“….honestly the only bright side is now we can find a house for us.” Yukie added with a small laugh a smile the demon genuinely looking forward to that adventure. “Maybe something with big windows and a large yard to relax in. Maybe a pool?” Yukie asked cheekily as he rested his head on Julius’s shoulder. “I’m sad about the place…but I would be lying if I said I never thought about burning it down when I left the first time.” Yukie mumbled as he just gently rubbed Julius’s hand in soothing circles with his thumb.

“I wouldn’t….I wouldn’t feel any different…about either you or mom or Shan. I know what your saying is true…but it’s hard…I’ve seen only so much love between people in my life.” Haru whispered as Yumros words sunk in the reality of his new understanding of how relationships and love should be glowed softly in his mind before lighting up like a light bulb as he was starting to make all of the connections with life and love.

Haru watched Yumro searching for something the boy wanting to help only to raise a brow at the sudden long box in his lap. “Never been a fan of wrapping paper, kinda like gift bags.” Haru started with a cheeky little eye roll before opening the wrapping paper quite happy that it was so easy to remove. Looking down at the box Haru was rather confused his hand instinctively touching his armless shoulder.

”….will it hurt?” Haru asked as he looked down at the arm a bit of unease in his voice. “I’ve…tried them before they always hurt or feel uncomfortable.” Haru admitted as he studied the beautiful piece. “….I had one once, it was uncomfortable…quite painful to use and agony to wear. I ended up melting down when learning how to use it. I wasn’t able to….I couldn’t change forms trying to caused so many issues and then getting a different one for my centaur form only felt so much worse. It’s why I stopped shifting…..I was so bad I got banned it’s why Yukie wouldn’t try again after the first time…he said it would be easier for me…and that I would learn to adapt.” Haru explained as he looked at Yumro trying to clear his voice as he was choked up about the lengths Yumro would go through for him.

”Thank you. I appreciate it.” Haru added as he felt rather embarrassed being so emotional about such a thing but well he couldn’t lie and say he wasn’t a little eager to try again. “How…um…could you help me?” Haru asked gently not wanting to break it since he didn’t understand how any of it would work. He was nervous and well his last time had been during one of his violent streaks…he was so young then so he didn’t understand what had happened or why he was being so messed with. Haru felt safe with Yumro, and if anything he would be the only one haru would ever feel comfortable assisting him with this kinda thing.

”I don’t think I could adjust the straps…or anything on it.” Haru admitted as his face burned red at realizing how much he needed help.
