It wasn't Kiel's choice to take the job, it was never his choice to take any job. He had been raised by an organization called Indigo which hired him out as either a bodyguard or assassin, depending on who paid more. Kiel himself never had any say in who he killed. He had been raised as an elite, a perfect machine, emotionless even. Of course he still had some kind of emotion deep down, but he had to be as inhuman as possible to do his job.

 

Kiel was accompanied by a man from Indigo, someone who would deal with the finances. They rode to the palace in a sleek black car, completely silent. Kiel knew what his mission was, there was no need for any further conversation.

 

Their vehicle was checked by security before they were allowed to park on the premises. The pair was led into the palace and up to the prince's office. As they walked Kiel's gaze flitted around his surroundings, memorizing every detail of the palace and it's grounds.

 

Finally they were brought before the prince. The other employee smiled politely and bowed, Kiel also bowed but his emotionless expression didn't change in the slightest. The pair waited for their client to speak first.

Tapping his fingers on the table, looking out the window, Mitzu yawns and wonders how long his assigned bodyguard was going to show up. He stretches his arms over his head and then gets up from his chair, walking to the window as he heard a knock on the door, "yes.. what is it?"

 

The maid opens the door slowly and looks at Mitzu, "excuse me, but your father wants you to join him downstairs. He said your bodyguard is on his way," she bows her head and then closes the door.

 

Mitzu sighs and nods his head, rubbing the back of his head as he walks out of his room and heads downstairs. He could see his father waiting for him and walks in, sitting next to his father and rests his chin on his palm.

 

He perks his head up as he notices the door open with a couple of the soldiers and accompanying them was his new bodyguard and an escort.

 

Mitzu's father nudges Mitzu and nods his head, looking towards the two that were now in the palace and then stands up, "welcome fine sirs."

 

Mitzu stands up silently and then bows his head but then sits back down, looking to the side.

 

Mitzu's father sighs, knowing Mitzu didn't really want a personal bodyguard but since he was at the age of being an adult, he had no other choice, "can we offer you anything? You must want something from your travels?"

[Kotorichan]

"Oh no, we're perfectly fine." The employee said without changing from his polite smile. "I am merely here to make sure that there are no problems with the transaction. Shall I review the information about the service you have purchased?" Everything about the man seemed fake, as if he had been programmed to say all of this.

 

Kiel on the other hand had finished observing the room and was fixated on the prince, memorizing his mannerisms. It seemed like a silly thing to do perhaps. But if someone used some sort of magic to disguise them self at the prince Kiel would need to know. His gaze was intense and almost unblinking, many would find it disturbing to say the least.

 

"Of course if you have no questions then I shall leave you be, I don't wish to intrude on your time. I know you're both very busy." The employee continued.

Mitzu's father nods his head slowly, "well.. alright if you say so," he rubs the back of his head with a smile. He looks over at Mitzu with a sigh, wondering how well Mitzu would do with a bodyguard. He experimented here and there with getting a bodyguard for Mitzu as he was growing up but he wanted no part in it. He nods his head, "ah yes please do," he sits back down in his chair.

 

Mitzu closes his eyes as he taps his fingers on the chair's arm with a sigh, glancing to the side, hoping this wasn't going to take long. He slowly glances over, noticing that his future bodyguard was staring at him. Mitzu glances to the side and crosses his legs, closing his eyes once again.

 

Mitzu's father laughs a little, shaking his head, "nah I just finish eating and .. I am sure Mitzu was just sitting around in his room." He looks over at Kiel and then Mitzu, "why don't you two get to know each other while we have a private talk?"

 

Mitzu opens his eyes as he looks at his father, slowly looking at Kiel and nods his head slowly, "...fine."

[Kotorichan]

Kiel bowed deeply, taking his eyes off his charge for only a few seconds before straightening. "Please lead the way your highness." It was the first time he spoke since he arrived. His voice was deep and perfectly void of all emotion. He followed after the prince as soon as the boy began to walk, not making any gesture to say goodbye to his coworker.

 

The other employee didn't even look at Kiel instead he stepped forward and began to talk to the king about the details of Kiel's service.

Mitzu looks at the other and slowly nods his head as he goes up the stairs, looking over at the escort and his father. He walks down the hallway and then opens the door to his room, walking inside. He looks up at the male and then walks inside of his room, sitting on his bed, "so.. um..," he rubs the back of his head slightly, unsure what to really say and looks to the side, "what did you do before this..? What is your name," he rests his elbow on his leg as he puts his chin within his palm.

 

Mitzu's dad continues talking to the employee, nodding his head while listening and rubs his chin slightly, "he sounds like he would make a good guard for my son."

[Kotorichan]

"I am agent 1119-8723, I am also called Kiel. Whichever you prefer your highness." Kiel stood in front of the prince, looking around the room. "I have never done anything else. I was raised to be a bodyguard since I was born. That is why I was hired to protect you. I will do whatever it takes to keep you safe."

 

"Agent 1119-8723 has never disappointed a customer." The man said with the same smile. "Your son will be the safest person on the planet."

Mitzu blinks a little and shakes his head, "I am not going to call you by numbers.. so I think I will just call you by Kiel." He watches Kiel look around his room and tilts his head to the side, blinking a couple of times, "so.. that is all you did? You sure are a pretty well experience bodyguard." Mitzu looks at Kiel and nods his head, "I am sure you will do a good job."

 

Mitzu's father smiles and nods his head, "sounds good to me. He is sometimes a bit... of a wanderer, especially on the weekends," he sighs softly and rubs his chin, looking forward to see how well agent 1119-8723 was going to do.

[Kotorichan]

"Of course your highness, I will do anything to protect you. I am well aware that my life is worthless, especially compared to yours." Kiel bowed deeply and then straightened up. "I am not sure if you have been informed of this, but I am a shape-shifter. So if you wish to forget about my very existence please tell me and I can take on the form of a bug or some other small creature and follow you about your day without showing myself."

 

"That is perfectly fine, 1119-8723 will protect him wherever he goes." The man bowed. "Is there anything else I can do for you your majesty?"

Mitzu looks at Kiel and blinks a couple of times with a sigh, crossing his arms and shakes his head, "don't.. talk like that. Just because I am royalty doesn't mean you are worthless. Hm.. it is my first time hearing about it but I am not going to have you change into a bug or anything small.. how are you suppose protect me in a small form?"

 

Mitzu's father looks at the man, rubbing his chin and shakes his head, "hm.. I think you basically told me most of the details..," he rubs the back of his head and jolts, looking at the man, "does.. 1119-8723 have any.. urges? Or likes men? I figured I would ask to see if he would do anything sexual to my son."

"My life is worthless even when it isn't compared to yours. That is why I have been trained for this, I am meant to give my life for whoever I protect if need be. Of course that isn't ideal since I would be unable to protect anyone after I died." Kiel said the words without any emotion, as if stating the simplest facts. "Being in a small form would mean I have to change forms to protect you, so there would be a slight delay. But it would be better than leaving your side for even a moment."

 

"He has been trained to repress any sexual urges. Being of his training I believe that he won't even have such urges at all, but if there are any then he wouldn't act on them." The man thought for a moment. "However, if your son were to order him to do any sort of sexual act he would obey... If there is any chance that your son would make such an order then you should first order agent 1119-8723 not to follow any of those orders. Your son is his charge and so he will be the one protected, however you are the client so your orders will overpower anything your son asks for."

Mitzu crosses his arms with a sigh, ~so.. I wind up with a depressing guard? That's .. good I think? I know he will do a good job protecting me but.. I don't want him to act like he shouldn't take care of his own life.~ He thought as he looks at Kiel and nods his head slowly, "well.. I am sure you will do your best, no matter what you do to protect me."

 

"Well.. here is the thing. I am not like other parents that want their child to wait for it. See.. Mitzu sometimes sneaks out and I worry he will bump into the wrong kind of people that will violate him. Instead of.. losing his virginity due to rape, I rather he lose it to someone that is willing to .. get rid of it. I know it is kind of strange. But I don't want to see him get into a traumatize state," he nervously rubs the back of his head.

[Kotorichan]

"Of course, please do not worry your highness." Kiel attempted to give a reassuring smile but it ended up looking sinister instead. "I will never allow any harm to befall you. Would you like to inform me of what you will be doing today? It can help me to be prepared if I know your plans. Of course if you would prefer not to then I will still be able to protect you."

 

"Ah, that is very progressive of you your majesty." The man said. "You can rest assured that your son will lose his virginity to whomever he chooses. If he wants that to be with agent 1119-8723 then it will, otherwise our agent shall protect him towards anyone who may attempt to force him into sex."

Mitzu blinks as he saw Kiel trying to smile but completely failed. He rubs the back of his head, ~hm, does.. Kiel not smile a lot or something,~ he thought as he looks up at Kiel. "Oh... um nothing really major today, I just got to lesson to some lectures about becoming the future king once my dad retires his position. That is about it," he rubs his chin slightly.

 

Mitzu's father nods his head slowly and rubs his chin, "well.. better to be safe than sorry I suppose. It is looking out for Mitzu so...just thinking ahead." Mitzu's father nods his head slowly and slightly bows his head, "sounds good to me either way," he leans back within his chair.

[Kotorichan]

Kiel bowed deeply. "I understand, I will accompany to your class when it is time. For now please feel free to do whatever you usually do in your free time. I will not get in your way." He straightened up again, his gaze wandering around the room. It really was important that he became familiar with his surroundings.

 

"That is true." The man kept his smile. "If there is nothing else I can do to help you then I should take my leave. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that may arise."

Mitzu nods his head with a smile as he was sitting on his bed. He rubs the back of his head as he glances at Kiel and tilts his head, laughing a little and shakes his head, "nah.. I don't do much on free time.. I am not even sure what free time is.. just too busy with my teachings and sitting in my room.. and that is why I sneak out sometimes," he looks out the window and rubs his chin. He watches Kiel as he was looking around and figured he would read a book until his class started.

 

Mitzu's father shakes his head and then stands up, walking to the door, "alright well.. thanks for everything. I will contact you if anything comes up or if I have any questions," he opens the door so the escort can walk out and slightly bows.

[Kotorichan]

Kiel stood back towards the wall, staying perfectly still and silent so that he wouldn't disturb the prince. If he was asked to do anything or if any danger approached then he would act. But for now he appeared to be a lifeless statue and would remain that way until something required him to act.

Mitzu rubs the back of his head with a yawn, stretching his arm over his head as he crosses his legs while reading. He glimpses up at Kiel, watching him just stand there and he slowly looks back down at his book to go back to reading. A knock was on his door as a sign that Mitzu's class was about to start. Mitzu puts the book down and starts walking out of his bedroom, looking at Kiel, "well.. I guess we better go."
