramsey. Do with that as you please.” Walking over to the punk looking kid, the two men ‘kindly’ escorted the shorter man out of the room before taking him down the stairs; moving him outside the hospital whilst standing at the large doors to make sure that the disrupting boy did not enter again. “Come back at visiting hours.” *** His whole body throbbed. He felt like he was lying on something that was hard, but not hard enough to be the floor. He remembered this feeling. Snapping up on instinct, the feminine looking boy immedietly found himself wrapping his arms around his body as he sat on the familiar bed; tears starting to roll down his face. Eric. Where was Eric? Did he leave him? He didn’t care about you. Crying harder against his knees as he rocked himself back and forth, the golden-green eyed man screamed in fear as banging on his cell and shouting from the other inmates entered his room. “SHUT THE FUCK UP!!” “STOP CRYING FAGGOT, YOUR PISSING ME OFF!” “I’ll fuckin’ kill this kid I swear to god, SHUT. UP.” He wanted to go home. He wanted to go home. He wanted to go home. He wanted to go home. He wanted to go home. He wanted Eric.
Guest Eornostlice
Receiving the name was the limit of his abilities. He was painfully aware of that. In normal circumstances, he would give a sarcastic 'thank you' as he walked out but he did not, instead trying to gather his hectic thoughts. He did not oppose the guards, walking outside to stop in the garden, shaking in anger and panic as he sat down on one of the benches. Fuck. He could not calm down. He was fucking helpless. Putting the phone tho his ear, he tried to regulate his breathing, tears forming but refusing to fall. "M-mooom?" The words escaped his kiuth the instant that his call had been picked up, his voice shaking and hurt, making him sound like a child that had been beaten up in school. A long moment of silence passed from the other line. "Eric?... Honey? What is wrong?!" "They locked him up. I am not supid, this was not right. They did not even evaluate him. It was against his will. Mom. Mom I don't know what to do. This is my fault. Mom please. Please help me. Dad too. Tell dad too. She did it on purpose. She had no fucking right to-- Mom--" "Hold on. Hold on honey! Breath. Breath and tell mom what is happening? Are you alright darling?! Who locked up who?" "Levi- They forcibly admitted Levi inside the ward. It's the central hospital. They had no right to! He had done nothing and they didn't... they didn't even... do anything!" "Honey... who is Levi? Ward? Dear please calm down and tell me what is going on properly alright? I need to understand what is going on to help. I will set this on speaker. I am in the car with dad, yes?" "Eric? You fine in there?" A man's voice could be heard as well from the end of the line, making Eric let out a hurt little sound. "No I am not fucking fine! My boyfriend! THEY FUCKING DID NOT EVEN LISTEN AND TRANQUILIZED HIM BECAUSE HE GOT SCARED! He is not a psychopath! They did not even fucking evaluate him! That bitch just had him taken away the moment he stepped in! THAT IS NOT FUCKING LEGAL. She insists she can keep him there even if he wished for another ward to take him in. She treats me like a fool! I am telling you, I know it's not alright and- and it's all bullshit but I can do nothing. For fuckin God's sake!" As soon as he closed his mouth, he was met with absolute silence. He would have thought the call had even been disconnected if not for the soft sound of the car's engine. "Are you two even listening?!?" Ah. Fuck. He was going to cry. "A-ah yes honey. Yes we are. Where are you? Where is your friend? We had a meeting with a client but we will reschedule. We will come to you alright? Just tell us where you are."
Snoopycake
Managing to look around the cell he was in, the golden-green eyed man noticed the familiar itched childish drawings he drew with a plastic spoon when he was 10; tears refusing to stop pouring down his face. Why did they put him in the same cell? It was cruel. Shakily managing to stand up from the stiff bed, if you could call it that, the dark-chocolate haired boy scurried over to the door; scratching at it until it caught the attention of some patients that seemed to be having ‘free time’. “Who the fuck is this? A kid.” “You crrrraaazzzyyyy, kid?!” “N-No p-please help me. N-Nothing is wrong with me-” “That’s what they all say~” “Hahaha! Hey Mr. Guard!! There is nothing wrong with me either! Let me out yeah!?” Slamming his baton on the door of the olive-skinned man’s cell, the dark-chocolate haired man jumped as he continued to cry; scared of his surroundings whilst feeling increasingly scared. “Move along!!” Watching the other paitent’s move away from the door, the beautiful boy watched the guard peer in before slamming his baton against the door once more; causing him to jump back and flinch. “Get back on the bed or we will restrain you!” Continuing to cry, the pretty boy quickly made his way back to the bed; clutching onto himself even tighter. Eric. Please, I’m so scared. Help me. He left you here. He’s gone.
Guest Eornostlice
"Sprite Gardens hospital. The central one... They have a mental ward on the third floor. I was really sure it would all be good since it's a good hospital. This is my fault. This is all my fault... Mom... where are you...?" "We are on our way honey. On our way. Hold on alright. We will take 10 minutes and we will be there. You just calm down and breath. We will solve it. You will tell me again what happened once we arrive. Until then calm down. I will hand up for now OK? Just wait for us." "Alright..." Hanging up, Eric placed his head in his palms. He was useless. Fucking useless. If he was a lawyer he could have prevented it. He could have done something. He could have called the police on them if he had the assurance law was on his side? No. The police had to be called either way if this process was started. Ah. Wait no. He could actually do something....? Switching phones and dialing a number, he bit down onto his tongue until it started tasting like blood. "Matt. I need you to look something up. I NEED IT FAST." "What?! Are you crazy Eric?! Calling me in the middle of the day when I am with my wi-" "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK. I SAID I HAVE SOMETHING I NEED FAST!" His voice raised once more in a fit of anger, causing an audible gasp to be triggered from the other line. "Alright. Gods, what's with you?! Tell me what you need." "Spite Gardens hospital. Look up anything you find on the conditions of the psychiatric ward. Filed police reports, ignored or otherwise, phone numbers of the caretakers of current or previous patients. All of it. I nee it all." "Wait. You seriously want me to look up a hospital's-" "WILL YOU FUCKING DO IT OR NOT?!" "Gods I get it I get it. Give me a couple of minutes, I will look it up and message you wih whatever I find. You need a visit there yourself if you ask me..." "Just do it. I will be paying later. Quit whinning!" With that much, he hung up. He needed to take Levi home. He needed to take him home quickly....
Snoopycake
Pulling up the sheets around him in some sort of protection, the feminine looking boy sniffed as he tried to calm himself down; wiping his wet face against the thin fabric. He needed to be strong. He was going to get through this. With or without help. If he answered all the right answers to the questions at the therapy sessions, then hopeful he would be able to leave a lot earlier. They won’t believe you. I could try. Even if you get out, Eric still doesn’t want anything to do with you. … Maybe he- No. He LEFT you in this place. He knows that you are fucked up. This was his plan all along. … Freak~ How long do you think that they are going to leave in electroshock therapy? You lasted an hour last time, how long are they going to push it for? Two hours? Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. He wanted Eric. How many times is it going to take for him to leave you until you realise that he does not like you? Idiot. Faggot. Freak. Disgusting. Guest Eornostlice
Waiting for 10 minutes felt like an eternity that would not pass. He was glued to that bench moving his feet in a rythmic quick pattern, checking his mobile every other second. He knew he would receive nothing that fast yet he kept looking anyway, his patience long gone. It was his other phone that buzzed first however, making the brunette jump slightly, picking up before the second ring. "Eric. Where are you? We are in the parking lot. Come here." He did not answer. Instead he got up and sprinted there, immediately recognizing his family's car- a beige colored Audi S8 purchased earlier in the year. He slid into the backseat and closed the door behind, causing the two adults to turn towards him. They both were formally dressed, with their entire appearance screaming 'bussiness'. "Eric. Alright tell us what is going on. You act as a witness for this case so we are first talking to you. Who is this boy, your relationship and the reason he came here." "Levi Arnett. My boyfriend." That statement being repeated did cause the two adults to exchange glances but they did not interrupt. "His parents are serial murderers and they had recently broke out of prison. He became extremely anxious because they are a threat to their surroundings and possibly even to themselves so I suggested this. But the moment he stepped inside, the doctor he had been sent to had his previous file in which he was accused of psychosis, an anti-personality disorded. He became extremely scared but they forcibly tranquilized him using an nearly instant type which is potentially harmful in long term and did refused his right of a second opinion." His answer caused a small smile to appear on his father's face yet it wad quickly concealed. Halfways through the answer his 'aspiring lawyer' habit kicked in, making it sound much more proper than the usual answers they would receive on their job. "Have you attempted talking to the doctor?" "Yes. I have lost my calm but not enough for harrassment charges." He admitted sheepishly, before continuing. "I have been told I have no right to talk due to myself lacking a PhD in psychology and psychosis does not change over time so they did not feel the need to re-examine him. The doctor in charge, named Maria Ramsey, has insisted she has every legal right to forcefully prevent him harming someone by locking him up." It was then that his phone vibrated, causing him to slightly jump and hastily check it under his parents' eyes. "Fucking psychos, they had complaints before regardong the inhumane treatment patients receive in there but they were ignored altogether due to the patients' poor mental condition..." He cursed out loud before remembering where he was and hastily shutting his mouth. "Eric. May we know what is that phone and where do you know that from...?" It was his father that asked him, causing him to put it away. "It is not relevant at the moment. We will talk later." The woman in the passenger seat spoke calmy, finally undoing her seatbelt. "Honey give me my bag from there, would you? I'll go have a chat with this boy." Odd eyes looked up at the woman, a tinge of warmth spreading through his heart. There was no debating on who would take the case. The brown-haired woman with blue eyes took her bag and gracefully exited the car, a bunch of papers in her hands. Snoopycake
Closing his eyes to try to stop the tears that poured down his face, the golden-green eyed boy leaned against one of the corners of the room whilst he sat on the ‘bed’; gripping tighter on the sheets that wrapped around him. His innocent thoughts found themselves back to the heterochromnia eyed man that he dearly missed. He began to remember memories with the slightly younger man that they shared in his apartment. When they would cuddle on his bed, tease each other, when the other man loved his meal that he made for him, when a sexual occurrence would happen and the brown haired man stop as he respected his wishes of waiting. And Koji. Was he going to be okay? Was Eric going to look after him? Would he be put down? It would be your fault. Tucking his head under the covers as he continued to cry, the feminine looking boy flinched every time the other patients screamed out or banged against his cell; wrapping his hands around his ears to block the sounds from coming in. Eric, where are you?
Guest Eornostlice
Watching his mother go made Eric slump in his seat, no longer interested in holding a ocnversation with his father. The ginger-brown haired older man did not mind- he was well accustomed to his son's lack of communication. What did shock him however was the previously displayed panic that was highly unspecific characteristic. He felt happy to have seen it, despite not showing so. "Your mother will solve it you know? You can relax now and she will see it through." "You do not have to tell me that. I am aware." It was only now that he was calming down. He'd see Levi in a few would he not? Even if they could not get him out right now, he would be the first to visit as soo as the visiting hours arouse. He had to see him. He had to see if he was alright. *** The brunette woman gracefully walked up to the third floor of the hospital, not seeming hindered at all by the presence of heels nor her elegant tight skirt that restricted the width of her steps. She only stopped in front of the register, giving the young woman at the desk a kind cordial smile, tucking a few hair strands behind her ear. "Excuse me. My name is Charlotte Martéze. I am here in order to have a private counsel with my client, as allowed by law. His name is Levi Arnett. Would you be kind enough to arrange that?" Snoopycake
Glancing up at the brown haired woman as she approached the desk, the young woman paused for a few moments whilst she comprehended what the other woman was asked; giving her a kind smile. Standing up from the large reception desk, the beautiful woman nodded at the other woman; straightening his skirt. “Excuse me for one moment and let me speak to my boss’. I’ll be right back.” Walking off into a large room behind the reception desk, the blonde haired woman took a few minutes before returning back to the older woman; her smile still firmly in place. “Due to the safety of the patient, Mr Arnett, you would have to speak to him in his room. If you would follow me, I’ll take you to our patient; but first I am going to have to ask for some identification before this happens.”
Guest Eornostlice
The blue-eyed woman did not mind the wait- it was something she was accustomed to. Yet for the first time in years she was mildly impatient, something she would never show openly in any other way than she was doing now, twirling her hair between her fingertips. It was Eric's panicked angry state that remained in her mind- the worry of a mother. It was not something she could actively control. "Of course, that would be no problem. Thank you for your understanding." From her bag, the brunette took out her wallet, having no problem with showing her ID along with her bussiness card as proof of authenticity. Walking along the hall, she did not look neither left nor right, not interested in anything else from the ward other than her objective. From a professional point of view, she had to hold a conversation with Levi Arnett and figure out what exactly was going on. From a mother's point of view however... she had to figure out who exactly was Levi Arnett. She did not waste words, not saying anothet thing until stopping in front of the room for it to be unlocked so she could take a good look at the young man. Thin yet moderate build, a frame on par with her own, chocolate-colored hair in a style that reminded her of her son and a scared look that broke her heart. That was the exact first impression she had on the boy. "Hello mr. Arnett. I have been informed you wanted to see me for a private counsel in order to explore the rights of treatment as granted by law. Would it be alright for me to come inside?" Snoopycake
Looking over at the brown haired woman’s identification and business, the blonde haired woman nodded politely took the beautiful woman down to Ward 27; quickly speaking to the security guard about the situation before excusing herself back to her job. *** Snapping his head over to look at the door as he saw a security guard unlocking the large door, the golden-green eyed boy tightened the sheets around him; scared of what was going to happen. Electroshock Therapy time~ Tearing up as a unfamiliar brunette woman walked into his room, the dark-chocolate haired boy listened to the other person in the room; confused and scared. Huh? Why did she look like ... Watching the large security guard shut the metallic door behind him, the olive-skinned boy curled up on the end of the bed; moving ever so slightly closer to the familiar looking woman. “ … Is Eric here? Guest Eornostlice
Gods, he looked so scared. It was much like watching a wounded puppy, so hurt and afraid of anyone, be them bad or good people. She did not like that feeling but certainly was begining to understand why Eric seemed so distressed. Something about the whole situation was indeed amiss. "Breath honey and try to calm down. It will be alright from now on, I promise. They won't let Eric in until the visiting hours and he is outside, waiting to see you. I am not sure but I think he got thrown out after making a scene." The first thing she did was answer his questions. He needed to calm down in order to properly understand what she was about to say. Walking over slowly as if afraid of scaring him even more, she sat down on the bed as well, her legs crossed. "Let me properly introduce myself. I am Charlotte Martéz, a lawyer by profession. Charla is fine for you." Her lips curled up into a sweet loving smile. "I was called by a certain frantic boy so I rushed here to see what was going on. So rest assured, I am not part of the happy staff over here. You are Levi, yes?"
Snoopycake
Feeling tears roll down his face as the brown haired woman seemed to be telling him everything that he wanted to hear, the golden-green eyed man continued to wrap his thin sheets around him whilst he moved closer to the beautiful woman; his bottom lip trembling. “ … I-Is he really? … T-That makes me so happy.” Giving the blue-eyed woman a weak smile as he continued to cry, the dark-chocolate haired man wipped his eyes quickly; sniffling any more upcoming tears away so he would not embarrass himself in front of the heterochromia eyed mans mother. “I-It’s lovely to meet you. E-Eric talks about you often. Yes, I am L-Levi. … P-Please help me. I-I don’t want to be in here again, I want to go home. Guest Eornostlice
The boy in front of her was crying and it was not something she enjoyed seeing. So far, she was getting seriously attached to the emotional scared young man. Reaching out, she gently and lovingly wiped out his face, pulling out of her bag a pack of tissues to offer to the chocolate haired boy. "Don't cry now honey, you are a big boy so tears should be kept for that one person you can trust with your soul." She chuckled softly, running her hands up his hair. Eric was talking about her? Really...? She was moved. Thay child hardly even talked to her lately... yet he did talk to his boyfriend about her? It mafe her unbelievably happy. "I will get you out honey. But you need to listen to a very boring law-related talk. I will brief it out for you through. First step, is you need to sue the hospital. From what Eric told me, they have already ignored quite a couple of rights you have through law and they will pay for it, literally. It is enough to get them shut down. Some people might end up in jail too. But... here is the catch. The second step is to ask for a second opinion. Having a second specialist evaluate your condition. How we will proceed next is then up to their evaluation. If you are found to really suffer of psychosis, you will request a transfer to another ward. Only then will you get discharged. We can fight them to let you go but that would take weeks to finalize because they might not agree. Transfer is the much better solution. If you are not however, we take you straight out and add it to the offenses they are being sued for so we make sure they can't wiggle their way out. The process takes time but you will be out before it either way. Tell me if you understood everything I said up to this point."
Snoopycake
Feeling his heart flutter at the kindness of the brown haired woman showed towards him, the golden-green eyed man happily took the offered tissues; pulling out a fresh one to dry his eyes. “T-Thank you Ma’am.” It was shocking how alike the beautiful woman was to the lover, having the similar ideology of crying; quickly regaining composure of himself whilst stopping the tears from falling down his face. Listening to the older woman speak as asked, the dark-chocolate haired man twirled his hair on the ends of his fingers as he processed what she said; blinking innocently at the pretty woman. This woman was god sent. “ … S-Sueing the hospital sounds complicated but i-if you know what you are doing, then that’s o-okay. I don’t mind if a second specialists evaluates me, b-but I don’t want it to be anything painful like electroshock therapy p-please. … H-How long do I need to be in here for?l”
Guest Eornostlice
"Do not worry honey, as I said, I am a lawyer. And I haven't lost a case in 6 years. This definitely won't break that record." She spoke gently, grateful to see that the golden-green eyed boy had stopped crying and was much calmer. It made her feel relief. However that smile did not last long. "You need to make it through the night." She knew the young man would not like it and knew her that own son was about to have a fit over it but there was no helping it. There was no way around it. Sure, Levi was surely going to be taken out one way or another and the trash dump they called a war was going to get shut down or get the staff entirely replaced but in the end it was all a matter of 'when'. "Tomorrow morning you will be seeing a second specialist. It will be only having a talk so you do not need to worry about anything. The moment you talked to them will be the moment you either stroll out of here or move to a new place. But the soonest I can get that to happen is indeed tomorrow early in the morning." It was fairly frustrating to know you cannot solve a completely unfair issue in a matter of seconds. It was awful knowing that there was no other solution. Rustling through the papers she had brought inside, the brunette picked one of them to place on top of the pile. "If you are alright with this and understand everything this far, just so I have proof in case that they try to pull anything weird on me, I have this. I have it from a previous case but it will come in handy. These are exerpts from the law stating your right as a patient, includig the rights they have already broken. I will state them myself in non-boring language in a minute. But until then..." Making a brief pause, the beautiful woman got out a pen, handing it out to the young man. "I need you to write and sign a request in which you cite this paragraph along with the number you see in front of it, asking to use your law-provided rights in seeing a second therapist. This way they cannot deny anything and do not have the right to say no unless they want to end up in prison- not that they would not end up in there either way, mind you." Snoopycake
Smiling weakly up at the brown haired woman as she spoke kindly towards him, the golden-green eyed man continued to wipe his eyes as she told him that he would have to stay another night; still desperate to see the heterochromnia eyed man he missed so much. “O-Okay … But please make sure that I can see Eric at visiting hours … I wouldn’t be able to cope if I don’t see him.” Keeping the blankets still firmly around him, the dark-chocolate haired man let his head lean against the wall to his left; biting his nails off. Watching the beautiful brunette rustle through her papers, the olive-skinned boy glanced over at the documents that where passed to him; trying to read as much as he could on the papers. Accepting the pen from the other woman, the feminine looking boy quickly began to write his paragraph and signed his name along the bottom of it; passing it back to the older woman. “There you go. … How long until visiting hours?”
Guest Eornostlice
Taking the paper back, the beautiful woman scanned it once for any posdible errors before putting it back on top of the pile of documents. It felt good to have all that part over with, to say the least. It was a firm step towards ending the mess Levi was currently in. "Do not worry honey. Even if they want to stop him, they have no way to. The visiting hours are his and yours and he has a big enough mouth to argue if something would go wrong." Lifting the cuff of her blazer a little to glance at her watch, Charlotte smiled. 2:45. "You can see him in exactly 15 minutes." So far, she was already getting attached to the frail-looking child. He was cute, that was for sure, and definitely not playing with Eric's mind as she had initially feared. As for the part that he was a male, she was not concerned. "I am glad that you are there for that child. Sorry. This is our first meeting and it is completely improper for me to say this but thank you. I wish we did not meet under these circumstances but... simultaneously you made me see something I have not seen in about ten years... My precious son looked human." Getting herself up from the bed, the brunette gathered her things properly. "Ah one more thing. You have each and every legal right to refuse any treatment you do not agree with, such as shock theraphy. If they overstep it, tell me first thing when we meet again in the morning. But also take care of yourself."
Snoopycake
Running his thin fingers through his hair, the feminine looking boy watched her put away the papers after looking over his paragraph; tucking his hands back in the covers as the other woman continued to speak. Perking up at the beautiful brunette as she spoke up about the soon visiting hours, the delicate looking boy practically beamed up at the older woman; his mind racing with the thought of seeing the heterochromnia eyed man soon. “Really? Thank you.” Tucking a few stands of hair behind his ear, the golden-green eyed man crossed his legs; excitingly waiting to go and see the other man that he missed. Listening to the pretty woman talked positively about himself and his lover, the dark-chocolate haired man felt flattered that he helped Eric in such a large way that benefited his mothers life so much; finding himself standing up from his feral position to hug the blue eyed woman. He felt safe. "I-I also apologize for our first meeting to be like this. I promise to take care of him and love him to the best of my ability. Your son is wonderful and you should be proud. I think you would be happy to know that I'm forcing him into to go back to law school. It seems to be something that he is very passionate about so I think it would make him happy to have a career in something similar." "Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to help me. I look forward to meeting you outside of this place, you must definitely come round for dinner. Eric likes my pasta." Nodding at the beautiful brunettes mention of refusal of the therapy, the golden-green eyed beauty hoped that he would have time to get out before anything like that happened. Guest Eornostlice
The middle-aged woman stopped dead in her tracks at the sound of Levi's voice, not managing to open the door before everything went blurry from the sheer volume of salted water gathering into her eyes, threatening to pour down in streams. She turned around to face Levi once more, her expression a mix of joy, pain and a thousand other complicated emotions at the same time. The moment she saw the small figure on the bed, the tears could no longer be held back so they flew freely. "Fuck." She cussed under her breath at the hitch in her breath, her calm professional attitude shattering to pieces in an instant. Yet she could not stop them. She could not stop her own tears at this point, making her praise the Gods for not having the habit of wearing mascara. "Fuu... I... am sorry. Can... can you repeat that? Eric... MY Eric... agreed to..." She spoke in small bits of words, wiping away at her eyes. "He agreed... to go to law school? He... he told me nothing..." Even as she spoke them, the words sounded surreal. She must have head wrongly. She must have. Eric did not want to be a lawyer. He used to but not anymore. He had that passion and had that kind of talent. Had being the key word. Past tense. She saw every aspiration curl up and die right before her eyes so how could she remain composed? She saw those bright eyes turn dull and cold herself and she understood. That was why neither her nor her husband ever pushed any kind of expectation onto him- they hoped for the best for their child. They hoped to give him time so he would find something he would want to do himself once more, but it was never of use. And talking about it only made them meet with closed doors. Unable to contain herself, she hid her face away with her palms.
Snoopycake
Blinking up at the brunette woman as he froze in place at his comment on Eric joining a law school, the feminine looking boy immediately jumped up as the other woman turned around to look at him; quickly picking up the packet of tissues. Shocked as the blue-eyed woman swore out loud, the delicate looking boy found himself moving closer as he pulled out a clean tissue out for the pretty lady; passing it to her instantly. “Y-You would like me to repeat that? … Alright, I-I wanted Eric to get a degree in something so he told me to choose something for him. I-I thought that law would be suitable for his personality. I did not realise at the time that he had such a link to the subject. He cried and told me that he would do so. … I am sure that he was going to tell you.” Unsure of how to comfort the brunette beauty who was crying, the dark-chocolate haired boy linked his fingers as he stared at his shoes; biting again at his nails out of a nervous habit.
