Name: Hyeon Nakamura

Age: 26

Gender: Male

Occupation: South Korean Singer/Actor

Height: 5'10

Weight: 157

Personality: Calm and steady minded, Hyeon can be rather witty, fiercely protective and playfully sarcastic but only with those he trusts and loves. For his fans and coworkers, he's charming and downright princely, earning himself the love and devotion of almost everyone he meets. To those he doesn't care much for, he has a tendency of being cold and distant, not wanting to waste much of his time interacting with them.

Likes: Anything and everything music related, animals of any shape or size [[something obvious since he turns into a mushy pill of jello around animals he runs into]], the ocean and most bodies of water, his "fiancée" and his "daughter".

Dislikes: Cruelty towards those he cares about, unfairness, being treated like he was never important, people who have destroyed his trust in them.

Song:

Sighing softly as he gazed out at the view of nightfall in his beloved city, Hyeon stood as still as a stone in front of the massive window that covered a good portion of his condominium's main wall. The view was spectacular and breathtaking but the man's lilac eyes weren't really seeing what was in front of him. He wasn't really seeing the sparkling city lights stories beneath the condom he had on the 20th floor of this huge building. He wasn't seeing the beauty of the night sky stretched out High above him yet close enough to almost seem if he reached out, he could grasp one of those shiny little stars that night after night shone proudly with all their light. Those natural unique and lovely lilac eyes were miles away from where he stood. Years away. Surrounded in the memory of a pair of people he had turned his back on when it became clear that they didn't need him. Of the family he had left behind to live out his own dreams without bothering to ask for their support. Of the friends he had greeted with warm smiles the day he had completed vanished from their lives many years ago.

It had been a month now since he received the news of his twin's passing. Hotaru and he had once been very close and though Hyeon hadn't bothered to reach out through the years, the death of his twin still hurt. It felt like a wild fire had been lit underneath his skin and just the thought of breathing was too painful to consider. There were still days that he wanted to make himself believe that this was all a bad dream. That no matter the silence that had grown between him and the people he had left behind, they were still alright. That Hotaru was still with their childhood friend. That they were still happy and deeply in love. That they were still enthralled with the thought of being Soulmates.....However, Hyeon knew better than to lie to himself about something so important.

His mother had called him soon after news of Hotaru's death had reached him. She had begged him to come home. That she wanted her remaining twin to be where she could see and feel him. Nevertheless, Hyeon had refused to answer her call. Not only because he didn't want to return to a city where most of the darkness of his heart had developed. But because he didn't want to cause anymore unneeded pain to his mother. Hotaru and he had been identical twins, the only difference being the slight difference in shade of their eyes. Seeing him would only cause his mother and their entire family more grief, and Hyeon would not be responsible for that....So he had stayed away. He still had a family to take care of himself and his own career to worry about.

However when his mother had asked him to house his brother's lover/partner, Hyeon couldn't find it in himself to say no.....no matter how much he had wanted to. He had no desire to see Keiji again after so long and under these circumstances...yet his mother had insisted and Hyeon had had no other option but to allow his will to bend and agree.

That had been a bit earlier today, he supposed that Keiji must have already gotten picked up by the driver Hyeon had sent to retrieve him. They were probably on their way here even as he stood about with a distant expression on his face. At the very least Midori and little Emi were asleep. When he reunited with a ghost from his past, he'd rather have no one in the cross hairs. For now, all he could do was wait until the phone call reached him that the man had finally arrived.

PERSONALITY

+Self-reliant, Patient, Agreeable, Inconsiderate, Inattentive

Keiji stared emptily at the bright city, passing by lively squares and lights that beamed so bright it was almost irritating. The black haired man sat silently in the car that his old friend- and late partner's twin brother- sent for him. Since his late partner passed away and he himself 'hadn't been doing so well', as his mother-in-law told him, Keiji was going to stay with Hyeon Nakamura for awhile. Hyeon Nakamura... a name that has been on his mind for awhile. Whether it was because of the constant media advertisement of the lilac-eyed man or the disappointing absence of him at his twin brothers funeral, the silent man did not know. Well, actually, he did know but he didn't want to focus on that thought right now. It disheartened Keiji to think that just a couple weeks ago, while he was still unresponsive to the breathing life outside his own home, a new name had crawled onto the skin of his wrist. Hyeon Nakamura. His own late lovers brother. The only word he could use to describe how he feels about this is 'shameful'.

Keiji couldn't help but feel the guilt and shame bear heavily on his shoulders. It only had been a little over a month since his partner died and he was no where near the stage of moving on. As if he would think that's a possibility. The black-haired man had tried to scratch off the name while in a fit of frustration and panic but only ended up feeling worse. For now, Keiji just wrapped a bandage around his wrist to cover up the confusing mark. His heart felt alarmingly heavy whenever he thought about what his late partner would think. Though its not like he asked for Hyeon's name to show up. Still, he couldn't help but feel deeply guilty and even more so now that he was going to stay at Hyeon's place for awhile. But his mother-in-law was so worried for him that Keiji just couldn't turn the woman down and it was a bit of a relief to get away from his home. Lot of memories that he wanted to escape from. He eerily chuckled to himself which made the driver glance at him through the rear-view mirror. Keiji thought it was cruelly funny that he had even faced down all the picture frames in his house. He doesn't want to forget his lover but the smiling pictures were just painfully mocking him. At the time it felt as if they were yelling at him and reminding him that there would be no more happy pictures like those with or without Hotaru.

Keiji hadn't realized he was at his destination until the driver opened the door for him. Even then it took a few seconds for him to register that he had to get out of the car. He had always been slightly absent-minded but lately people have been more than lenient and excused his behavior. Though he wouldn't say his recent behavior was due to his inattentive nature. No. It felt a lot more void and pointless than the jovial act of daydreaming.

Keiji took two of his bags from the cars trunk, even though the driver insisted he could carry them. Keiji waited for the driver to finish a phone call and followed the man inside the beautiful condo. It was impressive though he would probably be more amazed if he was here under better and happier circumstances. The driver escorted him into the elevator, probably making the trip up with him because Keiji couldn't hold three. As the buttons beamed each level they went, Keiji couldn't help but feel nervous. Once the 17th floor button glowed, It seemed to finally hit him that he would be seeing an old friend who he didn't even know if he had the right to call an old friend anymore. His hands started to shake as the 18th floor button glowed. He started doubting his decisions. Should he have stayed home? The 19th floor button lit up and Keiji lowered his head as something terrifying dawned over him. Hyeon looks like Hotaru. What if he started crying? He should've never have came here. The 20th floor button beamed and the doors opened, making a 'dinging' sound which snapped him back into reality. Nerves less frantic, he stepped out of the elevator ready to face the inevitable face that was going to greet him.

Pulling out his phone from the pocket of the loose black sweat pants he usually wore around the house and what more than usually became pj bottoms for him more than not, Hyeon briefly flickered his eyes down at the name displayed on the vibrating device. Slowly he unlocked it and brought it up to his ear. Hearing the familiar voice of his driver saying that they had arrived at the condo, Hyeon nodded even though he knew that there was no way the man could see him.

"Thank you, Lee. Bring him on up, the spare room is ready for him. I'll just need a bit of help with getting his bags into the room" Hyeon responded in the typical warm natured, calm tone of voice that was strictly reserved for those who had earned both his trust and his affection. No matter whether they were coworkers or they worked for him.

Once his driver agreed with his words, Hyeon went ahead and hung up, pocketing his phone once more and turning his eyes back to the outside world while he waited to see a ghost from his past. Frankly, he had mixed emotions about the situation. Had it been up to him, he would have preferred to keep his distance from everyone of his past but he had made his mother a promise to try and look after Keiji. Hyeon might not have been thrilled about what had just been dumped onto his lap on top of everything else he had to worry about, but he would handle it as best as he could. Besides, Midori already knew the full situation and had agreed to help him as best as she could so at least he wouldn't be facing a fragment of his past alone.

When the sound of a ding filled the quiet of the condo's wide living room, Hyeon hesitated for a moment until he heard the elevator doors swish open, only then did he turn around to face his guest. Lilac eyes rested on Lee first to make sure his driver was doing fine, it was something of an old habit Hyeon couldn't really control, before his eyes found their way onto the man he hadn't seen since he had left his city. With his expression remaining calmly serene and neutral, Hyeon flickered his gaze up and down Keiji before slowly locking eyes with the man.

Honestly, Keiji hadn't changed entirely too much. He was older now, more mature looking and he bore a heavy sadness both on the inside and outside....but he hadn't become unrecognizable. Which was good, Hyeon supposed. It simply meant that he wouldn't have to struggle too much to get accustomed to Keiji again. As he searched the other man's eyes, Hyeon felt a thread of pity and equal sadness momentarily fill his heart and cause his chest to tighten before he inhaled deeply and pushed those emotions firmly to the back of his mind.

"Lee, please bring his bags to the guest room" Hyeon finally parted his lips to say, resting his eyes on Lee for a moment before turning them back on Keiji. For the life of him, he couldn't bring himself to move any closer to the other man, it was as if his body was resolutely refusing to be forced into close proximity with the person who he had left everything behind for. He didn't blame Keiji for silently having fed Hyeon's urge to abandon his old life, but it still hurt to look at him. To look at his own Soulmate and act like the man was nothing to him. Especially now when they were both left reeling by Hotaru's passing. Nevertheless, he forced himself to do just that in order to protect himself from being unintentionally hurt by this man again.

Watching from the corner of his eyes as Lee gently pried the bags out of Keiji's hands and hurried down a long hall towards where the guest room would be located, Hyeon finally managed to make himself move. With steady, quiet steps he turned and headed further into the condo and towards the open kitchen it had. "I'm sure it's been a long trip, Keiji. Did you want something to drink or eat? We have some food left over from dinner earlier tonight" he tossed over his shoulder even as he walked away from the other man.

Maybe he should have greeted him in a more friendlier manner. Perhaps a handshake or a hug or anything close to that.....but just the thought of that had pain prickling in his heart and he didn't want to dwell on the thought of the name that had accompanied him through the years. The name that was written down on his wrist and hidden from the world by his trademark leather bracket.

"Mother said you were having a hard time after Hotaru's funeral. Hopefully your stay here will help you deal with your loss a bit better" Hyeon added after a moment with a brief glance back over his shoulder at the man that had meant the world to his brother when his Twin had lived.
