Rumpleteaser
Name: Fion Age: 26yo Coat pattern: As a cat he is chrome or off-black all over with a large, white tuft on his chest. He is a medium-hair with a long, busy tail. Likes: Building things, working, meaty foods, drinks with lots of cream or icecream, movies Dislikes: People who sing in the shower, getting wet, sleeping in public places, strong winds, lightning, relying on others History: Fion's family are all nekos. They live over the other side of Tokyo in a large house. He comes from a large extended family but most have moved away and had families of their own by now. Only the older generation still live in the family home, along with his oldest brother (and his children) who is set to inherit the place. His mother has had two litters of six kittens. That was a lot of mouths to feed growing up but somehow the extended family have always managed. Fion wasn't smart enough or studious enough to get into university or further his career so he got a job early and dropped out of school. He moved out as soon as he was able to afford rent so he could be closer to the factory. He's worked at the factory, making shoes and other textiles, ever since. Unfortunately, the company went bust and all the workers were laid off. That meant a lot of people looking for work in the same industry. Fion hasn't managed to get work anywhere because he's too old to start something new and has no experience in anything else. He's too proud to go back to his family and live under his brother's roof and is now behind in rent. He's not likely to make it much longer before he's kicked out of home and on the streets. mik3la
Name: Shirai Kimura Age: 26 y.o Likes: Reading, writing, coffee, jogging, rain Dislikes: villains, spicy food, media History: Shirai is an Animagus, that's what he was ever since he can remember. Maybe at some point, he even had a family of his own, but sadly he never got the pleasure to know her. From a very young age, he had to wonder around the streets and having to survive all by his own. Until one day, an old lady took him in her home and took care of him, raising him like her own child. This lady had no children, so the little boy that she saved from the streets was a blessing for her. That way he inherited everything that was on her name, once she legally adopted him. In return, he tried to make her happy and proud of him. He learned to control his emotions so that he can hide his ears and tale, acting more like a human. He struggled and study hard, managing to get in University, graduating Literature and publishing his twisted novels, so to say. After the lady died, he suffered a lot, but he got deep in work so that he forget about it. Now, he is a successful man, living in a big house all by himself, being too comfortable. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The day was rainy, so Shirai decided to stay indoors and finish his manuscript. It was about the deadline and it was too annoying to hear his manager screaming on the phone. Those ignorant people don't know how hard it is to write something when you have no idea what to write about. But, drinking his coffee slowly, he managed to finish up the last chapters of that paper and wrap it all up for the manager. He should be the next morning at his door taking the manuscript. It was late when he looked outside the window, mesmerizing at the dense rain that was hitting his window and watered his flowers. At least the rain feeds you, he thought stretching his muscles and getting in bed. He loved to sleep, and sadly, lately, he didn't had much. Now with the paper done, he could sleep for days and care less.
Rumpleteaser
Fion had his hands in his pockets and his head down. It was freezing in the rain and he had to hurry from alcove to alcove to stay dry. He was practically drenched to his skin and his hair was stuck to his head. Still, he was determined to get his task done despite his potent dislike for getting wet. He had to break in to some rich fat cat's house and steal something of worth if he wanted to pay back any of the rent he owed. He had one week to find the money or he'd be supplied with his eviction notice. Not to mention he had to buy food, groceries and all that stuff. Fion had been surviving by scrounging through dumpsters in his cat form for the last two weeks. His stomach growled even at the thought of food. The jellicle cat already knew which house he was going to target. It was far away enough from his own suburb that nobody would come looking for him and the guy he'd seen coming in and out seemed well off enough not to miss a few watches, jewellery or a bit of cash. The problem was, Fion wasn't exactly experienced at thievery. He'd had a few near misses and had a couple of new scars on his cat body from having things thrown at him. After rounding the corner of the building, Fion climbed the back staircase then shifted into neko form so he could jump across to the window. He was a scrawny little thing at present, more fur than flesh. His big tuft of fur on his chest just looked ridiculously big compared to the rest of him. He crouched low at the edge of the windowsill and sniffed the air, his tail flicking back and forth with apprehension. He kept his head low and inched further and further along the windowsill until he could just peep inside. Opening the window was tricky in this form but he'd done it many times before, mainly when he left his keys inside. The little blackish cat strained his ears as he poked his head inside then wiggled the rest of the way in before leaping down to the floor. Instinct demanded the little cat clean himself all over and he shook himself off to get all that annoying rain off him. He really did hate being out in the rain. Only when he was satisfied that he was dry enough and wouldn't track little pawprints through the place did he shift back to nekomimi form. His ears flicked this way and that as he crept through the apartment, looking for the man's wallet. He immediately flicked through it, stashed the cash in his pocket then sniffed at the air. His tail swayed back and forth apprehensively as he decided what to do next. Maybe the person had a stash somewhere hidden. Maybe they had something shiny worth pinching too. That would be in the bedroom and Fion was certain he didn't want to get that close to whomever was sleeping in there.
mik3la
Shirai was sleeping like a bear in his room with no worries whatsoever. He heard on the new all bunch of weird things but he didn't trust them. In his opinion, media was just a brain wash machine which was making people paranoid and even more stupid than they already were. It was because of media that people started to treat his kind rudely and unhumanly possible. The thing that made Shirai so vigilant was his 6th sense that woke him up, telling that someone was in his house. His tiger ears were already up, trying to listen carefully. For a human ear there was no sound, but for one of his kind it was. sniffing slowly the scent he could tell it was one of his kind, but not a tiger, it was a ... cat. He was surprised that a cat had the guts to trespass the house of a tiger. Of what he knew there were some respect in the class of power and tigers were always much stronger than cats. The cat is either strong or stupid, he thought retracting his tiger ears back. He was on his full human form again. Standing up from bed, he went near the door, open it slowly to look around. Lucky for him, he could see quite good in the dark. Moving along the hall slowly, he saw some shadows on the ground floor. His room was on the first floor. Yeah, he had that kind of apartment. Seeing that the shadow was getting closer to the stairs he hide behind the wall that was near the bathroom, waiting to see what that person was going to do. If he is going to steal something, most-likely he already searched for his wallet. What else did he had that could be easily taken? No clue. All the things in the house where of the old lade that raised him. Stealing her wasn't gonna happen.
Rumpleteaser
The little cat froze suddenly. Even his tail stopped its agitated thrashing. The someone in the bedroom had moved. Fion was taking no chances after that. Even the slightest movement could mean they were onto him. Fion slunk back towards the window and shifted back into his neko form, cash secured tightly in his mouth. It was then that he realised something he probably should have picked up on earlier. There was the strong scent of another animagus in this apartment, though not a jellicle like himself. It was stronger, muskier. He hadn't picked up a scent like that before and it made him curious. He looked up to the windowsill then back at the stairs. Fion's fluffy tail curled back and forth as he decided what to do. He'd scented other jellicles before and a few pollicles (dog animagi) too but never an animagus like this. Did the scent belong to another stray that stayed here? Had some animagus actually gotten lucky in life and earned a place in society? After a few moment's hesitation, Fion's insatiable curiousity got the better of him. He crept back to the wallet and stood up in human form. He couldn't hear as well but that didn't matter. He wasn't going to stay in this form long. As soon as he'd tucked the money back in the wallet he shifted into neko form again. With his ears low, he crept to the door and began scratching loudly, as any cat that wanted to get out would. He yowled loudly, sounding forlorn and frightened. He was surely loud enough to wake up the whole house! Hopefully the person upstairs would show themselves and think he was just a stupid cat who'd got caught inside. If the person upstairs was an animagus, well, they would have something in common. Fion kept yowling until he was sure he'd been heard then plonked his bottom down in the middle of the room. He began cleaning himself over as if he owned the place and pretended to ignore the sounds upstairs. Only his expressive tail gave him away as it lashed back and forth across the floor. He was listening very intently, stopping only occasionally to sniff the air. He wanted to meet this strange animagus, not get pounced by them. Of course, it was entirely likely that the person upstairs was the owner of the animagus. In that case, Fion would rub up against him with his still wet fur and purr until he was fed. At the thought of food, Fion's stomach growled and he lowered his ears at the sound.
mik3la
Shirai sensed the other had stopped so he wasn't sure what to do next. The shadow downstairs was changing for as if the other wasn't sure either to stay or to go. But in the end it remained there starting to mewl in the silent of the house. So he changed, he thought narrowing his eyes. Shirai never encountered others like him to talk about or anything. Either they were to afraid to recognize what they were or they had forgotten. But still, that stray cat was an intruder in his house and had to be taught a lesson. So he slowly walked the stairs down until he reached the living room, searching with his eyes the cat. He then saw in the distance, right near the window a white fur which was slowly glowing in the light from outside. He opened the lights in the room, like a normal person would do and looked around, finally see the full form of the stray cat. With his eyes still a bit narrowed he approached slowly the mysterious cat, trying not to scare her. "Now, how did you get in here" he said in a curious ton. He could act so well that one could never tell if he was serious. All those years that he had to pretend to be normal hat to do. "Here kitty .... Are you hungry?" he asked, trying to play the game and then got the idea of giving the cat something in order to make her stay put. He went to the kitchen and returned with a bowl full of small slashes of meat and pushed it towards the cat, keeping his distance two feet away. In any case he could catch it afterwards. If he wanted to find out more he needed to play safe.
Rumpleteaser
The black cat kept licking itself even as the stranger approached. There was a distinct, loud purr to it as if it didn't have a care in the world but still that tail swished back and forth. Fion kept cleaning himself and even moved to start cleaning his tail as the person spoke to him. It was typical cat behaviour to ignore someone as they approached. Only at the mention of food did the cat's ears twitched and he lifted his nose up at the man. He watched the man wearily then rolled on his side. Yes! Yes, he wanted food! He'd even take tinned cat food if he could take it. He was a little scrawny at present, having spent all his money on rent rather than food. Fion trotted over, purring like a motorcycle. There was no shyness in him at all. He came up between the stranger's legs and began rubbing a figure of eight around them. His tail curled around the man's legs affectionately and he butted his head against the man's foot. It didn't matter who this stranger was! He was offering food! The moment the bowl was down, the jellicle nudged the bowl away and continued nudging it away as if the stranger might just take it from him. He then looked up at the man, flicked his nose up at him then dived into the bowl. He made loud nomming noises as he gorged himself. He even hissed and spread his paws out around the bowl as the man came within two feet of it. He was not sharing his offering now that it had been given. He even licked at the bowl until it scraped across the floor, trying to get up even the last taste of food. Only when the bowl was perfectly clean did he stop to look at the man who'd fed him. Fion supposed he should be thankful and continue being cuddly but instincts demanded attention. He flopped himself down by the bowl and began to thoroughly clean himself off. He was purring again now but every so often he lifted his head to watch the man, only now starting to show his suspicions. He knew the man was the animagus he could smell, which made them allies in some regards, but that also meant the man would know he was an animagus too. Worse still, the stranger would know he was dealing with a little cat rather than some big predator, as the stranger's musk revealed him as. Cleaning complete, Fion stretched out and arched his back. He let out a long, yawning yowl as he stretched his mouth wide before trotting over to the stranger. His tail curled around the man's leg and he rubbed his nose up the man's pants before continuing off behind him. He trotted on to the stairwell, looked back at the man then leaped up the stairs to take a better look around. It was as if he was viewing a prospective rental property rather than sussing out if the man had any valuables. Of course, Fion had no intention of staying here. He was just putting on the act that he was just like any other cat. Maybe the person would think he didn't know of his jellicle heritage and was trapped in cat form until shown how to shift. mik3la
Seeing how the cat was holding on to the bowl he kind of started pity it, remembering how his life was long before when he was on the streets. He was lucky that the old lady got him in and took care of him. But if she didn't had done so, than he would had been in the place of that cat. Damn it! Stop acting like an idiot. Clearing his mind he stood up with a sigh, looking at the cat and how she was rolling up around his foot. He needed to have a talk with this cat once and for all. He did his part as a good person, although he hardly was one, but still. He never forgot where he came from and that's why he kind of had a slip of kindness. But he learned that in this world is no place of kindness. Scratching the back of his neck he wanted to say something to the cat but this one moved to the stairs, wandering around the place. "At least you could turn to normal and have some normal conversation?" he said lifting his eyes to the last stair where the cat was, crossing his arms around his chest. "At least that is polite when two people meet. Don't you think so, jellicles?" he put up a cocky smile, showing that he knew what he was exactly and that there was no point in hiding it anymore. Plus, he hated to be the only one doing all the talking like a complete crazy person.
Rumpleteaser
Fion stopped at the top of the stairs and looked down. He sat there, staring down at the man and started to lick himself over as he thought of what to do next. It would be harder to get away if he shifted and he wasn't quite ready to give up the act yet. Although, the man did have a point. They would have to talk eventually, given Fion had broken into the man's house. The stranger hadn't threatened him or anything but somehow the thought of turning human right now was very exposing. So far the man had no proof other than scent that the little chrome kitty was an animagus. With a very human-like sigh, Fion shifted back to human form. He remained seated at the top of the stairs though and ready to stand if the man came any closer. Like any cat, he preferred to remain in the shadows until he had a better idea of the potential predator. He didn't look like a cute little kitty anymore so the man could be less inclined to be friendly to him. Fion had always found people were nicer to stray cats than stray humans. He'd always found it was safer to be a cat, and most people even preferred him that way. 'All right, you have me. I'm a jellicle. So what type of animagus are you?' he asked. He stretched out with his arms up above his head and yawned. 'Thank you for the food, by the way. That's the first decent meal I've had this week.' 'I haven't taken anything, by the way, so you can't accuse me of anything. I was looking for a meal and that's it,' he said firmly, though it was a complete lie. He'd put the money back so the man couldn't prove anything. He may not even know.
mik3la
"Wouldn't you like to know now" he said smirking leaning on the wall on the edge of the stairs, keeping his eyes on the guy. So you're not that innocent as you wanted me to think ... I knew it,he thought watering his lips as he was thinking what to do next. At first glance, nothing was missing, so he couldn't accuse him of anything. He didn't checked the wallet thought but still. At least you are a polite and funny one, he thought but preferred to keep it for himself. "I thought stray cats have better sense than the others. What if i wasn't this kind and would have called directly the pound?" he turned his head to one side, trying to be serious. "Even if you didn't take anything, you still entered my house uninvited", he added lifting his shoulders up and down in a shrug.
Rumpleteaser
'I showed you mine,' he replied with a shrug. Yes, he would like to know! It was killing him, as was that scent! He'd never known anyone to have a scent so strong and it was affecting his nerves... amongst other things he wasn't quite ready to admit to. 'Stray cats are also the most curious. I've never met any animagi other than jellicles and pollicles. For all I know you might still intend to take me to the pound but I'm willing to sit here and find out. After all, we're both animagi so that makes us allies in a way,' he replied. They had to stand together or humans would eventually wipe their kind out. As it was, his family was the only actual family he knew of left in Tokyo. On second thought, he didn't know any other families at all, just a lot of strays with stories about being abandoned as kittens. 'Besides, if you weren't that kind I would have bolted already. You are so I have reason enough to trust you.' 'Cats do that,' Fion shrugged. He didn't like being accused like that, not when he'd already decided to return the money he'd stolen. That had to show some sort of solidarity. 'Have you ever met a cat that didn't run around at night, dive in dumpsters, break things and get into things they're not supposed to.' mik3la
"I already knew what you are. You were the one that was confuzed and curiouse about me" he added nonshalantly, being amused by the boy's reactions. He encounter himself with other cats of his kind along his life, but non was this curious about something. If you think you can trick me with explinations you're wrong budy. Stray cats are also the most talented ones in telling lies. "In a way" he said after the other finished his comment. The boy had a point, in a way so to say, but still, that wasn't making them best buddies. They were still strangers, and Shirai learned never to trust someone that easy. Looks can be desieving. Still he had a curiousity of his own. Why did he wanted so bad to find him out? After all, as he said, he was something unusuall, something more powerfull than a normal animagus cat or dog, but there were others stronger. Where did he lived all this time and not meat one of those kind. One could get their scent from miles away. "No. Actually all stray cats are just that .... Stray" he said acting like a jerk. Stepping away from the wall he put his hands in his pants pockets, closed his eyes for a second and sigh. "You do know the saying 'Curiousity killed the cat', right?" he asked raising an eyebrow at him, blinking a few times letting his eyecolor changed a little, from the light green eyes that he had to a little darker color, changing his appearence, letting his ears and tail come out. "I'm a tiger .... Happy now ... kitten?" he smiled letting out two small sharp fangs.
Rumpleteaser
'Curious, not confused. It's easy to know the scent of a cat because there are so many of them. It's impossible to know a scent you've never come across before,' he replied in just as nonchalant a tone. He leaned back and brushed off his shoulder as if there was something there. 'In a way is good enough. Besides, I'm not so easy to catch,' he replied. He'd never been caught before but he'd rarely been in any positions where he would get caught. It was only recently that he really started sneaking around and stealing things, something he wasn't proud of. He'd mastered shifting at a very young age and had been around human long enough to pass as one. None of his work colleagues had suspected him. 'Lucky I'm not a stray then,' he replied. Not yet at least he thought to himself. He still had a home and a family of his own, though he'd already sold off all his furniture to pay rent. He could now fit all his belongings into the back of one taxi if he needed to move out in a hurry. It wouldn't take much to turn him into a stray after that. 'Heard it? I know it intimately,' he replied. Curiosity had always been his hamartia, or fatal flaw. Right now it was running high. He was fascinated by this predator and temped to get closer to inspect him. When the stranger shifted, he stood up and walked down the stairs to get a closer look. He tilted his nose up and leaned in as if sniffing him then came up the rest of the way. He then sighed, flicked on the lights so they could both see one another properly and came the rest of the way over. 'Cute ears,' he commented. He reached up and rubbed one of them softly before moving around the man to inspect him. 'So what's your name, tiger?'
mik3la
"Stop wandering me around ... What were you in another life ...an eagle?" he said crossing his arms around his waist keeping his eyes on the stray one, which was starting to sniff him like he was a dog and not a cat. Maybe it was something new for him. Never saw a tiger animagus in his life, only heard of one. Hearing the comment he blushed a little but switched his personality immediately when the other touched his ears. He pushed the hand aside narrowing his eyes. No one ever did that besides the old lady. It was a too intimate gesture for him. He was feeling like a statue exposed in a museum. It was strange, but he let the other look at him. In the meantime, being a little nervous, he started to flip his tip tail, side to side. "You tell me first kitty" he said turning his gaze towards the other, keeping his imposing posture. Rumpleteaser
'Are you intimidated by a little "kitten"?' he asked in a cooing voice. He laughed softly and came to stand in front of the tiger animagus but kept enough distance so he could bolt if the tiger lunged at him. He wasn't a fighter and the tiger was big enough that he'd win in one swipe. That wasn't to say Fion was afraid, just wary, though that was starting to fade too. He had to be careful before he started getting cuddly with the man. Now that they were looking at one another, the tiger would see that Fion had golden yellow eyes and a few fresh scars on his face. He wasn't particularly tall either, just a little below average. Even as a cat he'd been small. He was a little underfed too lately. His clothes were looser than he'd like but at least he was clean and tiny. Fion pulled back and didn't touch the tiger again. It was obvious he didn't like it and Fion wasn't deliberately going to be a dick. His attitude usually happened accidentally. He saw the tail though and couldn't help but smirk. The man was being adorable. As if to show fidelity, the jellicle shifted into his nekomimi form with blackish ears and tail. It was curling up at the tip with curiousity and Fion actually let out a purr. He was tempted to get closer again and rub up against the man or press their noses together but decided against it. 'It's Fion. Now your turn,' he replied simply. 'So how does an animagus get a place like this or are tigers better off than cats and dogs?' mik3la
'Are you intimidated by a little "kitten"?' "Of course not" he said quickly starting a small nervous laugh. He wasn't just not used to have people staring at him. Analyzing him was making him feel uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, he was hatting it. It was a strange feeling that he was judged for the way he was looking. But that only happened around humans. Even though the other wasn't a human, it was still making him feel strange. His ears tilted a little when the other let out his cat edges, as in the black ears and tail, making him raise an eyebrow. Now that we was looking more close the boy wasn't that ugly. With his ears and tail, he was quite cute. Sighing and mending his voice he changed back in his human form. He wasn't used to let everything in sight anymore. All those years that he hided his true form, made him a little bit uncomfortable to stay with they in sight. "Shira ...." He replied turning his head to one side looking at the clock that was standing on the wall behind him. 3 o'clock in the morning. Great .... my sweet sleep is out for today, he sighed and look back at the other. "I don't know .... pity maybe" he said turning and heading to the kitchen, starting to make some coffee. Since the other had energy for a chit-chat, he thought that a little stimulant wasn't bad for the sleepiness. He wasn't gonna say all the truth, even though he had though about that a long time of his life. What had made the granny take him in her care and all that. Maybe it was pity after all, or maybe it was love? He didn't know exactly. He was grateful for everything and made the old lady proud of him, not thinking about that anymore. "Do you want a cup of coffee or milk?" he asked, knowing that the other would fallow him.
Rumpleteaser
'Do keep them... please?' Fion said when Shirai hid his ears again. 'It's nice to think I'm talking to another animagus. There aren't as many of us around as there used to be and everyone's so precious about hiding their identity.' Not that Fion could talk. He too hid his identity unless he was in the company of other jellicles. He didn't even show himself around pollicles these days unless they outed him. It was good to show his ears and tail around someone, it made him feel more relaxed. His eyes narrowed lazily and he purred, tail curled up his back. 'Are you a pet? Huh. I should have known. That's the only way any animagus gets a place like this. Where are your owners? I can't smell any sign of humans in here,' he asked. He looked around again trying to find any sign of the owner. He was sure he only smelled the tiger animagus. 'Milk would be nice. I've got to sleep when I get back,' he replied. He put his hands in his pockets and followed behind Shirai. He looked around when he walked and went over to flick on the kitchen light for Shirai. He then stretched out with his arms over his head and let out a long yawn, showing his little kitty fangs as he did. They weren't nearly as long as tiger fangs but they were sharp. Fion ran his teeth over them then leaned forward over the kitchen bench. 'So what do you do with yourself? Do you have a job?' he asked. The neko was just making conversation than actually too interested. He was quite enjoying Shirai's company and had already decided he would be back again. Feeding any cat was as near as signing the adoption papers as it got. Once you fed them, they never left.
mik3la
Shirai ignored everything the other said, pouring some cold milk in a cup, setting it on the table for the boy. He wasn't gonna start telling the story of his life to a stranger. He learned not to trust just anybody. That's why he didn't had any friends. Humans nor animagus. He didn't trust them. The only person he could trust was himself. Taking his hot coffee cup, he leaned on the kitchen blat near the sink, trying to ignore the lonely feeling all those question gave him. He wasn't a pet. Nor did he was in the past. The old lady raised him like a normal child, like a normal person and not like a pet. "That's not the only way an animagus can get this ... You're wrong. There are kind people too" he said through his clench teeth. His hand was holding the cup so fest that if it was from plastic or something it would had broke. "And i was not a pet. I was raised as a normal person and learned to control my animal instinct" he looked at the other letting the cup down. "You are too curious kitty and I don't like curiosity that much" he said almost growling without realizing it, taking a step closer, but not as in attacking the other or something like that. It was more to impose some superiority, something like alpha stuff in wolf packs. He was feeling exposed and wanted to end that by hiding again behind his walls. "You better leave and never come back here".
Rumpleteaser
Fion's ears flicked up at the way Shirai spoke, as if standing to attention. It surprised him to hear the other man so defensive about being called a pet. There were different sorts of pets out there and different sorts of owners. Not all pets were sexual toys for humans to play with. Still, he was sure that's what Shirai was, even if he didn't want to admit it. Fion wouldn't press the issue any further. Instinctually, Fion bared his teeth and his fluffy tail puffed up. It lashed from side to side and he held back a growl of his own. Shirai had not growled at him but he might as well have. He definitely had changed from a relaxed demeanour to something more threatening. 'What's the matter? It's called making conversation,' he said defensively. He took a deep breath, nothing how the tiger's scent had changed too. His ears bent flat against his head and he held back a low rumble of his own. Perhaps it was time to go. Not that he wanted to. Something in him wanted to stay and pester this tiger some more, maybe even rub up against him. So instead of leaving, Fion reached out and took his glass of milk. He sipped it slowly, not taking his eyes off the alpha male, and didn't say anything for a while. 'Aren't you the least bit curious? I mean, how many jellicles do you have break into your apartment?' he asked eventually. His tail was curling at the tip again, waving back and forth as it displayed his curiousity. 'I would have thought anyone would be dying to talk to another of their kind.'
mik3la
"Right now? NO!" he said with a firm voice. He was sick of that much babbling. He wanted rest, but what he got was a crazy stray cat wondering around, trying to steal from him. And now, he wanted to chat along. Not gonna happen, kitty, he thought trying to breath deep in and out, calming himself, not wanting to start running around the house of the other. "A normal person would know that a conversation is taking place during the day, not during the night when i should be sleeping" he said snoring a little, heading towards the stairs where he stopped for a second. "Look .... I don't like uninvited guests ... so why don't you go back where you're from. You can take the money from my wallet, nothing else and leave" he said starting to climb the stairs. Rumpleteaser
The kitty's ears bent back flat against his head and Fion hissed loudly. All right, all right! He got the picture. He'd come back another time when Shirai wasn't trying to sleep. Fion sighed, reached out for his tail and tried to smooth it down. It was so fluffed up it looked like a bottle brush. It was quite embarrassing really. 'You're going to let me what? I only came to get fed but suit yourself,' he replied. It was a lie. He'd come to steal and now it was being offered up to him on a silver platter. He wasn't going to say not to that. Fion looked up the stairs as the other left then moved over to the wallet. He bit his lip, thinking he could have a peek through it to see if the stranger had any photos of their human. On second thought, it really wasn't his business so he just pocketed the money and slipped into neko form. Soon he had snuck away into the night and was padding back to his own apartment a few suburbs away. It was a few days later when Fion returned. It was earlier in the evening this time, about time for supper rather than the middle of the night. The sun had just set and yet again it was raining, though only a sprinkle. He crept in the same way he had last time - through the lower window. He didn't bother closing it in case Shirai got pissed off again and decided to chase him out. It was entirely likely Shirai didn't want to see the little cat again. He shook himself off before jumping onto a lounge to clean himself off. He was purring so loud the whole house was sure to hear him. When he was contentedly dry enough, Fion sniffed around a bit before shifting into nekomimi form. There was no need to hide them since they both knew they were both animagi. It was nice to stretch out on the lounge without having to pretend to be human. mik3la
He stopped at the last step looking behind him, seeing the other changing into his cat form and running away in the night. Sighing he went back in his dorm, calming himself and starting to think about his actions. Maybe he was a little to harsh. A little to bold and unfriendly. But who in his right minds wants to be friends with a burgle that he caught? he thought sitting on the edge of the bed, shuffling his hair in all directions. Laying on his back and looking at the ceiling, he started to realize that he was unfair. The boy didn't do anything to him. Except the fact that he woke me up. It was a curious little stray cat with uncomfortable sniffing thing. He kept thinking all night till early morning when he had to go to his office to fill in some papers for the release of the book. Just a normal boring day. After he got home, he sat at his desk trying to concentrate in order to start the new book he had planned but it seemed that nothing was coming in his mind. Only when a breeze of wind reached him, he turned and realized that it was already that late and he didn't see the stray cat. Did scared it? Did he actually listen to me? ..Ha ... What an idiot, he thought closing the window and heading back to his room this time to get some rest. So, a few days passed in which every night he would look outside the window, asking himself if the other was alright. Even though they meat a few days ago and only talk for a few minutes in which he behaved like a jerk, he kind of missed the talking. Now that he was alone again, having a brief moment of connecting with someone other than the old lady or a professor, he missed it again. Maybe he was too fool to act like that. But it was all at once, he just got scared. He started laughing at that thought. A tiger getting scared of a cat trying to know him. How silly does that sounds. After another week had passed, he lost hope of ever finding that stray cat. He even started to look around the streets for random cats, maybe maybe the boy was around them. In the end he gave up, embracing the fact that he kind of pushed out the cat-boy from his life like he did with everyone else. As he was returning home from post office, he sense something when unlocking the door. Not sure what it was, he entered slowly, closing the door behind him and heading to the living room where he saw the other. "Kitty ..." he was surprised to see him back. Rumpleteaser
'Hey, tiger,' the cat replied. He stretched out, yawned and looked up. He didn't get up from lounging across the sofa. He was quite tired this evening after running around doing god knew what. He lived an active life, mostly trying to find a bit of work, thieving or scrounging around for food. 'You're late home. I thought you'd have been here before me. I came earlier so I wouldn't wake you up this time,' he said. His ears twitched and he ran his hand through his hair. 'I haven't taken anything, so there's no reason to look around for anything that's stolen. I came back because I'm curious about you... that and you have food.' Fion yawned again and patted the sofa beside him to invite Shirai to sit with him. 'Are you hungry? I can cook if you like,' he offered. It seems he was already at home in the stranger's house. At least he hadn't rummaged around the pantry yet, though he had peeked in the fridge. 'Do you have any flour? I can make fresh gyoza if you like. If not, I can run down to the corner store and get something for us. You're paying though.'
mik3la
Mending his voice, he let his coat at the entrance and started to act like an ass again, even though he was happy to see the other in his home. It was kind of lonely since he meat the guy. Could it be that because of the cat he was starting to feel something more than the darkness of the world around him? Maybe. But, he had to stop being an ass, which was kind of difficult. "How thoughtful of you" , he said ironically, heading in the kitchen, taking out a beer from the fridge. He was kind of thirsty, and beer was the perfect remedy for everything. "And what else are you curious about?" he asked in a sigh leaning his body on the wall, keeping a neutral poker face. He wasn't gonna tell his whole history or anything, but it was kind of amusing him the persuasion of the other to know more about him. He was kind of hungry though, so a little bit of cooking wasn't going to harm anybody. As long as he doesn't poison me, he thought, weighing his options. But he decided to give the cat a chance. After all, the boy did got here early this time. He was curious aswell about him. No other jellicle was ever so interested in him. So why all of a sudden this guy. "I think is somewhere there" he said pointing the kitchen. "I don't cook much ... But feel free to cook. In the meantime i will go get a shower" he said passing by the other, hitting slowly with one of his fingers on cat-ear. He was smiling. Even though he didn't want to admit it. He really was happy to hat the boy back in his house.
Rumpleteaser
Fion tilted his head back and remained lounging on the couch, expecting Shirai to come to him. When Shirai remained standing, Fion remained sitting. He looked over at the tiger animagus and studied him. He was a handsome looking man, even more so when he had his ears and tail showing. Fion wasn't one to sleep around much but he could appreciate beauty when he saw it. Some men had all the luck. 'Do you always keep human form in your own home? Who's going to spot you here?' he asked. His ears twitched and he flicked his tail. He'd much rather be in nekomimi form unless he was around humans or pollicles. It's who he was, who Shirai was too. 'I'm curious about you. That's all there is to it,' he replied. He stood up and sashayed over in much the same way a cat would. His tail curled around Shirai's leg. His ears twitched as they were touched and for a moment it sounded like he'd purred. Fion curled his lip back to show his fangs but didn't actually complain. 'I cook. I moved out at an early age so I had to,' he replied. He kept walking over to the kitchen and started to rummage around the pantry to see what Shirai had. Now that he'd been given the go ahead, he was interested to see what type of thing Shirai kept back there. Not much by the looks of it, he obviously didn't cook as he didn't have any of the key ingredients for things. 'What do you live on if you don't cook?' he asked. Although, he already suspected the guy was rich enough to buy take out every meal. It was a wonder he wasn't fat, unless he bought health conscious take out.
