Mage and Dragon? (KoBu 18+)

"You look like you are stressing out about something what is it?" He asked looking at him and sighed shaking his head

"What if something bad happens while we're not there? What if -- what if something or some one attacks both our homes and we're not there to help and everybody is captured?! Or killed or both?!" Kazi began to ramble and babble in near hysterics. So many things could happen that could easily be prevented if they were there to help!! He let out a loud gasp. "What if someone is already there and they've been waiting for the perfect moment to strike and that moment is when they've discovered we've left?!"

"Look into my eyes." he said sighing as he used some of his powers to calm him down. "Don't worry so much you are fine." he said looking at him and then hugging him. "Dragon's are strong."

Kazi did calm, so much so his deep red hair turned a light purple to a calm sea blue. He was near comatose. His silver eyes had glazed over. "....ok....I'm ok....." He repeated Zeke's words.

Zeke cut off the spell to let him go back to normal but he would be more relaxed. "Do you feel better Kazi?" he asked as he set him down and set next to him the 3rd time he had ever used that spell but something told him it wouldn't be the last time

The mage gave a slow little nod, his hair still the calm blue. His eyes still sat hazy. "Yea.... I'm alright...." And for a moment he felt like he was drugged. Kazi felt like his head was fuzzy. He was going to pass out!!

His eyes rolled into the back of his head, fell backwards just as the world turned black.

He sighed and took him to the bed and laid him down on the bed. "Maybe it was too much. I am sorry." he said sighing as he laid him down and sighing not sure what they needed to do

It wasn't too long when Kazimir had woken up again. He groaned, placing a hand to his head. It didn't hurt but it felt like it was stuffed with cotton. Dragging himself from the bed, Kazi headed over to the pool to wash off. He wasn't dirty, but the water could help clear his head of he could heat it up a little.

The mage stripped and dipped a toe into the water, using his own energy to warm it till steam rose from the water's calm surface. Kazi stepped in with a pleased groan and sat to soak.

"ARe you still feeling ok?" Zeke asked looking at him and sighed. "I am sorry." he whispered as he looked at him and got into the water with him. "I do like it heated up. How is your head?" he asked

Kazi looked over, still a little hazy eyed. He offered a gentle smile. " Yes I'll be just fine.... I wasn't expecting that from you so I didn't have the time to build a wall..... Nobody has been able to do that for so long I wasn't used to it..."

"Sorry I only did that because you were freaking out and I didn't know how to calm you so I used the only method I know how to but I guess it was a little strong I'll know for next time." he said looking at him and smiled. "As long as you feel better know that is what matters." he said smiling. "Dragon's can cut threw almost any magical barrier we just pretend not to get threw some to make mages feel better." he whispered

Kazi smiled again. He leaned up and kissed Zeke's forehead. Saiya often did that as a sign of affection and comfort.

"We know.... We know dragons like to play games with us.... we prepared for them in the past.... but now that you and I have married well.... Guess the only threat to us now is any neighboring villages who want to challenge for someones hand in marriage ....My mother still gets challenged and my father still to this day" Kazi giggled a little.

"They can't challenge us because if they do they will get hurt because of the treaty it protects both of us." he said looking at him not sure what was going to happen if they did because this was a marriage of putting two nations together so who knew what was going to happen but he didn't worry about it.

Kazi shrugged. "It won't stop other mages from challenging me though... some do if for their piligrimage. To bring back a powerful mages head to your village is a prize befitting a chief or an elder." He leaned back, closing his eyes letting the water wash around him, feeling his body floating in the water. " My first battle was when I had just turned eleven.... It was scary at first.... but then the whole thing was a ....blank." Kazi saw his little brother's face, and his older sister's to. They looked .... terrified. He looked down at himself.He was .... covered in blood.... blood that wasn't his own. But his father wore a proud smile, his mother, though cautious, was also proud.

" One moment I close my eyes to block my challenger, the next.... the battles over and I'm holding my own prize.... it was a girl a few years older then me.... I wanted to vomit...."

"Yeah I bet that was scary, but sounds like you can hold your own in a fight so no matter what I will be there and if one of us dies the other dies so that might ward people away as well. They would start another war." he said looking at him and sighing

"I wasn't holding my own...I slaughtered that girl.... She a mere three years older then me..." Kazi said, his voice cold as ice. He stared into the waters, looking at his own reflection. "And us both dying together, that'll just be all the more reason for them to come after me.... Get two for the sacrifice of one...in our society it's not as easy as just telling them no you can't do that... "

"Really where I come from that is not good and I am sorry you killed someone, but you are stronger that the normal mage now because you have my power inside you oh and if they kill you or me that would give anyone the right to take them out in a bad way. You just need to relax more alright." he said sighing

Kazi sat silent for a moment before giving the other another somber smile. He nodded and made to move and get out of the pool again. The mage called a towel for himself as he climbed out again and wrapped it around himself. " I don't want more power... I'd rather be weak and left alone, then powerful and constantly fearing I'll rip everything apart."

"Do you want me to give you a spell that you can cast and most everyone will leave you alone after that." he said looking at him turning his head.

Kazi shook his head. "No.... things like that won't last long.... They fade or explode if it's cast on me after awhile." Kazi dried his head, the tips turning the dark violet before when he cried as Zeke carried him down here.

"Its alright, but this spell will be casted by me on you and it will last the rest of your life or should." he said looking at him. "Its how dragons avoid fighting other dragons. "I'm sure giving a few days you could change it to mages stuff."

" ..... Would you mind just sitting with me outside for awhile..... I'm not really in the mood much else right now...." Kazi asked, the purple slowly moving up the rest of his hair.

"Alright." he said getting out drying off and got dressed as he walked to the mage and picked him up and flew him out of the cave. "If you are sure about this." he said

Kazi held on tightly as they flew from the cavern. " I just want some time to think. I do that best in the woods." Once they reached the surface, Kazi let go and found a nice lush patch of grass to sit on. He watched fireflies dance across his vision. He twirled his finger in the air, a glowing circle slowly taking shape.

Before long some little flowers bloomed, Chrysanthemums blue and purple, they blossomed all around the mage. How approperiate.

"That is so good of you and I really like it out here and all these flowers do you want to stay out here or go back down here in a little bit?" he asked laying down and looking up at the sky.
