Myles fetl his eyes twitch. " Are you fucking serious!? You had a fucking new nurse do an ultrasound without having a supervisor? Do you have any idea how that can result in a law suit!? Where the fuck is the attending!!" He was about to storm out when he turned back . " Fuck it, give me a delivery room and the equipment for a c-section. Bring me scrubs and a lab coat and anything else for the delivery or is this hospital to incompetent to have any of that either!?" Myles demanded. He was setting Sana's Iv and heart monitors onto a second cart in the room. " Fucking should've just did what you said and deliveried these kids at home..." Myles grumbled under his breath.

"Myles...I wouldn't get angry or yell" Lucas replied softly not wanting to stress Sana who seemed to be waking up more as he mumbled about wanting to go home and eat dinner already, the poor man tiered of being in the hospital. "Besides...there could be a possibility Sana could keep all of his babies if carefully monitored."

Myles whipped his head around to glare at Lucas. " I am well aware of the stress that Sana is under. But are you aware of the mistake they just admitted to? " he snarled through gritted teeth. " Do you have any idea on what that kind of mistake could mean? They sent a barely trained nurse to do any ultrasound without a fully trained and certified Attending to supervise. What if those 'little outlines' are actually a tumor in the wakes of the kids? I'm surprised Sana even agreed to let this woman do the ultrasound!!"

"If you haven't noticed Sana isn't exactly able to say no to anything" Lucas replied as he moved past Myles and unhooked everythinnand carefully picked up his mate and held him close. "We are taking him home away from all of these eyes and procedures...I want him home in his own bed and feeling safe and comfortable" he added as he carried his mate out towards the car ignoring then doctors.

Not feeling like arguing, Myles folowed behind as quickly as he could, making mental notes of the hospital and taking quick pictures of things he caught sight of that shouldn't be in a hospital.

Once they finally made it to the car, Myle reviewed the pictures and scowled at each one.

"...you okay?" Sana mumbled tiredly as he looked at Myles scowl quite confused.

Myleas gave a quick mumbled yes and a stiff nodded as he continued to look to his phone. " Juts worry about yourself and we'll be having the kids at the house instead alright?" He said attempting to drive the subject somewhere else.

"Thought we had to do it at the hospital" Sana replied as he sat up and looked at the house frowning some.

"That was before I learned how fucking incompetent the staff was!!" Myles snapped. " I'd rather risk a slight threat of germs over completel inexperience as to what you should know to do." He mumbled crossly

"Don't get cross with me...I wanted to do it at home" Sana mumbled as he laid on the bed.

 

"Ummm...is it a bad time?" Yukie asked popping his head in and looking at the two.

Myles would've retorted back if Yukie hadn't walked in. " Yes it is but what do you need, Sana's about to go into labor..." HE demanded. " And please make it fast..."

"Well I just need some cold medicine the kids seem to have a small cold" Yukie replied the kids waiting out in the hallway as he looked away not wanting to get yelled at.

 

"Get him medicine and then come back" Sana replied as he adjusted himself calming his breathing as he gently touched his stomach.

Myles scowled but made quick work of whipping up a little bit of baby aspirin, " Give them both a half a teaspoon after breakfast and before they lay down for bed at night. That along with water and proper rest, they'll be fine with in a few days. Anything else you need?"

"...have you heard from tama?" Yukie asked setting down an envelope of money for Myles to give to tama as he gave the babies their medicine and held them close. "...I have some money for him...I just want to make sure he had a place to sleep and food" he replied as he grabbed his bag and left not wanting Myles to chew him out more.

Myles paused as he watched Yukie leave. He heaved a heavy sigh through his nose.

No Myles hadn't heard from Tama either. The younger twin wanted to be sure nobody could find him. So later on he;d have to return this to Yukie. But right now he had a set of babies to deliverhe'd worry about that mess later!!

 

" Alright Sana I'm gonna start now ok?" Myles stated cautiously

"There's a lot of blood" Sana mumbled as he relaxed already having felt the birth move rather quickly as he closed his eyes..."one..came out already but he didn't cry I've kept him warm" Sana hissed clearly in some pain the baby under the warm covers Sana gently touching it the child struggling to breathe but clearly alive. "I couldn't move to get you and I was tiered" he whimpered clearly scared.

Myles took hold of the child, giving a quick check over, before giving a firm smack to the new borns bum. Medevial in terms of practice but hey, they say never to get rid of the classics for a reason right. A slight noise of discomfort, another smack, then finally the child began to scream and cry. " There we go, we need to clear his lungs of fluid, alright Lucas!!" He called out, " Clean him up and wrap him, we have three more..." Myles instructed firmly

"...um...I've never held a baby I don't think I'm the best person to hand it off to!" Lucas replied bringing in towels some water and another blanket as he looked at Myles.

" Ok then do you want to deliver them instead or would you rather leave that to chance and let them fall to the floor because I currently can't hold the baby and catch the others at the same time!!" Myles snapped.

" Look just support his head with your upper arm, he's small enough that you should be able to do it with one arm. Do it sitting down if you must, ok? Your going to be ok, just be careful and do as I tell you, because your going to need to help me if you want them all alive. Do you understand me?" He asked again, sternness in his voice, as if talking to a new trainee

"You don't need to snap" Lucas mumbled clearly hurt by how angry and cold Myles was being making him feel like utter shit as he ignored the kid and left one of his men stepping in and taking it glaring at Myles as he left taking the baby tonbathe and clean him up.

 

"...why is he leaving with my baby" Sana asked tiredly as he watched Lucas leave confused..."why didn't he want the baby he was excited" he added wanting to look after his mate like his instincts where yelling at him to.

" Because Lucas doesn't seem to realize the stress a person is under when doing a birthing by themselves when normally you should have a team of people." Myles mumbled.He speak with Lucas later. " Now focus and push! We still ahve three more to get out unless you want a C-section" Myles stated.

"Cut me some slack I'm tiered" Sana replied as he sighed and moved a little so he could push easier feeling quite exhausted by the whole process as he slightly wished one of his mates was there comforting him and holding his hand offering some sort of reassurance and comfort.

Myles sighed. ? I know you are but please. If you want these kids to survive you just need to try a little harder fo ra little while longer..." The doctor begged. He gave his mate a look of pleading. " We all are tired but it'll be woth it when this whole thing is over. So please for just a bit longer..."

"Okay," Sana mumbled as he obeyed Myles and over the next to hours finally finished birthing his babies.

myles laid back in one of the arm chairs in the bed room. He was exhausted and sore. But he still had work to do. Dragging himself up, Myles went to his office to set up the birth certificates and the like. Had they even decided on names yet?
