Taking another quick look around the apartment, Ryuu made sure he had everything he was looking for. Usually his friend would show up and situate him like a worried mother but Ryuu had said that he was going to be alright today. After all, his class didn't start until noon so it gave him enough time to get everything ready. Then, he stepped out and locked the door before heading down to get to the university. Thankfully, it wasn't quite cold enough for snow... Ryuu had such a hard time shoveling it.

 

After a 20 minute walk and bus ride, Ryuu made it to school only to glance up and finally see the storm clouds that were starting to form in the distance... His injuries never failed to tell him when there was a storm... Speaking of, someone would probably be looking for company during the night if it's a big storm so Ryuu would probably be able to work tonight unlike last night. He never blamed it on the boss telling him to stay home and heal up. He still had a bruise on his cheek and a huge bite mark in the side of his neck. The rest of the injuries were all hidden under his clothing. The worst was a rope burn over a dark and bloody bruise on the side of his ribcage. There was a bandage over it like the others but it was rather gross looking.

today Banri was not at the university like he was supposed to be he had a family matter to attend to. his mother had died so he was at her funeral. before he left he made sure his best friend was okay he knew that would not last very long. Banri sighed when they brought her to the hole in the ground. this did not make him sad to see her go because she locked him in a mental hospital. they then had a long speech about how much she was going to be missed.

Banri then started to remember that day as if it was happening right now. her eyes where wide to she her son like that. "my husband would have never hurt my son" his mother said he could not speak or move. After he was all healed the wheeled him to the physic ward. they strapped him down Banri called her she just said "this is for your own good". the doctor then made him fall asleep not to wake till he was out of the hospital.

It was too bad the clock was just a little too far to the left because Ryuu would have watched it with his eyes but he couldn't do that without the professor getting upset about his lack of focus. Sometimes it was hard to deal with only having one proper eye... His left eye gave nothing but blurs of light and color. Though, it was all rather dark... So the doctor was happy to have saved the eye... it's not like it was any actual use in its current state. Though, most customers loved the fact that he had two different eyes... if only they knew he was born with them being the same.

 

Ryuu jumped when the bell suddenly rang and everyone in class began to pack up and head for the door. He must have spaced out a bit too long. The male jumped up and gathered his things wanting to skip out on his last class. It was a lecture that he could skip so he did. Instead, he wanted to meet up with his friend. Though... he couldn't remember where he was... Oh ya, his mother's funeral.... Where was that again? Ryuu was too much of a space case to be left on his own. "sit down now or i will kill you" his father said.

Banri sat down but he wondered how your day was. later that day instead of coming back before lights out he did not come back. his father tied him and tortured him all night releasing Banri right before school. that man dropped off in front of the school half naked bruises and cuts all over him. Banri could barley stand up so he pulled his ripped shirt up.

Ryuu was left wandering around lost for hours. Eventually he found himself near his work place and strolled on in ready to work. It was odd that his friend Banri hadn't found him... Usually he was always there.... always looking out for him.... except for the time he was in a mental hospital of course. Ryuu woke to the sound of his ringing phone but was still too tired to be able to catch it in time. However, he reached out trying to grab it. The phone was in his pants pocket on the floor and he was in so much pain that he couldn't quite get it. He was so sore.... so tired.... one good push knocked Ryuu out of the bed and onto the floor. He let out a strange moan as he'd crashed to the ground. Another few minutes and he was able to text a quick reply.

Ryuu then shifted into a slightly less awkward position and fell right back to sleep. He was in no condition to even move let alone try to get himself home. Hopefully Banri would pick him up by the night or maybe tomorrow? He could just get another customer to keep him company in the night.

Ryuu finally woke and could hear his friend on the other side of the door. The weakened male sneezed and shivered before forcing himself off the ground and to the door. Ryuu opened the door and half smiled at his friend. "You look like hell," he managed before wobbling on his feet and going into a coughing fit.

 

The younger male was still naked and an absolute mess. He coughed up some blood, his body was covered in bruises, cuts, bite marks, his back completely red and bloody from a whipping the night before. Banri shook his head no then grabbed you gently wiping the blood off. he then wrapped all the wounds trying to pretend like this did not bother him. "i am so sorry i did come back my father..." Banri started to say but then started to choke. He was crying the tears hit the top of your head. "he tied me up and tortured me and i got yelled at but lots of people" Banri said holding you.

 

Banri sighed putting some clothes on you. still he did not tell you that a women tripped you he seemed to be forgetting to tell you lots of things. "lets go home" Banri said picking you up but his eye went dark.he sighed still trying hard to take you home the two of you made it to the bus when he passed out on the bus. sadly you two almost missed your stop but he awoke at that moment running of the bus with you quickly paying the man. at the door of the place you two shared his eyes where closing again.

Ryuu needed a lot of help. He couldn't do anything by himself but he did wrap his arms around his friend's waist and whisper softly. "How could you not love it? Your dad was only showing you how much he loved you. Just as mine did when he raped me and beat me." The male collapsed to his bed and curled up at the end where he landed unable to even get under the covers or change. He coughed again and again between sneezes. Clearly he was coming down with something.

Banri was crying in his sleep at the words you said. he hated his father and he hated to see you hurt. he knew that it would never change you would never know that his dad did in fact hate him."i don't understand why he says that does he not see the pain and love for him in my eyes" thought to him self. he finally woke up and stumbled to the kitchen he still could not see to well.

 

Banri decided to make soup for you cause he heard you coughing. "this is all my fault" Banri whispered as he cooked the soup. when he was done he tried to bring it to you without spilling it but it burned his arm. he gently sat you up changing the bandages and your clothes again. after this he feed you making sure it was not to hot when he gave it to you. then he gave you the orange juice that he made by hand. "Ryuu i have to tell you something" Banri said covering you with the covers.

Ryuu was half awake and half asleep when his friend changed him and went to make some soup. Heck, he was still half asleep when he was being fed but he woke fully once Banri said he had something to say. "Alright, I'll listen." Ryuu was very serious now and just sat there patiently waiting for his friend to tell him what was on his mind. While in most cases Ryuu was a hopeless space case that couldn't do anything on his own, he was a good friend and if his friend needed him, he'd do whatever he could to make it better no matter how small.

 

Having been up all night, it was pretty amazing that he was so awake right now and not passed out from his fever, exhaustion, and probably lack of blood. Ryuu was always able to take a beating, after all, the more he was hurt the better he felt. A masochist that wanted nothing but to be commanded, beat, humiliated, twisted and bent at his master's mercy. That's how he got off. It was too bad Banri had no interest in such play.

"i hate being hurt and i know how much you like it..." Banri said at that moment he paused he gulped. this was the first time he every said anything about it. the pain in his eyes where growing deeper. you are the only one he trusted so now that he said that he wanted to go lay down a bit or something. he got up to leave the room but he decided to make you comfortable before leaving. he fluffed your pillow crying soft tears this was his first rant and the first time he got in trouble at school a lot of first today.

today was a bad day for Banri his mother died she was not that kind but was still his mother. she was only mean to other people so it kinda made him sad to see her go. he was how ever more sad that it was going to rain he knew what that meant. he did not pay any attention to the funeral Banri wanted to see his friend. after the funeral it did start to rain and his father would not let him go back to the university till it stopped.

 

that night he texted you to make sure you knew he would not be back till later. Banri spent the whole night awake wishing the rain would stop so he could leave. the rain was gone that morning but his father still said no because all the family decided to come and see him. telling him how sorry they where for his lose this did not matter to him. Banri finally got back his father dropped him off at the dorms you and him shared he went inside calling your name you where not there. Banri waited awhile then called you to see if you where at the place.

Ryuu was able to make it through school and return to his dorm but at the same time, he just wanted to crawl into bed and stay there. He hated rainy days but it usually was good for business since many would blame the rain for needing someone to accompany them through the night. Banri fell asleep at the front door because he got no sleep at home. he looked at the clock it was still morning and he was still tired. he stood up then went out side to see the ran had gone there was nothing but clear sky's. "okay that is weird" Banri said to him self. he then checked his cell phone to see if you called or left a text message so he could come get you.

Ryuu woke up the next morning after a really rough night and slowly got out of bed. He had new injuries on his back and legs. Every bit of the young male was covered in some form of injury but he still was able to get off the bed and pull his phone out of his pocket to find his only friend had texted him. Feeling a bit relieved to know he had returned, Ryuu texted back saying where he was and that he'd either return when he could actually walk properly or that it was alright for Banri to come get him.

 

Every movement was a struggle so Ryuu simply carried the phone that was only at 25% and crawled back into bed for a little more rest. It would take some time for Banri to show up if he did at all though, he probably would, after all, Ryuu was complete space case and it always took him 2 to 3 times as long to get places because he'd get distracted and lost extremely easily. If it weren't for Banri, they'd probably have found Ryuu's dead body somewhere random.

the text back made him smile a bit but he knew he was hurt so went back inside. he grabbed a lot of things he knew he would need. he then ran out the door locking the door as he went out. he then got on the buss as he did this little girl was sitting alone. "hello are you alone?" Banri asked she shook her head no. He sat next to her anyway it was the only seat. she then sat in his lap touching his face.

 

when he had to get off she would not let go of his arm. "look i have to get my friend he needs me" Banri said the girl pulled his sleeve. "i need you" the girl said he made her let go and he went to the room. he opened the door he quickly got you bandaged and clothed. he then got you on the bus where the girl was being weird again. "you left me you cant do that" she said with a big grin. when Banri got off she did as well so he ran to the room quickly going inside and locking the door.he put you in the bed with a deep sigh he covered you up.

With a big yawn, the boy put up no fuss and simply let his friend do as he needed before being helped up and out of the room. Ryuu leaned against his friend knowing this was his greatest support. No one had or probably would ever do something like this for him... Though, he couldn't understand it too much, after all... didn't his friend love him? Maybe it was more of a friendly like than any kind of love, otherwise, why wouldn't he hit him?

 

As they got on the bus, Ryuu took notice of the strange girl and frowned slightly at her. The way she acted almost seemed fake... What a weirdo.... As the left the bus Ryuu couldn't help but say something. "You attract nothing but weirdos..." he said... Though, in a way, that probably... no, that definitely included him. Ryuu was a masochist that actually went out to be hurt and fucked senseless by other men. There was absolutely nothing normal about that.

"silly boy of course i attract weird people i am not that normal" Banri said then he went and made diner for them both. he then feed you and gave you something to drink. "i wish i could tell him" Banri whispered going back into the kitchen to clean the plates. seeing his friend like hurt him but he promised he would not get into his personal business. he started to cry so then he could not see so he just stopped washing the dishes sliding down the wall.

 

"i love him so much but i know he thinks that love his being tortured" Banri said under his breath in a mumble but it was still to loud. he then stood up wiping the tears away with his sleeve so he could see. he finished washing the dishes then went to his door. "i am going to take a shower when i get back i will bring a bucket of water and a rag to wash you with" Banri said then taking off his shirt in the door way taking off more as he went to the bath room.

Ryuu enjoyed the meal laid out for him. He got a bit of help eating with his depth perception being off but he got the hang of it quickly and ate every bite of the meal. "It's really good," he admitted. The male drank and relaxed a little. Though, he could hear his friend crying in the kitchen and just couldn't understand why. Emotions were something that everyone else seemed to have but him... Why was that? Why couldn't he feel sadness or happiness the way Banri seemed to feel it...

 

Glancing up, Ryuu looked at his friend and gave a simple nod understanding that he was going to have to be cleaned. "I could take a shower..." he said quietly... probably too quietly because Banri continued to walk away. Oh well. When he returned, Ryuu was starting to nod off. Though, he perked a bit when his friend came back in. "Why do you always do these things for me?" This was his first time actually asking. They'd been together nearly all their lives and yet, today was the first time Ryuu questioned Banri's kindness towards his useless friend.
