I need major help

I read this book a few years ago and I wanna re read it but I can't remember the name of the character names but I can lay the plot out

 

It's basically a department store/ mall lawyer lusting after the guy who decorates. He's taking him home to hook up and he sees his kids and finds out his Hispanic ex wife is dead. So now it's him and the guy plus the kids. The book then skips to when the kids are grown and now they're getting a divorce. The sex is hot but the relationship isn't. And as the book goes on they realize they still want each other.
