Help identifying a BL novel

I'm having trouble finding a BL novel I know I read from Yaoiotaku a long time ago.

I remember it being about a man who got into debt with the yakuza (I think) by helping out a woman. It turns out the woman was part of the yakuza's scheme to get the man (I know this is a common trope). I think in the end the man becomes an owner of a host club, given to him by the yakuza seme. There's a bit about a watch that was important.
