Kazi shrugged at the dragon. " Still doesn't excuse him spitting his food everywhere. And as far as how long we'll be down here well.... We'd need to make a plan, on top of that we need to find out what really set people off anyway"

"True but I have a feeling its because I have a spirt now with me no matter what and they wanted him to rest in peace." he said looking at him and shook his head. "But I hope it was something stupid that my father did."

Panui looked up, " Why would you want it to be your Dad's fault?" He asked with a raised brow. Ranui was looking up at this point. Kazi rose to take everyone's dishes " Well that's not really somehting we need to discuss right now. Zeke and his father have their own .... issues to work on"

"Yeah my dad has lots of issues." he said thinking about why his dad wasn't down here with them. "Tho I do wonder when a mob comes the family is to come down here not stay up there. I am wondering if he isn't dead." he said thinking out loud

" Orrrr~ maybe he's actually worried about you and is up top looking for you?" Kazi offered trying to offer some optimism. Panui snorted and Ranui rolled his eyes.

" Don't dragons eat their young if they're too hungry? Or if like... foods low?" Ranui spat. Kazi grumbled " No, Ranui, that's deranged cats..."

"No but it is custom if a dragon king is causing panic and making bad ideas the son can kill the father." he said smiling. Then shook his head. "God I hate him." he said looking at them and kazi as he was starting to get worked up thinking about his father.

Kazi casually walked behind the angered dragon, wrapped his arms around Zeke. Giving sweet kisses on his cheek. " Getting yourself worked up down here won't help you dear..." He whispered in his ear.

His little brothers both turned a little red adn looked any where but the two lovers.

"Thanks for that." he said calming down and kissed him back. "I needed that you keep me down to earth and I love it thanks a lot." he said and hugged him

Kazi smiled and gave another pop kiss before gathering up the plates to wash. The twins kept their eyes down. They had never seen their older brother that affectionate. Ranui felt a twinge of jealousy for the dragon to so easily bring out emotions from the other.

Zeke smiled and hugged him again. "Thanks for making me happy again I'm sorry I just took you from your brothers they need you too." he whispered

Kazi hummed "they're big boys. They'll learn to live without me eventually." He commented quietly. Turning back to face them, "I'm sure you two know the drills you need to run. I'll be inspecting you both by the sun's midday rise, now move it!" He commanded. Both twins were up instabtly and nodded.

"Do you have to be so hard on them I hope you are not this hard on our kids." he said smiling and kissed his cheek

" They know what they were getting into when they decided to study under me. Besides One of us will need to be the strict parent" Kazi countered with a smirk of his own. " The more you learn to discipline yourself the more powerful you can be when you study. After all, the witch we encountered was extremely powerful. SHe wasn't killed until she chose to die. And even then her spirit lingered of her own choice

"True but I don't want us to push the kids to far I mean they will be powerful in there own right and we don't want to start it until they were ready." he said sighing and knowing how his training was and how he hated it

" I know, I'm only following what I was taught, if our children decide not to study as mages, then by all means they can do or be who they want.... but if they do decide to be mages well, this is a pretty normal training schedule..." Kazi explained. and even then he had toned it down from his own.

"Alright i am going to go easy on them if they want to learn the ways of dragons." he said looking at him then kissing him

Kazi let out a sigh. "I understand if you wish to do things differently from your father, but you can go so easy with them that they never learn to be independent...." He took a gentle hold of the dragons face. "It'll ensure they are ready for the real world and all it will throw at them

"I know but I don't want them to leave I need them." he whispered like they were real with them right now. "The training my dad put me threw was hard and if I couldn't do anything right I was tortured." he said

Kazi gave the dragon a soft smile, " If the children leave... it means you did your job as a parent... But then again, dragons age differently so I'm sure they won't be ready to leave for a very long time. And you've seen one of them just as I saw the other.. they looked perfectly happy and healthy to me.."

"Yeah they were happy and healthy so we did something right." he said smiling and kissed him deeply. "You are everything to me and I need you so in my life. I am glad that I have you."

Annnnnd~... there goes Kazi's hair, flaring up brighter and thicker then ever. His face a close representation of his hair, they'd looked as if they had melded together with how close the shades were.

" As much as I enjoy your affections, not in front of the twins!" He whined in a whispered huff.

Returning a quick kiss of his own, Kazi gathered the rest of the dishes and ran towards the twins to help and start their studies.

he shook his head and just watched not sure how to think about it, but he wanted to show everyone that he was falling for Kazi no matter what. Zeke didn't know when it happened but it happened and he was falling hard and there was no stopping it either.

Time marched forward as the small makeshift family remained in hiding. Days turned to weeks, which slowly turned to months. The twins, though still cautious and skeptical, slowly began to take comfort in having Zeke around to keep and care of their eldest brother, Kazimir remained the stoic and silent brother for them, while still trying to keep up his marital duties as the Dragon's bride.

 

And if he wasn't running after his boys, Kazi holed himself away for hours on end in his study, looking into the death of the witch he and Zeke had encountoured in the cave. Though the situation was quelled and seemed resolved, Something kept eating and niggling at the back of Nazi's mind. It eventually got to the point Kazi would sneak away to another realm for an hour or two to seek more answers. He never made Zeke aware of his trips, it would only add to what's already a stressful situation.

Zeke sighed thinking he would never be able to come out of this place. Zeke used more magic to make it home for all of them. Every week he would check on the upside and sighed. Everyone thought him dead now thinking he couldn't live so he killed him self. "Kazi in a few days I guess we can go up or you can." he said sighing. "Everyone thinks I am dead and that you three killed me. Guess I am doomed for all to stay in the shadows." he said kissing Kazi. "I want you to go up and take over I will watch from a far." he said his heart braking because he had learn to love all of them over the months they were stuck down here.

Kazi paused at the others words before snickering. "Don't be dramatic, nobody thinks we've killed you. Mother has kept correspondence with me." The mage pulled our a small box filled with rolls of parchment. "She tells me tells that while mages and dragons have a shake alliance thanks to our marriage, apparently the rest of the magical races are not pleased at all." Kazi explained, running his fingers through Zeke's, having made it a habit now when he studied or read.

" though.... I haven't recieved word from your father yet.... I've sent him numerous letters..." Kazi stated grimly
