Height: 6’0”

Weight: 155 lbs

Birthday: September 29th

Zodiac: Virgo

Nationality: American

Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance

Hair Color: Black

Eye Color: Dark Brown

Extra: Oliver’s appearance depends day by day. If he’s tired, it’s more likely to be messy. If he’s gotten his caffeine in the morning, he’ll look prim and proper. He has a tattoo of a butterfly on a pink breast cancer ribbon to pay tribute to his grandma, along with her death date. (Located on his left shoulder).

Traits & Info

Personality: Oliver is a shy guy. He normally only speaks out when the situation desperately calls for it. The guy tries to avoid going outside, and normally stays inside, reading and playing on his game console (when he isn’t working). He tends to try and avoid as much human interaction as possible, finding himself at a loss for words, and ending up saying something ridiculous. If Oliver’s angry, upset, or unhappy in someway, he doesn’t speak out, bottling his emotions until he blows, punching a pillow out of frustration. He has a hard time trusting people and doesn’t let them easily in.

Likes: Games, reading, the darkness, junk food, being left alone, soda, and any sort of fruit.

Dislikes: Sweets, going out, his job, interaction, early mornings, and materialistic people.

Occupation: Accounting Manager

Bio

Oliver was an only child, alone and left to his own devices. Having his parents leave him when he was a small child, his grandma was left to take care of him alone. He grew up happy, trying not to be as selfish as possible, and helping his grandmother out in any way that he could. Every day he watched the clock on his wrist, waiting to meet the love of his life. One day, the clock just stopped moving at all. His grandmother had to comfort him, letting him know that his soulmate moved on to a better place. Not longer after, his grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Even though she fought for another five years, at the age of 17, Oliver was left alone. Determined to make a life for himself without being dependent on people, he gave up on silly things like love, and made his way to becoming an accounting manager. Currently he lives a comfortable life that allows him to get by.

Oliver was never the type of guy you’d find out and about. Interaction was like speaking a foreign language to him. Communication took practice. He didn’t have time to perfect the way he interacted with people. It was too much work. He already had so much on his hands already. Including people in his personal life wasn’t worth the effort. He’d rather just go without people in his life in general. Speaking was too hard, and it was extremely awkward to just walk up to a random stranger and strike up a conversation. He was jealous of charismatic people, drawing everyone around them in. Too bad that wasn’t how his life went.

Life was always harsh on him. Everyone in this world has a soul mate. What was that gibberish? It was a lie. Oliver’s clock stopped ticking for him when he was young. Seeing the numbers day by day is exciting. It raises the hopes of the person, waiting to meet their “true love.” What is true love? Nothing but a lie. He faced the harsh reality that there were soul mates who would never meet. That was him. Forever alone was his romantic life. There was never going to be a chance to find someone.

That was a funny joke. The clock ticked. Why? Why was it moving again? Was it really going to force him to go through this painful experience again? The numbers were flitting by so fast, becoming only two days before he was supposed to meet his “chosen one.” That made absolutely no sense. The person chosen for him had died years ago. Was he revived as a zombie? Not likely. Oliver loved his video games, that didn’t mean he’d bring fantasy into reality. He’d keep zombies in entertainment, that was where the belonged. He didn’t want a dead person as his lover. Then he’d have to kill them all over again.

The world wasn’t black and white as many people wanted it to be. It wasn’t obvious with why things happened, or what forced change the ticking clock on his wrist. Oliver would’ve killed to know the answers. None would come and he’d be charged with murder. This force was causing his clock to move and he just had to fall into the flow. No questions asked.

Oliver set down the controller, pausing his game. It was getting late in the day and his stomach was grumbling, demanding to be fed. Checking the fridge he mentally slapped himself, running his hands through his hair. No food, just his luck. Guess he had no choice but to go grocery shopping. It would only take about thirty minutes. Not too much time from his game, and not too long out in public. It would be okay.

In the store, he searched the aisles, pulling off easy to cook foods. Macaroni and cheese, ramen, soups. Anything that didn’t involve much of a culinary ability he put in his cart. His grandmother was a wonderful cook, unlike him. Once he melted a pot to their stove when trying to cook something fancy. Least to say, he wasn’t allowed in the kitchen for damn near a month. Mistakes happen, right? Right.

00:02:58. Noticing the time on the clock, he froze in place. Many people watched their clock intently, anxious to meet the one. Oliver stopped caring even when it started the second time. His suits and watched normally covered up his wrist. He didn’t make it a point to constantly check either. The accountant wasn’t ready to meet this person. He wasn’t mentally prepared to strike up a conversation. Why? Wny now?

00:01:47. It was too close for comfort. If he ran now, could he avoid their meeting? Most likely not. Somehow, someway, fate would force them together. If he ran away, he’d just be a coward. Was it more cowardly if he stayed or ran? It was a lose-lose situation.

00:00:23. Looking up, his eyes scanned the aisle. No one around him looked like they were the one. Just simple people shopping for food and other essentials. Not looking for him. Who was it? Who?

00:00:00. Time is up.

Weight: 150 lbs

Birthday: November 10th

Zodiac: Scorpio

Nationality: American

Sexuality: Pansexual

Appearance

Hair Color: Dirty Blond

Eye Color: Deep Blue

Extra: Jasper's appearance changes depending on the show he performed the night before. Has a couple piercings and tattoos. Sometimes, reminiscence of make up sometimes is left over from his performances because he's too lazy to wipe it off, often it is smeared. Traits & Info

Personality: Jasper is an outgoing guy. He normally only speaks to people he's declared as 'worth his time'. Jas is the kind of guy who was everywhere and nowhere to be found at the same time. Jasper can easily handle himself in conversation. He's easy going, a light flirt if interested. If Jasper's angry, upset, or unhappy he is the type to pout or leave the room so he can take a breather. He has a hard time trusting people despite having an easy time talking to people and becoming 'friends' with them.

Likes: Pole dancing, flirting, the darkness, junk food, being left alone, cuddling, and skimpy / sexy costumes

Dislikes: Most people, insomnia, early mornings, and when his costumes are too tight.

Occupation: Pole dancer, bartender

Bio

Jasper was the middle child who felt that he wasn't as appreciated as his older sibling nor as cared for as his younger sibling. His parents were quite abusive while growing up. They both were druggies whom didn't care if he got into their stash. Honestly all he wanted was to be noticed... At a young age, he had come to the souring realization that he had no soulmate. His wrist said zero. Jasper only knew hopelessness, so it only made sense that true love wouldn't exist for him. Even his parents said so, told him how worthless he was just about every day. There was no such thing as love for Jasper...

Several times Jasper thought to end his life, he really didn't have anything to live for and still to this day he wondered why he couldn't do it... At the ripe age of 15 he ran away from home. While on the streets he lived homeless for nearly a year before he came across a man names Klien who took him in. From there, he did what some would call, illegal work. Klien took him in and got him a pole dancing job at his night club called "Slutty Lusties". Jas even had participated in underage sex for extra money. Through time, Jasper stuck with his job, even learning how to mix alcoholic drinks when he turned 18. He liked his job, gave him good money. It was all he lived for. For a while he did drugs until he got busted, went through rehab and became clean again.

It was after he had an argument with Klien that he decided he wanted a place for his own. He was tired of living in this lifestyle. He would still do his job, but he didn't want to live under Klien's abusive rule anymore... It took him a long time to realize it, just because he was use to his parents... Strangely enough, after the fight he had with Klien, after he yelled at him, telling him that he was going to move out and start a new clean life, that was when something miraculous happened.

His clock started to tick...

At first when Jasper saw it, he froze. He was outside, it was already light raining and he was pissed from the argument that he just got through with Klien. At first he thought he was hallucinating... He pinched himself, surely he was dreaming. His heart raced in a manner that didn't make any sense to him. And for about ten minutes straight he fell to his knees and cried. What kind of bullshit was this? Surely this was some kind of trick? Jasper had never shook so much in his life. He wasn't sure what to feel about this. How the hell could his clock start working again?

This whole time he was able to live his life, guilt free because he knew he didn't have a soulmate... He could mock all the other couples and single people who constantly gazed at their damn clocks... Jasper felt absolutely sick to his stomach. He did not dare mention his clock to Klien or anyone else he worked with. And for two days Jasper dreaded what would happen when his clock ticked down. A part of him was expecting the worse, such as the clock lying to him... And if it did work, he would surely be paired with someone he deserved, like a druggie or someone like Klien. He didn't even know why he was hopeful that he would actually have a soulmate.

30 minutes left. As the time drew closer, Jasper found himself more and more anxious. He found himself glancing at his clock every five seconds. After deciding he was stressing himself out too much, Jas headed out to the store nearby. Maybe wondering about would get his mind off of it. Besides, he needed a few things anyway.

5 minutes left. Pulling his hoodies hood on as he walked in, he made sure to leave his sleeves down so that way he wouldn't be tempted to look at his wrist ever five damned seconds. After gathering a couple of things, Jas was carrying a basket full of basic foods. He was feeling unusually antsy which was unlike him. In a nervous reaction he found himself hunched over, lifting up his sleeve so he could see his clock.

00:00:01

Jasper held his breath, not realizing his feet where still walking at a rather brisk pace- Until he smack head first into the back of someone else. For a moment he was startled that he bumped into someone. Under his breath he uttered, "Shit." At the same time, a rush of different feelings poured through him at once. But more than anything, after he lifted his head to see who he bumped into, he wanted to see who it was... Jasper had given up for so long, and well, this was nearly unbelievable. He didn't even know why he was being so hopeful. Guess he just wanted one thing to go right for once... And if he had a soulmate, well, then this was his last chance at happiness.

The dirty blond found himself pulling off his hood and mouth moving before he could stop himself, "H-hey... are you... my soulmate?" His voice was somewhat hushed, as if he wasn't even sure of it himself.

Feeling the thump on his back, he immediately turned around. Oliver was wishing with all his might that this would've been just a person. No one significant. The world wasn't so simple and easy. No. The rush of feelings was suffocating him. Was this the person he's spent years waiting for? His dead soul mate? He almost had an urge to check to see if he had a pulse, just to make sure this was all real. He wouldn't be surprised if he was going insane. That was the least of his worries. Right now, right here, he was facing a problem. That problem being his supposed romantic interest. The world should be cursed for putting him together with someone after it left him jaded the first time. Life was truly a bitch, alongside with karma.

"I'm..." Oliver had no words to say. Biting his tongue, he calculated all the wrong answers in his head, like a dating simulator. There were options he could take. A. Lying and trying to deny his soul mate's existence. B. Man up and say yes. C. Remain silent. D. Run away. His last option seemed to be the most fitting. If this was a game, that would also cause his route to lose interest. The only correct choice was B. Though the correct choice, it was also the hardest. "Manning up" was kind of difficult for him. He was shy and meek. Confidence wasn't built in a few seconds, neither was decent conversational skills.

"I would assume so... I mean, I highly doubt anyone else's clocks timed out. You and me. Hm," he mumbled, scratching the back of his neck. This was pure torture. The world was cruel, cutting him open with paper cuts. He felt like he was too open, leaving the eyes around him to dissect him like a frog. Games were much more appealing than this.

"Forgive me if that was rude. I-... It's just that... You are very attractive?" It came out as a question because Oliver himself didn't really understand what he was saying. Yes, this guy was decent in the look department, that wasn't what he normally looked at. The personality spoke for everything. Looks were just a fabrication of the mind. He could also admire many people were prettier than he could ever hope to be. Apparently his soul mate being one of those people.

Shifting on his feet, he focused his eyes everywhere but on the other. If this was rude, it was unintentional. Oliver just didn't know how to handle people. All of a sudden the world decided that they were a good enough match to put together. Unfair. It was just unfair. People weren't allowed to pick their lovers anymore. Fate decided to take that away and forcefully put two people together. How did this unexplained force know they were a good match. It didn't. Oliver feared this would be worse than his cooking. That was saying something.

"O-Oh. Introductions are necessary in this sort of thing. I- Uh... I'm Oliver Hawking. J-Just Ollie is fine," he said in a quiet tone. How did people interact? It took all his effort to say his name. Social skills weren't that important, were they? Not enough for Oliver to attempt at brushing up on them. Communication wasn't always the key.

Jasper felt like his life was going to change right when the mystery man turned around. The guy seemed just as unsure as he was about this whole situation. His mind without even thinking about it went into the process of remembering every little detail of this guys face. If he was really his soulmate, then he would be seeing it more often. It even took him a moment to confirm the idea that they were indeed soulmates. Honestly, when he commented 'I highly doubt anyone else's clocks timed out. You and me' Jasper felt immediate relief. Great. So his clock had ran out too. Which means this has to be real, right? Right?

Just from meeting this guy, Jasper could tell that this sort of thing was not his forte. The guy seemed totally uncomfortable, nervous and shy- So amazingly easy to read. Jasper couldn't tell if it was because they were soulmates that he felt he could read the guy, or if he was generally that easy too read. It was nice that they could break the ice, although admittedly he even felt incredibly nervous- which was totally unlike him. Jas was just afraid that this too good to be true.

His mouth opened slightly in surprise when he was so openly complimented. Yes, as a pole dancer he had been complimented on his looks thousands of times before... But when this guy said it... He felt his face heat up and what felt like little butterflies danced in his stomach. It was unlike any other feeling he had ever felt. And to think that he was the flirty type! He was the one who usually made the first move, or even a compliment- like, jeez... All in all, Jasper found himself rather speechless and oddly, at the same time, very giddy.

Oliver. So that was his name. Goodness. What a cute boy he was turning out to be. Jas couldn't help but to think how pure and how cute he seemed to be... He found his awkwardness and shyness most enduring... Oliver wasn't even trying to flatter him, or it at least didn't seem like it. He could tell the other male was having a hard time speaking out, more like he was uncomfortable..? Well he couldn't leave him hanging. Oliver was just- "So cute." Jasper said out loud, finishing his thought, feeling a small temptation to kiss his soulmate. Of course he restrained, he didn't want that to be his first mistake. He shifted the weight of the basket he was carrying as he looked up at the other male, who was barely taller then him.

"Oh man, oh man... I didn't think I would be this lucky. This isn't a dream right?" A smile started to form onto his face as he said, "Jasper Kuinn. That's my name. Nice to meet you, Oliver." Oh jeez, what did he do now? Being soulmates, does that mean that they were automatically boyfriends? Should they get to know each other first? Were they suppose to go out on a date? How did this soulmate thing work? Does it just depend on their relationship, screw everyone else? Jas literally had no clue. Suppose he could at least ask. After all, this guy was supposed to be his other half... Right?

Jas let his eyes drift momentarily, which allowed him to notice some of the things Oliver was planning on purchasing. A soft laugh escaped him as he lifted his basket that was filled with pretty much the same items. "I'm not a good cook. Are you the same way or are you just lazy? I'm kinda both..." Jasper didn't know how to go about warming up to Oliver. They had only just met and yet, Jasper felt like he was walking on eggshells.

It was strange, because as soon as he learned Oliver's name, he felt as if all of his anxiety melted away. The blue eyed male dare say that he felt... complete? "Hey... Uh..." He had no idea where he was going with this, Jas was winging it. "Do you... uh... I don't know. Would you like to hang out or something? I mean, after shopping- still need to checkout of course." While his anxiety about this situation was gone, that still didn't stop him from being nervous in front of Oliver. It usually wasn't this bad... It was just that Jasper was so afraid of messing up. He had so many questions running through his mind... "Are we suppose to shake hands or something?" Jas asked, clearly clueless what you're supposed to do when meeting your soulmate for the first time. Considering that his clock hadn't ever worked until two days ago, this was to be expected...

Cute? What did this guy mean cute? Was he meaning him? This caused Oliver's body to go rigid. He was twenty-six now. Being called cute didn't sound like much of a compliment. To him, children, girls, and plush toys were cute. He was not cute. Being complimented like that did absolutely nothing for his self-esteem. Being called cute, in it's own right, was demeaning for him as a man. Not that it was an insult for all guys to be called cute. In this situation, he didn't feel he was acting cute, and it was suddenly laid on the line as such. Not cute. Oliver was not cute.

It was refreshing that the other felt this was a dream as well, though different viewpoints. Lucky to Jasper, a nightmare to Oliver. Well, it was a nightmare in the beginning. Now... His nerves were mellowing out enough to call this a decent dream, if it was one. He doubted that was the case. This wasn't a dream. That was a fact.

"Ollie, please use Ollie. It feels too formal if you use the full name. Since we are... Well, what could be considered soul mates, formalities are kind of weird. Perhaps that's just my line of thinking," he said with a slight shrug, shifting his eyes around the aisle. He wasn't trying to be rude and avoid eye contact, he was nervous, and meeting Jasper directly in the eyes would only cause him more stress.

"I'm... Charmed to meet you, Jasper. A- Uh, A lovely name." His foot began to tap from anxiousness. Was he saying the wrong things? The right things? Neither? It was really hard for him to tell if he was saying anything decent at all. Words came out of his mouth without him thinking most of the time. He hoped he wasn't just vomiting random words.

"O-Oh, I'm a poor cook. Never have the time to take up any lessons," he said with a slight chuckle. So Jasper wasn't a good cook either? That was a relief. There was no expectations to meet on either side. He could... He would put in his best effort to learn, for his soul mate, or for himself. Either way, he needed to learn at some point.

Finally meeting his soul mate's eyes, he chewed on his lower lip when the other proposed a sort of date. Was that what he should call it? Well, it seemed like that. He didn't exactly think they could start out as friends and slowly progress their way up to romantic status. The world decided they should be together. Friends was out of the question. It was romance from this point ahead.

Swallowing the saliva that had built up, once again, he weighed all his options like a game. Saying no seemed inconsiderate due to the fact this guy was his... lover? Could he use such a term already? Saying yes meant more interaction and time in the sun. Oliver would have to face two of his biggest enemies in one day. Eventful. Still, this was the guy chosen for him, the least he could do was give everything a proper chance.

"W-Would- Mm... Could we find somewhere shady? I burn easily," he mumbled, stopping the tapping of his foot finally. Letting out deep breaths, he tried to let his nerves settle. There was no reason to be overly cautious around this guy. He had to be his chosen one for a reason, right? Right. Being anxious was weird. He held out his hand to the other, deciding it would be a good idea to do a proper handshake as a greeting.

"I hope this goes well for us. I hope I don't cause you any trouble." Formalities? Oliver wasn't dropping them at all. He knew he didn't need to speak in a sophisticated tone, yet he couldn't let it go. Talking to strangers took a toll on him. Why wasn't this as easy as a dating simulator? He never said the wrong things on games. He was the dating master... In a video game. Real life was much different.

Just watching his soulmate made Jasper feel happy for reasons he was still unsure about. "Hmmmn, alright, I'll call you Ollie." He said with a wink before impulsively saying, "I'll call you whatever you want me to..." It was kind of a habit now... To say things like that. And while he felt a little embarrassed that he let himself slip... It felt nice to be natural about it. Ollie would have to get use to that small detail about him. Jasper was a flirt to anyone he was interested in... And Jasper so happened to be extremely interested in Oliver.

"Charmed? Well aren't you the gentlemen." He couldn't stay nervous in front of this guy forever. "I've never heard anyone say that to me before. Mmn, but I think I like it when you say it." No, Jasper decided from this point forward he would try to be himself- and if that so happened to be him being nervous around Oliver, then so be it. He would try to get some of his confidence back, the confidence that he had been slowly growing over the years... Even though most days he felt like total shit. At least now he had a reason to live, someone to live for... Jas could already tell that he would have plenty of reasons to live. Just look at the cute face, for example.

The blond male was happy that the black haired male was opening up, slowly but surely, even if it was only over the fact that neither of them were good cooks. Jas would be willing to learn if it meant that he could surprise his new lover. Suppose that's what he should call Ollie? Yes? No? Eh, he would ask when he had the chance. Maybe he should take it a little slow with this guy, he still seemed to be very nervous at this point. Jas raises an eyebrow momentarily when Ollie mentions being in shade. Well, well, well... Now that he looked closer, Ollie's skin was fairly pale. Yes, he did look like the kind of guy who probably liked being inside all day.

To say the least, Jasper felt pretty clever figuring this out. On the bright side... He totally was okay with the fact that his soulmate was an indoors type. "That's okay, we wouldn't you to get a sunburn. Plus, I burn easily too. I'm a night owl anyway. So I don't really like going outside during the day much. I hope that's okay with you." Although if he had to bet, he had the feeling Ollie would be very okay with it. And with that he reached out, grabbing and shaking Oliver's hand properly. "Honestly... I could say the same thing. I hope I don't cause you any trouble."

Admittedly, Jasper felt the need to intertwine their fingers, but for now he resisted. "As for that date-" Cause by now, they both knew that that's what he had asked for, "-if you'd like, we can be in a dark room for all I care. Preferably somewhere not too crowded... I don't mean to sound creepy or anything, I merely would like some one on one time, if that's alright with you." Jasper said, before pulling out his phone, "And uh, if it's not too much to ask, may I have your number or something?"

Oliver didn't know how to respond to his comment. He kind of just stood there awkwardly. At least he got Jasper to call him Ollie. That was a nickname only his grandmother had the privilege of using. That was so long ago, he hadn't heard his nickname in ages. Having a stranger use it felt off. Stranger? Jasper didn't feel like a stranger... Almost like they'd known each other a long time, which was impossible, according to the clocks. Was this the feeling people got being near their soul mate? Strange.

Clocks were strange. No one really knew when they began to appear, they just did, and people accepted their existence. No one was given the privilege to find their own romance by themselves. It depended on the countdown of the clock. Oliver couldn't say much, he was born when they were already in existence, and people worshiped them... He being one of them once upon a time. Reminiscing about his past self wasn't a hobby. Little Oliver was an easily to manipulate version of himself. If people had jumped off a bridge, he probably would have done the same thing, just to fit in. He wasn't an outcast, he didn't fit in either. He was in between.

"I don't think I've used it before," he commented, shrugging slightly. Had he? Maybe in one of his simulators. That was an embarrassing thing to say in real life, and here he was, doing just that. Luckily it had a positive effect? Perhaps his games could be used as reference and help him speak in a more relaxed tone? That would be really helpful and convenient. Too helpful that it was highly unlikely. Guess he had to be a romancing master without the help of guides and personality sheets.

He smiled slightly when the other took his hand. Somehow he felt... complete? Like the missing piece in his puzzle was found. No longer was the edge missing a corner. It had been filled by finding Jasper, well, it could be the other way around. They found each other. Respectfully due to the clocks, they were the ones that found each other. Oliver stopped thinking it was going to be as horrible as he imagined. This was his soul mate, something good had to come out of this, one way or another.

"Oh? D-Dark, roomy, and comfortable... I think I know a place like that. Maybe this will sound weird, do you want to come to my place? No one else would be there besides us... But! That makes it seem like being pushy and- I'm not insinuating anything, I swear on my grandmother's grave," he said frantically, trying to justify his offer. Why did he need to defend himself? That was the most fitting place just from Jasper's request. No one would be there, it was one one one time, and it could be dark if need be. What better place than his place? None off the top of his head.

Nodding his head slightly, he pulled out his phone, pulling up his contact list. A few co-workers and his boss. Oliver didn't get out much so his social life was nonexistent. Staring at the list, he almost felt disappointed. He handed his phone over to his soul mate, allowing him to type in his name and number. On the bright side, now he had someone in his contacts who meant something to him? Yeah. Hopefully that would be how it was.

From what Jasper could tell, Ollie was more and more interesting the more he got to know him. And yes, they did just met but... man... he felt like he somehow knew the guy. It was as if the new tidbits of information that he was learning, he already knew and it felt correct, everything felt true. It was... wonderful. It was also more intense the moment their hands touched. Jas felt like everything just came together, right then and there.

No one else mattered, nothing else mattered. His world was complete... So this was what it felt like to have a soulmate? Jasper was absolutely blown away with how incredible it felt. It left him wanting more, it made him want to do it again. The feeling made him so very happy, and from what he could tell, Ollie seemed to feel the same way. Hopefully, that's what he was guessing anyway. Something inside of him told him that he was correct. "Don't worry about it. Just be yourself with me, okay? I think what you said was kind of charming-" He chuckled, "-if I do say so myself." A smile was starting to form its way onto his face.

At Ollie's suggestion, Jasper couldn't help but to grin, a giggle slipping out. This guy was seriously amusing. So innocent! Goodness... Jas could only look forward to the future... He had a hunch that he would have some fun times exploring and exploiting Ollie's innocence. As fun as being innocent was, Jasper knew that having a little fun time to time would mean that he'd have to more or less break that innocence. He was sure that Ollie could handle it, even if he had to go slow about it. Otherwise, why else would they be together if Ollie wouldn't be able to handle it? Jasper had been exposed to many different sexual kinks throughout his career, it was only natural that he'd want to share some of those with his soulmate. He would just have to wait for the right time. Jas already looked forward to playing with Ollie...

"Oh, Ollie..." He said with a smirk, "You have nothing to worry about. You're not "insinuating" nothing. I'd love to come over. Heck, I haven't even gone over to someone else's place since I was like, ten." He more or less grew too fast for his own good. That, and his parents didn't like him staying at someone else's place, even if it was a friend. Then after he ran away, was homeless and then ended up living with his boss, he never really had the chance. "Even so, you could have been offering sex and I still would have been happy to come over. Nothing wrong with your offer, Ollie. It's more adorable than anything. So yes, if you don't mind having me over, then I'd be happy to come over and hangout with you." He said sweetly, politely.

Upon gaining access to Ollie's phone, Jasper happily added his number, labeling his contact as Jasper but then putting the nickname down as 'Soulmate' and then added as many hearts as he possibly could. Next he made sure to message himself just so that way he'd have Oliver's phone number. With a very satisfied hum, Jasper handed Oliver's phone back to him. "There you are..." He said, putting his own phone back into his pocket. "If you're done shopping, would you like to hang out now? Mmn, and can I hold your hand while we walk, too?" Although he felt slightly nervous to ask, he felt relieved to have said it. He couldn't lie to himself and say that he didn't want contact, no, on the contrary... If he could, and if Ollie was okay with it, he wanted to touch him as much as possible- both non-sexually and sexually.

Oliver felt ashamed suggesting the other come over, and here he was, stating he would even if it was sexually. That only made the embarrassment swallow Oliver whole. He wasn't used to this type of behavior. Not that his grandmother sheltered him, no one really ever said anything like this within his hearing range. If they did, it was rare. Now that he had someone being so upfront about it, he didn't know what to do, and it caused him to feel ashamed.

"I... I'm glad you're willing to come over," he said quietly. He was glad his soul mate was coming over. On the other hand, his heart was pounding from his previous thoughts. Oliver hadn't even lost his virginity yet. Sex was out of the question. Through and through. Nothing could convince him otherwise. His suggestion was as innocent as it sounded, to the minds that didn't drop into the gutter, like his.

Looking at his phone, he caught himself smiling. Seeing the soul mate as the nickname made it official. He had a hard time deciding how to feel about this. Earlier, he was angry it started again. Now, he was ecstatic to know his soul mate was not a zombie. A real human being that could love him back. No fake toys with fabricated feelings. Jasper was real.

"My hand? I would like that very much," he said in a more cheerful tone, holding out his hand. Feeling the touch between them was satisfying emotionally. Like electricity was flying into his hand from all the excitement. Oliver knew he'd have to get use to touching this one specific person. Other people still didn't have the right. Jasper had a right because he was his soul mate. Touching was in the free package.

"Well thank you for inviting me over, Ollie." Jasper said politely, and rather excitedly as he took Oliver's hand and even intertwined their fingers together. Jas was beginning to realize that every time that they had contact, he felt amazing. It felt wonderful to hold his soulmates hand. As if electric flowed through him- a certain excitement filled him, made him feel happy and blissful and giddy and... just... wow. Jasper felt so happy with Ollie. Together, they finished their shopping and even purchased their items together. Neither of them got much, but that was okay. Jasper was looking forward to see where Oliver lived. He was even more excited to see what Oliver's place looked like.

What was his living situation? What hobbies did he have? Oh, Jas couldn't wait to find out everything about his soulmate. Of course, he knew that they had the rest of their lives to learn and find out about each other. For once, Jasper had something to look forward to. Oliver would be his new opportunity, his new chance at life and also a new reason to live. Walking with Oliver was turning out to be very enjoyable. He didn't think he could ever enjoy walking with someone... But here he was, having a good time with Ollie.

"So..." He decided to make a small conversation. Jas felt like they were close already. "Do you live by yourself?" He asked at first. "I live in an apartment with a roommate. Nothing fancy or anything." He said with a shrug, "I've decided to move out actually." Although, he was sure that he would figure out if Ollie had a roommate already or not once they got to his place. Jas could guess that they were close as Oliver wasn't n outdoors type, that, and he had groceries. Jasper didn't get anything that needed to be refrigerated anyway. So he figured they could head right over to Oliver's place from the store.

"Ah, I live alone," Oliver replied. He didn't think people could handle living with him. His sleep schedule was erratic, his games noisy. He couldn't imagine people being able to deal with him. Living alone was peaceful. He could do the things he wanted the way he wanted. No one to bother him and interrupt the freedom of living his own life. He was sure if he did have a roommate, he'd have to go through many awkward confrontations.

"What do you do for a living? You aren't required to answer or anything," he mumbled, trying to not be forceful with his conversation. Wasn't it natural for him to be curious about his soulmate? Surely he could be. Jasper was supposed to be his soulmate after all. They needed to get to know each other.

Arriving at the apartment, he invited Jasper inside, kicking his shoes off in a random direction. His apartment wasn't messy, just a few things here and there that needed to be picked up. He tried to be tidy as much as he could, living alone. A mess that didn't get cleaned up would only grow. That might've been his only motivation to keep his apartment as clean. He feared being swallowed up by a mess and having everything turn to shambles.

"Want anything to drink?" Oliver shuffled into his kitchen, putting away his groceries. Looking through his fridge, it was fuller than before. Maybe this time it'd last longer than a few weeks. He hated going out more than he wanted. People were hard to deal with. Meeting his soulmate made his life a little more complicated, with excitement. He couldn't deny in a way he was excited for this. He could finally give love a shot.

Oh what good news, or so Jasper thought. For him, it was great news to hear that his soulmate was living by himself. That meant, possibly, maybe... That he could move in. Perhaps he would ask about it later or maybe when they knew each other a little better. "Must be nice to live on your own... But I suppose now that I know where you live, you can expect me over more often. Is that okay?" At first he was confident that Ollie would say yes, but just to make sure it never hurt to ask.

Jasper watched the other male put his groceries away, learning where everything was in the process. When he was asked about his profession, he gave a little hum before answering. "Don't about it, Ollie, ask me anything you'd like and I mean it, too... Even the naughty questions." He said with a wink, "I'll be happy to answer those kinds of questions as well." He said with a flirtatious grin, his placed his hand on his hip in amusement. "I work at a nightclub. I pole dance and serve alcohol. I don't like giving lap dances because I don't like it when the person gets all hand-on with me. My favorite part is dressing up. Oh... Ollie, if you'd like I'd be happy to dress up for you." And then more under his breath, but definitely loud enough for Oliver to hear, he said, "I'll dance around your pole all night if you'd like me to, also."

When offered a drink, Jasper shrugged lightly. "I'm thirsty for you." He said playfully as he got closer. "Sorry if my flirting gets out of hand... I guess knowing that you're my soulmate... I just want to speak my mind and say everything and anything that comes to mind- which might end up being a lot of inappropriate comments or flirtatious pickup lines... I hope you don't mind, Ollie. I could tell you sweet nothings if you want, I can back off the flirting if you want, or if you like it... I'll just continue what I've been doing... I mean, I don't mean to come on too strong... Sorry if I did." Jasper wanted to make sure that they were on the same page. "If I do or say something that you're uncomfortable with, tell me. I'd like our relationship to be open to our feelings- er... like... If there's something the matter, then you feel like you can talk to me, and vise versa, you know? If you don't like something, then you can tell me and I promise to always try to be understanding and I hope that you can do the same in return... Does that sound good?"

Jasper peeked into the fridge. "Hmmn, water or milk... Either of those would be fine. I love milk, but if you don't have that, I'll take water. Thanks." Jasper really wanted to hug his soulmate. He also wanted to kiss him, hold him, cuddle him, sleep with him, have sex... - do everything with him! Anything and everything that other couples did, Jasper really wanted to do! Now that he had a soulmate, he really wanted to have that emotional connection, the touches, feelings, and the love that came with it all. Jasper was excited that he had a soulmate. He was happy that he actually had a reason to live, no, someone to live for.

"Hey Ollie..?" He asked softly. "I know we just met, but uh, I'm curious... Since we are soulmates, do you wanna... Uh, like, is it okay if I hug you, kiss you or cuddle and stuff? Would you be comfortable with that? I mean, we can take our time, obviously, but you know... I just figured..." He became a little shy about what he was going to say, "I've always wanted what everyone else had, you know? So uh, whatever you're okay with..." When they were holding hand not too long ago, he felt incredible. Just that small contact had him craving it, left him wanting more... It was an odd sensation for him. Jasper had sex with other men and never once felt this way before... until now... Oliver was his soulmate, and each time that thought ran through his head he felt more and more giddy- more and more happy. Oliver was his chance at love and Jasper couldn't be more excited about it.

"Oh, what do you do? For work I mean? Hmmn, and what do you do for hobbies? I've basically told you mine. I practice pole dancing in my free time, how about you?" He asked rather eagerly. Jasper wanted to know as much as he could about Ollie. "And like you said, you don't have to answer my questions- just know that I'll answer anything you ask me, okay?"

Oliver was having a hard time breathing. He felt like some chemistry experiment with a bunch of different types of liquids being mixed together to cause a reaction. Oh, and he was giving plenty of reactions to the words that Jasper was speaking. A flushed, feverish face, twiddling thumbs, and eyes being cast to the ground, Ollie couldn't really explain how he was feeling about how strong the other came off. Not once did the man have to deal with any sort of situation like this. He's never really been around people enough to allow himself to be hit on (if given the privilege due to society determine lovers right from the start, not that people didn't play around). He just didn't know the proper reaction to how Jasper was behaving. Then came the main question. Did it make him uncomfortable? Maybe? He couldn't really give a straightforward answer. The left part of his brain was being reasonable and trying to say it was all moving to fast. The emotional right side was falling in love with the words. Though that was something he would never dare to admit. At the moment, he couldn't really feel anything besides what the universe wanted him to feel. Happiness, excitement, maybe even embarrassment. He was out with someone who felt like they were on the opposite side of the spectrum after all.

"Look, and hearing advice from me may seem extremely hypocritical... You don't need to not be yourself around me. You are my... chosen partner. If who you are is someone who flirts to their hearts content, by all means. It's not that I'm uncomfortable either, rather, I'm unsure. I've never really been with someone like you-- please don't take that as an insult-- I just mean that I've never really been with anyone so I'm not sure how to react in general. So yeah, talking would be good. Great... I'm just going to shut up now," he meekly said, chewing on his lower lip. Ollie wasn't much of a talker in general so that was the most someone could easily get out of him in a day. He wasn't a psychiatrist or anything so it's not like his 'be yourself' talk was completely sound. He'd learn to tolerate the flirting... Maybe one day he'd try to be a bit of a flirt himself. Oh, what a joke. He could never achieve that if he tried.

"Kissing... Cuddling... And other stuff? I presume you mean-- I'd rather not assume. Would that make you happy? If it does I'm willing to give it a try. I can't say how good I'd be at kissing... It's not like I ever practiced on anyone," Ollie said with a small laugh. He didn't mean to make it seem like he'd was putting Jasper's happiness before his own. He was willing to do the couple-y stuff. He wanted to see what it felt like to be intimate with another person. Though he was a virgin which meant no experience in in the sex department. That worried him since he didn't want to disappoint Jasper. Putting those worries aside, he poured the other a tall glass of milk, handing it to him with a small smile.

"Me? I'm nothing special, really. What I do isn't as interesting as pole dancing... Shit. Did that sound rude? I'm so sorry if it did. I'm the worst at conversations and this entire thing is just making me extra awkward," he said he he coughed awkwardly, clearing his throat. Ollie just didn't really care to talk about his job, it really wasn't anything interesting. "An accounting manager... That's my job. As for my hobbies, I basically spend most of my life that I not working on video games. Since I'm not the greatest with people, I use the virtual reality as an escape. I... I hope you don't mind that."

"Pole dancing? I bet that takes a lot of practice and flexibility. I've never really seen that sort of dance in person, not that I've seen any dance in person. I'm doing a terrible job at this conversation thing, aren't I? I really apologize. I want to say it's because you make my heart fluttery and stuff like some cool guy but I just am bad at dealing with people in general. To change the subject, would you like to see my room? It's a bit cluttered, but it's lived in, and it's all I really got. No judgement, okay?" Ollie just wanted to get off his feet and sit down. Sure, he could sit on the couch, but his bed was calling for him. Honestly, if he could, he would marry his bed... But marrying inanimate objects is a bit taboo and frowned upon. Plus, he has someone in his life to share that bed with, as sappy as it sounded.

Jasper tried to pay close attention to the way Ollie reacted. He wanted to make sure that he wasn't being too pushy or too upfront. He knew that this was still the first day. And his heart fluttered at the idea that they would have the rest of their lives to work on their relationship, to build it and fall hopelessly in love... Jasper wanted nothing more for some sappy happy ending. Just thinking about it, he couldn't help but to smile softly every time Ollie made it 'awkward'. He didn't mind in the slightest. Actually, he was so distracted by Oliver that he nearly dropped the glass of milk that was handed to him. "Thank you..." He said softly before taking a sip.

The more Ollie talked the more and more he really just wanted to open Oliver's world... He wanted to hold Oliver and be held by Oliver. He wanted to kiss Oliver and be kissed by Oliver... Cuddle and cuddled with... Flirted and flirted with... Sleep and slept with... And so on so forth. Jasper was overall happy with the idea that he now had someone to do all of those things with... Oliver told him that he could be himself... but that also meant that he would take extra care of his soul mate... Hearing how 'awkward' he was, Jasper knew that the other had no experience and that if he was to fully be himself right now, he might have been too overbearing. And so, Jasper decided to be himself, in small dosages- at least at first until his virgin lover would be okay with it and use to him.

And yes, it would make him very happy if he could do all of those things with his soul mate... but first he wanted to make sure that Ollie was truly okay with it all. Honestly, he was pretty sure that Ollie was hesitant. It was easy to see and actually very understandable. Oliver was... sheltered so to speak... and Jasper would have a fun tie bringing him out of the closet. For now, especially since they first met, he wouldn't make an advance on him- sexually. "Well... I am here if you ever want to practice." He could see the way the other male fidgeted, looking unsure and nearly uncomfortable... Jasper hated that he made the other so nervous... "You must be more responsible than me though... I don't think I could do a job like that... Is it... -I don't mean to sound rude, but isn't that job boring?"

"You play games?" Jasper shrugged, "I don't mind at all... In fact, I'd be interested to watch you play... However, I just request that you give me some of your attention... Otherwise I'm going to get jealous of your games... I personally don't find you awkward at all, but if you love gaming I won't stop you of course. Play to your hearts content. Perhaps I could dress up as your favorite character sometime?" That was something he did for work... And usually he made his own costume if he could. Going back to his job he nodded, "And as for Pole dancing... Yes it takes flexibility and practice. I'm pretty fit despite my unhealthy eating habits." He didn't know how his body put up with him... but somehow he was able to do both and get away with it.

"I'd say you were doing a good job." Jasper said before chugging his glass of milk. "But heck yeah, I'd love to see your room. Promise I won't judge, I'm sure my apartment is worse." He said as he set the empty glass on the counter. In any other situation being invited to the bedroom meant some kind of sexual encounter... However Jasper knew better than to get his hopes up. Nevertheless, he was excited to see his soul mate's room. He casually reached out for Oliver's hand and intertwined their fingers together. Every time they touched he felt amazing. Simple touches... It was wonderful. Was this what everyone else felt like? If so, Jasper never wanted to let go. It was more addicting than any drug he had ever tried. He figured- hoped that it was okay to just grab Oliver's hand like this... Actually, he was sure that the other male wouldn't mind so long as he didn't do anything crazy...

"Lead the way, love." And so, Jasper allowed Ollie to lead him to his bedroom. Upon entering, Jasper's eyes looked all around the room. Once his eyes landed on Oliver's bed a smile formed on his face. "That bed of yours looks like it's calling your name. Are you two planning a party and can I be invited?" He asked while playfully tugging at Ollie's hand.
